Abstract This research aims to determine the level of top serve skills in volleyball games of students at SMP Negeri 2 Pulokulon. The sample in this study was taken from one class at level VIII, which consisted of 32 students (17 boys and 15 girls). This type of research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The instrument used is a top serve skill test in volleyball, with an assessment using the top serve accuracy test (AAHPER serving accuracy test). The results showed that 3 (9.38) students had the upper level of service skills in the very good category, 2 (6.25%) students had the good category, 20 (62.5%) students had the medium category, 4 (12.5%) have a poor category, and 3 (9.37%) have a bad category. So it can be concluded that the average level of volleyball service skills in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Pulokulon is in the medium category, namely with a percentage of 62.5% for a total of 20 students. This study aims to analyze the level of breast stroke swimming ability in students of the Swimming Talent Interest of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, involving 20 students as samples. Data were obtained through swimming ability tests and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that the majority of students had appropriate abilities in breast stroke swimming techniques , with the highest percentage in the appropriateness of body position when gliding (75%). However, there were also some students who still needed improvement in leg movement techniques, hand movement techniques, breathing techniques, and movement coordination techniques. The conclusion of this study is that although most students showed good abilities, there is still a need for additional training to improve their swimming skills.

Sport is defined as a form of planned, gradual and continuous sports activity to improve the athlete's ability through competition. Sport does not pay attention to race, religion or ethnicity, because sport can unite people and help them become better. Volleyball is one of the sports that is quite popular in Indonesia. Volleyball has the advantage that playing it does not require a lot of money, so it becomes a special attraction especially at SDN Sondakan by holding a volleyball tournament. In participating in the volleyball tournament, SDN Sondakan has never won, so in extracurricular activities it is necessary to improve the achievements and training of its students. An athlete must be in good physical condition in order to play volleyball well. Eye and hand coordination needs to be done to improve the use of the hands when serving. Arm muscle strength also affects an athlete's ability to serve underhand.This research aims to determine the relationship between upper arm muscle strength and eye-hand coordination with the effectiveness of the bottom serve in volleyball at SDN Sondakan in 2024. The research method used is a quantitative research method with correlational tests. The population in this study were extracurricular boys' volleyball students at SDN Sondakan. The sample taken from the total sampling results was 10 students. Data collection techniques use tests and measurements. The background of the problem in this research is.1) It is not yet known whether there is a relationship between upper arm muscle strength and the effectiveness of volleyball underhand service.2) It is not yet known whether there is a relationship between eye-hand coordination and the effectiveness of volleyball underhand serves.3) It is not yet known whether there is a relationship between upper arm muscle strength and eye-hand coordination with the effectiveness of volleyball underhand serves. The aim of this research is 1) Knowing the relationship between arm muscle strength and the effectiveness of volleyball underhand serve. 2) Knowing the relationship between eye-hand coordination and the effectiveness of volleyball underhand service.3) Knowing the relationship between eye-hand coordination and the effectiveness of volleyball underhand service..The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis through correlation studies. The research results obtained, 1) There is a relationship between upper arm muscle strength and the effectiveness of the lower serve in men's volleyball at SDN Sondakan, with a value of rcount = 0.849 > rtable = 0.631; 2) there is a significant relationship between hand-eye coordination and the effectiveness of the bottom serve with a value of rcount = 0.641 > rtable = 0.631; 3) there is a relationship between arm muscle strength and eye-hand coordination with the effectiveness of the bottom serve with a value of rcount = 0.804 > rtable = 0.631. The conclusion is that upper arm muscle strength and hand-eye coordination are significantly related to the effectiveness of the volleyball bottom serve.

Wonosari Village is a village located in Gondangrejo, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. This village has several potentials that can be utilized and developed. Community Service Institute and Organizational Development Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (LPMPP UMS) through Thematic Real Work Lectures (Thematic KKN) has tried to reduce and provide solutions to the problems faced by villages and their communities in this village. This Thematic KKN is carried out over a period of three months, and it is part of the 2022 Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM). One of the programs that has been carried out in this village is Blue Pea Flower Processing. This program was well implemented and involved various partners, such as village officials, youth organizations and village communities.

This research was conducted through a preliminary study and the results of observations on Taekwondo Dojang Central Sukoharjo (DCS) athletes related to the coaching program during the adaptation period of new habits. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of taekwondo sports development during the adaptation period of new habits in terms of context, input, process and product. The main problem in this study is that the training process during the adaptation period for new habits is limited by applicable government regulations related to maintaining health protocols so that Covid 19 does not end up in activities that occur in the pattern of coaching taekwondo athletes. The method used in this study uses an approach that refers to the CIPP model with four evaluation targets (Context, Input, Process, and Product). This research was carried out at Dojang Central Sukoharjo in February 2022. The data analysis used descriptive frequency analysis with the help of excel software 2013. The results of this study can be concluded that: Taekwondo Sports Development Patterns During the Adaptation Period of New Habits Judging from Context, Input, Process, and Product in the category good.

The results of this study indicate that the use of the Jigsaw type of cooperative learning model has a positive impact on improving students' physical fitness learning outcomes. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 18 students in Class IV as the subject. Based on the results of the research data, it can be concluded: (1) The initial data is known before the action is given, it can be explained that the majority of students have not shown learning outcomes with a percentage of learning completeness 0% with a total of 0 students, or students who get scores in a good category in the range of values 80-89 with completeness criteria as many as 0 students (0%), students who obtained scores in the sufficient category in the range of values 70-79 in the sufficient category with completeness criteria as many as 0 students (0%) while students who did not complete as many as 18 students with grades percentage of 100% or each in the range of values from 60 to 69 in the poor category as many as 8 students (44%) and students in the range of values < 60 in the less category as many as 10 students (56%) and no students in the very good category with value range 90-100. (2) In Cycle I, the average score of learning outcomes was 70.94, there were 11 students (61%) completed, and 7 students (33%) had not. (3) In Cycle II, the average score of the pilot test was 81.82, there were 18 students (100%) completed and 0 students (0%) incomplete. It increased from 0% at the initial condition, to 61% at the end of cycle I and increased to 100% at the end of cycle II. Thus this proves that the application of the jigsaw type of cooperative learning model has a positive effect on increasing students' willingness to exercise.

The background of this research is to find out how well the students' motor skills are considered by the Physical Education teacher at the school in carrying out learning and choosing the right learning method, especially during practical learning outside the field. This study aims to determine the motor skills of the students of SD Negeri 1 Temuwangi, Pedan District, Klaten Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, meaning that in this study only need to describe the current situation without theory. This concentration is only for the motor skills of fourth and fifth graders at SD Negeri 1 Temuwangi. The method used is a survey with the test method as an instrument for collecting data. The motor skills of grades IV and V are known that in the very high category 0 students (0%), are in the high category 1 student (4%), are in the medium category 13 students (54%), are in the low category 10 people (42% ), are in the very low category of 0 students (0%). These results indicate that the motor skills of students are in the moderate category.

Di sekolah inklusi TK Alam Muhammadiyah Surya Mentari belum pernah diadakan pengukuran motorik halus untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Oleh karena itu sangat penting untuk dilakukan, karena sangat dibutuhkan oleh anak berkebutuhan khusus untuk mendapatkan perhatian dan pelayanan khusus, dan selain itu dari tenaga pendidik khususnya guru penjas adaptif harus mengetahui secara langsung kondisi fisik dari peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik kemampuan motorik halus anak berkebutuhan khusus di TK Alam Muhammadiyah Surya Mentari Kecamatan Laweyan Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah anak berkebutuhan khusus di TK Alam Muhammadiyah Surya Mentari yang berjumlah 10 anak. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan motorik halus anak berkebutuhan khusus yaitu lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian kemampuan motorik halus anak berkebutuhan khusus di TK Alam Muhammadiyah Surya Mentari Kecamatan Laweyan Surakarta berada pada kategori “Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB)” sebesar 0,00% (0 anak), “Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH)” sebesar 20,00% (2 anak), “Mulai Berkembang (MB)” sebesar 60,00% (6 anak), dan “Belum Berkembang (BB)” sebesar 20,00% (2 anak). Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus anak berkebutuhan khusus di TK Alam Muhammadiyah Surya Mentari Kecamatan Laweyan Surakarta dalam kategori “Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH)”. Hal ini dikuatkan dari hasil analisis presentase sebesar 60%, berada pada inteval nilai 51%-75% (Yoni, 2010).

This study aims to evaluate the level of basic technical skills of upper serve, upper pass, and smash in male players of Club Meteor Dermolo. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 32 players as a population with 15 male players selected as samples through purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done through skill tests, including upper serve, smash, and upper pass tests. Data analysis used descriptive statistics as well as direct observation to provide a comprehensive picture of the players' abilities. The results showed that the upper serve and smash skills of most players were in the good category, while the upper pass had considerable variation, with an average score of 51.86 and a standard deviation of 6.57. The average (mean) of all test results is 40.13, with a standard deviation of 1.72. The mean of all test results was 23.33, with a standard deviation of 0.816. The mean value of the overall test results was recorded at 51.86 with a standard deviation of 6.57. These findings indicate the need for a more structured training program that focuses on improving upper passes to create a balance of basic technical skills among players, thereby improving overall team performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas model Pendekatan Saintifik dengan Cooperative Learning terhadap motivasi siswa pada pembelajaran PJOK SMA Negeri 1 Weru. Subjek penelitian adalah dua kelas, yaitu kelas XI fase F-4 dan kelas XI fase F-6. Instrumen yang digunakan dengan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal dan analisis nilai pretes, diketahui bahwa keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran PJOK pada kategori rendah. Setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa penerapan model pembelajaran Pendekatan Saintifik dengan Cooperative Learning dan melaksanakan postes, terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada nilai postes siswa. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran PJOK, yang ditunjukkan dengan perbedaan rata-rata nilai pretes kelas fase F-4 (94,40), fase F-6 (90,84) dan postes kelas Fase F-4 (90,28), Fase F-6 (91,36). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh bahwa model pembelajaran Pendekatan Saintifik dengan Cooperative Learning dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran PJOK SMA Negeri 1 Weru.
