Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Amak Firdaus Utomo, Probolinggo City with the aim of this research being to examine the influence of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Amak Firdaus Utomo, Probolinggo City. The population in this study were employees of PT Amak Firdaus Utomo, Probolinggo City, totaling 393 employees. The sample in this study uses the technique used in this research is the simple random sampling technique. According to Dewi&Pertiwi in (Devi et al, 2023) "If there are less than 100 subjects, it is better to take all of them, and if there are more than 100 subjects then the sample is taken between 10% - 15% - or 20% - 25% or more. The sample used in this research was 59 employees of PT Amak Firdaus Utomo, Probolinggo City. Analysis was carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear tests, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that: (1). The work stress variable has an influence on employee performance, (2). Workload variables have an influence on employee performance, (3) work environment variables have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Panca Marga University with the aim of finding out the influence of online promotions, brand image and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population was Panca Marga University students with a sample of 94 respondents and the sampling technique used Probability Sampling with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The data analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that online promotion has a significant effect on impulse buying on Shopee e-commerce, brand image has a significant effect on impulse buying on Shopee e-commerce, shopping lifestyle has a significant effect on impulse buying on Shopee e-commerce, online promotion, brand image, and shopping lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on impulse buying on Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the financial ratio of profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This research has 22 banks as samples. The sampling technique used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique. Testing was carried out using the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) 26 application, which consists of classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The research results show that: 1) Current Ratio has a partially significant effect on the Profit Growth variable; 2) Debt to Equity Ratio does not have a partially significant effect on the Profit Growth variable; 3) Average Collection Period does not have a partially significant effect on the Profit Growth variable; 4) Net Profit Margin has a partially significant effect on the Profit Growth variable; 5) Price Earning Ratio has a partially significant effect on the Profit Growth variable. Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak has spread to almost of all the regions of the world and has affected various aspects of people lives. The economic, educational, and social sectors were not immune from the impact. Based on the results of research conducted, to be able to overcome these problems, there was one factor that could overcome impact of the virus attack was the existence of a good immune system. Empon-empon traditional drinks were known to contain various natural ingredients that are efficacious to enhance the body's resistance of viral attacks. activity of socializing the produce of empon-empon aimed to provide an understanding the benefits of empon-empon in increasing endurance and to socialize the making it to the residents of Bantaran Village, Probolinggo Regency. This activity was hoped that the people would understand the benefit and be able to produce both for consumption to increase immunity and can be commercialized to increase household income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Workload and Management Information Systems have a simultaneous and partial effect on the Performance of Employees at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Probolinggo City. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with Workload and Management Information Systems as variables affecting Employee Performance. The sample size for this study was 51 respondents, all of whom were employees of PDAM Probolinggo. Sampling was done using a saturation sampling technique, where all employees were included in the sample. To prove and analyze this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, R² determination analysis, multiple linear regression tests, and F (simultaneous) and t (partial) tests were used. The results showed that: 1) Simultaneously, Workload and Management Information Systems have an effect on Employee Performance at PDAM Probolinggo City. This is based on the F-value being greater than the F-table value (25.021 > 1.43). Thus, the hypothesis testing on the F-test (simultaneous) indicates that there is a combined effect of Workload and Management Information Systems on Employee Performance. 2) Partially, both factors influence Employee Performance at PDAM Probolinggo City. The partial test results show that Workload (X1) has a regression coefficient of -3.390 < -2.010, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while Management Information Systems (X2) has a regression coefficient of 6.017 > 2.010, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Both variables have a significance value < 0.001. Thus, the t-test (partial) results show a significant negative effect of Workload and a significant positive effect of Management Information Systems on Employee Performance at PDAM Probolinggo.

Abstract

The development of SMEs as a support for the national economy must continue to be supported. In producing Batik, it cannot be avoided that there is waste in the form of wax from used batik which can pollute the environment. UKM Batik Manggur is one of the UKM in Probolinggo, East Java Provinci, which has several problems in developing its business, including processing batik wax waste. This community service activity provides a solution by recycling batik wax waste so that it does not pollute the environment and can be reused for the batik process. The service activities carried out include training in batik wax processing and outreach to batik makers in the Probolinggo City area. Recycled Wax has good quality so it can be reused for the batik process. Using recycled wax has several benefits, including improving batik quality and reducing production costs. With this community service activity, it is hoped that Mitra can develop his business with higher quality and environmental friendly products and reduce production costs.

Abstract

Improving people's welfare is the national aim that is tried to be realized with various efforts. Optimizing the potential of natural resources as a tourism object is one of the way to make this dream come true. In Tigasan Wetan Village, Leces District, Probolinggo Regency, there is an hill named “Bukit Dami” which has the potential to be developed as an ecotourism object. The Youth Group “Teras Tanah” saw this potential and tried to develop it as a tourist attraction even though it was not optimal. The KKN Team of Panca Marga University was moved to carry out community service activities with the aim to optimizing the existence of Bukit Dami as an object of ecotourism. In collaboration with the Teras Tanah Youth Group, several activities have been carried out so that it is hoped that this Ecotourism object can develop and provide benefits to the surrounding community.

Abstract

Kajian ini bermaksud guna mengkaji dampak dari Content Marketing, FOMO Lifestyle, dan Experiential Marketing pada Resolusi Pembelian dalam platform digital TikTok Shop. Pendekatan penelitian yang diaplikasikan dalam studi ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi yang diteliti yaitu seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Panca Marga pada tahun angkatan 2023/2024 dengan jumlah Mahasiswa sebanyak 403 Mahasiswa dari 14 Program Studi di Universitas Panca Marga dengan teknik Probability Sampling, memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Content Marketing dan FOMO Lifestyle tidak berefek pada Resolusi Pembelian, sedangkan Experiential Marketing berefek pada Resolusi Pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Rocket Chicken Mastrip Kota Probolinggo. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya kepuasan konsumen dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu usaha, khususnya dalam sektor makanan cepat saji yang sangat kompetitif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 80 responden menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSSv26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Namun, secara parsial, hanya kualitas produk dan lokasi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks Rocket Chicken Mastrip, konsumen lebih menitikberatkan pada mutu makanan dan kenyamanan lokasi dibandingkan dengan aspek pelayanan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan strategis bagi manajemen dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan loyalitas pelanggan melalui perbaikan kualitas produk dan pengelolaan lokasi yang lebih optimal

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Store Atmosphere, Citra Merek dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambil sampel menggunakan teknik sampling insidental. Populasi yang digunakan adalah konsumen KFC yang datang ke toko langsung maupun drive thru dengan jumlah yang tidak diketahui secara pasti, sehingga menggunakan rumus hair dan ditentukan 104 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen KFC Kota Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu path analysis (analisis jalur) dengan bantuan program aplikasi Smart PLS 4. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Store Atmosphere memiliki dampak pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Selain itu, Citra Merek juga memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Promosi turut memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Lebih lanjut, store atmosphere memengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian secara positif dan signifikan melalui Promosi, begitu pula dengan Citra Merek yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Promosi.   The aim of this research is to empirically test the influence of Store Atmosphere, Brand Image and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions. This research uses a quantitative type of research with sampling techniques using incidental sampling techniques. The population used was KFC consumers who came to the store directly or at the drive thru with an unknown number, so the hair formula was used and 104 respondents were determined. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to KFC consumers in Probolinggo City. The method used is path analysis with the help of the Smart PLS 4 application program. These results show that Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on Purchasing Decisions. Apart from that, Brand Image also has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Promotions also have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, store atmosphere influences purchasing decisions positively and significantly through promotions, as well as brand image which has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions through promotions.
