Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi brand image dan volume penjualan pada UMKM GEMARIKAN di Desa Bagorejo Gumuk Mas Jember. Dimana pada prosesnya diharapkan dapat ditemukan masukan, informasi yang membangun dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, kualitas produk serta strategi dalm pengoptimalkan penjualan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang akan mengurai fenomena dan proses ekonomi, serta konsep strategi brand image, untuk mengenali perilaku konsumen lebih jauh agar dapat mengidentifikasi karakteristiknya, dengan harapan dapat menemukan teknis dan strategi pemasaran yang lebih bagus untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dengan pendekatan observasi langsung, studi dokumentasi, dan teknik wawancara. Hasil dari pendekatan tersebut dianalisis untuk merumuskan masukan yang didapat dari informan, sebagai bahan acuan perkembangan strategi yang lebih baik. Informan yang menjadi responden penelitian ini adalah lima anggota keluarga yang mengelola UMKM, 15 orang pembeli lepas, dan 5 orang pembeli tetap. Dari hasil analisa studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara, telah ditemukan bahwa dengan terwujudnya indikator keberhasilan brand image dan volume penjualan maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM utamanya dalam peningkatan volume penjualan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang Implementasi Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan dalam Upaya Mengembangkan Guru Sekolah Luar Biasa Tunas Mulya Surabaya. Fokus utamanya adalah perencanaan, implementasi, dan hasil pelaksanaan PKB sebagai bagian dari pengembangan guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus, pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SLB Tunas Mulya Surabaya secara aktif mendukung dan mengimplementasikan pengembangan guru terutama dalam implementasi PKB. Perencanaan PKB dimulai dengan rapat antar staff guru dan persiapan biaya untuk mendukung pengembangan. Sedangkan dalam upaya mengembangkan guru melalui implementasi PKB pada komponen pengembangan diri guru dan karya inovatif lebih banyak direalisasikan dibanding komponen publikasi ilmiah. Hasil dari PKB Guru dapat dirasakan oleh guru, siswa, dan pihak sekolah sendiri sebagai bagian dari manajemen pengembangan guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap motivasi, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi, pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja, serta pengaruh kompetensi melalui motivasi terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja melalui motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Thyssenkrupp Technologies Indonesia Cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan merupakan jenis penelitian explanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT. Thyssenkrupp Technologies Indonesia Cabang Surabaya. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 42 orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dengan perangkat SPSS yang menganalisis pengaruh setiap variabel dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi, kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, serta kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan melalui motivasi terhadap kinerja, sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan melalui motivasi terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the motivation, commitment and leadership style on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al Kautsar teachers partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all teachers with a total of 31 respondents, and was a census sampling study. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously the variables of motivation, commitment and leadership style had a significant influence on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al Kautsar Pandaan teachers. In an effort to improve the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al Kautsar teachers, it is by increasing motivation, commitment and leadership style, as well as evaluating performance results and providing awards for teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence, work culture and compensation on the performance of home industry employees of cassava crackers simultaneously and partially. To analyze the effect of competence, work culture and compensation on employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously, all independent variables such as competence, work culture and compensation had a significant effect on employee performance. The influence given by the three independent variables is positive, meaning that the higher the competence, work culture and compensation simultaneously, the higher the employee's performance will be. Partially, the competency variable has no significant effect on employee performance. While the variables of work culture and compensation each have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study is to determine how the conditions of organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction and performance of soldiers in the Submarine Unit of Koarmada II Surabaya. Furthermore, to see and analyze both partially and simultaneously performance, work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational culture, work motivation on performance at the Koarmada II Submarine Unit Surabaya. This type of research is an explanatory study with a sample of 82 soldiers in the Koarmada II Submarine Unit in Surabaya. The results showed that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational culture and work motivation on achievement amounted to 0.648 or 64.8%, while the remaining 0.352 or 35.8% other variables were not included in this study. The direct effect of the variable job satisfaction on employees is obtained by the Beta Standard Coefficient value of 0.279 and the significance value is 0.014. The satisfaction level of the job satisfaction variable on the soldier's performance is 0.2792 = 0.078 or 7.8%. Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction at the Koarmada II Surabaya Submarine Unit.Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational culture, work motivation, soldier performance

Abstract

This research aims to examine and to analyze the influence of budget participation and budgeting emphases toward budgetary slack throught asymmetric information as intervent variable in Sumberglagah Hospital Mojokerto. This research used quantitative method with 50 respondents. This research use purposive sampling. The data used through quitionarre in each unit which are head of subunit, unit coordinate, and the chair of room in Sumberglagah Hospital Mojokerto. The quetionarre result managed PLS (Partial Least Square). The result shows that budget participation and budget emphasis have positive significant effect to asymmetric information, budgeting participation have non significant effect toward budgeting slack, budget emphasis and asymmetric information have positive significant effect to budgetary slack. Meanwhile, budget participation and budget emphasis have non significant effect toward budgetary slack throught asymmetric information. Abstract

The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research used quantitative research. Data collected used questionnaires and documentation with a total sample of 50 people.. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that 1) Significant influential leadership style on job satisfaction. 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) Organizational Culture signifies significant effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. 6) Job satisfaction is an intervening variable between leadership style and employee performance because the value of indirect influence is greater than direct influence. 7) Job satisfaction is an intervening variable between organizational culture on employee performance because the value of indirect influence is greater than direct influence. Abstract

Competence is a basic characteristic consisting of skill, knowledge and other personal attributes that distinguish someone from performing and not performing and is used as a determining tool to predict the success of improving teacher performance at SMK Kartika V-1 Balikpapan. School principals are needed to bridge teachers in Vocational School Kartika V-1 Balikpapan who have direct and indirect links with foundations, education supervisors, structural schools and school committees. The performance of a teacher can be seen from the work results of quality and quantity achieved in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. HR Performance is the work performance (output) both carrying out their work duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. Communication of school principals with the structural ranks of schools, foundations, education supervisors, school committees and teachers themselves can improve teacher performance so as to create harmonious and pleasant working relationships in the school environment

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of principal supervision on teacher performance and the effect of pedagogic competence on teacher performance. In addition, to determine the simultaneous effect of principal supervision and pedagogic competence on teacher performance. The population of this study was 80 teachers of SMKN 2 Balikpapan as a sample taken according to the number of teachers in SMKN 2 Balikpapan. The results showed (1) there was a positive and significant effect of principal's supervision on performance (2) there was a positive and significant influence of teacher pedagogical competence on teacher performance (3) there was a positive and significant influence of principal's supervision and teacher's pedagogic competence on teacher performance. This shows that all the variables of the principal's supervision and the teacher's pedagogic competence have a significant simultaneous effect on the teacher's performance at SMKN 2 Balikpapan.
