Abstract

Every prisoner has the right to guarantee work safety, wages or premiums from the results of their work. However, at the Lhoknga Class III Penitentiary, the fulfilment of this right is not yet optimal because there are no regulations or laws that determine the nominal amount or percentage of wages that prisoners must receive. Currently, the amount of wages received by inmates is only determined based on the policy of the Head of the local Correctional Institution.  This article aims to explain the wage process applied by the Lhoknga Class III Penitentiary to prisoners, as well as to explain how the wages of prisoners in this institution are determined based on the ijarah 'ala al-'amal agreement. To obtain data, the author used qualitative research methods. The main data was collected through interviews with respondents and informants who were considered to have relevant information regarding the problem under study. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from reading sources such as books, journals, articles and other materials related to this research topic. From the research results, the fulfilment of the right to wages for work has not been optimal. Some prisoners' work activities do not yet receive decent wages, while in other activities, prisoners earn wages of 33% from sales of goods or products.

Abstract

All countries need a system of government to regulate the wheels of government. Indonesia as a democratic country that adheres to a presidential system, applies the Trias Politica concept as an effort to separate power into three branches, namely executive, legislative and judicial. The 1945 Constitution implicitly supports this concept by explaining each task and authority of the branch of power in different articles. The duties and authorities of the President as an executive body are regulated in Article 4 paragraph 1, Article 5 paragraph 2, and Article 20 paragraph 4. The DPR as a legislative body is clearly regulated in Articles 19 to 22. While the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court as judicial branches are regulated in Article 24. This paper tries to unravel the pattern of political and legal relations in the policy of moving the State Capital from DKI Jakarta Province to East Kalimantan Province. The President as the executor of the Act certainly needs support from the DPR as the legislator in order to realize the implementation of the transfer of the new state capital. This is important because the stipulation and implementation of laws is supervised by the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court as judicial institutions. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran kontekstual di SMP Darul Ma’arif Banjar Negeri dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi guru PAI dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran kontekstual di kelas VIII SMP Darul Ma’arif Banjar Negeri. Penelitian ini didasari oleh guru SMP Daarul Ma’arif Banjar Negeri Kecamatan Natar Lampung Selatan sebagian besar masih menerapkan model pembelajaran langsung berkelanjutan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Guru menjelaskan materi di depan kelas pada awal proses pembelajaran. Soal latihan dan contoh soal kemudian diberikan, dan pembelajaran diakhiri dengan pekerjaan rumah (PR). Penulis menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif. Siswa kelas VIII SMP Daarul Ma’arif Banjar Negeri Kecamatan Natar Lampung Selatan dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan strategi purposive sampling dalam hal ini. Penulis menggunakan metode berikut untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini: dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Sementara itu, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknis sebagai metode untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Dibandingkan dengan pendekatan lain, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menggunakan pembelajaran kontekstual untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar dilaksanakan melalui peningkatan signifikansi dan realisme proses pembelajaran. Untuk membantu siswa kelas VIII mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Daarul Ma'arif Banjar Negeri mengatasi tantangan belajarnya, maka guru menggunakan strategi pembelajaran sebagai berikut: Guru PAI bekerja satu lawan satu dengan siswa, memberikan pekerjaan rumah untuk membantu mereka mengingat materi, dan mengulas materi tersebut, dan menginspirasi siswa agar lebih bersemangat dalam belajar.

Abstract

Pembelajaran PAI di SMPN 2 Kalirejo telah menerapkan model pembelajaran PBL. Pembelajaran yang hanya sebatas teori tanpa mengaitkannya dengan pemecahan masalah yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dapat menyebabkan peserta didik jenuh dan pasif. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana PBL diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran PAI di SMPN 2 Kalirejo serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru pendidikan Agama Islam dalam penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL membaginya dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap pendahuluan, inti dan akhir yang sesuai dengan sintaks model problem based learning. Untuk faktor yang mendukung yaitu sumber buku yang memadai, peserta didik yang antusias dalam pembelajaran dan relevansi materi dengan kehidupan. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya dalam pembelajaran PBL yaitu jam pelajaran yang kurang, karakteristik peserta didik yang berbeda-beda dan sarana yang belum memadai.

Abstract

In this final measurement and analysis of network performance parameters based KPI (Key Performance Indicators) such as the Power Receive of MS (RxLevel), MS Transmit Power (Tx Power), Forward Frame Error Rate (FFER), Signal Strong (Ec / Io), Drop Call Rate and Call Setup Success Rate. From the analysis of test performance based on KPI parameters can be seen that the performance of the BTS Kota Baru and BTS Purnama still below ideal standards set by the company for parameter CSSR (> 97%), respectively 95.63% and 95.95%. As for the parameters to meet the standard KPI (0-2%) DCR respectively 0.26% and 0.27%. Quality calls for CSSR during test drive is also bad (still below the standard KPI) by 85%. DCR is still below the standard of 5%. In the area close to the BTS (<2 km) all successful calls with an average RxLevel still normal between 69% -95%, Ec / Io normal by 7-8 dB, TxPo normal <23 dBm, and FFER 0-5% . While the area is far from BTS (> 2 km) most experienced call drop calls and blocked calls with an average RxLevel no longer normal between> 95%, Ec / Io no longer normal> 9 dB, TxPo no longer normal> 23 dBm, and FFER> 5%. This is what causes the fall in performance CSSR and DCR. The better the RF parameters of the BTS, the less likely it will drop the call and blocked calls. The smaller the drop the call and blocked call quality performance CSSR and DCR will increase (KPI standards). That is, the RF parameters and performance parameters are closely related. To achieve an ideal performance, both performance it must meet the standards of corporate ideal. Efforts that can be done such that the orientation of the antenna sector, then the addition of a repeater to increase coverage power that can be reached, the addition of modules to increase the capacity of CEMA BTS, or the addition of new base stations when the area was still solid drop call and blocked calls. Abstract

Kelemahan dari alat ukur manometer analog yaitu masih menggunakan panel jarum konvensional sehingga terjadinya kesalahan pembacaan data tekanan udara kemungkinan besar akan terjadi. Untuk mengatasi kekurangan-kekurangan pada alat ukur manometer tersebut maka penulis berinisiatif untuk merancang sebuah alat ukur tekanan udara digital. Sistem yang akan dibuat dapat mengukur tekanan udara dalam 3 mode pengukuran yaitu mode Gauge, mode Absolute serta mode Differential. Penggunaan manometer digital diharapkan mampu membaca tekanan udara dengan tingkat galat (error) yang relatif kecil. Alat yang dibuat dapat menampilkan nilai hasil pengukuran pada LCD dan sebagai indikator peringatan bahwa tekanan telah maksimum menggunakan buzzer yang akan berbunyi, serta menampilkan satuan tekanan dalam tiga satuan, yaitu satuan kPa, Psi dan Bar. Hasil pengujian alat menunjukkan nilai rata-rata galat (error) pada satuan pengukuran Psi sebesar 0.116 atau 0.425% dan pada satuan kPa 0.921 atau 0.426% serta satuan Bar 0.009 atau 0.424%. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dan memiliki sikap kepedulian terhadap lingkungan alam yang rusak serta makhluk hidup lain yang terancam kehidupannya akibat dari aktivitas manusia. Perilaku kepedulian peserta didik terhadap lingkungan di kelas IX-B tergolong dalam kategori rendah, hal tersebut dilihat dari permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu banyaknya sampah disekitar kelas baik itu di dalam ruangan maupun di luar kelas. Oleh karena itu peserta didik perlu meningkatkan kecerdasan ekologis terutama pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan dan partisipasi peserta didik terhadap lingkungan. Pembuatan konten kreatif mengenai kearifan ekologis masyarakat kampung adat Ciptarasa merupakan salah satu upaya untuk membangun kecerdasan ekologis peserta didik. Kajian utama penelitian ini adalah identifikasi nilai-nilai kearifan ekologis masyarakat kampung adat Ciptarasa, hasil identifikasi dibuatkan konten berupa video yang di upload ke media sosial youtube sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 1 Pabuaran kelas IX-B. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masyarakat kampung adat Ciptarasa memiliki kearifan ekologis yang dapat dijadikan konten kreatif youtube sebagai media belajar IPS meliputi nilai pelestarian hutan, nilai pelestarian sungai, mitigasi bencana, dan pola konsumsi ramah lingkungan. Implementasi penggunaan konten kreatif youtube tentang kearifan ekologis masyarakat kampung adat Ciptarasa dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 1 Pabuaran menunjukkan hasil yang bagus. Peserta didik memiliki rasa peduli terhadap lingkungan dan alam dan berempati terhadap mahluk hidup dan alam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan supaya dijadikan rujukan bagi pengembangan pembelajaran IPS yang menggunakan konten kreatif youtube berbasis budaya diberbagai sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly reveal the role of emotional intelligence (EQ) in improving the quality of teacher-student interactions. Teachers' emotional intelligence (EQ) is considered an important aspect in facilitating meaningful interactions for students. This study includes a literature study (Library Research). Data collection identifies sources relevant to the research conducted through online database searches (Scopus, Google Scholar, National Library) and offline (relevant books and documents) then the relevant data is analyzed comprehensively and systematically. The research findings indicate that teachers with high EQ are better able to create a positive classroom environment, build supportive relationships with students, and manage conflict effectively. EQ teachers also increase student learning motivation, academic engagement, and academic achievement. This review emphasizes the important role of EQ in improving the quality of student-teacher interactions. It is recommended to integrate EQ aspects into teacher training programs and develop valid EQ assessment tools, as well as explore teaching strategies that integrate EQ with other pedagogical approaches.

Abstract

The focus of writing the text Values ​​at the Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Palace is on the influence of modernization, liberalization, democracy, radicalism, terrorism, and other understandings that can result in discrimination against local cultural values. Thus, there is a need to understand historical heritage in the form of traditions and artifacts that contain philosophy or idioms related to Islamic values on local culture. This type of research is field research using a qualitative analysis study and a scientific approach to Islamic education anthropology. Sources of data are penghageng and courtiers of the Ngayogyakarta Palace. It is collecting data through non-participant observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study include: 1) Internalization of Islamic values ​​in the cultural ideas of the Ngayogyakarta Palace is shown through the elaboration of the Sultan's nobility title, which has the concept of prophetic leadership leader and the Sultan's responsibility to provide welfare and security for the people. 2) Internalization of Islamic values ​​in the cultural activities of the Ngayogyakarta Palace is shown through Islamic values ​​in the tradition Garebeg as a ceremony to Kanjeng Prophet Muhammad SAW to be able to get intercession on the last day through a ceremony carried out by sharing food with the people with the intention of the Sultan giving charity to the people. 3) Internalization of Islamic values ​​in the cultural works of the Ngayogyakarta Palace, which are reviewed through the palace building, the plants around the palace, and the layout of the Ngayogyakarta.

Abstract

This study discusses the revitalization of the role of teachers in Islamic Education learning amidst rapid technological developments. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers are faced with the challenge of adapting their traditional role as information transmitters to become facilitators and innovators of technology-based learning, without abandoning Islamic values. The purpose of this study is to formulate concrete strategies to strengthen the role of teachers so that PAI learning is more effective and contextual in the digital era. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of scientific literature, educational policies, and related digital sources, with a study period spanning from 2015 to 2025. The results of the study indicate that there has been a shift in the role of PAI teachers from material transmitters to innovative learning facilitators, although technology integration is still limited to media adaptation without in-depth reinforcement of Islamic values. The main obstacles include low teacher digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and a learning paradigm that is still teacher-centered. The proposed revitalization strategy includes TPACK-based training, the development of a sharia-compliant LMS, the establishment of a digital PAI teacher professional learning community, and the implementation of blended-flipped Islamic values-based learning. Multi-stakeholder collaboration and affirmative government policies are needed to realize effective, contextual, and relevant Islamic Religious Education learning in the digital age.
