Abstract

This study was conducted to address the issue of low religious character building in early childhood at Mutiara Waworada Kindergarten, where some students are unable to consistently demonstrate religious behavior, such as reciting prayers correctly, participating in worship activities in an orderly manner, and behaving politely in daily interactions. This condition requires a learning approach that is not only instructional but also able to guide children to a deep understanding of religious values. Therefore, this study aims to describe the process and impact of applying a deep learning approach in strengthening students' religious character, particularly in terms of spiritual, social, and emotional independence. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive design. The data sources consist of classroom teachers, students in group B, and supporting documents in the form of lesson plans, observation notes, and documentation of learning activities. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation of religious learning activities. The data was analyzed through stages of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing by applying triangulation techniques to improve validity. The results of the study show that the application of the deep learning approach through worship observation activities, gradual guidance, simple reflection, and positive reinforcement succeeded in forming more consistent religious behavior in students. Children showed improvement in prayer discipline, emotional control, concern for friends, and independence in performing worship practices. Deep learning has been proven to have a holistic impact in strengthening religious character integrated with children's social and emotional development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penerapan Kapitasi Berbasis Kinerja (KBK) di Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) di Kabupaten Kolaka Timur, Indonesia. Skema KBK, sebagai kebijakan utama dalam program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), menyesuaikan pembayaran fasilitas berdasarkan pencapaian tiga indikator layanan utama: Angka Kontak (AK), Rasio Rujukan Non-Spesialistik (RRNS), dan Rasio Peserta Prolanis Terkendali (RPPT). Latar belakang menggarisbawahi peran kunci FKTP sebagai gatekeeper sistem dan penggunaan KBK untuk menjamin mutu layanan serta efisiensi keuangan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode total sampling terhadap seluruh FKTP yang memenuhi kriteria. Data dari Januari dan Agustus 2025, yang mencakup laporan kinerja sekunder, kuesioner, dan wawancara, dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja yang beragam. RRNS (0,54%) berhasil dikendalikan, mengindikasikan fungsi gatekeeper yang efektif. Namun, tantangan besar teridentifikasi: AK (70,54‰) masih jauh di bawah target 150‰, mencerminkan rendahnya akses layanan atau pencatatan yang kurang optimal, dan RPPT (1,08%) sangat di bawah target 5%, menandakan pengelolaan penyakit kronis yang belum optimal. Pembahasan menghubungkan temuan ini dengan masalah sistemik seperti beban peserta yang tinggi, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, serta kelemahan dalam pencatatan data dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam Prolanis. Disimpulkan bahwa meskipun fungsi rujukan berjalan efektif, diperlukan peningkatan signifikan dalam aksesibilitas layanan dan perawatan kronis. Rekomendasi yang diajukan meliputi penguatan sistem pencatatan layanan, peningkatan monitoring rutin multipihak, optimalisasi kegiatan Prolanis berbasis komunitas, serta peningkatan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan untuk memperbaiki hasil pencapaian KBK secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation values in public senior high schools in Singkawang City using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The study employed a quantitative approach with an evaluative survey design involving 315 12th-grade students selected through disproportionate stratified sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the implementation of religious moderation was generally in the good category across all evaluation dimensions. Schools have normative readiness and program relevance in a multicultural context, while input components such as educators, teaching materials, facilities, and parental involvement are available although not yet fully integrated systemically. In terms of process, internalization of values occurs through relatively conducive learning and social interactions with the active role of teachers as agents of moderation. In terms of product, the program has a positive impact on increasing tolerance, mutual respect, and students' ability to apply the values of moderation in everyday life. However, institutional strengthening and policy integration are still needed to ensure the sustainability and systematic transformation of school culture.
