Abstract

Komitmen kerja guru merupakan faktor krusial dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Rendahnya komitmen kerja guru dapat berdampak pada menurunnya kualitas pembelajaran dan pencapaian siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja guru di SDN se-UPTD Bambel Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja masing-masing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa guru lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dibandingkan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam meningkatkan komitmen kerja guru melalui pengembangan profesional dan kondisi kerja yang mendukung motivasi serta kepuasan kerja guru.

Abstract

The importance of the availability of blood was to meet the need for blood transfusions that could been occurred anytime such as for accident victims, patients with major surgery such as heart disease, cesarean section, and for patients with blood diseases such as hemophilia and thalassemia. Therefore, it was very important to know what are the factors that could affected someone to donate blood voluntarily and regularly. This research used descriptive quantitative. The number of respondents in this studied amounted to 43 people with Accidental Sampling as the sampling technique, where the respondent was a person who routinely donated blood every three months and at least three times to donate blood. The results are presented in frequency distribution table. The results showed that based on the characteristics of most respondents aged 36-45 years (48,8%), most respondents were male (79,1%), the largest respondents had high school (48,8%), most respondents worked as a self-employed (37,2%). The sources of information respondents still quite lacking. There were (55,8%) respondents that had medium knowledge. The attitude of the respondents considered good (100%). Reference group and the intention was contributed to the actions of respondents. The respondents had a good action to donate blood (52.3%). From the research results suggested that the UTD-PMI, Health Department and Department of Education to further enhance the promotion of blood donation to the community and to voluntary donors that expect to maintain and improve measures to donate blood.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerapan PSAP pada kantor BPKAD mulai dari kebijakan, sistematika penilaian pengukuran, hingga pengakuan aset pemerntah daerah, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif komperatif, yaitu peneliti mengumpulkan data yang ada berupa data dari objek penelitian maupun data yang di analisis serta hasil wawancara dengan narasumber, data tersebut dihimpun sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan dalam menjawab rumusan masalah, dari hasil wawancara dan analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti, pemerintah kota palopo dalam hal ini kantor BPKAD telah menerapkan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah dapat dilihat dari lampiran kebijakan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah kota palopo yang menjadi acuan BPKAD, peyusunan laporan keuangan telah sesuai dengan standar yang ada, adapun pemindahan aset yang terjadi tidak di revaluasi akan tetapi langsung menambah aset pemkot dan nilai dari aset tersebut sesuai dengan berita acara serah terima. Kata kunci: Penerapan PSAP, akuntansi aset tetap, BPKAD Kota Palopo Abstract This study aims to see the application of PSAP at the BPKAD office. starting from policy, measurement assessment systematics, to the recognition of regional government assets, the method used in this research is comparative descriptive analysis, in which the researcher collects existing data in the form of data from research objects and data analyzed and the results of interviews with resource persons. The data are collected so that we get conclusions in answering the formulation of the problem, from the results of interviews and data analysis conducted by researchers, the Palopo city government, in this case the BPKAD office has implemented Government Accounting Standards, can be seen from the policy attachment issued by the Palopo city government which is the reference for BPKAD, the preparation of financial statements is in accordance with existing standards, while the transfer of assets that occurs is not revalued but directly adds to the municipal government assets and the value of these assets is in accordance with the handover report. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of ease of use and product prices in the Shopee application on the consumer behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics, Teuku Umar University. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that neither ease of use (X1) nor product price (X2) had a significant effect on consumer behavior (Y), with significance values ​​of 0.419 and 0.283, respectively (p> 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R Square) shows that only 5.8% of the variation in consumer behavior can be explained by these two variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

As a gift from God Almighty, Indonesia's natural resources should be utilized as much as possible for the prosperity and welfare of the Indonesian people. For this reason, it is necessary and very important to create a balanced and just relationship between the conservation of natural resources and the utilization of these natural resources so that environmental pollution or destruction does not occur. This environmental problem is not only the responsibility of the government but also society and corporations are also responsible. Social Responsibility or more commonly known as CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is starting to be discussed by people nowadays. That business must continue to prioritize ethics and standards, not only in terms of administration but also compliance with internal rules. The research method used in this research is the library research method, which is an approach to conducting research that uses information sources found in libraries or other literary sources. The principles of corporate responsibility include accountability and transparency. This is what a company or business organization must then carry out. If the principles cannot be implemented by a company, it is very easy to commit criminal offenses, especially environmental crimes. The Company holds full responsibility for all environmental impact risks resulting from its operations.

Abstract

The development and management of flood-prone information systems is needed by many parties, especially the public. In this research, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) presents an approach to detecting flood-prone areas by combining it with a Geographic Information System (GIS). AHP analysis is used to determine the weight and value of each assessment criterion, and then the results are integrated into the GIS system to produce a flood forecast map. The results obtained show that mapping of flood-prone zones can be carried out rationally and consistently based on AHP by considering four criteria, namely land use, soil type, slope, and rainfall. The results of the analysis of the zoning map show that the areas with a high level of flood vulnerability are on the north and west sides. The area around the Lembar port has a high level of vulnerability. Eyat Mayang Village also has a high level of vulnerability. Locations with a high level of flood vulnerability, caused by flooding through rivers located not far from the sea estuary.

Abstract

Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) Parit Enam merupakan tempat akhir pengelolaan sampah di Kota Pangkalpinang yang mengalami penumpukan sampah karena tidak dikelola dengan baik. Salah satu faktor penyebab sampah tidak dikelola yakni kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pengelolaan sampah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar pengelolaan sampah  di TPA Parit Enam dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur yang baik dan benar  serta tersedianya fasilitas yang memadai untuk mengelola sampah. Metode penelitian ini yaitu yuridis empiris yang mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder dengan melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi lapangan secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pengelolaan sampah sampah di TPA Parit Enam belum dikelola dengan maksimal khususnya terhadap sampah yang disebabkan karena fasilitas pengelolaan sampah yang tidak lengkap. Pengelolaan sampah yang baik merupakan upaya menghindari dampak negatif dari penumpukan sampah dan upaya perlindungan hukum terhadap masyarakat yang merasakan dampak negatif dari pengelolaan sampah yang belum maksimal.

Abstract

The purpose of finding Indonesian legal policy in the future in accommodating the role of the military in preventing and eradicating terrorism. This research is a normative legal research, to determine the differences and similarities between the legal systems of one country and another. Comparison of Indonesia and Malaysia. The government and the military are tied by a regulatory knot to build a formal legal basis that regulates the duties and functions of the military in the state system. The TNI is a state apparatus that handles the defense sector and in its implementation is assisted by other components, namely supporting components and reserve components from the people. The direction of Indonesian legal policy in the future in efforts to prevent and eradicate terrorism is indeed a complex problem, therefore multi-party synergy is needed in handling it. In the past era, the TNI carried out duties not only in the defense sector but also in the socio-political sector, so after we entered the reform era, the TNI immediately placed its right position in accordance with the democratic state order. We have left the socio-political role and we only concentrate on the field of defense and state security, in the future it could help maintain public security and order in order to build the duties of the Police. Handling criminal acts of terrorism in Indonesia is part of law enforcement under the authority of law enforcement officers. So that the TNI cannot enter the realm of law enforcement because its main tasks and functions are different. So that the involvement of the TNI in eradicating terrorism as regulated in Article 7 Paragraph (2) and Paragraph (3) of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning the TNI must be emphasized that the TNI can play a role when a terrorist attack threatens state sovereignty and/or when it is related to military operations and law enforcement officers themselves are no longer able to handle a terrorism problem.

Abstract

The purpose of analyzing and finding the form of terrorism that is the authority of the Army in preventing and eradicating it. This research is a normative legal research, to determine the differences and similarities between the legal systems of one country and another. Comparison of Indonesia and Malaysia. In the procedure for handling cases of terrorism crimes in accordance with Law Number 15 of 2003, it must be carried out by state institutions that are given authority with a full sense of responsibility and seriousness. Both from the TNI, Police and State Intelligence Agency in the context of the investigation and arrest process which both support the smoothness of the investigation process that will be held later. The use of military force to combat terrorism is not taboo, both from a domestic political perspective, in the context of the international humanitarian law framework, and the provisions of the Charter and various UN resolutions. The TNI as a state defense tool, functions as a deterrent against every form of military threat and armed threat from outside and within the country against the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and safety of the nation. Such provisions are in line with what is formulated in Article 30 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution which reads, "The defense and security efforts of the state are carried out through the total people's defense and security system by the Indonesian National Army and the Republic of Indonesia Police as the main force, and the people as supporters." Law Number 3 of 2002 concerning National Defense states that the position of the TNI is the main component in the state defense system in order to carry out defense tasks in Indonesia. Based on these provisions, the TNI has the authority to eradicate terrorism, especially in carrying out duties to protect the safety of the nation and most importantly as a peacekeeper both nationally and internationally. The participation of the TNI in eradicating terrorism is a preventive effort. The TNI, which is part of society and the nation, has the same responsibility in fighting terrorism. The involvement of the TNI in handling acts of terrorism needs to find a way out and clear legal instruments, namely whether the TNI is the main component, reserve component or supporting component so as not to conflict with the principle of due process of law.

Abstract

Data was obtained through brainstorming and interviews with human resource managers, from the interview results obtained the implementation of the company's vision, mission and strategy. Furthermore, questionnaires were distributed to expert respondents, namely human resource managers to obtain priority weights. The KPI design that can be applied by PT. XYZ includes 4 KPIs in the financial perspective, 7 KPIs in the customer perspective, 6 KPIs in the internal and business perspective, and 4 KPIs in the learning and growth perspective. The results of KPI measurements with the traffic light system contain 17 KPIs with a green category indicating that they are in accordance with the company's targets and 4 KPIs with a yellow category indicating that they need to be improved again.
