Abstract

One of these obligations as a student of Panca Sakti University Bekasi will carry out Community Service, this is carried out in connection with concerns about following technological developments and advances, especially Indonesia as a country that has a lot of natural and human resource potential that cannot be equated with developed countries. this concern is by organizing Community Service activities in the form of "Socialization of Business Making And Using Social Media As A Product Marketing Strategy For Young People In Perum Kopti" The method of activity carried out is using presentation sessions to convey basic information about marketing strategies through social media. Followed by a discussion session to provide space for participants to ask questions, share experiences, and collaborate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between taxpayers’ level of knowledge and their compliance in fulfilling tax obligations. The research serves as a study material and scientific reference, particularly for students of the Management Study Program, to better understand the importance of tax knowledge in improving taxpayer compliance. The method used is quantitative, with a survey approach utilizing a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The number of respondents in this study was 10 taxpayers.Data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The validity and reliability tests indicated that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable for use in the study.The correlation test results showed a significant relationship between the knowledge variable(X) and compliance variable (Y) overall, with a total correlation value of r = 0.913 and a significance value (p) < 0.01, indicating a very strong and statistically significant relationship.From these results, it can be concluded that the higher the taxpayers’ level of knowledge, the higher their level of compliance in fulfilling their tax obligations.

Abstract

This study explores Grade 7 students’ perceptions of the planned implementation of the English Day Program at MTs Attaqwa 17 as an effort to enhance their English speaking skills. The program aims to encourage students to use English in daily school interactions. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through open-ended questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and classroom observations. The findings indicate that students generally have positive perceptions of the program, believing it could improve their confidence and fluency in speaking. Nevertheless, challenges such as fear of making mistakes, limited vocabulary mastery, and speaking anxiety were identified. Students suggested incorporating enjoyable and supportive activities, such as games, peer partnerships, and teacher encouragement, to increase engagement. The study concludes that successful implementation of the English Day Program requires a gradual, student-centered approach supported by teachers and the school environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Return On Asset Terhadap Audit Delay Pada Perusahaan Properti Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2023. Populasi sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Jasa Properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria sampel yang telah ditetapkan. Sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan dengan jangka waktu 3 tahun, sehingga total seluruh sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap audit delay dengan nilai Pair value sebesar 0,018 dan retur on asset mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap audit delay dengan nilai pair value sebesar 0,035, sedangkan uji secara simultan ukuran perusahaan dan retun on asset terhadap audit delay mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan dengan nilai pair value sebesar 0,003.. Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dalam penelitian ini sebesar 35,3 persen, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Anak usia dini yang sering disebut sebagai priode emas (golden age), adalah fase perkembangan yang sangat pesat baik secara fisik maupun psikis,termauk dalam kemampuan bahasa dan keaksaraan awal. Pada tahap ini, stimulasi yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung optimalisasi perkembangan anak, terutama dalam mengenal huruf sebagai dasar literasi awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemempuan mengenal huruf anak usia 5-6 tahun di SPS Melati 4, Kabupaten Sukabumi, dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran inovatif berupa mika telusur alfabet. Penelitian Tindakan kelas ini menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart, penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil observasi prasiklus menunjukan bahwa 43,67% anak belum berkembang dalam kemampuan mengenal huruf, melalui penerapan media mika telusur alfabet terjadi peningkatan kemampuan mengenal huruf dari 39,59% anak mualai berkembang menjadi 66,67% pada siklus 1, dan semakin meningkat di siklus II mencapai 75% anak berkembang sesuai harapan. Meskipun tidak semua anak mencapai kriteria optimal, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media mika telusur alfabet efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf anak usia dini, serta mampu merangsang minat dan partisipasi aktif anak dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

This study explores the dominant types of language learning strategies and their relationship to English learning outcomes among eighth-grade EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students at MTS Plus Roudhotul Muhibbin Bekasi. Language is a fundamental tool for communication, allowing humans to express their ideas and emotions. With the increasing importance of English in the global context, it is widely taught at various levels, from elementary school to university, and in informal educational settings. However, effective language learning requires the use of appropriate strategies. The study employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches using a descriptive case study method, involving 30 eighth-grade students at a private junior high school in Cibitung Bekasi. The research instruments include a set of questionnaires adapted from Oxford (1990), along with interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that students are not very aware of or proactive in using language learning strategies, as they rarely implement them in their studies. The analysis indicates that the most commonly used strategies among students are Cognitive (49%), Memory (18%), and Compensation (14%) strategies, followed by Metacognitive (12%), Affective (4%), and Social (3%) strategies. Additionally, methods such as translation and independent vocabulary learning are frequently used, reflecting the adaptation to the limited exposure to the target language in Indonesia. This study emphasizes the critical role of learning strategies in fostering students' independence and motivation in mastering English.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kedisiplinan pegawai terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Kelurahan Setu, Cipayung, Jakarta Timur. Sebagai garda terdepan pelayanan publik, kelurahan dituntut untuk memberikan layanan yang prima dan disiplin tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang menerima layanan di Kantor Kelurahan Setu, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat ( t hitung > t tabel ), demikian pula dengan kedisiplinan pegawai. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan kontribusi variabel independen yang kuat dalam menjelaskan variasi kepuasan masyarakat di lokasi penelitian.

Abstract

English speaking skills are an important aspect for the general public to get a job. For people who have difficulty continuing their education, PKBM is a forum that aims to develop abilities and skills to improve their quality of life. People who choose to continue their studies to obtain a diploma equivalent to high school (Packet C) have an age range that is variably older than the age of students who attend high school in general, therefore this research aims to improve fluent English speaking skills by applying project based learning This method is expected to make it easier for PKBM Packet C teachers and students to learn creatively and innovatively so that students are expected to be able to practice soft skills at work. The urgency of this research is the availability of educational products, namely speaking teaching materials with project based learning for PKBM packet C schools, so that graduates from PKBM package C have superior graduate quality in the world of work to improve their quality of life. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate. Using data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, then validation was carried out by 3 experts, namely material experts, media experts, and linguist experts. Based on the results of research on the development of speaking teaching materials for packet C PKBM, the results of the development were obtained. Validation results by material experts obtained a result of ????̅ = 3.867, validation results by media experts obtained a result of ????̅ = 3.76, validation results by language experts obtained a result of ????̅ = 3.9. The results of the questionnaire by the English subject teacher obtained a result of ????̅ = 3.67 and questionnaire results by PKBM packet C students ????̅ = 3.8. Evaluation of the post test results on 15 PKBM packet C students showed that 13 of the 15 students were declared complete, and from the overall results it was stated that 78.8% of students had completed/successfully.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education plays an essential role in supporting children’s overall development, including motor skills, particularly for children with special needs who have diverse developmental characteristics. Differences in developmental pace, language abilities, behavior, and social interaction require adaptive learning approaches that respond to individual needs. This study aims toescribe the implementation of the Individualized Learning Program (Program Pembelajaran Individual/PPI) in improving the fine motor skills of children with special needs at Integrated Islamic Kindergarten (Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Terpadu/TKIT) Sahabat, East Jakarta. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. The subjects consisted of three children with special needs and two accompanying teachers. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with teachers, the principal, and parents, as well as documentation of the learning program. The findings reveal that the PPI supports the development of children’s fine motor skills through activities such as threading, drawing, and pasting that are adjusted to each child’s developmental level. The use of varied learning media and individualized instructional strategies helps increase children’s motivation, confidence, and engagement in learning. Challenges in implementation include limited facilities and infrastructure and the need for continuous teacher professional development. Collaboration among teachers, parents, and the school supports the successful implementation of the program.

Abstract

Effective waste management remains a significant challenge in achieving sustainable development at the community. One of the most relevant strategic approaches is the implementation of the circular economy concept through collaboration between communities and waste management institutions such as waste banks, aimed at optimizing waste management toward a sustainable green energy system. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, combining literature review and field observations in communities that have implemented circular economy models based on waste bank practices. The findings indicate that the integration of waste management with waste bank systems enhances the economic value of household waste, strengthens community participation, and creates innovative opportunities for used cooking oil as an alternative energy source, including biodiesel. Moreover, this collaborative model contributes to carbon emission reduction and improves environmental awareness at the grassroots level. Hence, the synergy between waste management and waste banks serves as a strategic framework for advancing the circular economy, supporting the transition toward green energy and sustainable community empowerment.
