Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction of teachers at Panca Dharma Balikpapan Senior High School, East Kalimantan Province, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is explanatory research with a total population of 32 teachers with a total sampling method. The data analysis method used is statistical analysis. The results showed; There is an influence of the principal's leadership style and the work environment either partially or collectively which has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, respondents' assessment of the principal's leadership style and work environment on teacher job satisfaction in both categories. And the better the leadership style of the principal and the work environment, the better the job satisfaction of teachers in the SMKS Panca Dharma Balikpapan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the work environment to employee morale and performance of employees of Education and Culture Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency. In addition, to know and analyze the performance, performance, employees, employees, employees, employees, employees, employees, employees and employees. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research) and in this research is quantitative approach. The population in this study is the employees of Education and Culture Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency as many as 66 people and the sample in this study ruled 65 people. Data analysis was done by path analysis. The results showed the work environment, leadership, spirit and performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Indragiri Hulu Regency in good category. Work environment has a significant effect on morale. Leadership has no significant effect on morale. Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment does not significantly affect employee performance through employee morale. Abstract

This study aims to find and describe the conditions of competence, work environment, leadership of the principal as a supervisor and teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. In addition to knowing and analyzing, the work environment and leadership of the principal as a simultaneous and significant partial to the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. The population in this study is all teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku who directed 32 people. With sampling technique using sampling census, where all members of the company serve as a sample. Results of simultaneous data analysis of teachers, environment and leadership that have a significant influence on the performance of teachers SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. And partially the working environment and leadership of principals have a significant influence on the performance of teachers SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of teachers on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Gondang, Bojonegoro. The population in this study is all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Gondang living 31 people. The sample in this study using different sampling census with the leader, the entire population was sampled as many as 30 people. Data processing is done using path analysis. Path analysis method is multiple linear regression which is used to estimate the causality relationship between variables in research model built on strong theory. The results of the analysis show that the principal, work environment and professionalism of teachers are partially insignificant to the performance of teachers SMP Negeri 1 Gondang. The principal academic supervision, work environment and professionalism of teachers are simultaneously significant to the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Gondang. Among the academic supervision of school principals and the environment there is no dominant effect on teacher performance through teacher professionalism. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of work motivation, principal leadership style and performance of SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara teachers and to know the influence of work motivation and principal leadership style simultaneously and partially to the performance of teachers SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. This research uses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this study is all teachers in SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. The sample of this study amounted to 32 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples and data collection methods using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is simultaneous influence between work motivation and principal leadership style on teacher performance of SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. There is also a partial influence between work motivation and principal leadership style on teacher performance of SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is to study education and training, teaching experience partially or simultaneously on the professionalism of teachers in the State Junior High School 1 Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan. The study used a survey with a total population of 35 people. The results of the study are simultaneous education and training and teaching experience about the professionalism of teacher teachers in Penajam Paser Utara 1 Public Middle School. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe competence, employee commitment and work motivation towards the performance of PDAM Kota Surabaya employees, knowing the significant direct effect of competence, employee commitment, and motivation on employee communication and on employee performance, knowing the indirect influence of competence, employee commitment, and motivation through communication with the performance of PDAM Kota Surabaya employees. The population in the study were all employees of PDAM Kota Surabaya, amounting to 67 employees. The quantitative descriptive analysis approach and inferential quantitative analysis and path analysis (path analysis) with competence, commitment and motivation as independent variables, communication as intervening variables, and performance as the dependent variable. The results of the data analysis show that competency, commitment, motivation, communication and employee performance are in good condition. Competence, commitment, motivation and communication partially or simultaneously have a significant direct effect on employee performance. Competence, commitment and motivation have an indirect effect on performance through communication variables. From the variables of competence, commitment, motivation and communication, the dominant influence on performance is the communication variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study attempts to analyze and describe the work ethic of the korsa (esprit de corps) warrior's soul in carrying out the duties and functions of the Indonesian Navy submarine education unit at Kodiklatal Surabaya. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research. The research suggestions used are qualitative suggestions. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. Respect between soldiers and superiors as well as other unit members has been done well. Respectfully agreed upon through good cooperation, upholding the oath of soldiers and Trisillas of the Indonesian Navy and the sultanate of clans. The factor of competition against the army work ethic that is less than optimal is the understanding of soldiers on work ethos in the military environment is still lacking, soldiers lack the ability to develop ethos, still contain less disciplined soldiers as well as an inhibiting factor to develop work ethic in their company. Then as a supporting factor, there is a warrior guide regarding the korsa (esprit de corps) soul continuously. Keywords: work ethic, korsa (esprit de corps) soul, duties and functions

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the description and influence of both the training on improving competence, motivation and performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro. The population in this study were all teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro who teached assignments at the time the research was conducted. The total population is 66 people. The sampling technique used was census sampling. The sampling census in this study was all members who became the study sample. The samples in this study were 66 SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro teachers. The data analysis technique used in this study is In this study, the analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The results of the data analysis showed an increase in competence, teacher motivation and the performance of Bojonegoro Vocational High School 4 teachers in good categories. The training to improve the competency and motivation of teachers together significantly increased the performance of the teachers of SMK 4 Bojonegoro. The training to increase the competence and motivation of each teacher partially pushed significantly towards the performance of teachers in Bojonegoro 4 Vocational High School. Among the training on increasing competency and motivation of teachers who have a dominant influence on teacher performance at Bojonegoro 4 Vocational School is teacher motivation. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and describe the coaching model teacher in SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro. As well as to identify and describe the role model of development in improving teacher performance SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro. The focus of research is further elaborated in several sub-focus can be formulated as follows: model coaching teacher in SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro. The object of this study is a model of teacher training and teacher performance. This study use qualitative data analisis, and the result of the study explained that the teacher coaching model SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro through the development of discipline, motivation, rewards, training, and supervision. The coaching model proven to improve the performance of teachers. The influence of coaching a teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro among others: the process of teacherÔÇÖs work will be better, optimaze working hours, ensuring that teachers are properly trained and can able toperform their jobs well, their handling and working arrangements are more mature, teachers job in quantitave result more satisfying, qualitative work better teacher.
