Abstract

The volatility of the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in 2026 has created a precarious environment for both institutional investors and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This research explores the pivotal role of strategic investor communication in mitigating the adverse effects of market downturns and its subsequent impact on MSME welfare. Utilizing a qualitative-exploratory approach, the study analyzes how transparent, data-driven communication strategies can stabilize investor sentiment and prevent capital flight during bearish periods. Furthermore, it investigates the structural link between capital market stability and the informal economy, particularly how fluctuations in the JCI influence the availability of credit and partnership opportunities for MSMEs. Grounded in Signaling Theory and Stakeholder Theory, the findings suggest that effective communication acts as a buffer against market irrationality. The research highlights that while a decline in the JCI often leads to tightened liquidity, proactive engagement strategies can sustain investor confidence in the long-term resilience of the Indonesian economy. This study concludes with a proposed framework for "Integrated Financial Communication" that synchronizes macro-level market signaling with micro-level MSME support systems to ensure holistic economic welfare.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology provides new opportunities to improve the quality of learning, particularly in science education. Conventional learning media such as textbooks and static images are considered less effective in conveying concepts that are highly visual and abstract. This study aims to design and develop an interactive 3D mobile-based educational media as a learning tool for science subjects, with a case study on the human digestive system at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Cimahi. The application enables students to explore the digestive system organs through interactive 3D models supported by audio narration and explanatory texts. The development method employed is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The application was evaluated through alpha testing using the blackbox method and beta testing by distributing questionnaires to teachers and 14 eighth-grade students. The evaluation results indicate that the application is well-accepted and contributes positively to students’ understanding of the human digestive system. The questionnaire results showed a score of 4.37, indicating that the application is engaging, easy to use, and interactive. These findings highlight the potential of interactive 3D mobile-based educational media as an innovative alternative for more engaging and effective science learning.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology has significantly increased the volume and complexity of network traffic, leading to cyber security threats that are increasingly dynamic and difficult to detect using traditional security systems. The limitations of signature-based detection systems in identifying new attacks, including zero-day attacks, necessitate the adoption of more adaptive anomaly detection approaches through the utilization of machine learning and deep learning within Network Intrusion Detection Systems (NIDS). This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Support Vector Machines (SVM), and a hybrid CNN–SVM model in detecting network traffic anomalies. This research employs a quantitative approach using an experimental method to evaluate the performance of the three models based on the CIC-IDS2017 dataset. The experimental process includes data preprocessing, model development, and performance evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix metrics. The results indicate that the CNN and SVM baseline models achieve high accuracy levels of 98.85% and 98.66%, respectively, but still exhibit limitations in detecting minority attack classes. The hybrid CNN–SVM model achieves the best performance with an accuracy of 99.41% and a more balanced macro-average recall, indicating improved generalization across classes. The integration of CNN as a feature extractor and SVM as a classifier is proven to be effective in leveraging the complexity of network traffic features while enhancing classification stability. Therefore, the hybrid CNN–SVM approach can be recommended as a more effective and reliable network traffic anomaly detection method compared to single-model approaches in supporting modern network security systems.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Nurse is well known as a leader in compassionate profession that always take part in every crisis and emergency situation. Nurse mostly force to be a leader without formal education as a leader. This paper is to explore the leadership in disaster nursing as a challenge today and in the future. As a leader nurse must have certain knowledge and ability in decision making, communication and collaboration to manage the catastrophe events. Nurse must have certain traits and characteristics to manage the presence and influence as a leader and an ability to understanding the right leadership style that appropriate within the situation in crisis. Connecting the requirement of leadership in disaster nursing with the standardized curricula of leadership in disaster nursing is the future recommendation for nursing scholar.
