Abstract

Abstract

Kata kunci: Agrifood, kemitraan, kepercayaan, rantai pasok, teknologi digital, transparansi                                                              ABSTRACT Transparency is a critical element in fostering effective and sustainable partnerships within the agrifood supply chain. Mechanisms such as information sharing, traceability, and the adoption of digital technologies like blockchain and IoT play a pivotal role in enabling openness among supply chain actors. Through a systematic literature review of 16 relevant scientific articles, this study identifies the forms and mechanisms of transparency, as well as the factors that influence it. The findings reveal that transparency is shaped by three main dimensions: internal organizational factors (human, structural, and relational capital), external pressures such as regulation and market demands, and relational dynamics characterized by commitment and trust. Collaboration supported by transparent information flows not only enhances operational efficiency but also strengthens consumer trust and supply chain sustainability. The study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of transparency strategies in the agrifood sector. Keyword: Agrifood, digital technology, partnership, supply chain, transparency, trust

Abstract

Background: : The digital payment landscape in Indonesia demonstrates considerable potential for expansion. However, the prevalence of transactional problems often leads to consumer dissatisfaction and complaints directed toward service providers. Therefore, developing strategies to address these challenges is essential for sustaining the growth of cashless payment adoption.Purpose: This study aims  to analyze the factors influencing consumer interest in using server-based cashless payment systems (e-wallet), and to formulate strategies for enhancing this consumer interest.Design/methodology/approach: This study employed primary data collected from 358 respondents representing Generations X, Y and Z in the Jabodetabek region. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) and Attention, Interest, Desire, Action (AIDA) framework.Findings/Results: The results indicate that optimism and innovativeness have positive and significant effects on both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of e-wallets. Furthermore, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were found to have positive and significant effects on users’ intention to use e-wallets. Based on the AIDA model, strategies to enhance consumer interest include optimizing social media campaigns to increase engagement, implementing referral programs with incentives or rewards, and integrating gamification features to improve user retention. Conclusion: This study confirms that optimism and innovativeness significantly influence the perceived usefulness and ease of use of e-wallets, which in turn strongly affect users’ intention to adopt e-wallet services. Three key strategies to enhance consumer interest in e-wallet usage are optimizing social media campaigns, implementing referral programs, and integrating gamification mechanisms.Originality/Value (State of the Art): This study contributes to the academic literature by identifying key factors influencing digital payment adoption across Generations X, Y, and Z. Additionally, it provides practical insights for companies in addressing the specific needs of different generations in promoting digital payment adoption, particularly e-wallet services. Abstract

Background: Sustainability has emerged as one of the most critical global challenges, making its integration into business studies, essential. Business studies play a crucial role in shaping leaders amid escalating global challenges, such as climate change, inequality, and resource degradation. However, current curricula often emphasize technical knowledge over the deeper ethical and cognitive dimensions required for sustainable decision making. Traditional business programs have been criticized for creating a disconnect between business practices and ethical accountability. Furthermore, business curricula often fail to fully integrate the ethical shifts necessary to internalize sustainability as a core value.Purpose: To map the trends, patterns, and gaps in the literature on sustainability consciousness in business studies, with a particular focus on identifying how this concept has been addressed in previous research.Design/methodology/approach: A bibliometric analysis was conducted on 2,767 Scopus-indexed publications (1993–2022) using VOSviewer to identify trends and gaps in sustainability consciousness research in business studies. The problem formulation was guided by the PICO framework to define the key elements of the research question in academic research studies.Findings/Result: Although sustainability topics in business studies are widely studied, research on “sustainability consciousness” remains underexplored. Keywords such as ‘consciousness” and “awareness” are absent from the central clusters, highlighting a significant gap in the literature. This finding indicates that, despite extensive research on sustainability, there is a limited focus on addressing the concepts of consciousness and awareness within business studies research. Conclusion: There is a significant gap in integrating sustainability consciousness into business education. Current curricula lack an emphasis on the ethical, cognitive, and affective aspects of sustainability.Originality/value (State of the art): This study is one of the first to map the research landscape of sustainability consciousness in business studies. By identifying this gap, this study contributes to the growing body of knowledge by highlighting the urgent need for a holistic approach that emphasizes sustainability consciousness in business education and practice. Abstract

Packaged functional food products are part of the agrifood modernization that is growing rapidly along with changes in people's consumption patterns. The transformation of agrifood makes these products a practical and nutritious choice for consumers. University students as young consumers have good knowledge about health and nutrition, but are suspected of not having the awareness to consume healthy food, so it is important to understand their purchase intention towards packaged functional food products. This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of college students' knowledge on their purchase intention of packaged functional food products using the theory of planned behavior approach. Data were collected through a survey with clustered random sampling on 170 IPB students and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results showed that subjective and objective knowledge had no direct effect on purchase intention. However, subjective knowledge has an indirect effect on purchase intention through attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. This research provides an overview for packaged functional food producers in making university students as their potential market.

Abstract

Corruption is one of the inhibiting factors in the business world in Indonesia. Efforts to eradicate corruption are carried out through education, prevention and prosecution strategies or known as the TRISULA strategy. One of the corruption prevention efforts carried out by the KPK is through the Monitoring Center for Prevention (MCP) with eight areas. This study aims to analyze the influencing factors and the best strategic priorities in preventing regional corruption. This study uses primary data. Primary data was obtained through a survey with purposive sampling in 22 local governments. Data were analyzed using internal-external analysis, SWOT, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results of the strategy analysis show that the main strength factor is the commitment of the regional head and regional apparatus, the main weakness factor is the weak of intern monitoring. While the main opportunity factor is the role of the Corruption Eradication Commission in supporting local government corruption prevention efforts, while the main threat factor is the country's economy (fiscal conditions). The regional corruption prevention system is in quadrant V (hold and maintain). Sharpening MCP indicators is a strategic priority to prevent corruption in the regions. Abstract

Abstract

Community service activities were carried out in Palon Village, Jepon District, Blora Regency, a center for beef-cattle production. The initiative responded to the continued reliance on traditional practices, especially manual financial record-keeping and product marketing, which limit efficient, evidence-based decision-making and constrain market access to mostly local buyers. The capacity-building program equipped 27 participants (farmers, livestock keepers, and fish cultivators) with practical skills in farm recording and digital marketing through a participatory approach covering preparation, training, and evaluation with pre-test and post-test. Results show substantial gains: understanding of farm recording rose from 29,63% to 48,15%, while digital marketing comprehension increased from 37.04% to 88.89%. Two primary benefits followed: participants adopted structured financial records to track costs and revenues, and they gained digital-marketing skills that expanded market reach and increased income via online platforms. These outcomes demonstrate the program’s effectiveness in enhancing financial and digital literacy and equipping farmers with managerial and marketing capabilities aligned with the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors influencing the export value of Muntok White Pepper (MWP) from the Bangka Belitung Islands Province to its main export destinations, Singapore and the United States, from 2010 to 2023. Panel data regression with a fixed effects model is used to combine production, exchange rate, and domestic price variables with export prices and trade policies. The analysis results indicate that production, exchange rate, export price, and non-tariff barriers (NTB) policies play a significant role in affecting export value, while domestic prices do not exert a significant influence. Elasticity analysis results in the exchange rate being the most responsive factor in influencing export value. Methodologically, this study presents the interpretation of panel data regression coefficients based on elasticity to measure export responsiveness, an approach not commonly applied in agricultural trade analysis. Contextually, this study emphasizes the strategic role of Muntok White Pepper as a geographically indicated commodity in supporting the competitiveness of Indonesian spice exports. These findings provide empirical evidence and policy insights for strengthening export resilience through increased production, exchange rate management, and compliance with international trade standards.
