Abstract

Salah satu sumber utama stratifikasi sosial adalah pendidikan. Sebagaimana melalui pendidikan yang sudah jelas, mengembangkan potensi, fungsi dan tujuan yang dapat menjadikan siswa menjadi dewasa, atau mengenali diri dan pendidikannya yang akan menjadi alat untuk meningkatkan status sosial dalam masyarakat. Oleh karena itu peneliti berupaya memaparkan hasil riset tentang bagaimana hubungan pendidikan dengan stratifikasi sosial serta dampak pendidikan terhadap masyarakat khususnya di nagari Pakan Sinayan jorong Ladang Lungguak Batu Kec. Banuhampu Kab. Agam. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dalam studi penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian yang penulis dapatkan setelah melakukan penelitian bahwa hubungan pendidikan dengan stratifikasi sosial dilihat dari aspek segi kekayaan, kehormatan, kekuasaan dan ilmu pengetahuan yaitu pendidikan dianggap sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan seseorang yang memberikan peluang ekonomi lebih baik, pendidikan juga dapat memperkuat posisi seseorang dalam masyarakat dalam masyarakat, politik dan organisasi. Pendidikan dan kehormatan masyarakat sering memberikan penghormatan kepada individu yang terdidik karena mereka dianggap memiliki kemampuan intelektual dan moral yang lebih tinggi. Selanjutnya hubungan pendidikan dengan ilmu pengetahuan dalam masyarakat adalah pondasi utama untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya di nagari Pakan Sinayan Kec.Banuhampu Kab. Agam. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan pendidikan dengan stratifikasi sosial bagi masyarakat di nagari Pakan Sinayan Kec. Banuhampu Kab. Agam. adalah sebagai alat utama untuk memberdayakan individu, menciptakan perubahan sosial yang akan mempengaruhi aspek ekonomi, sosial, politik dan intelektual dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pandangan dan sikap Alquran terhadap inklusi. Kajian dilakukan dengan menelusuri ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan inklusi, kemudian menghubungkannya dengan kondisi sosial saat ini. Meskipun Alquran menekankan pentingnya kesetaraan dan keragaman, respons umat Islam terhadap inklusi dapat bervariasi tergantung pada sudut pandang mereka serta konteks sosial yang melingkupinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Pendekatan ini dipilih karena fokus penelitian adalah pada kajian teks Alquran serta konteks sosial yang relevan dengan inklusi dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini juga berupaya mengungkap pesan-pesan sosial tersirat dalam Alquran mengenai inklusi, sehingga relevan untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan masa kini.

Abstract

Abstrak Lembaga pendidikan Islam sering menghadapi tantangan terkait perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan karena belum semua lembaga pendidikan dapat membuat analisis kebutuhan. Selain itu, sulitnya membagi  anggaran yang tersedia karena terbatasnya anggaran yang ada serta belum melibatkan berbagai pihak yang berkepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sumber, prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan keuangan, langkah-langkah perencanaan keuangan, dan manfaat perencanaan keuangan yang efektif bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research, data dianalisis dengan mengumpulkan berbagai informasi dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber lain yang terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  sumber dana yang dapat digunakan yaitu dana BOS, iuran komite, dan sumber lainnya. Lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat memanfaatkan waqaf sebagai sumber pendanaan pendidikannya. Terdapat lima prinsip pengelolaan dana pendidikan yaitu prinsip keadilan, efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas. Langkah dalam perencanaan keuangan yaitu memetakan tujuan, menganalisis kebutuhan, menyusun anggaran, melakukan monitoring secara berkala, dan melibatkan semua. Perencanaan keuangan bermanfaat untuk memastikan ketersediaan dana bagi kebutuhan utama, pengelolaan anggaran yang transparan, dan akuntabel, sehingga meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat dan mendorong partisipasi lebih besar dalam mendukung program pendidikan yang berkelanjutan, serta memperkuat kontribusi dalam mencetak generasi yang unggul secara akademik dan moral.   Abstract Islamic educational institutions often face challenges related to financial planning and management because not all educational institutions can carry out needs analysis. Apart from that, it is difficult to divide the available budget due to the limited existing budget and not involving various interested parties. This research aims to determine the sources, principles of financial management, financial planning steps, and the benefits of effective financial planning for Islamic educational institutions. The method used is library research, Data is analyzed by collecting various information from books, journals and other trusted sources. The research results show that the sources of funds that can be used are BOS funds, committee fees and other sources. Islamic educational institutions can utilize waqf as a source of funding for their education. There are five principles for managing education funds, namely the principles of justice, efficiency, transparency and accountability. The steps in financial planning are mapping goals, analyzing needs, preparing a budget, carrying out regular monitoring, and involving everyone. Financial planning is useful for ensuring the availability of funds for primary needs, transparent and accountable budget management, thereby increasing public trust and encouraging greater participation in supporting sustainable education programs, as well as strengthening contributions in producing a generation that is academically and morally superior.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the exploration of spirituality, gender equality, minority rights in the context of Islamic education, and the integration of spirituality. This research uses a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques, namely interviews and document analysis. Qualitative data was analyzed using a thematic analysis approach by triangulating the data to increase validity. The research results show that the role of spirituality in education is the main pillar in forming a holistic individual. The integration of spiritual values in the curriculum forms students who are academically intelligent and morally responsible. Spirituality gives rise to empathy, tolerance, and justice, forming the basis of positive character. Spirituality-based Islamic education guides students to understand themselves and their environment in depth. Gender equality challenges involve unequal access and gender-based violence. Women's involvement in decision-making needs to be increased. Public awareness and policy support are key to creating a just society. Gender equality initiatives in Islamic education emphasize equal access and the development of social skills. Identification of minority rights demands recognition of language, culture, and protection of fundamental rights. Steps towards inclusive education include awareness, policy changes, human resource development, parental involvement, and continuous evaluation. The integration of spirituality, gender equality, and minority rights creates an inclusive and holistic system, empowering all learners. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui eksplorasi spiritualitas, kesetaraan gender, hak minoritas dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, dan integrasi spiritualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik dengan melakukan triangulasi data untuk meningkatkan validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran spiritualitas dalam pendidikan menjadi pilar utama membentuk individu holistik. Integrasi nilai-nilai spiritual dalam kurikulum membentuk siswa cerdas secara akademis dan bertanggung jawab moral. Spiritualitas memunculkan empati, toleransi, dan keadilan, membentuk dasar karakter positif. Pendidikan Islam berbasis spiritualitas memandu siswa memahami diri dan lingkungan secara mendalam. Tantangan kesetaraan gender melibatkan ketidaksetaraan akses dan kekerasan berbasis gender. Keterlibatan perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan perlu ditingkatkan. Kesadaran masyarakat dan dukungan kebijakan kunci dalam menciptakan masyarakat adil. Inisiatif kesetaraan gender dalam pendidikan Islam menekankan akses setara dan pengembangan keterampilan sosial. Identifikasi hak minoritas menuntut pengakuan bahasa, budaya, dan perlindungan hak fundamental. Langkah menuju pendidikan inklusif mencakup kesadaran, perubahan kebijakan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, keterlibatan orang tua, dan evaluasi terus-menerus. Integrasi spiritualitas, kesetaraan gender, dan hak minoritas menciptakan sistem inklusif dan holistik, memberdayakan semua peserta didik.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren dapat dijadikan sebagai altenatif dalam mentransformasikan nilai-nilai multikultural. Hal ini dikarenakan Pondok Pesantren memiliki semangat persaudaraan (ukhuwah) dalam interaksi. Kehidupan di Pesantren diliputi suasana persaudaraan yang akrab dengan jalinan perasaan keagamaan. Tidak ada penyekat yang memisahkan antara warga pesantren, walaupun mereka berbeda aliran, baik politik, sosial, dan ekonomi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Pendidikan Multikultural di Pondok Pesantren Gobah V Surau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitataif deskriptif yang objek penelitiannya yaitu santri dan guru Pondok Pesantren Gobah V Surau. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis untuk memudahkan penulis menyaring ide pokok dari berbagai sumber yang ada untuk dinarasikan kedalam fokus kajian. Hasil temuan dalam artikel ini yakni: (1)Urgensi Pendidikan Multikultural, (2)Pengembangan sikap Toleransi di Pondok Pesantren, (3)Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Multikultural di Pondok Pesantren, (4)Proses pembelajaran Multikultural di Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the application of Islamic education from the perspective of Sheikh Muhammad Jamil Jaho through the interaction of adat and syara. The method used in research is content analysis, with the steps of having a general idea about the research topic, looking for supporting information, clarifying the focus (expanding or narrowing and organizing reading), searching for and finding the material needed, re-organizing and making research notes (at best central), reviewing and re-enriching reading material, re-organizing material or notes and starting to write. The research results show that applying Islamic education from the perspective of Syekh Muhammad Djamil Jaho through the teraction of adat and syara is developed through three values: adat and syara values, national values, and cultural values. The three elements of value are essential points in the affinity of custom and syara of Syekh Muhammad Jamil Jaho, each of which is related and cannot be separated in Minangkabau society, the interaction between religious values, national values and traditional values,which always interact with each other, mediates between one with another. The affinity of adat and syara is also inseparable from the authority holders of adat and syara values, in its development, it has experienced very problematic developments in terms of terminological definitions and implementation.

Abstract

The digital era has brought great changes in the world of Islamic religious education, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of educational activities with the presence of digital devices. However, another significant challenge is the threat of radicalism that can influence students' thinking and attitudes. Therefore, Islamic education must be able to equip students with a moderate and tolerant understanding of religion to prevent the spread of extreme views. This research aims to provide a clear picture of the challenges and opportunities facing Islamic education in the modern era, as well as present the characteristics of effective planning in facing the future. Thus, this research is expected to be a reference for stakeholders in designing Islamic education strategies that are adaptive and responsive to changing times, so as to produce a generation that is characterized, knowledgeable, and ready to face various global challenges. This research uses library research method to collect and analyze information from various written sources relevant to the topic discussed. The results show that Islamic education must be set on fundamental values such as tawhid, imitating the Prophet, and making the Qur'an and Sunnah the main sources of learning. In order to advance Islamic education, all parties-including educators, parents, communities and governments-are expected to play an active role. Active participation and collaboration between various stakeholders will ensure that Islamic education is not only relevant but also able to withstand future challenges. Based on the findings of this study, several policy recommendations can be proposed. By following these recommendations, it is hoped that Islamic education can continue to grow and make a positive contribution to society and the nation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe all matters related to the implementation of the Qiro'ati method in learning the Qur'an in class XI SMAN 1 Nansabaris Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, both the use of the Qiroati method and the factors that hinder and support learning the Qur'an using the Qiro' method. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method that describes events that occur in the field or research that tries to reveal and describe a phenomenon or event that is developing at this time. This research is descriptive qualitative in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The data collection technique used is observation, which is a data collection technique by observing. Interview is a data collection technique through question and answer process, both oral and written. Documentation is a way of collecting data through written remains, archives, and books related to research. The results showed that the application of the qiro'ati method in learning the Qur'an in class XI SMAN 1 Nansabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency, the steps taken included planning, implementation and evaluation. Al-Qur'an learning strategies that are used individual classics and read-see classics.

Abstract

Education is a topic that is always interesting and current to discuss. The development of science and technology, which is marked by advances in the fields of information media and technology, is currently progressing so rapidly, that in placing a nation in a position, the extent to which the nation is advanced is based on how far the nation has mastered these two fields. The method used is the library research method. The aim of this research is to discuss problems in the world of education, to find out developments in technology and media, and ways of education in facing the challenges of globalization. The results of this research are: First, problems at the input stage. Second, problems with the process. Third, problems with output. Education in facing the challenges of globalization: education must be able to produce quality human resources, know science and technology and improve quality.

Abstract

The research is prompted by a number of issues that have been seen, including the persistence of issues with lost property, peer bullying, and the use of derogatory language by students. The goal of this study was to ascertain the significance of the connection between SMP N 7 Bukittinggi's Qudwah technique (exemplary) and the development of student character. This study is a quantitative correlational study. For this investigation, a sample of up to 35 students was selected using proportionate random sampling. The research tool in this study was a questionnaire. The Pearson Product Moment Hypothesis Test with sig. (2-tailed) 0.877 and greater than 0.05, where Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, is used in the analysis findings technique. Therefore, it can be said that there is very low relationship.
