Abstract

- As far as talking about organizing, then we talk about organizing that can produce starting from the form, the work system, the structure, the resources, and also other aspects. This study aims to describe the organizational management in the Arabic language course program at Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah Batu. This research uses qualitative research methods, case study type. The results of this study are 1) The language course institution at the Al Hidayah Batu Islamic boarding school has standardized organizational management in the current era of globalization, namely flexible organization that is adaptive, responsive, and sensitive to change. 2) for the division of tasks carried out, with the procurement and development of mechanisms to coordinate the duties of each member to become a harmonious and integrated unit, so that organizational members always maintain attention to organizational goals and reduce inefficiency and prevent conflicts that can damage the goals of the vision and mission. the empty gap of this research is renewal in the deepening analysis of global standardized organizing. The implication of this research is that it can provide a reference in the management of organizing Arabic language programs in the world of education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of various performance factors on contractor performance in the implementation project, as part of the National Police's institutional transformation toward a predictive, responsive, and transparent work system. The performance factors analyzed include managerial competence, work experience, communication, and time management. Using a questionnaire and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, the study finds that managerial factors (P-value 0.000) and occupational safety and environment (K3L) (P-value 0.016) significantly influence contractor performance. However, legal and licensing, financial, technical, and social aspects do not show significant effects. The study suggests focusing on improving managerial training and enhancing K3L standards, while also maintaining compliance with licensing and social relationships. This research highlights the importance of management and safety training in educational settings to improve professional performance in construction projects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Manajemen Pondok Pesantren dalamPembinaan Akhlak Santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul MukhlisinKecamatan Kadia Kota Kendari, yang bertujuan: mengetahuibagaimana manajemen pembinaan akhlak santri, metode pembinaanakhlak santri dan kendala yang dihadapi pondok pesantren darulmukhlisin dalam pembinaan akhlak santri. Penelitian ini ialahpenelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datayang digunakan dengan cara observasi, wawancara mendalam dandokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Manajemen dalampembinaan akhlak santri melibatkan serangkaian proses dan strategiyang dirancang untuk mengelola, mengarahkan, dan memfasilitasiperkembangan moral dan spiritual para santri seperti perencanaan,organisasi, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, koordinasi, evalusai danpenyesuaian, serta Pengembangan Keterampilan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen, efektivitasnya, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Al-Ikhlas Baruga Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKSA Al-Ikhlas telah menerapkan empat fungsi manajemen—perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan—secara efektif. Perencanaan dilakukan dalam bentuk program jangka pendek dan panjang, pengorganisasian dilaksanakan melalui struktur yang jelas dan pembagian tugas yang spesifik, pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan sesuai jadwal harian yang terstruktur, dan pengawasan dilakukan secara ketat. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi manajemen terbuka, SDM yang berkualitas, dan nilai keikhlasan, sedangkan hambatan utamanya adalah karakter anak asuh yang sulit diatur dan keterbatasan dana. Meski begitu, LKSA Al-Ikhlas tetap berkomitmen memberikan pelayanan optimal dengan memprioritaskan pendidikan, gizi, dan kesehatan anak-anak asuh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the home visit method in improving student discipline at SMKN 1 Pulo Ampel. The home visit method is applied as a mentoring strategy for students with low discipline levels, involving collaboration between the school, teachers, and parents. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the home visit method effectively increases students' awareness of the importance of discipline, strengthens communication between teachers and parents, and creates a more conducive learning environment. In conclusion, the home visit method can serve as an effective alternative for addressing student discipline issues, particularly at the vocational high school level.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relevance of the principles of essentialism in answering the challenges of contemporary Islamic education. The method used is library research with an analytical qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentation of primary literature, such as the works of William C. Bagley, E.D. Hirsch, Al-Ghazali, Al-Attas, and Al-Faruqi, as well as secondary literature in the form of Scopus and SINTA indexed journal articles, academic books, and dissertations published between 2020 and 2025. The results show that essentialism has a strong relevance in strengthening the foundation of Islamic education, especially in the aspects of values, basic knowledge, and character building. The principles of essentialism are in line with the core values of Islamic education such as ta'dīb, tarbiyah, and ta'līm, and are reflected in the practice of traditional education in pesantren and the integrative curriculum in madrasah. In the context of globalization and digitalization, essentialism also acts as a value filter and philosophical foundation that maintains a balance between technological mastery and spiritual moral formation. The discussion reinforces the finding that essentialism does not contradict the progress of the times, but rather becomes an adaptive and profound conceptual framework. Essentialism can be used as a philosophical paradigm in the reformulation of sustainable Islamic education that is not only responsive to change, but also steadfast in maintaining the value orientation and Islamic identity of students.

Abstract

Salah satu keanekaragaman hayati yang berasal dari Kalimantan Barat adalah tanaman Kesum (Polygonum minus Huds). Daun kesum merupakan salah satu tumbuhan alami yang mengandung metabolit sekunder berupa flavonoid, aldehid, terpenoid, gerniol dan senyawa fenolik. Daun dari famili Polygonaceae ini populer di Asia Tenggara sebagai bumbu masak. Selain meningkatkan citarasa masakan, daun kesum banyak dimanfaatkan untuk kesehatan seperti menyuburkan, menghitamkan rambut dan menghilangkan ketombe. Flavonoid adalah senyawa metabolit sekunder yang termasuk dalam kelompok senyawa fenol yang struktur benzenanya tersubstitusi dengan gugus OH. Dalam penulisan artikel review ini, penulis melakukan pencarian literatur menggunakan database elektronik seperti Google Scholar, Science Direct, PubMed, Researchgate, dan sumber elektronik lainnya.

Abstract

This study is a literature review that aims to comprehensively examine health and drug regulation from three perspectives: the implementation of Real-World Evidence (RWE), the application of Good Regulatory Practices for Medicines (CROB), and a comparison of health regulations across countries. Using a literature review method, the findings indicate that Indonesia faces significant challenges in integrating RWE into its drug approval system, particularly due to limited data infrastructure, regulatory gaps, and data ethics issues. On the other hand, the CROB guidelines issued by the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) represent a crucial effort to build a regulatory system that is transparent, accountable, and evidence-based. Furthermore, cross-country comparisons affirm that strict regulations positively impact the quality of healthcare services, enhancing patient safety and the competence of medical personnel. This study concludes that adaptive, integrated, and consistent regulation is essential to ensure the quality of medicines and healthcare services, and that harmonizing policies across sectors and countries is necessary to address global health challenges.

Abstract

Traditional medicine has been an integral part of the community medicine system and has been passed down from generation to generation, and is now even more relevant in the midst of globalization. The increasing interest in herbal medicine cannot be separated from the public's concerns regarding the side effects of chemical drugs and the need for a more holistic approach to health. However, the development of traditional medicine faces quite complex challenges, ranging from the lack of standardization, limited scientific validation, to the threat of biopiracy against genetic resources and traditional knowledge. This paper seeks to analyze the literature that discusses pharmaceutical standardization efforts, scientific validation, and protection strategies against biopiracy in the development of traditional medicines.

Abstract

Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani is a great Sufi figure widely known in the Sunni Sufism tradition. His thoughts and teachings not only formed the map of classical Islamic spirituality, but also made important contributions to the construction of Sufism epistemology and the concept of guardian. This study discusses in depth how the epistemology of Sufism was developed by Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani, emphasizing the sources of spiritual knowledge such as kasyf, ilham, and ma'rifah, as well as how the concept of sainthood is interpreted as the highest realization of the human spiritual journey. Furthermore, this article also explores how his legacy of thought has implications for the development of Islamic thought in the modern era, particularly in responding to the crisis of spirituality and materialistic tendencies that are developing in the contemporary world. With a qualitative approach and hermeneutic analysis of the works of Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani such as Futuh al-Ghaib and al-Fath al-Rabbani, this paper shows that the epistemology of Sufism can be an alternative in building a more holistic, integrative, and transcendental scientific paradigm. Ultimately, Sheikh Abdul Qadir's thoughts are not only relevant as a spiritual legacy, but also as an offer of solutions for modern Islamic civilization which is seeking a balance between rationality and spirituality.
