Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is a national priority initiative whose delivery at the school level involves multiple actors across organizations. This multi-actor configuration makes coordination a key determinant of service continuity, particularly during the early implementation phase. This study describes the coordination of MBG implementation at the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten and Primary School and identifies supporting and inhibiting factors. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected in January 2026 through semi-structured interviews with the head of SPPG, kindergarten and primary school principals, teachers/homeroom teachers, and parents; observations of receiving, distribution, and consumption processes; and document review (including the MoU and implementation records). Source triangulation was applied to enhance trustworthiness. Data analysis followed the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification (Miles, Huberman, & Saldaña, 2014). The findings indicate that vertical coordination within schools generally functioned effectively because the operational chain of receiving, distributing, supervising, and reporting was supported by clear role allocation. However, horizontal coordination between SPPG and schools was unstable during the early phase, particularly in communication and delivery timeliness. The study highlights the need for written cross-actor SOPs, a robust schedule-change confirmation protocol, and more systematic use of students' health-history data and feedback (e.g., leftovers) for continuous improvement.

Abstract

Generation Z (Gen Z) constitutes a significant segment of the electorate in Indonesian general elections; however, their political participation in regional head elections remains consistently low. This limited engagement is likely influenced by factors such as exposure to inaccurate information, low political self-efficacy, and insufficient depth of digital literacy. The study aims to examine the influence of social media campaigning, digital literacy, and political efficacy on the political participation of Gen Z voters in the 2024 Pilkada in the City of Padang. A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed, involving 100 purposively selected Gen Z respondents residing in Padang. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the research hypotheses. Inferential analysis demonstrated that social media campaigning (β = 0.320, p < 0.001), digital literacy (β = 0.280, p < 0.01), and political efficacy (β = 0.410, p < 0.001) partially and simultaneously exerted positive and statistically significant effects on Gen Z’s political participation, collectively explaining 68.5% of the variance in participation. Political efficacy emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by digital literacy, which also significantly contributed to increased electoral engagement among young voters. These findings enrich the scholarly understanding of youth political participation dynamics in the digital era and offer practical implications for the General Elections Commission of Indonesia. Specifically, they underscore the need for more effective digital interventions, such as integrated social media campaigns combined with targeted digital literacy education to enhance Gen Z's active participation in future regional elections and thereby strengthen local democratic processes.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students' lack of understanding of Pancasila Education learning materials due to the lack of engaging and interactive learning media, which leads to boredom, inactivity, and low learning outcomes. Therefore, interactive and educational learning media are needed to improve cognitive abilities and student engagement. The objective of this research was to develop a jigsaw puzzle media based on the STAD model that is valid, practical, and effective for Pancasila Education learning in fourth-grade elementary schools. This research employed a research and development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of the following stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The instruments used to collect data for this development included a validity instrument, a practicality instrument, and an effectiveness instrument. The validity test results from the three validator experts were categorized as "Very Valid." Furthermore, the practicality test results from teacher and student responses at SDN 14 Laban and SDN 23 North Painan were categorized as "Very Practical." The results of the pretest of students in class IV A of SDN 14 Laban and students in class IV B of SDN 23 Painan Utara, both learning activities 1 and 2, experienced an increase after the posttest. Thus, the jigsaw puzzle media based on the STAD model in Pancasila Education learning in class IV of Elementary School has been declared valid, practical, and effective for use in learning.
