Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dunia pendidikan khususnya pendidikan islam memiliki tantangan dan hambatan maka pendidikan di tuntut untuk mampu memelihara eksistensinya di aman teknologi 4.0 dimana era ini membawa dampak yang luar biasa. Tidak hanya dampak pendidikan saja akan tetapi seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia. Pada era ini semakin sentralnya peran teknologi dalam kehidupan manusia maka pendidikan islam harus terus memaksimalkan sarana yang ada serta teknologi yang semakin maju. untuk itu tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan akan pentingnya eksistensi ilmu pendidikan islam sebagai salah satu aspek yang harus dimiliki seluruh siswa agar dapat menjadi siswa yang profesional dalam bidangnya serta mampu bermoral berakhlaq di zaman teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan (Library Research) dan analisis deskriptif dalam penulisannya sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini berupa penjelasan dari data-data pustaka yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan ada tiga langkah yang harus dilakukan pendidikan Islam di era 4.0 ini, yaitu disruptive mindset, self-driving, dan reshape or create.

Abstract

Dalam machine learning, klasifikasi adalah tugas di mana kami berusaha untuk mengelompokkan atau mengkategorikan data ke dalam kelas atau kategori tertentu berdasarkan fitur atau karakteristik yang ada. Klasifikasi memiliki tujuan utama untuk mengetahui pola data yang diberikan sehingga kita dapat membuat prediksi tentang kelas atau label data yang belum dilihat sebelumnya. Proses klasifikasi terdiri dari beberapa langkah dasar. Pertama, kita memilih model atau algoritma yang tepat untuk melakukan tugas klasifikasi. Decision Trees, Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machines (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), dan Neural Networks adalah beberapa contoh model klasifikasi. Kita melatih model menggunakan dataset yang telah dilabeli setelah memilihnya. Proses ini melibatkan penyediaan model dari berbagai contoh data yang telah diklasifikasikan secara akurat, sehingga Kita melatih model menggunakan dataset yang telah dilabeli setelah memilihnya. Dalam proses ini, sejumlah besar contoh data yang telah diklasifikasikan dengan benar diberikan kepada model, sehingga model dapat mengidentifikasi pola yang ada dalam data tersebut. Salah satu bagian dari proses Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) adalah data mining. Melalui proses ini, kita dapat mengklasifikasikan, memprediksi, memperkirakan, dan mendapatkan informasi bermanfaat lainnya dari kumpulan data yang sangat besar. Algoritma C4.5 memungkinkan klasifikasi. Ini menghasilkan pohon keputusan yang sederhana dan mudah digunakan. Pengolahan data adalah komponen penting teknologi informasi.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has brought major changes to human literacy in the world, including Indonesia. The internet is a result of the development of science and technology which not only provides entertainment but also information and literacy for its users. This makes the internet a human necessity in everyday needs. As previously explained, the problems faced by the internet generation are this generation's vulnerability to pornographic content; vulnerable to being encouraged to participate in spreading hate speech; vulnerable to being involved in cyber crime; vulnerable to plagiarism in completing learning assignments at school; vulnerable to exposure to terrorism and radicalism; the rise of cyber bullying among the Internet Generation; and vulnerable to being involved in spreading fake news (hoaxes). In guiding the Internet Generation in using the internet wisely to prevent the negative impacts of internet use in high school, digital literacy outreach can be implemented. For this reason, we offer the "Digital Literacy Socialization" activity. Through this socialization activity, it is hoped that we can increase the insight and knowledge of the Internet Generation in using the internet in a way that benefits themselves and does not harm others based on the ITE Law.

Abstract

Doing business, big or small, is bound up with ethical issues. Ethics refers to what one should do morally. Umkm Socialization activities are MSMEs engaged in wood processing made from teak wood located in lelamase. Socialization activities have the aim of providing knowledge to umkm about business ethics that umkm need to have in doing business. plus umkm businesses are located in densely populated places. It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where umkm businesses are located. the method offered to MSMEs is in the form of socialization using LEAFLETS which are carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The Role of Ethics in doing business for MSME actors, (2) Benefits in doing business for MSME actors (3) Application of ethical principles in business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that MSMEs were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Abstract

RA Kartini showed that she was a fighter in the field of feminism, namely by fighting for women's rights in working and gaining their rights as human beings through women's education with the main focus being training for writing, reading and sewing. The aim of education provided by women is to present and fight for gender equality and eradicate the culture of marginalization of women, gender equality is in the form of education, voicing the opinions and duties of women in society. Even though Kartini used to have limited religious understanding, Kartini believed that religion had a big role in society and human civilization. Kartini did not explicitly state the importance of religion in education in her letters, but Kartini's deeper understanding of religion provides a view that the basis of a child's education is a good religion, which is first given by a mother to a child in the product of temperament and character. Women's educational thoughts and practices towards the native community are a stimulant for the growth of better understanding and knowledge, especially in Islamic education. Kartini's criticality regarding the importance of women's education gave awareness to the ulama to increase understanding of Islam to the public with a clear educational concept. After Kartini's death, many Islamic schools were founded, not only open to boys but also girls.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The approach used in this study were all employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province, totaling 160 employees. While the samples that meet the sampling criteria for observations made are 62 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire technique and technical data analysis in this study uses the SPSS version 25.00 software program. Partially it is known that work discipline has no positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the North Sumatra Province Industry and Trade Office. Partially it is known that motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. Simultaneously it is known that work discipline, leadership style and work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Paradigma Islam sebagai alat analisis konsep-konsep pendidikan Islam menawarkan pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual, moral, dan intelektual dalam proses pendidikan. Berakar pada prinsip tauhid dan akhlak, paradigma ini menempatkan pendidikan sebagai sarana untuk membentuk insan kamil, yaitu manusia yang seimbang dalam aspek spiritual, intelektual, dan moral. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Paradigma Islam sebagai alat analisis konsep-konsep pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi pustaka yaitu dengan mengkaji dan menganalisis berbagai literatur yang relevan terkait paradigma Islam dan konsep-konsep pendidikan Islam. Sumber data dari dokumentasi yang berasal dari buku dan jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Metode dokumentasi pada penelitian ini dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data sesuai dengan teori untuk memperoleh kesimpulan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui pendekatan pendidikan berbasis keteladanan, dialog sehat, dan penyucian jiwa, paradigma Islam memberikan solusi untuk menciptakan generasi berkarakter dan berakhlak mulia yang mampu bersaing di tingkat global tanpa kehilangan identitas spiritualnya.

Abstract

The development of technology can be beneficial for both lecturers to support the teaching and students in language learning progress. Artificial Intelligence has gained particular attention in language instruction these days. It served as a useful addition to language instruction, particularly when it came to teaching pronunciation. Informatics students at the Islamic University of Riau had a lack of pronunciation, especially in pronouncing things about computers in English. Because of that reason, the researcher helped them to find a suitable application that could improve their pronunciation ability. The purpose of this study was to explore the way students learn speaking through mobile application use in the Informatics Engineering Department at the Islamic University of Riau and to know their perception of using ELSA Speak as an Automatic Speech Recognition application. Quantitative methods were used to measure the percentage of students’ perceptions after using the ELSA Speak application.

Abstract

English, a foreign language used as an everyday conversation in the Islamic boarding school, has created new language conflict in the brain. This article explores the language conflicts experienced by students when producing English. The data of this article taken from in-depth interviews with thirty senior Islamic high school students. This research shows that language competition in the brain has created language conflict. This article’s main limitation is that it relies solely on students' perspectives from the lower motivation and does not consider the whole level of the students. Further research, thus, should use a more comprehensive approach that integrates a view of the entire students’ level, thereby enabling it to formulate a more comprehensive solution.

Abstract

MSMEs play a crucial role in the economy, yet many still struggle to adopt technology. This engagement aims to support the development of Toko Kue Aminah through digital marketing and product innovation. The activities were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation during May 2025 in Oimbo Village. The results show that strategies such as utilizing Facebook and WhatsApp Business, adding product variations, and improving packaging and logo successfully enhanced the appeal and reach of the business. Furthermore, partnerships with local coffee shops have started to form, expanding product distribution. The synergy between digital marketing and product innovation has proven essential in boosting the business's competitiveness
