Abstract

This study aims to improve the 60-meter sprint ability of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Tegalmade 02 through the application of the traditional game Bentengan. The game incorporates elements of speed, strategy, and teamwork, which are expected to enhance the students' physical abilities, particularly in short-distance running. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a quasi-experimental design involving pre-test and post-test to measure changes in students' running abilities. The subjects of the study were 21 students, consisting of 13 boys and 8 girls. The results indicate that the application of the Bentengan game significantly improved the students' 60-meter sprint performance, with an average reduction in time of around 1.5 seconds after the intervention. The game was proven effective in training acceleration, agility, and body coordination. Additionally, the Bentengan game also supports the development of muscle strength and teamwork, which contribute to overall physical performance improvement.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the application and influence of the traditional game gobak sodor in improving basic locomotor movements in class V students at SDN Laban 02 Kec. Mojolaban and the benefits of research: 1. Improving basic locomotor movements for running, 2. Increasing the ability and professionalism of Physical Education teachers, 3. Increasing students' learning abilities. Classroom Action Research (PTK) is carried out in two cycles consisting of 4 stages, planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the research show that the application of the traditional game gobak sodor improves basic locomotor running movements in class V students at SDN Laban 02 Kec. Mojolaban. From the results of observations of 20 students. In cycle I there were 10 students who received the "complete" criteria with 50% learning completeness. There were 4 students with the information "good" and 20% learning completeness, 6 students with "sufficient" information and 30% learning completion, and 10 students with the "inadequate" information and getting the criteria "not complete" with 50% learning completeness. Meanwhile, Cycle II experienced an increase in the form of 20 students getting the "complete" criteria with 100% learning completeness. 4 students with a description of "very good" and 20% learning completeness, 5 students with a "good" statement and 25% learning completeness, and 11 students with a "fair" statement and 55% learning completeness.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the role of parents and teachers in forming students' interest in Tapak Suci extracurricular activities at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Sukolilo, Pati District. Benefits of this research: 1. Can enrich literature regarding the role of parents and teachers in character education, especially in forming students' interest in extracurricular activities, 2. Provide insight for parents, teachers and schools in understanding the importance of their role in forming students' interest in extracurricular activities. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with survey methods. The results of the research show that the role of parents and teachers is in shaping students' interest in Tapak Suci extracurricular activities at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Sukolilo, Pati District. Research results from 43 respondents showed that 80% strongly agreed and agreed with parental support, 67% strongly agreed and agreed with teacher support, 75% were very interested and interested in student interests. From the results of these respondents, it can be concluded that the support of parents and teachers has a significant influence on increasing students' interest in participating in the Tapak Suci extracurricular at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Sukolilo, Pati District.

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan aspek fundamental dalam menunjang kualitas hidup remaja, terutama pada usia sekolah menengah pertama yang berada dalam masa transisi menuju kedewasaan. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa SMP IT Al Anis dengan mengacu pada hasil Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara (TKPN) tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive, yaitu siswa putra berusia 13–15 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui lima jenis tes TKPN, yaitu tes indeks massa tubuh (IMT), pacer test, test sit up, test squat thrust dan test v sit and reach. Hasil penelitian tingkat kebugaran siswa secara keseluruhan dalam kategori sedang dengan skor 3,3 dengan kategori baik dan hasil proporsi nilai sebesar 36% dengan kategori sedang. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya penyesuaian dalam program pendidikan jasmani, khususnya penguatan pada komponen fleksibilitas dan daya tahan. Kesimpulan menunjukkan pentingnya pemanfaatan hasil TKPN sebagai dasar pengembangan kurikulum dan kebijakan pembinaan kebugaran jasmani di lingkungan sekolah menengah pertama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan pada mahasiswa dengan memiliki berat badan yang ideal atau purposional dan menjaga tingkat kebugaran tubuh sehingga meminimalkan resiko terserang penyakit berbahaya, dalam kegiatan ini diberikan latihan fungsional untuk penurunan berat badan, Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survei. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan dari berbagai Fakultas Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Model latihan fungsional untuk penurunan berat badan ini yang selanjutnya diuji statistik dengan uji signifikansi perbedaan dengan SPSS 16 dapat hasil t-hitung = 33.805, db = 49 dan p-value = 0.00 < 0.05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan berat badan sebelum dan sesudah diberi model latihan fungsional untuk penurunan berat badan. Dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan (1) Model latihan fungsional dapat dikembangkan dan diterapkan dalam penurunan berat badan (2) Model latihan fungsional efektif dapat meningkatkan (menurunkan) berat badan penderita berat badan berlebih atau obesitas.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Special Program (MIM SP) Kartasura, Sukoharjo District, Central Java with a focus on strengthening inclusive learning through the Adaptive Physical Education approach. The main issue faced by schools is the limitation of teachers in designing physical activities that are friendly to students with special needs, so assistance is needed to improve pedagogical competence while creating an equal learning atmosphere. The implementation method includes the stage of identifying needs, teacher training, designing adaptive physical learning models, and implementation and evaluation through direct practice in the classroom. A participatory approach is used so that teachers and students are actively involved in the learning process. The results of the mentoring showed an increase in teachers' understanding of the principles of adaptive physical education, the availability of varied and inclusive physical activity designs, and an increase in the involvement of students with special needs in physical activities. The program also fosters regular students' positive attitudes toward their peers with special needs. Thus, this service has succeeded in making a real contribution to strengthening inclusive learning practices in elementary schools through the optimization of adaptive physical education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan minat belajar siswa kelas reguler dan kelas khusus terhadap pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. Latar belakang penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya antusiasme sebagian siswa, khususnya di kelas khusus, dalam mengikuti kegiatan PJOK. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif komparatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 40 responden yang terdiri dari 20 siswa kelas reguler dan 20 siswa kelas khusus yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket kuesioner disusun berdasarkan indikator minat belajar seperti perhatian, perasaan senang, aktivitas, peranan guru, dan fasilitas olahraga. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test dengan bantuan program SPSS menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,03 (<0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Siswa kelas reguler memiliki tingkat minat belajar lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa kelas khusus, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti motivasi dan perhatian, serta faktor eksternal seperti metode pembelajaran dan lingkungan belajar. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa peran guru PJOK dan dukungan sekolah sangat penting dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di kedua kelas tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of circuit learning on improving the physical fitness of elementary school students. This research was conducted at SDN 135 Sajoanging Wajo Regency of South Sulawesi Province, with a sample of 20 people. The method used in this study is to use asi experiments. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis and inference analysis, descriptive analysis is used to describe the results of this study while inference analysis uses uji_t with a significant degree α=0.05 analysis used with the help of SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study found that circuit learning had a significant influence on improving the physical fitness of elementary school students. Thus, it can be concluded that circuit learning is one of the alternatives to improving the physical fitness of school students.

Abstract

Abstract.The purpose of this research is to develop learning management on Schoologybasedbadminton courses. The results are expected to know the validity,effectiveness, and response of students to the management of the learning. Theresearch was conducted in the FKIP UMS Sports Education Study Program. Thesubject of the study is a seventh-semester student in 2020. Research methods used byADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The resultsshowed that the study of material experts obtained a score of 44 with a percentageof 81.43% with a very valid category. Media experts with a score of 85 with apercentage of 79% are included in the Valid criteria. Effectiveness of learningmanagement of 1.12 including Strong Effect. Students' responses to learningmanagement used scored an average of 80, 96%. This research concludes that thedevelopment of schoology-based learning management can be applied in badmintonlearning in universities.Keywords: management development, Schoology, badminton.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the use of Schoology application in learning reviewed from the motivation of learning in POR UMS students. The population in this study is students of the Sports Education Study Program of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta class of 2017-2021. The samples used in this study are as many as 220 students, research instruments consist of observations, questionnaires, and interviews, while research sampling techniques using systematic random sampling with a type of systematic random sampling. Data collection techniques using observations, questionnaires, and interviews while this type of research is descriptive quantitative research by analyzing the data that has been collected and then described. The results of this study showed that the use of Schoology application media in the learning process helped students increase motivation in learning by gaining an average percentage of Schoology application usage by 76.82% of the agreed category, while the percentage of the average learning motivation result was 73.18% of category agreed. So it can be concluded that with the acquisition of significant percentage results between the use of Schoology applications and learning motivation there is an increase in learning motivation in POR UMS students by using Schoology applications in the learning process.
