Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto yang dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Maligano yang terdistribusi dalam 3 kelas paralel. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel total. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu angket dan Tes. Angket digunakan untuk memperoleh data gaya belajar siswa dan Tes digunakan untuk memperoleh data hasil belajar matematika siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan: (1) siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Maligano cenderung memiliki gaya belajar visual, (2) hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Maligano mempunyai nilai rata-rata sebesar 66,73 termasuk dalam kategori baik, (3) terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Maligano.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning model assisted by EduNum application on students' numeracy skills at SMAN 4 Kendari. The method in this study used Quantitative and Quasi Experiment type of research with Post-Test Only Control Grub Design research design. The results showed that there was an effect of Problem Based Learning model assisted by EduNum application on students' numeracy skills at SMAN 4 Kendari. This is based on the results of descriptive analysis for the numeracy skills of students in the class using the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by EduNum application has an average of 81.11 with a percentage of 50% high ability category, 43.33% medium ability category and 6.67% low ability category while the class using the Problem Based Learning learning model without the help of EduNum application has an average of 71.39 with a percentage of 26.67% high ability category, 53.33% medium ability category and 20% low ability category. The results of inferential statistical analysis (independent test) obtained significant greater than 0.05 which means that there is an effect of Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by EduNum application on the numeracy skills of students at SMAN 4 Kendari.

Abstract

The low mathematical problem-solving ability of students and technological advances became the beginning of this research, with the aim of finding out the influence of geogebra  learning media for students' problem-solving ability. A quasi-experiment design was employed, specifically a Post-Test Only Control Group design. The population of this research is all 10th grade students, with classes X.1 and X.2 selected as the sample. Data were collected through observation sheets and tests of mathematical problem-solving skills. The collected data were analyzed both descriptively and inferentially. Descriptive analysis showed that the average mathematical problem-solving ability of students taught using GeoGebra media was 80.185, with 44.44% rated as very good, 37.04% as good, and 18.52% as adequate. In contrast, the average problem-solving ability of students taught without GeoGebra media was 72, with 28% rated as very good, 28% as good, 28% as adequate, and 16% as poor. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji komunikasi interpersonal di kalangan masyarakat Gang Milan dalam upaya membangun solidaritas. Penelian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan cara ini mengeksplorasi interaksi sehari-hari antarwarga. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi masyarakat Gang Milan, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Teori Interaksi Simbolik digunakan sebagai landasan untuk memahami dinamika komunikasi dalam konteks komunikasi interpersonal di komunitas ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Gang Milan sangat beragam karena terdiri dari berbagai latar belakang suku, agama, dan bahasa. Komunikasi interpersonal melalui kata-kata dan simbol-simbol seperti gestur, ekspresi wajah, serta intonasi suara menjadi dasar dalam membangun pemahaman bersama. Bahasa dan budaya Betawi mendominasi  komunikasi sehari-hari, namun setiap individu tetap mempertahankan identitas budaya masing-masing. Toleransi beragama terlihat jelas di antara warga dengan perbedaan agama. Komunikasi interpersonal ini membantu warga memahami perasaan dan pandangan satu sama lain, yang pada gilirannya menghasilkan rasa kesetaraan, empati, dukungan, serta keterbukaan yang memperkuat solidaritas di antara mereka. Warga secara aktif menafsirkan simbol-simbol dalam interaksi, yang memperdalam pemahaman dan membangun hubungan yang lebih personal. Individu menyadari pentingnya peran mereka dalam menjaga keharmonisan sosial, yang menciptakan komunikasi yang terbuka dan suportif tanpa hierarki yang kaku. Solidaritas komunitas terbentuk melalui interaksi sosial yang berulang, seperti kegiatan gotong royong dan kegiatan keagamaan, yang memperkuat ikatan sosial di tengah keberagaman.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the actors in the shallot supply chain, as well as finding the best scenario in the shallot supply chain in Cirebon Regency, in increasing the supply of shallots to meet consumer demand for shallots. To obtain data for analysis, this research uses a survey method by collecting data from each component in the shallot supply chain, as well as documentation studies that are relevant to the research objectives by collecting data from related agencies or institutions. The results of the research show that: (1) Actors or actors in the shallot supply chain in Cirebon district, West Java consist of producer farmers, collecting traders (middlemen), wholesalers, retailers and consumers, (2) The dynamic system of the shallot supply chain in Cirebon district, West Java consisting of a production subsystem, supply and delivery subsystem, and demand subsystem, and (3) Model simulation to be able to project the condition of the shallot supply chain in the next 10 years using scenarios of changes to the parameters of the percentage of shallots that are scattered and increasing shallot productivity

Abstract

Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi yang terpenting dalam menunjang kegiatan perekonomian setempat sehingga harus tahan dan awet terhadap kondisi perubahan cuaca. Salah satu jenis perkerasan jalan pada lapisan aus atau penutup adalah aspal porous. Aspal porous merupakan campuran beraspal panas dengan persentase agregat kasar yang besar, persentase agregat halus yang kecil, sehingga menyediakan rongga udara yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan serbuk kayu jati terhadap campuran aspal porous. Dengan pemanfaatan serbuk kayu jati sebagai bahan tambah diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perpaduan yang baik antara agregat kasar, agregat halus dan aspal. Kadar aspal rencana yang digunakan yaitu 4,0%,4,5%, 5,0%, 5,5%, dan 6,0%. Pengujian awal untuk mendapatkan kadar aspal optimum (KAO) dan pengujian selanjutnya dengan alat Marshall Test, cantabro loss, binder drain down, permeabilitas.. KAO yang digunakan yaitu 5,25% dan kadar filler yaitu 0,2%, 0,4%, 0,6%, 0,8%, dan 1,0%. Dari hasil pengujian Marshall Test, penggunaan serbuk kayu jati terhadap campuran aspal porous memenuhi spesifikasi karakteristik campuran aspal porous. Pada variasi kadar serbuk 1% terjadi koefisien permeabilitas yang tinggi menunjukkan tingkat penyaluran air ke drainase melambat,karena serbuk meresap air tidak menyalurkan seluruhnya ke drainase.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences in the improvement of mathematical concept understanding and mood enhancement between students taught using the MURDER learning model and those taught using the direct learning model. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study consists of all the students in grade XI, totaling 275 students. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. From this method, two classes were selected as the sample. The research instruments included a test of students' mathematical concept comprehension, a student mood questionnaire, and a teacher observation sheet. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The description of students' mathematical concept comprehension ability, taught using the MURDER learning model and the direct instruction model, showed average N-Gain values of 0,3634 and 0,2827, respectively. (2) The description of student mood, taught using the MURDER learning model and the direct instruction model, showed average N-Gain values of 0,5709 and 0,4291, respectively. (3) Based on the results of the MANOVA test, the F value has a significance level of 0,009 < a = 0,05 so H0 is rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the improvement of mathematical concept understanding and mood enhancement between students taught using the MURDER learning model and those taught using the direct instruction model

Abstract

This study aims to assess the implementation of criminal law against commercial sex workers in Palopo City. The main focus of this study is: (1) analyzing the implementation of law enforcement against commercial sex workers in the city, and (2) identifying the challenges faced and government efforts in overcoming these problems. This study uses a qualitative approach with an empirical legal basis. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, with the aim of obtaining relevant information directly from the field. This study reveals that law enforcement against commercial sex workers (CSWs) in Palopo City involves a number of agencies. The Palopo City Police carry out law enforcement through Operation Bina Kusuma, which includes supervision at lodgings and boarding houses, as well as various activities such as counseling, socialization, warnings, and discipline against CSWs. The Palopo City Social Service also plays a role by providing counseling, coaching, and assistance, including visiting the homes of CSWs and asking them to sign a statement. Meanwhile, Satpol PP of Palopo City prioritizes preventive measures and non-legal approaches in law enforcement. Problems related to sex workers in Palopo City are regulated in Palopo City Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Public Order and Security, especially in Article 40, which prohibits immoral behavior, including becoming sex workers, and urges other parties not to persuade or force individuals to engage in such work. However, law enforcement is hampered by the absence of more specific laws regarding sex workers and the absence of rehabilitation facilities in the city. Some proposed solutions include increasing community participation through socialization, creating more specific regional regulations regarding sex workers, a more humanitarian approach, and providing rehabilitation facilities.

Abstract

Kinerja guru perlu dilakukan perbaikan dalam rangkan untuk mengelola pembelajaran melalui kolaborasi pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan. Model Project Based Learning dengan pendekatan Lesson Study menciptakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pengembangan kemampuan siswa dan secara bersama-sama dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui refleksi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan oleh guru. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dalam melaksanakan open kelas melalui model Project Based Learning dengan pendekatan Lesson Study. Metode yang digunakan untuk mensosialisasikan  program Lesson Study dan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning di sekolah berupa metode ceramah, metode diskusi, wawancara, dan metode praktek lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah sebesar 100% peserta kegiatan sangat setuju bahwa kegiatan pendampingan ini sangat penting diadakan, dan sebesar 85,74 sangat setuju bahwa Lesson  memberikan dampak yang baik bagi pengembangan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Demikian juga, pendampingan pada kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi guru untuk membangun kolaboratif sesama guru bidang studi, dan proses pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Lesson Study adalah proses pembelajaran yang menarik sehingga ada keinginan untuk melaksanakan open kelas menggunakan Lesson Study.

Abstract

Corruption is a big problem in Indonesia. According to a survey by the transparency agency, Indonesia is in the sixth most corrupt position in the world. Indonesia's human resources are still not good. To overcome these problems, cooperation with all parties is needed. Eradication of corruption must be carried out on the community as a whole. In this case, education also has an important role in nation building, one of which is by forming a generation of people who have an anti-corruption spirit. These activities must be carried out in an applicative manner so that students can understand and apply them in everyday life. One form of activity to assist the government in eradicating corruption through education, the PAKU (Anti-Corruption Study Center) institution in collaboration with the PGMI Study Program held an Anti-Corruption Education activity for prospective MI teachers.
