Abstract

AbstrakBerdasarkan Riskesda 2013 Prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi sebesar 37,1 %. Prevalensi anemia ibu hamil di kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2016 masih di atas angka kejadian nasional sebesar 50,7 %. Kader posyandu dilatih untuk dapat memberikan informasi, pemberian tablet Fe dan pemantauan konsumsi tablet Fe pada ibu hamil sebagai upaya pencegahan anemia pada ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis keterlibatan kader posyandu secara mendalam tentang pemantauan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe pada ibu hamil sebagai upaya pencegahan anemia. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, lokasi penelitian di Puskesmas wilayah kerja DKK Banyumas, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan utama kader posyandu sebanyak 3 orang dan informan pendukung sebanyak 9 orang, keabsahan data mengguunakan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak semua posyandu melaksanakan pelayanan ibu hamil sehingga tugas untuk pemberian Fe dan penyuluhantidak terlaksana , kader posyandu juga tidak melakukan kunjungan rumah,sehingga keterlibatan kader dalam pencegahan anemia kurang optimal. Kesimpulan keterlibatan kader dalam upaya pencegahan anemia pada ibu hamil melalui pemantauan konsumsi tablet Fe belum optimal. Posyandu perlu mengadakan kembali pelayanan ibu hamil, refresh pengetahuan untuk kader, serta puskesmas mengajukan anggaran untuk kader posyandu, agar kader termotivasi lagi untuk melakukan pemantauan konsumsi tablet Fe pada ibu hamil. Kata Kunci: kader, posyandu,tablet Fe, anemia   Abstract Based on Riskesda 2013 the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia is still quite high at 37.1%. Prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Banyumas district in 2016 is still above the national incidence rate of 50.7%. Posyandu cadres are trained to be able to provide information, administer Fe tablets and monitor consumption of Fe tablets in pregnant women as an effort to prevent anemia in pregnant women. Purpose of this study was to analyze involvement of posyandu cadres in depth about monitoring compliance of consumption of Fe tablets in pregnant women as an effort to prevent anemia. This qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, the location of research in the public health center work area of the Banyumas publich health office, the sampling technique using purposive sampling with the number of main informants as many as 3 posyandu cadres and 9 supporting informants, the validity of the data using method triangulation and data triangulation. The results showed that not all posyandu carry out the services of pregnant women so that the task of giving Fe and extension workers were not carried out, posyandu cadres also did not make home visits, so the involvement of cadres in preventing anemia was less optimal. Conclusion Cadre involvement in efforts to prevent anemia in pregnant women through monitoring consumption of Fe tablets is not optimal. Public health centre needs to hold pregnant women again, refresh knowledge for cadres, and puskesmas submit budgets for posyandu cadres, so that cadres are motivated again to monitor consumption of Fe tablets in pregnant women. Abstract

The global covid-19 pandemic has had far-reaching effects on education as well. Whole education, including early childhood education, makes it impossible to engage in face-to-face teaching, so an innovation of learning systems is needed to hold it. Contrary to current circumstances, some schools already carry out face-to-face learning but with strict health protocols. So RA Hibah has carried out face-to-face study with health protocol. Thus, the study is carried out with a view to discovering the innovation of the different learning systems that RA Hibah made during the pandemic, since the pandemic is not over and so the study is carried out according to conditions. Research methods use qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and literature studies. Observations and interviews have found that innovation in learning systems during pandemics in RA Hibah, which is online learning, rolling learning, and offline learning. Abstract

This study analyzes customer satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kayuagung Branch. The independent variable in this study is the variable of customer service quality which consists of 5 dimensions, namely physical evidence, reliability, assurance and certainty, and empathy, while the dependent variable in this study is customer satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 100 customers using a sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, the F test and the t test. This study found that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially it shows that the variables of physical evidence and assurance and certainty have a significant effect, while reliability, responsiveness and empathy do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Price To Book Value (PBV), Earning Per Share (EPS) on the Jakarta Islamic Index Stock Return and LQ45 Stock Return Index, and to determine the difference in the Jakarta Islamic Index Stock Return with LQ45 Index.The population of this research is the company for the Jakarta Islamic Index shares which are 30 listed companies and the LQ45 Index which is 45 listed companies. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method.The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, the Multiple Linear Regression Test, and the Independent Sample t test.Significant value (Sig.) For DER, PBV and EPS for the JII Stock Index greater than 0.05 concluded that the hypothesis was rejected meaning that DER, PBV and EPS had no significant effect on Stock Return. Significant value (Sig.) For DER, PBV and EPS for the LQ45 Stock Index greater than 0.05 for the LQ45 stock index concluded that the hypothesis was rejected meaning that DER, PBV and EPS had no significant effect on Stock Return. There was a significant difference between Stock Returns JII with LQ45 Stock Return means the results obtained from stock investments for each company both JII and LQ45 Index.

Abstract

Karakter merupakan aspek penting yang perlu dikembangkan saat ini, mengingat berbagai tantangan dan hambatan yang datang dari luar sangat membahayakan bagi kondisi karakter remaja Indonesia. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi dan implementasi siswa terkait dengan pentingnya nilai cinta tanah air dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter program pembiasaan. Pendidikan karakter mesti terlaksana dengan baik dan berkesinambungan, penguatan pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan di SMPN 2 Sumber melalui program pembiasaan menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan sudah berjalan dengan baik namun perlu dilakukan secar continue agar siswa tidak hanya sebatas memahami (knowing), namun juga harus mencapai action agar nilai cinta tanah air dapat tertanam dikalangan remaja.

Abstract

Mitra merupakan para remaja usia 10-19 tahun di Panti Asuhan Putri Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, yang sedang menjalani masa transisi dari kanak-kanak menuju dewasa namun tidak semua menyadari bahwa pada masa remaja terjadi perubahan besar pada fisik dan kejiwaannya yang akan berpengaruh pada kehidupan reproduksinya.Tujuan Program ini untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan perilaku hidup sehat bagi remaja, sehingga mitra mampu memelihara kesehatan dirinya agar dapat memasuki masa kehidupan berkeluarga dengan reproduksi sehat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini penyuluhan dan pendidikan kesehatan serta pelatihan memecahkan masalah. dengan target luaran meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan persiapan prakonsepsi, adanya liflet dan modul serta mitra mampu menjadi tutor sebaya. Hasil pengabdian adalah menigkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan berkomunikasi mitra berkaitan dengan kesehatan reproduksi dan persiapan konsepsi. Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi harus dianggap sebagai bagian dari proses pendidikan yang mempunyai tujuan untuk memperkuat dasar-dasar pengetahuan dan pengembangan kepribadian dan bukan sesuatu hal yang tabu, dan upaya bagi remaja (mitra) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman , pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku positif tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan seksualnya serta meningkatkan derajat reproduksinya, yang pada keberhasilannya juga merupakan upaya menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas konseling kelompokteknik bibliotherapy berbasis cerita rakyat untuk meningkatkanpeduli sosial remaja Dusun Menayu, Desa Menayu, Muntilan,Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian true eksperimendengan desain penelitian prettest-posttes only control group desaign.Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 remaja awalyang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu 5 remaja sebagai kelompokeksperimen dan 5 remaja sebagai kelompok kontrol. Teknikpengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahrandom sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaituanalisis parametrik One Way Anova dengan bantuan SPSS 23.0 forwindows. Permasalahan yang diteliti oleh peneliti adalah tentangrendahnya peduli sosial remaja di Dusun Menayu. Setelah dilakukantreatment, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konseling kelompokteknik bibliotherapy berbasis cerita rakyat efektif untukmeningkatkan peduli sosial remaja. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil ujiStatistik Parametrik One Way Anova dengan probabilitas nilaisignifikansi (2-tailed) 0,001 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis danpembahasan, terdapat perbedaan skor rata-rata angket peduli sosialantara dua kelompok. Kelompok eksperimen memiliki persentasepeningkatan sebesar 45,77% sedangkan kelompok kontrol sebesar6,62 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the twostay twostray learning model withthe help of gig media on learning outcomes of Javanese script in fourth grade students ofGondangrejo State Elementary School, Windusari, Magelang.The design of this study used a Pre-experimental design with the One Group PretestPosttest Design research model. This research was conducted on fourth grade students ofGondangrejo State Elementary School Windusari Magelang. The research sample wastaken in total from the population with a sample of 20 students using a total samplingtechnique. The method used in collecting data in this study used the test method. Thevalidity test carried out in this study is construct validity and empirical validity. Thereliability test uses Cronbach's alpha which produces a reliability index of 0.837.Prerequisite test consists of normality test and homogeneity test. The normality test inthis study obtained a significance value of 0.25 > 0.05 where the data was declared normal.Hypothesis testing using parametric statistical techniques, namely the Paired sample ttest,The results of the hypothesis test are shown by the paired sample t test of Javanese scriptlearning outcomes with a value of7. 725> 0.05, which indicates that there is an effect ofusing the Two Stay' Two Stray Learning Model with the help of Dokar Media Only onJavanese Script Learning Outcomes. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy training on improvingthe self-concept of seventh grade students of SMP Plus Ihya’ul Ulum Muntilan.This research is true experimental design research with pretest-posttest controlgroup design. Research subject were selected using simple random sampling. Thesamples taken were 22 students consisting of 11 students as the experimental group and 11 students as the control group. The method of data collection is done by using a self-concept questionnaire. The analysis prerequisite test consists of a normality test and a homogenity test. Data analysis used One Way Anova Parametric Statistical analysiswith the help of SPSS version 25.The result showed that self-efficacy training had an effect on increasing students’self-concept. This is evidenced by the result of the One Way Anova Parametric Statisticstest with a probability value of sig. (2-tailed) 0,004 < 0,05. Based on the result of the analysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score of the student self-concept questionnaire between the experimental group by 12% and the control group by 4%. The result of the study can be concluded that there is an effect of self-efficacytraining to improve students’ self-concept.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of group counseling with Cinema Therapy-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach to reduce the decadence of adolescent moral behavior. This research is a pure experimental research using a model Pretest-PosttestControl Group Design.The subjects of this study were selected randomly. The samplestaken in this study were 10 adolescents consisting of 5 adolescents as the experimentalgroup and 5 adolescents as the control group. The data collection method was carried outusing a decadence questionnaire of adolescent moral behavior. The data analysis methodused in this study namely by using One way Anova Parametric Statistical analysis withthe help of SPSS For Windows version 24. The results showed that the group counselingapproach Cognitive Behavior Therapy Based on Cinema Therapyeffective in reducing thedecadence of adolescent moral behavior. This is evidenced by the results of the One-wayANOVA Parametric Statistics test with a probability of sig. (2-tailed) 0.007 <0.05. Basedon the results of the analysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score ofthe decadence questionnaire on adolescent moral behavior between the experimentalgroup and thethe average value (9.18%) which is higher than the control group with anaverage increase (5.59%). The results of the study can be concluded that groupcounselingCinema Therapy-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach is effective inreducing the decadence of adolescent moral behavior.
