Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan awalan dan akhiran dari Dialek Penglipuran yang memiliki proses derivasi dan infleksi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tiga teknik yaitu teknik observasi, teknik rekaman, dan teknik wawancara (mendengarkan dan mencatat). Tiga narasumber dari Penglipuran dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria. Kriterianya yaitu narasumber yang cerdas, mempunyai kompetensi dalam berbicara, mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup tentang topik tersebut, narasumber adalah pembicara asli dari Desa Penglipuran, sabar, perhatian yang tinggi, dan mempunyai cukup waktu untuk diwawancarai, tidak memiliki gangguan pada organ bicara, memiliki pendengar yang baik dan mampu menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan, percaya diri dan bangga bahasa dan budayanya. Hasil penilitian menunjukan bahwa ada enam jenis awalan dalam Dialek Penglipuran yaitu {mə-}, {m-}, {n-}, {ŋ-}, {ñ-}, and {ə-} dan ada tiga jenis akhiran dalam Dialek Penglipuran yaitu {-Λŋ}, {-In} and, {-ɔ}. Awalan dan akhiran dalam Dialek Penglipuran yang termasuk dalam proses derivasi yaitu awalan {mə-} and {m-} dan akhiran {-Λŋ} and {-Ιn}. Awalan dan akhiran di Dialek Penglipuran yang termasuk dalam proses infleksi yaitu awalan {n-}, {ŋ-}, {ñ-}, {m-}, and {ə-} dan akhiran {-ɔ}, {-Λŋ}, dan {-In}.Kata Kunci : imbuhan, dialek penglipuran, proses derivasi dan infleksi This study aimed at describing the prefixes and suffixes in Penglipuran Dialect which belong to derivation and inflection. This research was a descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected using three techniques, namely observation, recording technique, and interview (listening and noting) technique. Three informants sample from Penglipuran were chosen based on criteria. The criteria were the informants are smart, have comunicative competence, have enough knowledge about the topic, the informants are the native speaker of the Penglipuran village, patient, high-attention, and have enough time to be interviewed, not having disturbances related to speech organs, a good listener and able to answer the questions, and confident and proud of their language and culture. The results of the study showed that there were six kinds of prefixes in Penglipuran Dialect were prefix {mə-}, {m-}, {n-}, {ŋ-}, {ñ-}, and {ə-} and there were three kinds of suffixes in Penglipuran Dialect were {-Λŋ}, {-In} and, {-ɔ}. Prefixes and suffixes in Penglipuran Dialect which belong to derivation were prefix {mə-} and {m-} and suffix {-Λŋ} and {-Ιn}. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menggambarkan bentuk-bentuk linguistik, makna, dan fungsi jargon yang digunakan oleh resepsionis di kantor depan di Villa Semana Resort and Spa Ubud. Jargon yang digunakan oleh resepsionis dianalisis masing-masing dengan menggunakan teori Allan & Burridge (2006) yang didukung oleh teori Yule's (2006), dan teori Chaer & Agustina (2010). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode qulitatif. Jargon kantor depan diselidiki dalam bentuk lisan dan tulisan mereka. Subjek penelitian ini adalah resepsionis di departemen front office di Villa Semana Resort and Spa Ubud. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Studi ini menemukan bahwa 186 jenis jargon digunakan oleh resepsionis di kantor depan. Ditemukan bahwa jargon dalam bentuk frase kata benda dengan jumlah total 60 item (32,3%), kata benda 40 item (21,6%), singkatan 29 item (15,6%), kata kerja 13 item (7%), pinjaman 12 item (6,5%), afiksasi 8 item (4,3%), kata sifat 6 item (3.2%), kliping 4 item (2,2%), akronim 3 item (1,6%), koin 3 item (1,6%), frase preposisi 3 item (1,6%), konversi 2 item (1%), frase kata 2 item (1%), dan pencampuran 1 item (0,5%). Arti dari 186 jargon diidentifikasi dengan menyelidiki makna teknis. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada dua fungsi jargon. Pertama, menyediakan bahasa spesialis teknis untuk membuat komunikasi lebih efisien. Kedua, hal itu mendorong solidaritas kelompok. Kata Kunci : jargon, resepsionis, departemen front office, vila semana resort dan spa ubud This study aimed at identifying and describing the linguistic forms, the meanings, and the functions of jargons used by receptionists in front office department at Villa Semana Resort and Spa Ubud. The jargons used by the receptionists were analyzed respectively using Allan & Burridge’s (2006) theory which is supported by Yule’s (2006) theory, and Chaer & Agustina’s (2010) theory. This study was conducted in qulitative method. The front office jargons were investigated in their spoken and written forms. The subjects of this study were receptionists of the front office department at Villa Semana Resort and Spa Ubud. The methods of data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. This study found that 186 types of jargon were used by receptionists in front office department. It was found that the jargons were in the form of noun phrase with the total number of 60 items (32.3%), noun 40 items (21.6%), abbreviation 29 items (15.6%), verb 13 items (7%), borrowing 12 items (6.5%), affixation 8 items (4.3%), adjective 6 items (3.2%), clipping 4 items (2.2%), acronym 3 items (1.6%), coinage 3 items (1.6%), preposition phrase 3 items (1.6%), conversion 2 items (1%), verb phrase 2 items (1%), and blending 1 item (0.5%). The meanings of 186 jargons were identified by investigating technical meaning. Besides, this study found that there were two functions of the jargons. First, it provides a technical specialist language to make communication more efficient. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk (1) mengidentifikasi penggunaan ciri-ciri leksikogramatika yang ada pada iklan situs web hotel bintang lima di Bali, dan (2) menemukan persamaan serta perbedaan diantara iklan situs web hotel bintang lima di Bali terkait dengan ciri-ciri leksikogramatika. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa teks yang dikumpulkan dan diseleksi dari sepuluh iklan situs web hotel termasuk spa dan resor bintang lima di Bali. Data tersebut dianalisa secara deskriptif menggunakan kerangka Halliday dan Matthiessen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam ranah sistem transitivitas, proses material mendominasi di setiap iklan situs web hotel bintang lima di Bali yang telah terseleksi, diikuti dengan proses relasional. Hasil dari analisis unsur sirkumstansial menunjukkan bahwa sirkumstansi lokasi merupakan unsur sirkumstansial yang paling sering muncul. Sedangkan, dalam ranah sistem mode, tipe mode deklarasi mendominasi kalimat-kalimat di setiap iklan situs web hotel bintang lima di Bali yang telah terseleksi. Lebih jauh lagi, ada pula tipe mode suruhan yang ditemukan pada sepuluh iklan situs web hotel bintang lima di Bali tersebut. Secara mengkhusus, terdapat banyak modal verbal yang ditemukan iklan-iklan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa kesepuluh iklan situs web hotel bintang lima di Bali tersebut secara menciri bertujuan untuk menginformasikan, menuntun, mengingatkan dan juga membujuk para pembaca yang dalam hal ini adalah para tamu hotel.Kata Kunci : unsur-unsur leksikogramatika, situs web hotel, iklan This study aimed at (1) identifying the use of lexicogrammatical features in five stars hotel website advertisements in Bali, and (2) finding out the similarities and the differences among the five stars hotel website advertisements in Bali in terms of lexicogrammatical features. The study involved ten selected five stars hotel website advertisements in Bali. The data were in the forms of texts collected from the ten five stars hotels including resort and spa website advertisements in Bali. The data were analyzed descriptively through Hallidays and Matthiessens framework, specifically focusing on transitivity system and mood system. The result showed that, in terms of transitivity system, material processes seemed dominated in every selected website advertisement, followed by relational processes. The result of circumstantial elements analysis showed that circumstances of location was the most frequent circumstantial element. Meanwhile, in terms of mood system, declarative mood types dominated in every selected five stars hotel website advertisement in Bali. Moreover, there were imperatives found on the ten selected hotel website advertisement. Specifically, there were numerous modal verbs found in the advertisements. The result of this study indicated that the ten selected five stars hotel website advertisements were characteristically meant to inform, guide, remind, as well as persuade the readers who were the hotels guests.keyword : lexicogrammatical features, hotel website, advertisement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fungsi dan ungkapan bahasa yang digunakan oleh pemandu wisata di Bali Best Memory Tours dalam menangani wisatawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yang dilakukan dengan mengamati, merekam audio, dan mewawancarai subjek. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 2 pemandu wisata di Bali Best Memory Tours. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 6 fungsi bahasa yang digunakan oleh pemandu wisata dalam menangani wisatawan, seperti: (1) fungsi untuk ucapan, (2) fungsi pemberian informasi, (3) fungsi untuk menawarkan sesuatu, (4). ) berfungsi untuk berterima kasih, (5) berfungsi untuk meminta maaf dan (6) berfungsi untuk mengucapkan selamat tinggal. Dari 6 fungsi bahasa, fungsi pemberian informasi banyak digunakan oleh pemandu wisata dalam menangani para wisatawan. Fungsi pemberian informasi sebanyak 58 kali (57%), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan fungsi untuk mengucapkan terima kasih sebanyak 11 kali (11%), berfungsi untuk menyapa 10 kali (10%), berfungsi untuk meminta maaf 9 kali (9%) dan berfungsi untuk menawarkan sesuatu 8 kali (8%). Fungsi bahasa yang paling sedikit yang digunakan oleh pemandu wisata adalah fungsi untuk mengucapkan selamat tinggal, yang muncul 5 kali (5%). Dalam mengekspresikan fungsi bahasa tersebut, pemandu wisata di Bali Best Memory Tours kebanyakan menggunakan ekspresi formal, yang digunakan 96% oleh kedua pemandu wisata. Dan ada 4% ekspresi informal yang digunakan oleh pemandu wisata dalam menangani para wisatawan.Kata Kunci : fungsi bahasa, ekspresi bahasa, pemandu wisata This study aimed at analyzing language functions and expressions used by the tour guides at Bali Best Memory Tours in handling tourists. To accomplish this goal, this study used a descriptive qualitative research, which was conducted by observing, audio recording, and interviewing the subjects. The subjects of this study were 2 tour guides at Bali Best Memory Tours. The results of the study show that there were 6 language functions used by the tour guides in handling the tourists, such as: (1) function for greeting, (2) function for giving information, (3) function for offering something, (4) function for thanking, (5) function for apologizing and (6) function for saying goodbye. Out of 6 language functions, function for giving information was mostly used by the tour guides in handling the tourists. Function for giving information was used 58 times (57%), then followed by function for thanking that occurred 11 times (11%), function for greeting 10 times (10%), function for apologizing 9 times (9%) and function for offering something 8 times (8%). Moreover, the least language function that was used by the tour guides was the function for saying goodbye, occurring 5 times (5%). In expressing those language functions the tour guides at Bali Best Memory Tours mostly used formal expression, which were expressed 96% by both of the tour guides. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh penjual di dalam berkomunikasi dengan turis di pantai Lovina. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif melibatkan qualitative dan quantitative analisis. Penelitian ini bertempat di pantai Lovina, kabupaten Buleleng. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh penjual di pantai Lovina. Narasumber terdiri dari dua penjual. Dari hasil menunjukkan bahwa, ada delapan jenis strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh penjual di pantai Lovina. Jenis strategi komunikasi tersebut adalah approximation, foreignizing, code switching, code-based confirmation check, omission, topic avoidance, message abandonment, dan circumlocution. Jenis strategi komunikasi yang paling sering digunakan adalah approximation. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa ada dua alasan utama mengapa para penjual menggunakan strategi komunikasi ketika mereka berkomunikasi dengan para turis.Kata Kunci : strategi komunikasi, penjual, orang asing This study aimed to investigate the communication strategies used by shop keepers in communicating with tourists in Lovina Beach. The study was in the form of a descriptive study involving qualitative and quantitative analysis. The study was conducted in Lovina beach, Buleleng regency. The objects of this study were communication strategies used by shop keepers in Lovina Beach. The informants of this study were two shop keepers. The result of analysis showed that there were eight types of communication strategies applied by the shop keepers in Lovina beach. Those types of communication strategies were approximation, foreignizing, code switching, code-based confirmation check, omission, topic avoidance, message abandonment, and circumlocution. The type of communication strategy used most frequently was approximation. The result of the study also showed that there were two main reasons why the shop keepers applied the communication strategies when they communicated with the tourists.keyword : communication strategies, shop keepers, foreigners

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa kelas 8 di SMP N 4 Singaraja dengan menggunakan strategi DRTA. Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa murid kelas VIIIB3 memiliki kompetensi yang rendah dalam pemahaman membaca. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah 36 siswa. Untuk menemukan hasil dari pelaksanaan strategi DRTA terhadap pemahaman membaca siswa, peneliti menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) sebagai metode penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, ada dua cycle yang dilaksanakan dalam kelas. Setiap cycle terdiri dari empat aktivitas, yaitu perencanaan, aksi, observasi, dan refleksi. Untuk mendapatkan dan menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan hasil dari observasi awal, evaluasi dari cycle I dan II, buku harian peneliti, dan kuesioner. Respon siswa bagus terhadap strategi ini. Mereka mengatakan bahwa mereka menyukai kelas membaca karena strategi ini membantu mereka dalam mengetahui konten teks. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi DRTA mampu meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa. Hasil dari tes mean siswa bisa dijelaskan sebagai berikut: Dalam pre-observasi, skor mean siswa adalah 69.28. Dalam cycle I, skor mean dari siswa meningkat menjadi 75.22. Setelah cycle I dilakukan, skor mean siswa meningkat lagi menjadi 84.06. Dari hasil tersebut, bisa disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan strategi Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) bisa meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa kelas VIIIB3 di SMP N 4 Singaraja. Kata Kunci : Kata Kunci: Membaca, pemahaman membaca, strategi DRTA This study was conducted in order to improve the reading comprehension of the eighth grade students of SMP N 4 Singaraja by using DRTA strategy. The preliminary observation showed that students of VIIIB3 had low competency in reading comprehension. The subjects of this study were 36 students. In order to find out the result of the implementation of DRTA strategy toward students’ reading comprehension, the researcher used classroom action research (CAR) as the research method. In this study, there were two cycles conducted in classroom. Each cycle consisted of four activities, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. To obtain and also analyze the data, the researcher used the result of pre-observation, evaluation in cycle I and II, researcher’s diary, and questionnaire. The students’ responses were good toward this strategy. They stated that they liked in having reading class because this strategy helped them in understanding the content of texts. This study showed that the use of DRTA strategy could improve the students’ reading comprehension. The result of the mean test of students can be stated as follows: In pre-observation, the students’ mean score was 69.28. In cycle I, the mean score of the students increased into 75.22. After the second cycle had been conducted, the students’ mean score increased again into 84.06. From the result, it can be concluded that the implementation of Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy could improve reading competency of VIIIB3 students in SMP N 4 Singaraja.keyword : Reading, reading comprehension, DRTA strategy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi jenis umpan balik korektif tertulis digunakan oleh guru-guru di tiga SMA Negeri di Singaraja di kelas menulis, (2) mencari tahu apa yang guru pikir sebagai umpan balik yang paling efektif di antara jenis umpan balik korektif tertulis, dan (3) mencari tahu apa yang siswa pikir sebagai umpan balik korektif tertulis yang paling menguntungkan untuk peningkatan tulisan mereka. Penelitian ini melibatkan enam guru bahasa Inggris dan tiga belas anak kelas sebelas dari tiga SMA Negeri di Singaraja. Data penelitian ini berupa data pengamatan dan data wawancara. Data pengamatan dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan kelas dan tulisan-tulisan mahasiswa yang telah diperbaiki namun belum dikembalikan oleh guru, sedangkan data wawancara dikumpulkan melalui wawancara guru dan siswa. Semua data dianalisa secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa umpan balik terintegrasi tampak mendominasi penggunaan. Para guru dan siswa memiliki persepsi yang beraneka mengenai masukan yang paling efektif dan menguntungkan, yang mencerminkan beberapa korespondensi dan perbedaan. Umpan balik secara lisan yang ditemukan dalam penggunaannya adalah jenis umpan balik formatif. Saran-saran diberikan terutama untuk guru bahasa Inggris dan Lembaga Kurikulum Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Guru.Kata Kunci : Umpan balik korektif, tulisan EFL, umpan balik efektif This study aimed at (1) identifying the types of written corrective feedback employed by the teachers in three state senior high schools in Singaraja in writing classes, (2) finding out what the teachers think as the most effective feedback among the types of written corrective feedback, and (3) finding out what the students think as the most beneficial written corrective feedback for their writing improvement. The study involved six English teachers and thirteen eleven graders from three state senior high schools in Singaraja. The data were in the forms of observation data and interview data. The observation data were collected through classroom observations and student writings which had been corrected but not returned yet by the teachers, while the interview data were collected through teacher and student interviews. The data were all analyzed descriptively. The results indicated that the integrated feedbacks seemed dominated the uses of written corrective feedback. The teachers and the students had varied perceptions on the most effective and beneficial feedbacks, which reflect some correspondences and discrepancies. Oral feedback found in use was the formative feedback. Suggestions were mainly provided for English teachers and the Curriculum of Teacher Training and Education Institution.keyword : Corrective feedback, EFL writing, effective feedback

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang disusun oleh guru Bahasa Inggris kelas X SMAN 1 Tabanan sesuai dengan kriteria Kurikulum 2013, (2) menganalisis penerapan kegiatan belajar mengajar sesuai dengan RPP yang mereka dibuat, (3) menganalisis permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru Bahasa Inggris kelas X SMAN 1 Tabanan selama penerapan Kurikulum 2013. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Bahasa Inggris kelas X SMAN 1 Tabanan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan adalah lembar observasi dan panduan wawancara. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas dan wawancara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa RPP yang disusun oleh guru Bahasa Inggris kelas X SMAN 1 Tabanan meliputi identitas subjek, Kompetensi Inti, Kompetensi Dasar, indikator, tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode, media dan sumber pembelajaran, kegiatan belajar mengajar, penilaian. Penerapan kegiatan belajar mengajar meliputi kegiatan awal; kegiatan inti menggunakan Pendekatan Saintifik yang meliputi mengobservasi, menanya, mencoba, menalar, mengkomunikasikan; kegiatan akhir. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru Bahasa Inggris kelas X SMAN 1 Tabanan adalah dalam hal penerapan Pendekatan Saintifik dan penilaian otentik. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa guru Bahasa Inggris telah menyusun RPP dan menerapkan kegiatan belajar mengajar sesuai dengan kriteria Kurikulum 2013. Namun mereka masih mempunyai permasalahan dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013.Kata Kunci : Kurikulum 2013, Guru Bahasa Inggris, Implementasi This study aims at (1) analyzing the lesson plan arranged by the tenth grade English teachers of SMAN 1 Tabanan based on the 2013 Curriculum criteria, (2) analyzing the implementation of teaching and learning activities based on the lesson plan they have arranged, (3) analyzing the problems encountered by the tenth grade English teachers of SMAN 1 Tabanan during the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum. The subjects of this study were the tenth grade English teachers of SMAN 1 Tabanan. Instruments used in gathering the required data were observation sheet and interview guide. The data were collected through classroom observation and interview. The methods used in this research were observing and interviewing. The results of the analysis showed that the lesson plan that have been arranged by the tenth grade English teachers of SMAN 1 Tabanan involved subject identity, Core Competency, Basic Competency, indicator, learning objective, learning material, method, media and resources, teaching and learning activities, assessment. The implementation of teaching and learning activities involved pre-activities; whilst-activities which used Scientific Approach involving observing, questioning, experimenting, associating, networking; post-activities. The problems encountered by the tenth grade English teachers of SMAN 1 Tabanan were in the case of the implementation of Scientific Approach and authentic assessment. The conclusions were that the English teachers had arranged the lesson plan, and conducted teaching and learning activities based on the 2013 Curriculum criteria. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan awalan dan akhiran infleksi dan awalan dan akhiran derivasi dari Dialek Bugbug di desa Bugbug. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dua contoh informan dari Dialek Bugbug dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan tiga teknik, yaitu: observasi, teknik perekaman, dan teknik wawancara (mendengarkan dan mencatat). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga jenis awalan di Dialek Bugbug yang termasuk derivasi, awalan {mΛ-}, {m-}, dan {kɅ-}. Ada lima jenis awalan di Dialek Bugbug yang termasuk infleksi, awalan {n-}, {ŋ-}, {ñ-}, {m-} dan {Λ-}. Ada dua jenis akhiran di Dialek Bugbug yang termasuk derivasi, akhiran {-Λŋ} dan {-In}. Ada dua jenis akhiran di Dialek Bugbug yang termasuk infleksi, akhiran {-ē} dan {-Ʌ}. Awalan dan akhiran di Dialek Bugbug yang temasuk infleksi adalah awalan {n-}, {ŋ-}, {ñ-}, {m-}, dan {Λ-} dan akhiran {-ē} dan {-Ʌ}.Kata Kunci : Awalan dan Akhiran Derivasi, Awalan dan Akhiran Infleksi, Dialek Bugbug The study aimed at describing inflectional prefixes and suffixes and derivational prefixes and suffixes of Bugbug Dialect in Bugbug village. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Two informants sample of Bugbug Dialect were chosen based on a set of criteria. The data were collected based on three techniques, namely: observation, recording technique, and interview (listening and noting) technique. The results of the study showed that there were three kinds of derivational prefixes in Bugbug Dialect; prefix {mΛ-}, {m-}, and {kɅ-}. There were five kinds of inflectional prefixes in Bugbug Dialect; prefix {n-}, {ŋ-}, {ñ-}, {m-} and {Λ-}. There were two kinds of derivational suffixes in Bugbug Dialect; suffix {-Λŋ} and {-In}. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisa tentang perubahan morfofonemik dari Bahasa Inggris ke Bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan dalam majalah-majalah Info Komputer. Majalah-majalah yang digunakan adalah edisi-edisi spesial. Majalah-majalah tersebut dipublikasikan sekitar tahun 2014 sampai 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan content analysis karena data didapatkan dari majalah-majalah. Penelitian ini memakai model Interactive Data Analysis oleh Miles and Huberman (1994). Ada beberapa langkah-langkah untuk penelitian ini seperti, (1) Membaca, menandai, dan mengurutkan kata-kata yang dipinjam, (2) menerjemahkan kata-kata yang dipinjam, meletakkannya dalam tabel-tabel, dan menganalisis perubahan morfofonemik berdasarkan teori oleh Nida (1949), dan (3) menarik kesimpulan dari penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada lima jenis dari perubahan morfofonemik seperti, lima proses perubahan asimilasi, sepuluh proses penghilangan fonem konsonan, tiga proses penghilangan fonem vokal, satu proses perubahan palatalisasi, dan satu proses perubahan nasalisasi. Kata Kunci : kata-kata yang dipinjam, perubahan bahasa, perubahan morfofonemik This study analyzed the morphophonemic change of English words into Indonesian words which were used in Info Komputer magazines. The magazines which were used were special editions. The magazines were published around the years 2014 until 2017. This study was content analysis since the data were obtained from magazines. This study used Interactive Data Analysis model of Miles and Huberman (1994). There were three steps for this study such as (1) reading, marking, and listing the borrowed words, (2) transcribing the borrowed words, putting the words into tables and analyzing the morphophonemic change based on the theory of Nida (1949), and (3) drawing the conclusion of the study. The result of the study showed that there were five types of morphophonemic change such as five processes of assimilation, ten processes of loss of consonant phonemes, three processes of loss of vowel phonemes, one process of palatalization, and one process of nasalization.keyword : borrowed words, language change, morphophonemic change
