Abstract

Laporan indeks pembangunan manusia UNDP 2021-22 menempatkan Indonesia lebih tinggi dibanding India, sementara di bidang Pendidikan India lebih maju dibanding Indonesia. Berangkat dari data tersebut kajian ini bertujuan menganalisa perbandingan Pendidikan Indonesia dan India dalam sudut pandang kebijakan Pendidikan terbaru. Analisa dalam artikel ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kebijakan publik perbandingan melalui studi atas dokumen publikasi rancangan kebijakan Pendidikan Indonesia bertajuk Peta jalan Pendidikan Indonesia 2020-35 dan publikasi kebijakan pendidikan India bertajuk National Education Policy 2020. Hasil Analisa menunjukkan perbedaan pada beberapa aspek prinsip kebijakan pendidikan, desain penjenjangan sekolah, kurikulum dan implementasinya, penguatan bahasa asing, penerapan teknologi di sekolah sebagai bentuk prestige India di mata internasional. Persamaan nampak pada visi pendidikan meskipun ada perbedaan redaksi namun rumusan visi berangkat dari budaya bangsa dan nilai-nilai luhur yang dianut oleh masing-masing negara, jika India mempercayai Jnan, Pragyaa, dan Satya maka di Indonesia menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai filosofis Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa. Pada rumusan visi keduanya juga tidak mencantumkan frasa agama sebagai bagian dari pijakan. India dan Indonesia juga sama-sama memperkuat pendidikan preschool dan penguatan literasi dan numerasi pada anak-anak usia sekolah dasar. Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam pembentukan etika sosial siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan materi PAI dapat mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter dan perilaku sosial siswa, khususnya dalam konteks hubungan antar sesama, tanggung jawab sosial, dan sikap toleransi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan observasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengajaran PAI yang menekankan pada nilai-nilai moral dan etika dapat membentuk kesadaran sosial siswa untuk lebih peduli terhadap sesama dan lingkungan sekitar. Selain itu, penerapan metode pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada diskusi dan refleksi pribadi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya berperilaku etis dan menghormati perbedaan di dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran kunci dalam mengarahkan dan memberi teladan positif kepada siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap pembentukan karakter keislaman remaja. Lingkungan sosial yang dimaksud meliputi keluarga, sekolah, teman sebaya, serta masyarakat sekitar yang memiliki peran penting dalam proses internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam pada diri remaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap sejumlah remaja usia 13–18 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian sosial. Sekolah berperan sebagai pendukung melalui kegiatan keagamaan dan pendidikan akhlak, sedangkan teman sebaya memberikan pengaruh positif maupun negatif tergantung pada kualitas interaksi sosial yang terjalin. Sementara itu, lingkungan masyarakat berperan dalam memperkuat atau melemahkan karakter keislaman remaja melalui norma dan budaya yang berlaku. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa semakin kondusif lingkungan sosial yang dihadapi remaja, semakin kuat pula pembentukan karakter keislaman mereka. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang religius dan mendukung pengembangan akhlak remaja sesuai dengan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Khulūʿ, as a divorce mechanism initiated by the wife through the payment of iwāḍ (compensation) to the husband, is a legal institution deeply rooted in classical Islamic jurisprudence, yet it has undergone significant transformation when adopted into modern legal systems, including that of Indonesia. This study reassesses the concept of khulūʿ across the four Sunni schools of law and compares these doctrinal formulations with its judicial implementation within the Indonesian legal system, particularly through the Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) and the practices of the Religious Courts. Employing a qualitative, library-based research approach combined with doctrinal and comparative legal analysis, this research finds that although the fundamental elements of khulūʿ—such as the requirement of iwāḍ, the absence of the husband’s right to revoke the divorce, the prescribed ʿiddah, and the centrality of mutual consent—are maintained, the Indonesian legal system has formally institutionalized khulūʿ by mandating judicial proceedings, requiring specific grounds for divorce, authorizing judicial intervention in determining iwāḍ when no agreement is reached, and introducing administrative procedures absent from classical fiqh discourse. The study concludes that the Indonesian model of khulūʿ reflects a process of Islamic legal adaptation shaped by the demands of modernity, the administrative needs of the state, and the imperative of protecting women, thereby producing a dialectical relationship between fiqh orthodoxy and contemporary family law regulation.

Abstract

In the era of cloud computing, cybersecurity has become a critical concern for organizations relying on digital infrastructure. The rapid adoption of cloud-based systems offers scalability, flexibility, and efficiency, yet it simultaneously introduces complex security challenges such as data breaches, unauthorized access, and system vulnerabilities. This paper presents an analytical study of cybersecurity issues affecting information technology (IT) infrastructure in the cloud computing environment. The research explores potential threats, evaluates existing security frameworks, and discusses strategies for enhancing data protection and risk management. A mixed-method approach, combining literature review and case analysis, was employed to identify key factors influencing cloud security performance. The findings reveal that while cloud service providers implement robust security measures, human error, weak authentication mechanisms, and inadequate policy enforcement remain major risk factors. The study emphasizes the importance of adopting a multi-layered security model, integrating encryption, identity management, and continuous monitoring to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. In conclusion, maintaining cybersecurity in the cloud era requires a balance between technological innovation and organizational awareness. Strengthening cybersecurity resilience demands collaboration among stakeholders, continuous updates of security protocols, and the development of adaptive policies aligned with emerging threats.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low arithmetic ability of first-grade students at UPT SDN 009 Sendayan. This study aims to improve students’ arithmetic skills through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The subjects of this study were 15 first-grade students. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The results show that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students’ arithmetic ability. The average score increased from 36.18 (very poor category) in the pre-action stage with 13% mastery, to 68.5 (fair category) in cycle I with 60% mastery, and to 86.7 (very good category) in cycle II with 100% mastery. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model effectively improves arithmetic skills of first-grade students at UPT SDN 009 Sendayan.

Abstract

Flood disasters occurring in various areas of North Sumatra cause not only physical damage but also psychosocial impacts, particularly on children as a vulnerable group. Children affected by floods are at risk of experiencing anxiety, fear, and difficulties in expressing emotions after the disaster. This community service activity aimed to implement a reading literacy–based healing therapy as an effort to support the psychosocial recovery of children affected by floods in North Sumatra. The method employed was training through guided reading activities facilitated by trained facilitators, combined with simple discussions, storytelling, and emotional expression through drawing. The results indicated an improvement in children’s participation, emotional openness, and social interaction, along with a decrease in observable signs of anxiety after the implementation of the reading-based healing therapy. These findings suggest that reading literacy functions not only as an educational activity but also as an effective, accessible, and sustainable healing therapy to support children’s psychosocial recovery in post-flood disaster contexts.

Abstract

In practice, children as victims of the crime of sexual intercourse find it difficult to fight for their rights in the form of legal protection as victims. Especially in the case of Cassation Decision Number 281 K/Pid.Sus/2019 and Appeal Decision Number 155/Pid.Sus/2018/PT.Mdn which are used as research objects, it is necessary to examine to what extent the legal protection of children's rights as victims of criminal acts is fulfilled. In this problem, it was discovered that regulations at that time did not really focus on victims, the criminal justice system at the time of the case process was still focused on the defendant as the perpetrator of the crime, while the victim was only passive because his legal interests were already represented by investigators and public prosecutors. Moreover, it was made worse by the weak regulations that existed at that time, causing the interests of children as victims of criminal acts to be neglected. However, if we look at future legal policies or existing regulations that have emerged at this time, it turns out that we have a strong direction towards legal protection for children as victims of criminal acts of sexual intercourse. At least the victim can play an active role in fulfilling and achieving legal protection, and is supported by criminal objectives and guidelines that are very different from the criminal objectives that were in effect at the time the case took place.
