Abstract

Abstrak: Meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA  tentang ciri-ciri khusus hewan dengan menggunakan media gambar pada siswa kelas VI SDN 12 Kelepuk.Penelitian ini di laksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA melalui media gambar di kelas VI SDN 12 Kelepuk Kabupaten Landak.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas terhadap 15 orang siswa pada kelas VI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA dikelas VI SDN 12 Kelepuk yaitu hasil belajar siswa siklus I sebesar 33,33% dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat di siklus II sebesar 73,33%. Semula siswa yang kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran menjadi lebih aktif karena mereka senang terhadap pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kualitatif, siswa juga tampak antusias melalukan belajar. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Media Gambar, Pembelajaran IPA. Abstract Improving Students’Learning Outcomes of Natural Sciences Special Features Animal By Using Pictures On Sixth Grade Students of SDN 12 Kelepuk Landak District. This reserch was carried on with a view to improving student learning outcomes in natural science learning by using pictures in class VI SDN 12 Kelepuk Landak District.This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach . This type of research is classroom action research consist of 15 students in class VI .The results showed an increase in the activity of student learning outcomes with contextual approach to science learning in class VI SDN 12 Kelepuk that student learning outcomes first cycle of 39.99 % and increased student learning outcomes in the second cycle of 80.00 % . Initially students were less active in the learning becomes more active because they pleased to learn with a qualitative approach , students also seem enthusiastic about learning pass .   Keywords : Learning Outcomes , pictures , natural science learning.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to know and  describe the ability translation of the translation mathematical representation of students in solving material sets in grade VIII SMPI Husnul Yaqin. The subject in this research was 22 student in grade VIII SMPI Husnul Yaqin. Method used was descriptive in forrm survey.the technique used is measurement technique and direct comunication technique. The measurement such as written test that is the ability translation test of mathematical representation and the direct comuniccation technique such as interview. Based on the result in data analysis, overall the ability translation representation students included in high category. Mostly students do the translation from the verbal to the symbol.Keywords: Translation Ability, Representation, Sets.

Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to know the effectiveness of the application of a cooperative approach with the support of mathematical models in the material linear equation system of three variable in class X SMAS Santun Pontianak. The method used in this research is an experimental research method and the research design was pre-experimental design. There were four aspects that were in this research, such as the teacher’s class management, student activities, completeness of learning outcomes, and student responses. There were two techniques for collecting data, that’s are measurement techniques and observation techniques. Tools was used in this research were test results of the study, teacher’s class management observation sheet, student activity observation sheets, and response questionnaires. From the results of data analysis, the teacher’s class management in good category, student learning activities in active category, the completeness results of the study is not fulfilled classically, and student responses to learning in excellent category. So, learning using a cooperative approach with the support of an ineffective mathematical model was applied in the material linear equation system of three variable in class X SMAS Santun Untan Pontianak. Keywords:   Effectiveness, Cooperative Approach, Linear Equation System Of Three Variable

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika materi pecahan bentuk aljabar di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 29 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, hasil wawancara, dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan : siswa melakukan kesalahan konsep, kesalahan prinsip, dan kesalahan kecerobohan. Yang menjadi faktor penyebab siswa melakukan kesalahan adalah siswa tidak dapat membedakan suku sejenis dan tidak sejenis, siswa tidak dapat menyamakan penyebut dengan menggunakan KPK, serta siswa kurang teliti dalam mengerjakan soal.   Kata Kunci : Analisis Kesalahan, Pecahan Bentuk Aljabar This study aims to determine the types of errors of students in solving mathematical problems fractional algebraic form of matter in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak in West Kalimantan. The method used is descriptive research with case study research form. Subjects in the study were 29 students. Based on the results of data analysis, interviews, and discussion, it can be concluded: students perform misconceptions, false beliefs, and errors of carelessness. Which become factors causing students to make mistakes is that students can not distinguish between similar and dissimilar parts, students can not equate the denominator by using the Commission, as well as students are less rigorous in work on the problems.   Keywords: Error Analysis, Fractional Algebraic Form

Abstract

Abstrak: Improving Learning Activities Natural Science Inquiry Method Using Class IV SDN 15 Salatiga. This study aims to gain clarity about the use of inquiry method to improve the learners' learning activities in science teaching fourth grade at SDN 15 Salatiga. In this study the researchers used the descriptive method with qualitative approach. Study is a form of classroom action research. Based on this research, the use of inquiry method in teaching Natural Sciences can enhance learners' learning activities fourth grade at SDN 15 Salatiga. The resulting increase in aktivitsa learners is evident in the implementation of the first cycle and second cycle. Where in the first cycle an average of 72% of physical activity, mental activity 53%, 70% emotional activity. After the second cycle executed learner activity significantly increased which average physical activity by 87%, 82% mental activity and emotional activity by 91%. Keywords: Learning Activities, Natural Sciences, and the Inquiry Method Abstrak: Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Menggunakan Metode Inkuiri Kelas IV SDN 15 Salatiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kejelasan tentang penggunaan metode inkuiri untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas IV SDN 15 Salatiga. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penggunaan metode inkuiri dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik kelas IV SDN 15 Salatiga. Hasil peningkatan aktivitsa peserta didik terlihat jelas pada pelaksanaan siklus I dan siklus II. Dimana pada siklus I rata-rata aktivitas fisik sebesar 72%, aktivitas mental 53%, aktivitas emosional 70%. Setelah dilaksanakan siklus II aktivitas peserta didik  mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dimana rata-rata aktivitas fisik sebesar 87%, aktivitas mental 82% dan aktivitas emosional sebesar 91%.   Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Belajar, Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, dan Metode Inkuiri

Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) kemampuan awal siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal operasi hitung penjumlahan pecahan sebelum pembelajaran berbasis multi representasi, 2) kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal operasi hitung penjumlahan pecahan setelah pembelajaran berbasis multi representasi ditinjau berdasarkan kemampuan awal siswa, dan 3) pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis multi representasi pada materi operasi penjumlahan pecahan terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal operasi penjumlahan pecahan terhadap kemampuan siswa kelas VII MTs Darul Hidayah Rasau Jaya Kabupaten Kubu Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen yang tidak sebenarnya dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswi kelas VII A yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan awal siswa banyak yang tergolong dalam kelompok tengah, kemampuan siswa setelah pembelajaran berbasis multi representasi ada yang memiliki nilai tetap, ada yang nilainya tetap tinggi dan tetap rendah. Ada 11 siswa yang memiliki nilai meningkat, 5 siswa memiliki nilai turun, 4 siswa memiliki nilai tetap tinggi dan 5 siswa memiliki nilai tetap rendah.   Kata Kunci: multi representasi, penjumlahan pecahan, kemampuan siswa. Abstract: The aim of this research is to know: 1) students beginning ability in solving question about piece counting operation before multi representative based learning, 2) students ability in solving question about piece counting operation after multi representative based learning are observed based on students beginning ability, and 3) the effefct of multi representative based learning in piece counting operation material to students abillity of MTs Darul Hidayah Rasau Jaya Grade VII in Kubu Raya regency of West Kalimantan. The method used in this research was pre-experimental research which used pretest-posttest design. the research sample was grade VII A students that consisted of 25 students. The result of data analysis showed that students beginning ability were included into middle group, students ability after multi representative based learning showed that some students got constant score, both constant high score and constant low score. There were 11 students got improvement on their score, 5 students got down their score, 4 students got constantly high and 5 students got constantly low. Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan Media Gambar Untuk Peningkatan Aktivitas Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Kelas IV SDN 34 Kuningan Sempatung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan  media gambar dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam kelas IV sdn 34 Kuningan Sempatung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan bentuk penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tahapan dua siklus. Pada siklus II aktivitas belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, hal ini diketahui berdasarkan hasil observasi siklus I ke siklus II, Aktivitas fisik 71% meningkat menjadi 96%, aktivitas mental 64% meningkat menjadi 86%, dan aktivitas emosional 75% meningkat menjadi 97%, sehingga rata-rata aktivitas peserta didik 70% pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 93% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian hal ini berarti penggunaan media gambar dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar ilmu pengetahuan alam kelas IV SDN 34 Kuningan Sempatung.   Kata Kunci: media gambar, aktivitas belajar, ilmu pengetahuan alam   Abstract : The use of Media Images For Improved Learning Activities Natural Science Elementary School Fourth Grade 34 Kuningan Sempatung . This study aims to determine whether the use of media images can enhance learners' learning activities in science teaching fourth grade sdn 34 Kuningan Sempatung . This study uses descriptive qualitative approach , while the form of research is action research . Data collection techniques such as observation . The study was conducted with two stages of the cycle . In the second cycle of learning activities of students has increased significantly , it is known based on the observation of the first cycle to the second cycle , physical activity increased 71 % to 96 % , 64 % mental activity increased to 86 % , and 75 % emotional activity increased to 97 % , so the average activity of 70 % of students in the first cycle increased to 93 % in the second cycle . Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat berpikir siswa menyelesaikan soal geometri berdasarkan teori Van Hiele. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus. Subjek yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang siswa kelas VIII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari Pontianak. Penentuan subjek diambil dari 2 orang siswa masing-masing dari kelompok atas, sedang dan bawah berdasarkan rekomendasi guru bidang strudi. Adapun kemampuan visualisasi dalam menyelesaikan soal geometri diperoleh bahwa siswa mengenal bangun hanya sekedar bentuk visualnya, membedakan bangun hanya berdasarkan bentuknya. Kemampuan analisis dalam menyelesaikan soal geometri diperoleh bahwa siswa mengenal sifat-sifat pada bangun geometri, tidak bisa menghubungkan suatu bangun dengan bangun yang lainnya berdasarkan sifat. Dan kemampuan abstraksi dalam menyelesaikan soal geometri diperoleh bahwa siswa dapat menentukan suatu bangun geometri dengan tepat, mengenal bangun geometri dengan sifat-sifat, mendefinisikan bangun geometri dengan lengkap, dapat menyatakan banyaknya suatu bangun geometri adalah tak hingga.   Kata Kunci: Tingkat Berpikir, Soal Geometri, Teori Van Hiele Abstract: This research aims to determine the level of student thinking to solve problems based on the theory of Van Hiele geometry. The method used is descriptive research with case study form. Subjects were selected in this study were 6 students of class VIII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari Pontianak. Determination of the subject is taken from two students of each of the above groups, moderate and down based on teacher recommendation strudi field. The visualization capabilities in solving geometry is obtained that the student knows wake up just a visual form, differentiate wake up only by its shape. Analytical skills acquired in solving geometry that students know the qualities of the geometry, can not connect a wake to wake the others by nature. And the ability of abstraction in solving geometry shows that students can determine an exact geometry, geometry familiar with the properties, defining the geometry completely, may declare the amount of a geometry is infinite   Keyword: Level of Thinking, Problem Geometry, Van Hiele Theory

Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this study is to describe the misconceptions experienced by the students and the causes on the material of pure fraction count operation and mixed fractions in class VIII SMP LKIA Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive with case study research. Subjects in this study amounted to 6 students of grade VIII SMP LKIA Pontianak who experienced misconception on the fractional material. The data collection tools used are multiple choice questions, and interviews. Test questions are given to explore whether misconceptions are occurring, and interviews are conducted to extract information from students as a whole and in depth based on student test results. The results of this study indicate misconceptions experienced by students are misperception of generalization, misconception of notation, and misconception of calculation. The causes of misconceptions experienced by students are caused by: 1) incomplete understanding such as incomplete records; 2) the student's own thinking is like a student's thinking which assumes that the sum of the fractions is equal to the sum of integers, the student's thinking which assumes that the sum of integers is the same as the multiplication of fractional numbers, the student's thinking which assumes that there is no sign.Keywords: Misconception, Fraction.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to describe students' errors in solving the problem of quadratic equations in grade XI SMAN 5 Pontianak. This research type is qualitative research. Method of research used is descriptive method with form of research of case study. The subject of this research is 32 student of grade XI IPA 2 SMAN 5 Pontianak. Data collection techniques used in this study is a written test and direct communication techniques that is by interview. The data collection tool used in this study is a diagnostic test. Based on the results of data analysis, and interviews,it can be concluded: students make a facts mistake, concept mistake, skill mistakes,principles mistake. The factors that cause the students to make mistakes: students do not understand the origin of a principle, students do not capture the concept correctly and students do not capture the meaning of symbols, students understand the origin of a principle and students are not fluent using counting operations, students do not capture the concept correctly and students do not use counting operations, students do not catch the concept correctly and students are not fluent using the operation,students do not capture the concept correctly. Keywords: Error Analysis, SolvingProblems, Quadratic Equation
