Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, kompetensi supervisi dan profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Batang Kuis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD di Kecamatan Batang Kuis yang berjumlah 359 orang yang tersebar di 28 sekolah dasar, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 189 guru. Dalam memperoleh sampel yang cukup representatif, dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik proporsional random sampling karena setiap sekolah mempunyai jumlah guru yang berbeda. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket yang terlebih dahulu sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 5.1%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi supervisi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 6.3%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 3.5%. (4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, kompetensi supervisi, dan profesionalisme guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 12.1%. Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to apply the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach in learning mathematics as an effort to improve the mathematics ability of high school students. Low math skills directs researchers how to improve math skills through the application of the PMRI approach using everyday life problems in learning mathematics. Mathematical skills in question are students' abilities in mathematics proficiency tests through conceptual understanding, reasoning, and problem solving exercises. This study aims to improve junior high school students through the PMRI approach in the teaching and learning process supported by appropriate learning tools. To achieve this, the method used in this study is a quantitative method with an experimental design. Meanwhile, to measure student responses and activities, this study used a qualitative approach. Quantitative data were analysed using statistical analysis techniques, namely t-test, while qualitative data were analysed using descriptive analysis techniques. The specific objective to be achieved in this research is to provide adequate teaching materials using the PMRI approach which innovatively supports the improvement of the mathematics abilities of junior high school students. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, there is a significant increase in students' mathematical abilities when using the PMRI approach rather than using the conventional approach. Furthermore, student responses and activities during the learning process with the PMRI approach are included in the specified category

Abstract

The existence of teaching materials has an important role in the learning process. One way to improve the quality of learning is by providing teaching materials (LKM) based on needs. Teaching materials used in this study are the student worksheets based on problems in mathematics statistics courses. The purpose of this study is to develop, test and determine the effectiveness of problem-based teaching materials (LKM). This study applies qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis and percentage techniques. The result of this study obtained: Problem-based teaching materials (LKM) that use critical thinking skills indicators; the feasibility of problem-based teaching materials (LKM) according to the lecturers or friends, with an average of 88.69% (good), while according to the students it obtained an average of 81.26% (good). Teaching Materials (LKM) for Mathematical Statistics based on effective problems improve critical thinking skills with a gain of 14.17 and N-gain 0.38 in the medium category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the significant influence between learning models on metacognitive abilities, (2) significant effects between learning models on mathematical connections,(3) the interaction betweendiscovery learningandproblem based learningon metacognitive abilities, (4) the interaction betweendiscovery learningandproblem based learningmodelson students' mathematical connections.This research is aquasi experimentalresearch.The instruments used were: (1) tests of students 'initial mathematical abilities (2) tests of metacognitive abilities, (3) tests of students' mathematical connections with the subject of Lines and Angles.Inferential data were performed using covariance analysis (MANOVA).Theresult of hypothesis testingshows thatthe average metacognitive ability in learning usingdiscovery learninglearning modelsis 77.20 75 with a standard deviation of 2.161 and students' mathematical connections obtained are 83.63 45 with a standard deviation of 3.480.Byusing theproblem base learningmodelis 76.76 75 with a standard deviation of 2.216 and for the average mathematical connection of the students obtained 81.8445with a standard deviation of 2.096.The data show thatthe metacognitive abilities and mathematical connections of students who are taught usingdiscoverylearning modelsare better thanthose who are taught usingproblem-based learningmodels

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether 1) solving mathematical problems between students who take learning with an open-ended learning approach and students who take learning without an open-ended learning approach; 2) the influence of mathematical ability among students who have learning independence high, medium and low; 3) whether the Open-Ended learning approaches and student learning independence there was an interaction of the students' mathematical problem solving ability. This research was Quasi Experimental design The Non-equivalent Post-test Only Control Group Design. This study population throughout the first semester of seventh grade students of MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Rice academic year 2018/2019. A research technique used is purposive sampling with a sample class as a class VII-1 and VII-2 experiment as a control group. The research instrument used was a test description to measure students 'mathematical problem solving and a questionnaire to measure students' learning independence. Analysis of the data in this study is a two-way ANOVA. The results of data analysis 1) there is a mathematical problem solving among students who take the learning with the Open-Ended learning approach with students who take the lesson without learning approach Open-Ended; 2) there is an influence on the ability of mathematical problems between students who have high, medium and low learning independence; 3) there is no interaction between the Open-Ended learning approach and students 'learning independence on students' mathematical problem solving ability.

Abstract

Rahma Costura Tailor merupakan penjahit yang melayani jasa menjahit partai kecil maupun partai besar. Penjahit ini menyediakan jasa menjahit pakaian dari pakaian pesta perkawinan, kemeja, celana, rok, sampai jas baik untuk perempuan. Rahma Costura Tailor salah satu usaha menjahit yang berada di kota Medan. Namun dibalik kemajuan teknologi informasi yang kini telah berkembang secara pesat. Sampai saat ini Rahma Costura Tailor belum memiliki sistem informasi sendiri dan masih menggunakan sistem manual, tailor ini juga belum mempunyai sistem penyimpanan database yang akurat sehingga semua data masih disimpan ke dalam sebuah buku. Dengan penggunaan sistem yang manual ini muncul berbagai permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari data-data pelanggan dalam sebuah buku serta pembuatan laporan yang rumit. Adapun solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut diatas yaitu dengan membangun suatu Sistem Informasi Jasa Tailor untuk Rahma Costura Tailor. Sistem informasi ini akan dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dipadukan dengan framework Codeigniter dan menggunakan database MySQL. Framework Codeigniter digunakan agar tampilan website lebih menarik dan mempermudah dalam pembuatan desain website. Dimana dalam sistem informasi ini mencakup pendataan jasa, pendataan pelanggan dan pendataan jasa tailor. Hasil dari sistem informasi ini berupa laporan jasa tailor, laporan pelanggan dan laporan transaksi. Dengan sistem informasi ini diharapkan nantinya dapat memaksimalkan kinerja pegawai Rahma Costura Tailor khususnya di bagian administrasi. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis website. Hasil program ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi maka tiap pekerjaan dapat lebih efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam riset ini adalah kebanyakan siswa kurang mampu mengubah atau membuat pemodelan matematika, sehingga mereka susah dalam meyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Riset ini bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa berpengaruh melalui model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy Experiment dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, yaitu tes awal (Pre-Test) dan tes akhir (Post-Test). Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai thitung (6,175) setelah dibandingkan dengan ttabel (1,708). Nilai thitung> ttabel 6,175 > 1,708, maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak Artinya Ada pengaruh antara model berbasis masalah terhadap berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik kelas 8 SMP

Abstract

Masalah yang terdapat  adalah  hasil belajar siswa tergolong kurang baik, siswa kurang aktif saat kegiatan belajarmengajar berlangsung. Tujuan riset ialah: (1) Melihat hasil belajar siswa SMP dengan model penemuan terbimbing. (2) Melihat hasil belajar matematika berpengaruh pada peserta didik melalui model penemuan terbimbing. Quasy Eksperiment merupakan jenis penelitian, dengan metode kuantitatif. Tes adalah alat pengumpul data. Kesimpulan setelah data dianalisisialah hasil belajar matematika berpengaruh pada siswa SMP melalui model penemuan terbimbing dengan menggunakan LKPD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, produktifitas kerja dan budaya sekolah terhadap efektivitas organisasi di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sidikalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Sidikalang yang berjumlah 161 orang yang tersebar di 3 sekolah menengah pertama, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 62 guru. Dalam memperoleh sampel yang cukup representatif, dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik proporsional random sampling karena setiap sekolah mempunyai jumlah guru yang berbeda. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket yang terlebih dahulu sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap efektivitas organisasi sebesar 11%; Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara produktifitas kerja terhadap efektivitas organisasi sebesar 7.3%; Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara budaya sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja sebesar 14.5%; Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, produktivitas kerja dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap efektivitas organisasi sebesar 34.1%.ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work productivity and school culture on organizational effectiveness in SMP Negeri Sidikalang. This study used a quantitative approach that aims to test the established hypothesis and to analyze the effect of the independent variable with the dependent variable. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP Negeri in Sidikalang District, totaling 161 people spread over 3 junior high schools, while the sample used was 62 teachers. In obtaining a fairly representative sample, in this study a proportional random sampling technique was used because each school has a different number of teachers. The research instrument used a questionnaire that had previously been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that: There was a significant effect between transformational leadership on organizational effectiveness by 11%; There is a significant effect between work productivity on organizational effectiveness of 7.3%; There is a significant influence between school culture on work effectiveness of 14.5%; There is a significant influence between transformational leadership, work productivity and school culture together on organizational effectiveness by 34.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada SMP Negeri se kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan melalui kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi guru sebagai variabel intervening. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner atau angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel insidental. Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah guru-guru di SMP Negeri se kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang guru yang berasal dari 3 SMP Negeri se kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier dan analisis jalur melalui program SPSS 23.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,672 dan thitung (6,92) ttabel (1,67); (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepemiminan kepala sekolah terhadap Kinerja guru dengan nilai r sebesar 0,729 dan thitung (8,112) ttabel (1,67); (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja guru dengan nilai r sebesar 0,772 dan thitung (9,251) ttabel (1,67); (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan nilai r sebesar 0,390 dan thitung (4,17) ttabel (1,67).ABSTRACTThis research is a type of comparative causal research with a quantitative approach, which was carried out at public junior high schools in Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of principal's leadership on teacher performance through job satisfaction and teacher compensation as intervening variables. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique used is the incidental sampling technique. The population that became the object of the study were teachers at public junior high schools se Kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi, with a sample of 60 teachers from 3 public junior high schools se Kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi.
