Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self esteem, self efficacy dan kecerdasan emosional secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai dinas ketahanan pangan, pertanian dan perikanan kota probolinggo dengan sampel 60 responden. pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner yang dikelola dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Diketahui self esteem, self efficacy dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine how entrepreneurial literacy, innovation, and market responsiveness influence the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), with digital transformation acting as a mediating variable. The research focuses on SMEs in East Java, Indonesia, where SMEs are pivotal to regional economic development. Research Design & Methods: A quantitative research design was adopted, involving the distribution of structured questionnaires to 200 SME owners and managers across five districts in East Java. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4 to assess both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. Findings: The results show that innovation, market responsiveness, and digital transformation have significant direct effects on SME performance. Entrepreneurial literacy does not have a direct influence; however, its effect becomes significant when mediated by digital transformation. Digital transformation acts as a complementary mediator of both innovation and market responsiveness on performance. Implications & Recommendations: The findings suggest that SME development strategies should integrate digital adoption with entrepreneurial and innovation training. Policymakers and business support institutions are encouraged to promote programs that build digital capabilities as a means to strengthen SME competitiveness and resilience in the post-pandemic era. Contribution & Value Added: This research offers a comprehensive conceptual model that positions digital transformation as a critical internal enabler of SME performance. It contributes to the entrepreneurship and SME literature by combining entrepreneurial literacy, innovation, and market responsiveness within a unified framework, particularly in the context of emerging economies.

Abstract

Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi sejauh mana pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja dan pemberian kompensasi pada performa karyawan, dengan pelatihan berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melibatkan sebanyak 51 orang karyawan sebagai responden. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi langsung dan tidak langsung dari masing-masing variabel pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara Probolinggo. Teknik purposive sampling untuk mengambil sampel dari setiap anggota populasi, dan metode Wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Likert. Metode struktural equation modeling (SEM) berbasis partial least square (PLS) digunakan. Model pengukuran (Outer Model) dan model struktural (Inner Model) SEM PLS. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor keberhasilan kinerja seperti Disiplin pada Kinerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai P (0.000 <0.05) dan statistik T (4.096 > 1.96), Kompensasi pada kinerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai P (0.029 <0.05) dan statistik T (2.186 > 1.96), Pelatihan pada kinerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai P (0.002 <0.05) dan statistik T (3.083 > 1.96). Selain itu, hipotesis tidak langsung seperti disiplin pada kinerja pegawai dengan pelatihan sebagai variabel intervening memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai P (0.026<0.05) dan statistik T (2.226> 1.96), dan kompensasi pada kinerja dengan pelatihan sebagai variabel intervening memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai P (0.039<0.05) dan statistik T (2.066> 1.96.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy, yet their failure rate remains high due to weak business planning and the absence of systematic feasibility studies. University business incubator laboratories are expected to assist prospective entrepreneurs in conducting comprehensive feasibility analyses, but evaluations are often performed manually and subjectively. This study aims to design a Business Feasibility Information System to support business incubator laboratories in achieving more objective, efficient, and documented assessments. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, encompassing stages of requirement analysis, system design, and conceptual validation. The system is designed to evaluate four key aspects of business feasibility: market, production, human resources, and finance. The result is a conceptual system prototype that integrates all aspects into a unified assessment framework. The findings indicate that the proposed system enhances the effectiveness of incubator laboratories in evaluating and assisting tenants objectively while fostering digital entrepreneurship literacy. The study implies that information technology integration is essential for strengthening MSME sustainability and decision-making in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct influence of factors that can drive business digitalization among SMEs (Small, and Medium Enterprises) and the indirect influence using the COVID-19 pandemic as a mediator in East Java, Indonesia. These factors include experience, education, and digital literacy. This research is quantitative, with samples taken from the northern, southern, western, and eastern regions of East Java Province. The sample size consists of 120 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Smart PLS-4 application, following stages of outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that experience does not have a direct positive effect on business digitalization, while education and digital literacy both have a direct positive impact on business digitalization. In the indirect effect test with the COVID-19 pandemic as a mediating variable, it was found that experience, education, and digital literacy all have a significant positive impact on business digitalization when mediated by the COVID-19 pandemic. These findings can be utilized by policymakers to promote increased business digitalization, which will foster the growth of SMEs in East Java.

Abstract

The size and thickness of tempe debog (banana tree fronds) is not standard because when the soft soybeans are spread over the banana tree fronds there is no size depending on the density when pressing the soybeans it can lengthen or widen so that the edges of the tempe are uneven between the sides and the thickness of the tempe is uneven. The purpose of this service is to make tempe molding tools to provide a standard size and thickness of the tempe produced. The method used follows the implementation stages for activities, namely conducting field surveys, following the process of making debog tempeh, analyzing what is needed in the production process. Based on the results of the analysis of observations while at the tempe production site, it is necessary to make a tempe mold when the soybeans are spread over the fronds of banana trees so that the size and thickness of the tempe meet the standards and the density of the tempe is even. The results of the students' activities were making a printing tool made of rectangular wood for tempeh molds with standard tempeh sizes and thicknesses. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit almost all regions of the world has affected various sectors of people's lives. Restrictions on community activities due to avoiding the spread of the virus prevent activities from being carried out properly. The educational, social and economic sectors coud not be avoided by this pandemic. Efforts to deal with virus transmission were also made. Various studies have been conducted to overcome these problems. One of the factors that can overcome the impact of a virus attack is the presence of good body immunity. The traditional Pokak Jahe drink is known to contain herbal ingredients that have properties that can increase the body's immunity from virus attacks. This community service activity in the form of socializing the making of Pokak Jahe aims to provide an understanding of the benefits and to socialize how to make Pokak Jahe drink as a traditional drink that is useful for increasing body immunity during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is hoped that the community will understand these benefits and be able to make Pokak Jake drinks for consumption and commercialization so that they can increase their immunity

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Faktor faktor yang dianalisis adalah < em>keragaman< em> p< em>roduk dan < em>k< em>ualitas layanan dalam kaitannya dengan < em>k< em>eputusan < em>p< em>embelian Penelitian dilakukan di PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Probolinggo Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumer PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Probolinggo selama April 2022 Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh total 100 responden Multiple Linear Analysis digunakan dengan software aplikasi SPSS untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa < em>k< em>eragaman < em>p< em>roduk dan < em>k< em>ualitas < em>l< em>ayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap< em> keputusan pembelian baik parsial maupun simultan Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keragaman produk dan kualitas layanan merupakan faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam kaitannya dengan keputusan pembelian < em>< p> This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions The factors analyzed were Product Diversification and Service Quality in relation to Purchasing Decisions The research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia Probolinggo Branch East Java The method used in this research is quantitative with a causal associative approach The population in this study were consumers of PT Pos Indonesia Probolinggo Branch during April 2022 The sample was taken using the purposive sampling method and a total of 100 respondents were obtained Multiple Linear Analysis is used with the SPSS application tool to examine the relationship between variables The results of the study found that Product Diversity and Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously It can be concluded that product diversity and service quality are factors that need to be considered in relation to purchasing decisions < em>< p>

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Kota Probolinggo dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Studi ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan variabel independen budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja serta variabel dependen kinerja karyawan Jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 orang diperoleh dari populasi dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas uji reliabilitas uji asumsi klasik analisis regresi linier berganda koefisien determinasi R square pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji t Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan selain itu secara parsial budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai urgensi untuk mendapat perhatian karena mempunyai pengaruh terhadap upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan < p> This research was conducted at PT Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Probolinggo City with the aim of knowing the urgency of Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance this study was conducted on employees of PT Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara The type of research used is quantitative with the independent variable Organizational Culture and Work Environment and the dependent variable Employee Performance The number of samples as many as 34 people was obtained from the population using a saturated sample that is all members of the population were used as samples The data analysis method used validity test reliability test classical assumption test multiple linear regression analysis coefficient of determination R square hypothesis testing consisting of F test and t test The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance in addition partially Organizational Culture has an influence on Employee Performance and the Work Environment also has an influence on Employee Performance Thus it is proven that Organizational Culture and Work Environment have urgency to get attention because they have an influence on efforts to improve employee performance < em>< p>
