Abstract

Hiperemesis Gravidarum merupakan bentuk ekstrim dari mual dan muntah pada kehamilan yang daapat menyebabkan dehidrasi berat, ketidak seimbangan elektrolit, penurunan berat badan, dan gangguan metabolik, kondisi ini biasanya terjadi pada trimester pertama dan dapat berdampak serius terhadap kesehatan ibu dan janin (Nurhayati, 2021). Tujuan penulis adalah agar mahasiswa mampu menerapkan dan melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien ibu hamil atas indikasi Hiperemesis Gravidarum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulis ini adalah studi kasus dengan subjeknya satu pasien. Penulis ini dilaksanakan di ruangan Kebidanan Rumah Sakit Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryio Padang pada tanggal 16 Maret s/d 21 Maret 2025. Setelah dilakukan pengkajian didapatkan masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada Ny. S yaitu defisit nutrisi, risiko hipovolemi, toleransi aktivitas. Disaat muncul masalah maka dilakukan rencana keperawatan berdasarkan sdki, slki, siki serta dilakukan implementasi sesuai dengan perencanaan, setelah dilakukan evaluasi selama 5 hari didapatkan masalah defisit nutrisi, risiko hipovolemi, toleransi aktivitas efektif teratasi dan pasien diperbolehkan pulang. Berdasarkan Studi kasus yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang telah dilaksanakan selama 5 hari dapat teratasi dengan baik. Maka dari itu diharapkan pasien dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang perawatan hiperemesis gravidarum dan kunjungan antenetal care kelayanan kesehatan. Abstract

: Disaster is an event or series of events that threatens and disrupts people's lives and livelihoods caused both by natural factors and/or non-natural factors as well as human factors resulting in human casualties, environmental damage, loss of property and psychological impacts (Law No. 24 , 2007). The psychological impact is affected by the occurrence of disasters in various regions in Indonesia, ranging from natural, artificial, to social disasters which claim many victims. The victims of the disaster needed help, and not only physical medical assistance but also mental health support. So that this will cause material losses, the victims of natural disasters will also be overcome by deep sadness due to the loss of family or relatives, shock, to trauma which can lead to mental disorders. Efforts made to deal with post-disaster trauma are physical treatment and support in the form of mentoring from community. A week to four weeks later, Community need to carry out environmental monitoring and evaluation and other threats. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to have community service to be able to cooperate between various parties in preparing for the mental health treatment of disaster victims. The purpose of the service is for community to understand the handling of mental health for disaster victims. The service will be held in May 2023. The service participants are the community. The results of the dedication showed that more than 80% of the participants were able to know how to deal with the mental health of disaster victims..

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to provide health education in the form of counseling on how to care for mental disorders patients with problems at risk of violent behavior in Banda Gadang, Padang City. The method of implementing community service activities includes three stages of activity, namely preparation for implementation, preparation for completeness and implementation of health education. The number of participants who attended was 16 people. The activity was held in Banda Gadang, Padang city. The target of this outreach activity is the community, including parents and closest family. Based on the results of the health education carried out, the results show that there is an increase in the family's ability to understand violent behavior by 15%, the causes of violent behavior by 15%, signs and symptoms of violent behavior by 10%, the consequences of violent behavior by 15% and family efforts in caring for family members with violent behavior. by 20%. Health education activities went well and received a positive response from the community and nurses. There was an increase in knowledge by all participants present. This is a real form of cooperation between educational and health institutions as well as a form of service to the community as one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
