Abstract

Sebuah perpustakaan sekolah, siswa merupakan sumber daya yang penting karena mereka adalah penggerak utama aktivitas perpustakaan. Namun melihat fenomena di SMP Harapan Ummat Arongan, pada waktu istirahat yang relative singkat, mereka lebih banyak habiskan waktu bermain dari pada ke Perpustakaan. Perpustakaan yang ada belum dimanfaatkan oleh siswa sebagai mana semestinya. Berpijak karena itulah peneliti melakukan penelitian di SMP Swasta Harapan Ummat Arongan dengan judul strategi guru PAI dalam memanfaatkan sumber pembelajaran di perpustakaan SMP Swasta Harapan Ummat Arongan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru PAI dalam memanfaatkan sumber pembelajaran di perpustakaan dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dalam memanfaatkan sumber pembelajaran di perpustakaan SMP Harapan Ummat Arongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian kualitatif data yang dikumpulkan bukan angka-angka, akan tetapi berupa kata-kata atau gambaran. Data yang dimaksud berasal dari wawancara, catatan lapangan, foto, dokumen pribadi dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru dalam pemanfaatan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar siswa SMP Swasta Harapan Ummat Arongan, yaitu memberikan tugas meringkas kepada siswa dan diarahkan ke perpustakaan untuk memilih salah satu buku yang akan digunakan dalam mengerjakan tugas tersebut, siswa diharuskan membaca 15 menit sebelum memulai pelajaran, mengarahkan siswa keperpustakaan. Faktor pendukug: adanya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai yaitu koleksi bahan pustaka yang memadai di perpustakaan SMP Swasta Harapan Ummat Arongan.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) and its impact on improving teacher performance through the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. As a flagship initiative of Indonesia’s Ministry of Education, PMM provides self-paced training modules, instructional resources, assessment tools, and digital portfolios to support teachers in delivering the Merdeka Curriculum. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis involving eight teachers and one principal at a junior secondary school in Indonesia. The findings indicate that PMM is contextually aligned with the evolving needs of educators, particularly in promoting independent learning and responsive teaching. While infrastructure and resources were generally adequate, limited digital fluency and time constraints hindered optimal use. Teachers are actively engaged with the platform, supported by institutional mechanisms like Komunitas Belajar, for collaborative reflection. The evaluation showed improved pedagogical competence, classroom management, and student engagement. Despite some obstacles, PMM demonstrates strong potential as a digital innovation for professional development. This study recommends sustained policy support, user-centered platform improvements, ongoing training, and a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to enhance its effectiveness. The results provide valuable insights for policymakers and school leaders seeking to integrate technology into teacher development systems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the Influence of Brand Love's Role in Mediating the Influence of Brand Trust on Purchase Intention on iPhone Users in Gorontalo City. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with descriptive presentation. Data collection used by using a survey, the number of samples in this study was 90 respondents. The analysis method used is SEM PLS 3.0. The results of the study show that. Brand Trust (X) has an indirect effect on Purchase Intention (Y) Mediating Brand Love (Z) on iPhone Products in Gorontalo City.

Abstract

The level of employee confidence in organizational support will be influenced by the evaluation of their experiences and observations about the way the organization treats its employees in general. This research and to analyze the effects of the satisfaction and perception of the employees on the organizational support on the job involvement and the performance of the employees. The research population comprised all the 463 employees in six Syariah Public Banks in Makassar City, and the total of 203 samples of each bank. The data collection was done by using questionnaires and then analyzed using the analysis of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the software of Amos version 22. The research results indicated that (1) the satisfaction of the employees had a positive and significant effect of the job involvement and the performance of the employees; (2) that the perception organizational support had an insignificant effect on the job involvement and performance of the employees; and (3) the Job involvement each had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve students' basic literacy skills through a hamlet literacy program using four techniques to determine the level of reading ability of elementary school students in Jenggala Village in 2024. The research method used in this community service is qualitative descriptive. The subjects guided by KKN STKIP Hamzar students in Jenggala Village were 15 elementary school students. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the community service show that the basic literacy skills of 15 elementary school students in Jenggala Village have increased, where the 15 children are able to read letters, words, stories and paragraphs. This success is due to the routine of KKN STKIP Hamzar students in guiding and precisely the tools used through the hamlet literacy program that is implemented.

Abstract

Stunting is a national problem, in addition to national problems, it was also raised as the theme of KKN STKIP Hamzar 2024. This stunting is one of the foundations of community service. Community service located in Jenggala village. Jenggala village is one of the villages with a high stunting rate. Most of the people (parents) of Jenggala village are busy which results in no time to pay attention to their children's eating patterns. To overcome this, KKN STKIP Hamzar Jenggala village students carried out several work programs as an effort to overcome problems in society regarding stunting, namely, socialization of stunting prevention, training in Making Simple Additional Food (PMT), with simple ingredients that do not require much time but are rich in nutrients as well as distribution to children and pregnant women, planting moringa trees, introducing the benefits of moringa leaves. Moringa leaves or Moringa oleifera have long been known in Indonesia as a rich source of nutrition and have various benefits. In the context of preventing stunting, moringa leaves offer interesting potential because of their complete nutritional content. This activity cannot be separated from the collaboration of KKN STKIP Hamzar students with the Jenggala Village government, Tanjung District, North Lombok Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi siswa menggunakan media kartu angka di kelas rendah SDN 2 Jenggala. Dimana masih ditemukan sejumlah tujuh orang siswa di kelas 2, 3, dan 4 yang belum mampu mengenal simbol angka, berhitung dan menjumlahkan bilangan. Sehingga program pendampingan numerasi menggunakan media kartu angka oleh mahasiswa KKN STKIP Hamzar berfokus pada tujuh orang siswa tersebut. Teknik pendampingan numerasi ini diadakan di dua lokasi yakni, di dalam sekolah maupun di luar sekolah khususnya dusun Montong Gedeng Desa Jenggala. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif jenis deskripsi, dan cara atau teknik dalam mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi atau mengamati, dokumentasi dan tes. Setelah mahasiswa KKN STKIP Hamzar menerapkan program pendampingan numerasi selama satu bulan menggunakan media kartu angka, menunjukkan hasil bahwa kemampuan numerasi tujuh siswa yang didampingi mengalami peningkatan, dimana anak sudah mampu mengenal simbol angka, mampu berhitung, dan mampu menjumlahkan bilangan. Anak juga terlihat sangat tertarik pada saat belajar menggunakan media kartu angka.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of training in making educational game tools in supporting the development of social aspects of early childhood. With increasing awareness of the role of play in children's learning processes, this research aims to explore how educational play tools can be designed and implemented to increase social interaction among children. Through structured training methods, it is hoped that educators and parents can better understand how to create a play environment that supports children's social development. The results of this training show a significant increase in children's social abilities, including communication and collaboration skills.

Abstract

This service discusses strengthening children's social interaction skills through traditional playing practices, especially the game of hide and seek, at Dewi Sartika Gondang Kindergarten. Traditional games are recognized as an effective means of developing children's social, emotional and cognitive skills. Through this service, we identified the positive impact of traditional play practices on children's social interactions, as well as how this can be integrated into the early childhood education curriculum. From the results of the game of hide and seek, it has proven to be effective in strengthening children's social interaction skills at Dewi Sartika Gondang Kindergarten. Through this play, children not only learn to communicate and cooperate, but also develop important cognitive and emotional skills. This dedication emphasizes the importance of integrating traditional games in the early childhood education curriculum to support holistic social development

Abstract

This article discusses the important role of teachers in stimulating the emotional development of early childhood through workshops held at PKG PAUD Bayan, North Lombok Regency. By using a data-based and statistical approach, this service aims to provide insight into how appropriate teaching methods can improve children's emotional abilities. The results of the workshop showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding of the importance of children's emotional development, as well as the application of the techniques learned in the teaching and learning process
