Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Marketing and Marketing Experiences on consumer loyalty through Toyota customer satisfaction in West Surabaya. This research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The results of observations on 96 respondents were analyzed using path analys, and it can be concluded that Service Marketing and Experiential Marketing directly influence the Customer Loyalty of Toyota customers in West Surabaya. The other results show that Service Marketing and Experiential Marketing through Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on the customer loyalty of Toyota customers in West Surabaya.Keywords: service marketing, experiental marketing, customer loyality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of teachers in Cluster 06 of Bojonegoro Subdistrict in trainingand motivational teachers. The addition was to find out the training and teacher motivation thatinfluenced the teacher's ability in Cluster 06 of Bojonegoro District. The population in this study wereall teachers of Clusters 06 of Bojonegoro District as many as 35 people. This study uses a quantitativeapproach with an explanatory research type. The number of samples in this study proved to be 35teachers. In this study, researchers used hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing is done to determine therelationship and influence between variables and dependencies in the hypothesis. The steps taken are bydetermining the influence of the research variables and the price of the hypothesis formulated. The resultsof data analysis showed that the ability of the Cluster 06 District of Bojonegoro teachers in training andmotivational teachers was in good category. What influences the teacher in the education and trainingand teachers in Cluster 06, Bojonegoro District consists of the level of formal education, technicaltraining that has been followed, the ability to master and understand technical tasks.Keywords: education and training, teacher motivation, teacher ability

Abstract

Job satisfaction indicates a conformity between the expectations of a person arising with the rewards provided by the job. In the reality, the unity or object of research has provided or builds the motivation both financially and non-financially, building organizational culture through optimizing the enforcement of Trisila TNI AL to its soldiers optimally. This is done to increase the spirit and commitment and loyalty of soldiers to the duties and responsibilities of the unit. However, job satisfaction of soldiers has not been achieved optimally. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative research approach. As the location of research is Unit Amphibious Ship Command Eastern Region. The sample in this study as many as 90 soldiers. The results showed that organizational culture and career development have a significant effect on job satisfaction of Amphibious Warrior Unit of Koarmatim. In addition, organizational culture directly or indirectly can affect job satisfaction, and work motivation can be a mediator of organizational culture in affecting job satisfaction. Besides, career development directly or indirectly can affect job satisfaction, and work motivation can be a mediator of organizational culture in affecting job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is the result of work that someone has achieved in carrying out work activities. High- performing employees are referred to as productive employees, whereas employees who do not reach the standards are said to be unproductive or low performing employees. The employee's ability to deliver the best results or performance for the company is strongly influenced by how he understands his job culture and strong ties with the company he works for. Employee engagement explains how much a person feels passionate and excited at working. Research conducted by CV Perjuangan Steel Surabaya find factors - factors that can affect employee performance, namely leadership, work environment, compensation and employee engagement which is the intervening variable in this study. The results obtained from this study is that the leadership variable does not affect the performance of employees in CV Perjuangan Steel, either directly or indirectly influence. Work environment and compensation variables have an influence on employee performance, either direct or indirect influence through employee engagement. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the work environment, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance in the Secretariat Office of the DPRD Meranti Islands District Court, Law and Aspiration Data Processing and to determine and analyze the influence between work environment and compensation on employee performance through satisfaction. work. The population and sample used in the study were 37 employees with a total sampling technique. Data collection through questionnaires. Data processing in this study using SPSS Statistics version 25. The analysis technique uses path analysis. The results showed that the work environment, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance could be categorized quite well. Work environment and compensation have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance while compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, while compensation has no significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether work discipline, communication and motivation affect the performance of the employees of the Secretariat Office of the Meranti Islands Regency Public Relations and Protocol Section. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Secretariat Office of the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD, Public Relations and Protocol Section, totaling 37 people. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling. Multiple regression analysis was used for several independent influence variables on one dependent variable with a linear model. The results showed that work discipline, communication, motivation and performance of the employees of the Secretariat Office of the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD, Public Relations and Protocol Section, were all in good condition. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance, communication has a significant positive effect on performance and motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of the DPRD Secretariat Office, Meranti Islands Regency, Public Relations and Protocol Section.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe organizational culture, commitment, motivation and employee performance at the Tasik Putri Puyu Sub-district Office. To know and analyze the influence of organizational culture, commitment to motivation. The influence of motivation, organizational culture, commitment to employee performance, the influence of organizational culture and commitment to employee performance through motivation. Population and sample amounted to 31 people. The sampling technique used the census sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis methods include validity testing, reliability testing and path analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture, employee commitment, employee work motivation and employee performance at the Tasik Putri Puyuh sub-district office are all in high condition. Organizational culture does not have a significant influence on employee work motivation. Commitment has a significant effect on employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance. Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no significant effect on performance through work motivation. Commitment has a significant effect on performance through work motivation.

Abstract

Sebelum adanya zonasi pendidikan, siswa pada sekolah–sekolah negeri adalah homogen dari sisi akademik, sehingga diantara empat kompetensi pendidik (pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan professional) yang terasah dengan baik adalah kompetensi pedagogik.Tetapi setelah adanya zonasi pendidikan, siswa menjadi heterogen baik dari sisi akademik maupun sosialnya, sehingga pendidik atau guru dituntut untuk mengasah empat kompetensi dasar yang dimilikinya agar bisa mendidik siswa yang heterogen dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru di era zonasi pendidikan. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya peningkatan kompetensi pendidik dilakukan dengan dua cara, masing-masing melalui sekolah atau institusi dan secara individu. Melalui sekolah atau institusi dengan strategi pelatihan formal (MGMP dan workshop) dan strategi non formal yang ditempuh dengan: a) Strategi pendampingan, b) strategi belajar dari teman dan c) strategi dialog. Sedangkan secara individu dengan menempuh dua jalur yakni resmi (MGMP, seminar, dan workshop) dan tidak resmi (webinar, sharing dengan teman seprofesi, browsing internet, membaca buku).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi fasilitas sekolah, motivasi kerja guru dan disiplin kerja, untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas sekolah, motivasi kerja guru dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru, untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas sekolah, motivasi kerja guru dan disiplin kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Balikpapan Kalimantan Timur. Pengambilan data dilakukan mulai dari April – Mei 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan jumlah anggota populasi 31 guru. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas sekolah, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, fasilitas sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja guru, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana promosi dalam menunjang efektivitas strategi promosi daerah di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang sifatnya umum terhadap kenyataan sosial dari perspektif partisipan yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung berupa wawancara yang mendalam (indepth interview), disertai dengan pedoman wawancara. Sebagaimana analisis yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan wawancara dengan informan / narasumber, maka dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana promosi dalam menunjang efektivitas strategi promosi daerah di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir tidak efektif ditinjau dari fungsi manajemen, yakni perencanaan, pengorganisasi, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian.
