Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan tentang penerapan Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilakukan oleh SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Baru dalam usaha membentuk karakter Islami siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam upaya pembentukan karakter islami siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Baru sudah cukup baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya berbagai kegiatan pembinaan karakter di lingkungan sekolah, seperti halnya shalat dhuha berjamaah setiap masuk kelas mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, shalat dhuhur berjamaah, serta pembacaan doa dan asmaul husna di pagi hari sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, berbagai kegiatan tersebut rutin dilakukan setiap hari.

Abstract

One interesting area of research is innovation for the sustainability of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), which has increasingly attracted economists' attention in recent years. This paper is a literature review of several articles on the application of innovation to encourage SME sustainability. This paper aims to ensure that technological, process, and production innovation are integrated ways to drive SME sustainability and are most widely used in the literature, especially about SME sustainability. Based on a comprehensive review of innovation variables with systematic literature review methods, the search yielded 25 articles from journal publications indexed in ScienceDirect. The results concluded that product innovation could create significant added value and open up new market opportunities while marketing innovation and business models can increase customer reach and adaptability of SMEs to a dynamic business environment. Product innovation, marketing, and business models can be applied to encourage SMEs' sustainability to encourage SMEs' sustainability. Government policy support, access to financing, and strategic partnerships are critical factors for the success of this innovation initiative, which overall improves the competitiveness and viability of SMEs.

Abstract

Peramalan merupakan perhitungan yang obyektif dan data masa lalu digunakan untuk menentukan masa depan. Tapi masih ada perusahaan yang belum memperhatikan pentingnya sistem pengelolaan permintaan yang baik. Jika sistem manajemen tidak digunakan muncul berbagai masalah seperti penurunan kualitas layanan pelanggan dan berdampak pada keuntungan perusahaan. melakukan analisis beberapa permintaan aktual baru untuk menghasilkan nilai ramalan untuk permintaan di masa mendatang.Ini memiliki 2 keistimewaan yaitu membutuhkan data historis dalam jangka waktu tertentu untuk membuat peramalan semakin panjang rata-rata bergerak maka semakin halus rata-rata bergeraknya Hasil peramalan permintaan di PT. XYZ dengan metode Single Moving Average 3 periode untuk bulan oktober 2023 adalah 35.012 maka permintaan untuk bulan oktober 2023 dan selanjutnya sampai maret 2024 yang bisa dilihat pada tabel 4 akan mengalami ke naikan nilai ini sangat stabil di karenakan permintaan yang sering berubah jadi stok barang di gedung cukup baikPerusahaan diharapkan untuk menerapkan perencanaan produksi rata-rata bergerak karena dengan metode tersebut perusahaan dapat memperkirakan pelanggan dan menetukan produksi yang dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi permintaan tersebut dalam jangka waktu yang diinginkan. Perusahaan juga dapat meminimalkan biaya produksi dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor seperti tingkat persediaan, biaya tenaga kerja dan biaya bahan baku. Dengan melakukan dan menerapkan metode single moving average, perusahaan diharapkan dapat permintaan meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Mengurangi biaya produksi dan memnuhí permintaan pelanggan dengan lebih baik, mampu meminimasi biaya produksi sehingga dapat meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan dan dapat memenuhi seluruh permintaan dengan waktu yang tepat.

Abstract

Setelah melakukan pelatihan, manajemen usaha merasakan dampak pentingnya dalam mengelola rantai pasok usahanya. Struktur rantai pasok di perusahan dikategorikan sebagai extended supply chain merupakan struktur rantai pasok yang ideal bagi perusahaan dengan kemitraan jangka pendek. Pelaku rantai pasok terdiri dari supplier, subcont submaterial, subcont jasa finishing, customer OEM, customer simplifikasi, customer export, dan customer after market. Pelaku rantai pasok perusahaan sudah menjalankan kegiatan rantai pasoknya untuk menudukung kegiatan bisnisnya. Pemilihan strategi subcont untuk proses pendukung dianggap sangat baik dalam meminimalkan beban biaya. Manajemen usaha dapat mengetahui hal – hal yang perlu dipersiapkan dalam menyusun program kinerja rantai pasoknya dengan menggunakan metode SCOR

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning management of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri in Bireuen Regency in improving graduate quality. A descriptive qualitative method was applied, using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results revealed that learning planning was based on initial student assessments, character-based and Islamic values-integrated modules, and contextual methods. Organization involved student grouping, flexible class arrangements, and varied learning media. Implementation was interactive, integrative, and participatory. Supervision was conducted through structured classroom observations, document evaluations, and reflective discussions. Effective learning management had a positive impact on the quality of madrasah graduates.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of school supervisors in improving education quality through academic supervision at kindergartens (TK) in Bireuen Regency. Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of learning through academic and managerial supervision. This qualitative research employed a case study method at five kindergartens, involving five principals and five teachers as key informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed interactively through data reduction, display, and verification. The results show that academic supervision planning has been carried out but remains administrative and lacks a needs-based school analysis. The implementation of supervision followed formal procedures, but the intensity and quality of coaching remained low, with a stronger emphasis on administration rather than teaching practice development. Follow-up plans were formulated in the form of training, mentoring, and teacher learning communities, though implementation was hindered by limited resources and coordination. This study recommends strengthening academic supervision through structured, participatory, and sustainable strategies to improve the quality of early childhood education more evenly.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Puloampel is an educational unit that implements an independent curriculum with the independent category changing, meaning that the school provides flexibility to use the learning tools that have been provided. Although only class X uses an independent curriculum, all subjects of class X, including Islamic Religious Education lessons, must refer to an independent curriculum. The research method used in this writing is to use a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach and use a direct observation method through the results of interviews. With the warm issue that arises, namely the change in curriculum from the 2013 curriculum to an independent curriculum, SMKN 1 Puloampel tries to implement an independent curriculum by regulating in accordance with the rules in it, including various parties in schools also support the implementation of an independent curriculum. Teachers and students responded well to the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMKN 1 Puloampel

Abstract

The main problems in this study are 2, namely: Administrative Managerial of the Principal in improving quality in Elementary Schools and Operational Managerial of the Principal in improving quality in Elementary Schools. This research was conducted in Elementary Schools. This type of research is field research using descriptive qualitative analysis research methods, namely researchers observe and interact directly with the principal, teachers, quality and human resource development fields through interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study indicate that the administrative managerial of the principal in improving quality has been implemented quite effectively, which is indicated by all elements of administrative managerial having run according to the program from planning to supervision. The operational managerial of the principal in improving quality has been implemented quite effectively, which is indicated by all elements of operational management running functionally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning difficulties of fifth grade students of SD Islam Babussalam Pekanbaru in understanding the material of the ecosystem of living things. The method used is qualitative with a case study design, involving 20 students and teachers through observation, interviews, and tests. The results show that students have difficulties in five aspects: interpreting (40%), exemplifying (60%), classifying (20%), inferencing (50%), and explaining (50%). These difficulties are caused by a lack of understanding of concepts and the use of complex scientific terms. As a solution, it is recommended to apply varied learning methods, increase interaction, and utilize learning media, including videos, which can be accessed at any time. This study highlights the importance of developing appropriate learning media to improve students' understanding of science material.

Abstract

Social Studies (IPS) at the Elementary School level has an important role in shaping the character and social understanding of students. This study aims to explain the nature, objectives, philosophical foundations, urgency, and dimensions of IPS learning. The method used is a literature review by analyzing various sources of theory and previous research results. IPS as a field of study is an integration of various social science disciplines such as geography, history, economics, and sociology. IPS learning in elementary schools does not only focus on cognitive knowledge, but also instills moral values, social attitudes, and critical thinking skills. Ontological, epistemological, and axiological foundations are the basis for developing learning materials and approaches that are in accordance with student characteristics. The dimensions of IPS learning include knowledge, skills, attitudes, and actions that aim to shape students into active, tolerant, and responsible citizens.
