Abstract

Strategic planning in Islamic education is an important approach to building schools that are able to integrate Islamic character values with global competencies. With the challenges of globalization and technological advancement, Islamic education must respond with strategies that involve the use of information technology and strengthening character education. Studies show that this approach can improve the competitiveness of schools both locally and internationally. Strengthening character through an Islamic values-based curriculum allows schools to not only produce students who excel academically, but also have high moral and spiritual integrity. The implementation of appropriate strategies such as curriculum innovation and collaboration with international institutions can create globally competitive schools and sustainably prepare students to face an increasingly complex world.

Abstract

This study aims to emphasize the importance of staffing planning and facilities in improving work effectiveness at SMP IT Ar-Rahman Lareh Sago Halaban, in the field of education, work effectiveness is highly dependent on the availability of a competent workforce and adequate facilities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at SMP IT Ar-Rahman Lareh Sago Halaban. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results showed that good staffing planning, including recruitment, training and staff development, plays a significant role in improving the performance of teachers and school staff. In addition, adequate facilities, such as comfortable classrooms, well-equipped laboratories and other supporting facilities, are also very important for creating a conducive learning environment. The findings emphasize that integrated and sustainable planning in terms of staffing and facilities is key to improving work effectiveness at SMP IT Ar-Rahman Lareh Sago Halaban. Therefore, schools need to continuously improve efforts in planning and managing human resources and educational facilities to achieve optimal educational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan rendahnya kedisiplinan siswa-siswi Selanjutnya peneliti melihat hasil belajar PAI peserta didik masih banyak rendah dibawah KKM 75 dan hanya sedikit siswa-siswi yang tuntas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin melihat apakah ada pengaruh yag ditimbulkan dari tingkat kedisiplinan siswa terhadap hasil belajar PAI kelas VII. 1- VII. IV di SMPN 6 Bukittinggi”. Jenis penelitian yang  digunakan oleh peneliti adalah merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasional Hasil dari penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan menyimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan  antara tingkat kedisiplinan terhadap hasil belajar PAI Kelas VII.1- VII.4 di SMPN 6 Bukittinggi. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil hipotesis koefisien regresi diperoleh  siswa yang tingkat disiplinnya tinggi belum tentu mendapatkan hasil belajar yang tinggi begitupun sebaliknya, siswa yang disiplinnya rendah belum tentu hasil belajar yang diperoleh rendah.

Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja masih sering terjadi saat pengoperasian bagan perahu. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah kelalaian manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi jenis bahaya dan membuat analisis keselamatan kerja tentang potensi bahaya pada aktivitas nelayan bagan perahu. Identifikasi keselamatan kerja menggunakan metode Hazard Identification and Risk Assesment (HIRA). Identifikasi terhadap potensi kecelakaan yang bisa terjadi pada nelayan dalam pengoperasian jaring angkat melalui penilaian risiko kualitatif terdapat empat nilai risiko yaitu, minor, sedang, mayor dan bencana. Analisis risiko pada potensi bahaya yang terjadi pada aktivitas nelayan bagan perahu melalu analisis penilaian risiko terdapat tiga nilai risk index yaitu, significant risk, moderate risk, dan low risk. Secara keseluruhan terdapat 29 aktivitas pada pengoperasian bagan perahu, dimana terdapat empat aktivitas yang memiliki nilai risk index risiko signifikan dan perlu adanya tindakan pengendalian pada potensi bahaya pada aktivitas tersebut, 18 aktivitas yang memilik nilai risk index risiko rendah dan tujuh aktivitas yang memiliki nilai risk index risiko sedang.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the learning process of the Aqidah Akhlak still tends to be passive, lack of motivation, interest in student learning, the mindset of students who are less open during the learning process, lack of student activity, students are less critical in the learning process, while the problems raised when learning begins are problems that are often encountered in everyday life. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MAN Kota Pariaman. This research is a quantitative research type of Quasi Experimental Design, the subject of this research is students of class XI IPS1 and XI IPS2 at MAN Kota Pariaman with a total sample of 59 students. The research sample is class XI IPS1 as the experimental class with the Problem Based Learning learning model, class XI IPS 2 as the control class using conventional methods. The sampling technique is the total sampling technique, which means that the sample taken is the same as the population. and with a research design of the type "The only posttest control group design". Based on the research results, it was found that there were significant differences in student learning outcomes between the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model and conventional learning models in the Akidah Akhlak subject. This can be seen from the posttest results of both classes. From the test results, it is illustrated that the average difference in the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and the control class is illustrated. By implementing the Problem Based Learning learning model, it is high compared to the scores of students who do not use the Problem Based Learning learning model in the Learning control class on learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MAN Kota Pariaman.

Abstract

Inequality in gender roles is still one of the causes of low psycho-social and sociocultural resilience in families. In response to this issue, the Family School Program is present to build equal gender partnerships and strengthen family resilience. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis, involving 86 purposively selected Family School participant families. The instrument used was the Family Resilience questionnaire from the Ministry of PPPA. The results showed that 77 families had implemented gender partnership, while 9 had not. A total of 54 families had socio-psychological resilience, and 73 families showed sociocultural resilience. Overall, 19 families were rated as low resilience, 63 as moderate, and only 3 as high. This research shows that most families are at the medium level of resilience. This study looks at the integration of gender and cultural perspectives in the context of family strengthening and contributes to more effective family-school development programs and psycho-social and local value-based interventions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the role of Islamic boarding schools in Islamic education, the multicultural education approach at the Baituridwan Islamic boarding school, multicultural education, and the integration of religious tolerance, as well as contributions to the formation of a tolerant Islamic society. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, document content analysis, and the use of questionnaires. The results of this research show that the role of Islamic boarding schools in Islamic education, namely providing formal education in Islamic religious studies, also promotes values such as noble morals, discipline, and devotion to religion. The multicultural education approach at the Baituridwan Islamic boarding school is based on the principle of respect for cultural diversity and provides a deep understanding of the values of multiculturalism, teaching them to respect the religions that exist in society. Multicultural education and the integration of religious tolerance, namely encouraging students to respect cultural and religious differences, they are taught to respect the practices and beliefs of other religions. The contribution to the formation of a tolerant Islamic society is creating a deep understanding of the values of pluralism and tolerance, overcoming prejudice and stereotypes towards other religions.

Abstract

Era 5.0, which is an era of progress in information and communication technology in the era of theindustrial revolution, demands a culture not only of society but also students who integrate technology in their lives. in the case of Islamic Education, of course, it has experienced many impacts, both positively and negatively, one of the impacts is the emergence of new problems that will be faced, for example, the character of students who are already quite low from existing standards in accordance with the teachingsof Islam itself, it is necessary to change in order to produce a generation that is not only able to adapt to technology but can realize an advanced Islamic civilization. The purpose of this study was to look at efforts to foster the religious character of students at SMP N 3 Ampek Angkek, with this activity in fostering the religious character of students in life that reflects good behavior, besides that the existence of character education with religious values shapes the positive behavior of participants educate them to be honest, polite, respectful and appreciative. In this case the researcher uses a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The results of this study are efforts to build character with the religious values of students so that they have a Quranic soul and become students who have good character both in the school environment and when they are in the community environment.

Abstract

This study examines the importance of learning mathematics from an Islamic perspective, arguing thatthis discipline is not only a cognitive tool, but also a spiritual means of understanding the greatness ofAllah SWT. In Islam, mathematics has a unique position as the Qur’an implicitly refers to order, balanceand careful calculation in the creation of the universe, as seen in the movement of celestial bodies or thedivision of inheritance. Hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad also encourage the pursuit of knowledge andthe use of reason, which broadly includes the study of mathematics as a foundation for the advancementof science. Through the library research method, the researcher collected and analyzed various literaturesources, including journal articles, academic books, books of tafsir, and Hadith, both in digital and printformats. To ensure validity and depth of analysis, the researcher applied data triangulation, comparing andconfirming findings from various sources. The results of the analysis show that learning mathematics canfoster tafakur (contemplation) and tadabbur (deep appreciation) of Allah’s creation, thus increasing faith andpiety. The study concludes that mathematics, from an Islamic perspective, is a way to uncover the secrets ofthe universe and witness the signs of divine power, making it a worshipful activity with a spiritual dimension.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah sebagai usaha buat mendidik anak-anak agar dapat mengambil keputusan dengan bijak dan mempraktikkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga mereka dapat memberikan kontribusi yang positif kepada lingkungannya. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah agar tahu bagaimana Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada pembembelajaran PAI dan apa saja kendala yang ditemui dalam penerapan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter di UPT SMP NEGERI 1 X KOTO. Penelitian ini bertujuan buat 1) buat mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran PAI di UPT SMP NEGERI 1 X KOTO 2) buat mengetahui kendala dalam yang ditemukan dalam nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran PAI di UPT SMP Negeri 1 X Koto. Adapun jenis penelitian dalam mengumpulkan data yang penulis lakukan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan beberapa sumber data dengan langkah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Berlandasan hasil akhir penelitian tentang pendidikan karakter di UPT SMP Negeri 1 X Koto. pelaksanaan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter terdapat 4 bagian yang penulis uraikan : 1) karakter disiplin 2) karakter jujur, 3) karakter mandiri, 4) karakter tanggung jawab. sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik, karna masih ada karakter yang belum tercapai dengan maksimal, dimana masih terjadi pelanggaran oleh peserta didik dalam pendidikan karakter ini. guru PAI telah membimbing dan mengarahkan peserta didik buat menerapkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter Kendala dalam nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter di UPT SMP Negeri 1 X Koto adalah lingkungan Masyarakat sekitar sekolah, dan lingkungan tempat tempat tinggal siswa.
