Abstract

Initially, the organization was a bridge in forming a component that could be used as a member to solve a problem. The essence of a learning organization is the organization's ability to utilize the mental capacities of all its members to create the kind of process that will improve it.Organizations where people continually develop their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and evolving patterns of thinking are fostered, where group aspirations are given freedom, and where people are continually learning studying (learning to learn) something together, but in general organizations have become a discourse in activities that can be used as part of a group. Basically, this is because humans are social creatures, which in this context is homo socius. This fact is a natural characteristic.It is impossible for humans to live alone, apart from society, groups or living with their communities. Humans are creatures that think and can develop. Every human being has the instinct to live in society. To fulfill these various needs, humans must collaborate because they will not be able to fulfill their own needs. That is where the level of human limitations is a reflection that humans need cooperation and that forum is found in organizations.

Abstract

This paper discusses Behavior in Organizations (Organizational Dynamics), this paper aims to find out in depth about Behavior in Organizations (Organizational Dynamics). In organizational behavior you will study three basic things, namely the science of individual behavior, group behavior and organizational behavior itself. This chapter is the beginning of understanding organizational behavior by first understanding individual behavior in the organization. In an organization there are various individuals who have a set of different backgrounds and characteristics that differ from one individual to another such as race, culture, ethnicity, motives, hopes, education, abilities, skills, etc. So a manager must be able to study various individual characteristics from each other to maximize each individual's potential so that they can provide good performance for the organization. Individual behavior tries to analyze the determinants that determine an individual's behavior in an organization, including personality, attitudes, values, and perceptions as well as abilities and skills. By knowing the characteristics of each individual, it is hoped that they can make a maximum contribution to the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari urgensi integrasi keterampilan abad ke-21 dalam pendidikan Islam untuk menjawab tantangan global sekaligus menjaga identitas moral dan spiritual madrasah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengevaluasi Model Integratif 4C Berbasis Nilai Islam yang berfokus pada penguatan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan kreativitas siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus instrumental di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Laboratorium Kota Jambi dengan melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, siswa, dan koordinator TIK. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, diskusi kelompok, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles-Huberman-Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ini secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi, kolaborasi aktif, kompetensi komunikasi, dan kreativitas siswa, sekaligus mentransformasi praktik guru menuju pembelajaran aktif dengan integrasi teknologi. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan inovasi pendidikan Islam dan pedoman praktis penerapan pembelajaran abad ke-21 di madrasah

Abstract

This study explores the role of kiai leadership in the development of agribusiness enterprises at Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in Jambi Province. The research was conducted at three pesantren: Raudhatul Mujawwidin in Tebo Regency, Irsyadul Ibad in Batanghari Regency, and Al Muttaqin in Muaro Jambi Regency. These institutions were selected due to their active involvement in agribusiness as part of pesantren-based economic empowerment efforts. The study reveals that the leadership of the kiai plays a central role in initiating, managing, and sustaining agribusiness activities. Their leadership is not only spiritual and educational, but also entrepreneurial, as they mobilize resources, inspire the santri and surrounding communities, and establish strategic collaborations with external partners. The success of agribusiness development in these pesantren is closely linked to the kiai’s visionary leadership, adaptability, and commitment to the values of independence and community welfare. This research highlights the importance of integrating religious leadership with entrepreneurial skills to strengthen the economic sustainability of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at MTs Jauharul Islam, identify the problems encountered in improving teachers pedagogigcal competence, and describe the efforts made to overcome these challenges. The Merdeka Curriculum emerges as a response to the demands of 21st-century education, emphasizing student-centered learning, flexible teaching methods, and character development through the Profil Pelajar Pancasila (Pancasila Student Profile). However, the implementation of this curriculum faces numerous obstacles in the field, particularly in terms of teachers pedagogical readiness.This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documents analysis. The informants were selected using the snowball sampling technique, starting with key individuals and expanding based on subsequent recommendations. The main informants included the principal, vice principal for curriculum affairs, subject teacher, and the team responsible for drafting the School Operation Curriculum (KOSP).The findings indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at MTs Jauharul Islam has begun through several initiatives, such as the formation of the KOSP drafting team, internal teacher training sessions, and the development of independent teaching modules. However, several challenges remain, including the lack of intensive and ongoing training, limited project-based learning facilities, the unfinished status of the KOSP document as a main reference, and the high administrative workload faced by teachers. Additionally, a gap persists between the conceptual understanding of the curriculum and its practical application in the classroom, as traditional lecture methods still dominate, and project-based learning is underutilized. To address these issues, the school has undertaken various strategies, such as enhancing teacher training by inviting school supervisors as resource persons, providing collaborative forums for teachers, and conducting regular evaluations and mentoring by the curriculum team. Moreover, the school principal actively encourages innovation and gives teachers the freedom to design contextually relevant learning modules tailored to students characteristics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze kiai leadership and factors that hinder human resource management in Islamic Boarding Schools in Jambi. This research uses a descriptive qualitative study that reveals, finds and explores information about kiai leadership in HR Management of Islamic Boarding Schools in Jambi Province. Human resource management of Islamic boarding schools in Jambi Province is carried out with several stages. 1) Planning begins with recruiting the required HR without referring to HR recruitment patterns from professional institutions; 2) Organizing the placement of educators and education personnel in their fields of work despite overlapping positions; 3) Implementation, in accordance with the workflow, although some HR have duplicate jobs which result in not maximizing the work they carry out; 4) Controlling, as a control step from the implementation in the field, although the stages of control have not been clearly illustrated; 5) Assessment is carried out periodically even though it is according to the needs and desires of the leadership, so that the evaluation results cannot be used as guidelines in determining the next program. The causes of inhibiting factors in human resource management at Islamic boarding schools in Jambi have not been effective, among others: 1) HR professionalism has not been evenly distributed, Islamic boarding school HR prioritizes experience in working; 2) budget funds, facilities and facilities that support performance have not all met proper education standards in accordance with the mandate of laws and regulations; 3) As well as HR welfare has not met wage standards.

Abstract

Islamic education in its early development has had an advantage because of its own characteristics, namely being comprehensive with the aim of encouraging children to pour out all their abilities. The goals of Islamic education are derived from religious goals and worldly goals. Changes in the current era of globalization seem to require a proactive and anticipatory response from the world of education, especially in Islamic education. Human resources as the key to implementing change need to consider these conditions in order to improve the quality of education through continuous improvement. In educational management, one important area is related to human resources involved in the education process, whether it is educators such as teachers or educational staff such as administrative staff. The intensity of the educational world in relation to humans can be seen as an important difference between educational institutions and other organizations. The existence of high-quality human resources is very important for the progress of a madrasah. Integrated Islamic-based schools with adequate facilities and complete facilities, supported by the capabilities of madrasah resources as leaders in Islamic educational institutions, are obliged to carry out improvements to the available human resources, both teaching and non-teaching staff, in order to have quality capabilities

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu Ulumul Quran telah melalui perjalanan panjang sejak awal Islam hingga era modern. Pada masa awal Islam, ilmu ini berkembang di bawah bimbingan langsung Nabi Muhammad SAW dan diteruskan oleh para sahabat serta tabi'in, dengan penekanan pada pemahaman yang akurat terhadap wahyu Ilahi. Selama Abad Keemasan Islam (abad ke-8 hingga ke-15), ilmu Ulumul Quran mencapai puncaknya, dengan munculnya berbagai tafsir dan ilmu terkait yang berfokus pada pengembangan metodologi penafsiran Al-Quran. Di era modern dan kontemporer, teknologi digital telah membawa dampak besar dalam penyebaran dan pemahaman Al-Quran, memungkinkan umat Islam untuk mengakses ilmu ini dengan lebih mudah dan cepat melalui berbagai platform digital. Meskipun demikian, tantangan tetap ada terkait dengan keakuratan informasi dan kualitas interpretasi, terutama dengan semakin meluasnya penyebaran tafsir yang tidak selalu sesuai dengan kaidah ilmiah yang benar. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi umat Islam dan ulama untuk memastikan bahwa teknologi digunakan dengan bijak untuk memperkuat pemahaman Al-Quran yang autentik, tanpa mengorbankan kualitas dan kedalaman ilmu.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan penggunaan media dalam pandangan Islam. Pada dunia pendidikan, guru dituntut agar mampu menggunakan media pembelajaran, yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman, dan sesuai dengan kondisi siswa. Menggunakan metode deskriptif tulisan ini berusaha menggambarkan kesesuaian teori tentang media pembelajaran dengan penggunaan media dalam Alquran dan Hadis. Dalam pembahasan ditemukan banyak ayat-ayat Alquran dan hadis nabi yang sejalan dengan teori tentang penggunaan media di zaman sekarang seperti penggunan media audio, visual, sampai kepada media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi multimedia. Diharapkan setelah membaca tulisan ini, guru semakin memahami betapa pentingnya penggunaan media dalam pandangan Islam. Karena dengan menggunakan media yang tepat, tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai dengan baik pula

Abstract

Pengetahuan yang didapatkan melaui belajar baik secara formal, informal maupun non-formal, tujuannya adalah menjadikan manusia mempunyai derajat yang tinggi (iman dan ilmu) baik disisi manusia lebih-lebih pada sisi-Nya. Ilmu akan melahirkan kesopanan, santun, dan menjadikan diri bisa bertoleransi (berlapang-lapang) dalan menuntut ilmu, berpendapat dan sikap. Tulisan ini membahas tentang konsep ilmu dalam pendidikan Al-Qur’an berdasarkan Surat Al-Mujadalah Ayat 11. Surat Shaad Ayat 29 juga mejelaskan kepada kita bahwa tujuan Allah menurunkan Al-Qur’an adalah agar manusia dapat mengambil pelajaran, hikmah dari Al-Qur’an dengan mentadabburi makna-makna yang terkandung di dalam Al-Qur’an sehingga menjadi petunjuk bagi manusia dalam menjalankan kehidupan di dunia dan bekal kehidupan akhirat
