Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran induktif siswa, pemahaman konsep siswa serta  hubugan antara kemampuan penalaran induktif dengan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi operasi hitung pecahan di kelas VII SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian korelasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 34 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu tes kemampuan penalaran induktif dan tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan kemampuan penalaran induktif dan pemahaman konsep siswa termasuk pada kategori sangat rendah dengan persentase masing-masing 37% dan 38% serta berdasarkan uji korelasi product moment menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positf antara kemampuan penalaran induktif dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi operasi hitung pecahan.   Kata Kunci : Kemampuan penalaran induktif, pemahaman konsep, operasi       hitung pecahan   Abstract: This research aims is determine student’s inductive reasoning ability, conceptual understanding of student’s as well as the correlation between student’s inductive reasoning ability and conceptual understanding in fraction arithmetic operatons of grade VII of SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive with correlation research form. The subjects in this research are 34 students. The research instrument used are inductive reasoning ability tests and conceptual understanding ability test. The results of data analysis showed that the student’s  inductive reasoning ability and conceptual understanding of included in the very low category with persentages respectively 37% and 38% as well as by product moment correlation test showed that there is a positive relationship between the students inductive reasoning ability and conceptual understanding of the fraction arithmetic operations.   Keywords : Inductive reasoning ability, conceptual understanding, fraction arithmetic operations.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted on XII IPA 1 and XII IPA 3 students of SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak in academic year 2013/2014. It is based on average score differences of two different subjects in XI IPA class from previous academic year. The problem found in this research was because one of the subjects’ teacher used the transparency in evaluation. Quasi experiment by using transparency in evaluation was conducted on the second semester in sequences and series material in order to find out and describe the differences of students’ evaluation result between the experiment class and control class. Based on research findings, the students’ average score increased 7,23. Then based on student’s final test from both experiment and control class, it was found that t score < t table tabel (1,250 < 2,009) which means there was no differences between experiment and control class. Moreover, based on score difference analysis from both classes, it was found that t score < t tabel (0,621 < 2,009). It can be concluded that treatment does not give effect on students’ result where the size effect 0,183 and categorized as low.Keywords: Effect, Evaluation, Transparency

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengajuan dan Pemecahan Masalah terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa SMA Kristen Abdi Wacana pada materi Trigonometri. Penelitian ini berbentuk eksperimen semu dengan rancangan posttest-only control group design. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik pengukuran melalui tes tertulis berbentuk essai. Dari hasil posttest diperoleh skor rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 10,22 dan skor rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas kontrol sebesar 7,96. Dari hasil perhitungan uji t, diperoleh thitung ttabel atau 2,15 > 2,01 maka terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Perhitungan effect size diperoleh sebesar 0,59, sehingga kontribusi penggunaan Pengajuan dan Pemecahan Masalah masuk dalam kriteria sedang. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis Pengajuan dan Pemecahan Masalah berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada materi Trigonometri di kelas X SMA Kristen Abdi Wacana.   Kata Kunci:   Model Pembelajaran Matematika, Pengajuan dan Pemecahan Masalah, Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Abstract: This research is aimed to determine the effect of the Problem Posing and Solving to creative thinking abilities of students of SMA Kristen Abdi Wacana on the Trigonometry’s material. The form of this research is quasi experiment with posttest only control group design. The technique to be used is measurement techniques via written tests in the form of essays. From posttest result is known the average score creative thinking abilities of students of experiment class is 10.22 and the average score creative thinking abilities of students of control class is 7.96. From t test calculation, is known thitung ttabel or 2.15 > 2.01 so there are differences in creative thinking abilities of students of experiment class and control class. Effect size calculation is 0.59, so the contribution of Problem Posing and Solving included in medium criteria. Based on these data we can conclude that the Problem Posing and Solving based learning effect on creative thinking abilities of students on the Trigonometry’s material in tenth grade SMA Kristen Abdi Wacana   Keyword:  Mathematics Learning Model, Problem Posing and Solving, Creative thinking ability

Abstract

AbstractThe research aims to know and describe the effectiveness of strategies active learning with index card match type in the linear programming topic the grade XI MIPA 2 of SMAN 6 Pontianak. There were three indicators that were used to determined the effectiveness of strategies active learning with index card match type such: implementation of learning, studen’s learning activities, and student’s learning outcome reached classical. The research method use is experimen method. There were two techniques to collecting data, that’s are measurement and observation techniques. The research subject is class XI MIPA 2 of SMAN 6 Pontianak. Based on the data analysis that review three indicators, the result are: (1) implementation of learning categorized good  with average score 3,28; (2) studen’s learning activities  categorized active with average score 75%; (3) student’s learning outcome is not reached classical completeness with only 65,6% of student can achieve the minimum completeness criteria. Because only two out of three indicators that achieved. It means that the effectiveness of strategies active learning with index card match type not effective to aply in the linear programming topic the grade XI MIPA 2 of SMAN 6 Pontianak. Keywords: Effectiveness, Strategies active learning with index card match,                                                          Linear programming.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was found based on the students' low mathematical communication skills, which one can be caused by mathematics anxiety. These facts cause the researcher  be interested to find out more about the relationship between mathematics anxiety and students' mathematical communication skills. The research method used in this research was a quantitative descriptive, with the techniques of data collecting were measurement technique, direct communication technique, and indirect communication technique. The sample in this study were all the students of IX A class totaling 34 people, and selected by the simple random sampling technique. The research hypothesis was tested by the Product Moment correlation test, with the correlation value was  -0,604 and the significant value was  0,000. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between mathematics anxiety and students' mathematical communication skills in solving mathematical problems. So it can be concluded that the higher the level of mathematics anxiety students have, the lower their mathematical communication skills, and the lower the level of mathematics students' anxiety, the higher their mathematical communication skills. Keywords: Mathematical Anxiety, Mathematical Communication Ability, SPLDV

Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to describe the improvement of understanding on scientific concepts and performance students of class X MA. Mathala'ul Anwar Pontianak school year 2016/2017 through the application of cooperative learning model of type Numbered Heads Together (NHT). This study is a qualitative descriptive Study conducted in MA. Mathala'ul Anwar Pontianak with 17 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and tests. Study results: based on the percentage Score student performance at the first meeting it can be seen that the average student activity for each category that is visual of 86.27% (very active), oral of 58.82% (medium), heard of 88.23% ( Very active), and write of 100% (very active). At a meeting of the two can be seen that the average student activity for each category that is visual of 92.15% (very active), oral of 67.64% (active), heard of 100% (very active), and write of 100% (very active). Based on student test results, note that overall the students reach the learning k completeness  of 17 students and 2 students who complete and 3 students are not to your satisfaction. General conclusions derived from this study was the use of cooperative learning model of type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve the performance of students and scientific understanding scientific concepts in the material for students of class X MA. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model Think Pair Square type on fraction counting operations material. The method used in this study is experiment method and pre-experimental research with one-shot case study design. The aspect used to determine the effectiveness of learning using a cooperative model of Think Pair Square type is the implementation of learning, student activities and student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques used were measurements and observation sheets. The data collection tool used is a test of student learning outcomes, which contains 6 essay questions, learning implementation observation sheets and observation sheets for student activities. The research data were analyzed descriptively. The results obtained are the implementation of learning with a good category, the activity of students classified as active and the learning outcomes of students complete in a classical manner. Because all effectiveness criteria are fulfilled, the cooperative learning model of think pair square type on fractional counting operating material is effectively used in class VII SMP N 9 Pontianak. Keyword: Effectiveness of Learning, Cooperative Type of Think Pair Square Model, Fraction.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aim to investigate analysis mathematics analogy on rectangular and triangle material that are viewed based on the level of students? emotional intelligence. Research method which is used in investigating the research is descriptive method in form of survey research. The subject of research is students class VIII B of MTs TI AL-Madani Pontianak and the object the research is mathematic analogy analysis on rectangular and triangle material that are viewed based on the level of students? emotional intellegence. The number of students the are become the research subject are 21 students. The selection of students to be the research subject is based on the teacher recommedation. The result of data analysis shows that students who have high level of emotional intellegence, the result of analytical reasoning tests as a whole are high, but the analytical stage are high, moderate, and low. Students who have moderate level of emotional intellegence, the result of analytical reasoning tests as a whole are moderate, but the analytical stage are high, moderate, and low. Students who have low level of emotional intellegence, the test result as a whole and analytical stages are low.   Keywords:      Reasoning Mathematical Analogy, Rectangular and Triangle, and Emotional Intellegence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan dana Bantuan Langsung Masyarakat (BLM) pada PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan di Kecamatan Serasan Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pengelolaan dana bantuan langsung masyarakat sesuai dengan fakta-fakta yang tampak atau sebagaimana adanya. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah struktur organisasi, flowchart aliran dana BLM, dan internal control questionnaire untuk mengevaluasi sistem dan prosedur pengelolaan dana BLM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan dana BLM mendapatkan persetujuan dan otorisasi dari Ketua UPK. Fungsi pembukuan transaksi keuangan dan pelaporan laporan keuangan dilakukan sepenuhnya oleh Bendahara UPK yang divalidasi dan diotorisasi oleh Ketua UPK. Setiap transaksi keuangan dana BLM mulai dari pengajuan, pencairan hingga penyaluran ke TPK (desa) hanya dapat direalisasikan berdasarkan otorisasi dari Ketua UPK dan KPPN sebagai pejabat yang berwenang. Pengelolaan dana BLM sudah dilaksanakan sesuai sistem dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga mampu menciptakan praktik yang sehat dan transparan dalam pengelolaan dana BLM.   Kata Kunci: Sistem Pengelolaan, Dana BLM, PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media konkrit untuk meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas II SDN 16 Sahek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik dengan menggunakan media konkrit dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas II SDN 16 Sahek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, dengan tahapan masing-masing siklus yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dengan tehnik pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi guru, dan lembar observasi peserta didik. Dengan indikator kinerja yaitu aktivitas fisik, aktivitas mental, dan aktivitas emosional. Lembar observasi menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persentase peserta didik untuk aktivitas fisik pada siklus I 49,99%, pada siklus II 73,07%. Untuk aktivitas mental pada siklus I 42,30%, pada siklus II 73,07%. Dan untuk aktivitas emosional pada siklus I 36,53%, pada siklus II 65,38%. Dari data yang diperoleh, dapat di simpulkan penggunaan media konkrit dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik kelas II SDN 16 Sahek.   Kata kunci: media konkrit, aktivitas pembelajaran, matematika   Abstract: This internal issue research is usage of concrete media to increase educative participant activity in study of class mathematics of II SDN 16 Sahek. Target of this research is to improve educative participant activity by using concrete media in study of class mathematics of II SDN 16 Sahek. Method Research the used is descriptive method, with research type that is research of class action. This research is done/conducted in 2 cycle, with step of is each cycle that is planning, execution, observation, and refleksi. technicsly data collecting in the form of teacher observation sheet, and educative participant observation sheet. With performance indicator that is physical activity, activity bounce, and emotional activity. Observation sheet indicate that mean percentage of educative participant for the activity of physical at cycle of I 49,99%, at cycle of II 73,07%. For activity to bounce at cycle of I 42,30%, at cycle of II 73,07%. And for emotional activity at cycle of I 36,53%, at cycle of II 65,38%. From obtained data, earn in concluding usage of concrete media in study of mathematics can improve educative by participant activity of class of II SDN 16 Sahek.   Keyword: concrete media, study activity, mathematics.
