Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis adalah keragaman produk dan kualitas layanan dalam kaitannya dengan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumer PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Probolinggo selama April 2022. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh total 100 responden. Multiple Linear Analysis digunakan dengan software aplikasi SPSS untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa keragaman produk dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baik parsial maupun simultan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keragaman produk dan kualitas layanan merupakan faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam kaitannya dengan keputusan pembelian. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions. The factors analyzed were Product Diversification and Service Quality in relation to Purchasing Decisions. The research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia Probolinggo Branch, East Java. The method used in this research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population in this study were consumers of PT Pos Indonesia Probolinggo Branch during April 2022. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling method and a total of 100 respondents were obtained. Multiple Linear Analysis is used with the SPSS application tool to examine the relationship between variables. The results of the study found that Product Diversity and Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. It can be concluded that product diversity and service quality are factors that need to be considered in relation to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai bisa terlaksana dengan maksimum jika keadaan terpuaskan dengan benar. Salah satu faktor agar meningkatkan kinerja yaitu memberikan lingkungan kerja fisik serta motivasi yang memadai. Percobaan ini untuk mengetahui dampak lingkugan kerja fisik serta motivasi kerja melalui parsial, simultan, serta mengetahui variabel dominan kepada kinerja. Metode percobaan ini ialah kuantitatif melalui pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi percobaan ini ialah semua pegawai yang berjumlah 208 pegawai. Teknik pemgambilan sampel menggunakan sampling purposive. Sampel sebanyak 42 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan diselesaikan melalui teknik analisis data melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi (R-Square) serta uji hipotesis. Hasil percobaan melihatkan bahwasanya lingkungan kerja fisik serta motivasi kerja secara parsial serta simultan berdampak signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai. Dampak dominan dalam percobaan ini ialah motivasi kerja.

Abstract

The progress of a nation is determined by the awareness of the people to increase their knowledge. The progress of enhancing the knowledge, besides being determined by formal education will also determined by the culture of literacy of the community. To develop a culture of literacy for all fields of education (schools, families, and communities), The government of Indonesia in 2016 have lounched the National Literacy Movement (GLN). The existence of a village library will greatly support this movement. In Jatiadi, a Village of Probolinggo district already has a library, but its existence is still not representative to be able to encourage the community to use it. Through this Activity, we want to enhance the benefit of the library by optimizing Village Libraries fungtion to encourage the increasing of the literacy culture of community in order the people can get the information and knowledge they need that is useful for improving their quality and standard of living.

Abstract

Supermarket Sinar Terang akan semakin berkembang secara maksimal jika faktor-faktornya terpenuhi dengan baik. Salah satu faktornya ialah lokasi yang strategis, harga produk yang terjangkau dan pelayanan yang lebih terhadap konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Supermarket Sinar Terang Probolinggo. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara lokasi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian serta kualitasa pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap perusahaan CV. Pia Manalagi Kota Probolinggo dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh Kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis prediktif dengan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Sampling jenuh digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari sampel yang representatif dari 35 karyawan di CV. Pia Manalagi di Kota Probolinggo, dimana populasinya terdiri dari mereka yang bekerja di sana. Kinerja karyawan ditemukan cukup dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variabel independen (lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kompensasi) dan oleh interaksi antara ketiga variabel tersebut (lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kompensasi).

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Probolinggo Department of Transportation with the aim of knowing the effect of Career Development, Education and Training on Employee at the Probolinggo Department of Transportation. The type of research used is quantitative research with associative approach with Career Development and Education and Training independent variables and Employee performance as dependent variable. The population is gonverment employees in the Probolinggo Department of Transportation with a sample of 67 respondents and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation which were distributed to employees at the Probolinggo Department of Transportation. The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of teamwork, communication and competence partially and simultaneously on the performance of PERUMDA drinking water bayuangga Probolinggo city employees. This research method is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The research population is all employees of PERUMDA drinking water bayuangga Probolinggo City. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The sample in this research is 80 respondents. Source of data used in this research comes from primary data and secondary data. Data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using data analysis methods in the form of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R-Square) and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that teamwork partially has a significant effect on employee performance. And communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance and competence partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance can be carried out to the maximum if conditions are properly satisfied. One of the factors in order to improve performance is organizational culture, motivation and an adequate work environment. This experiment is to determine the impact of organizational culture, motivation and work environment through simultaneous, partial and knowing the dominant variable on performance. This experimental method is quantitative through a causal associative approach. The experimental population is all employees, totaling 80 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. A sample of 80 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis techniques through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R-Square) and hypothesis testing. The experimental results show that the physical work environment and work motivation partially and simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. The dominant impact in this experiment is work motivation.

Abstract

The main objective of human resource management is to increase the contribution of human resource management (employees) to organizations/institutions in order to achieve organizational goals. The independent variables consist of employee welfare, motivation, and work discipline while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT Pos Indonesia Probolinggo Branch. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Processed using data analysis in the form of validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this study indicate that: employee welfare, motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Probolinggo Branch.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan perusahaan dan mempunyai peran penting dalam setiap kegiatan perusahaan. Produktivitas kerja menjadi faktor utama dalam keberhasilan perusahaan, produktivitas kerja yang baik akan menghasilkan hal yang positif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, jadi jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Prabu Kencana Surya Pratama Probolinggo sebanyak 40 karyawan. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dan diolah dengan metode analisis data berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi (R Square) dan uji hipotesis. Uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Standar Operasional Prosedur (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y) dengan nilai thitung = 3,397 dan Variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai thitung = 2,583.
