Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with ex post facto type. This is related to the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI of SMAN 1 Gunung Talang. The quantitative approach was chosen as the approach because the research focused on how to carry out its activities to achieve the expected goals. The population taken in this study were students who were involved in the implementation of online learning in class XI IPS 1 to IPS 5 in the July-December 2021 semester. The data collection technique used in this study was using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique that researchers will use in this study uses descriptive statistical data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between learning independence and interest in learning in class XI IPS SMA 1 Gunung Talang Academic Year 2021/2022 which can be seen from the reliability test of Cronbach's Alpha, the results of the reliability test of the independent variable in learning obtained a reliability value of 0.713 then reliability the measuring tool is good, while for the learning interest variable the reliability value is 0.705, the reliability is good. Both variables have good reliability, meaning that these items are very reliable as a data collection tool in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan - Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan tertib administrasi sistem pengelolaan Bank Sampah serta menumbuhkan komitmen pada para pengenlola Bank Sampah untuk mewujudkan kegiatan Bank Sampah yang tidak hanya untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungn tetapi juga berdampak pada peningkatan nilai ekonomi dari kegiatan tersebut. Metode - Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara membentuk forum group discusion dengan mengumpulkan pengelola Bank Sampah dan juga kelompok ibu-ibu Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) yang kemudian diberikan pemaparan materi mengenai cara mengelola Bank Sampah di mulai dari pemaparan tentang arti penting pembentukan kepengurusan sampai dengan sistem pencatatan administrasi yang tepat guna mendukung tercapainya sistem pengelolaan Bank Sampah yang berdampak pada peningktan nilai ekonomi bagi nasabahnya yaitu masyarakat dilingkungan sekitar. Hasil – Peserta pada kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang terdiri dari pengelola Bank Sampah, warga masyarakat yaitu ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di Bank Sampah “Penuh Berkah” sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, berbagai pertanyaan di sampaikan kepada Tim Pengabdi dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNSIQ, sehingga tim pengabdi menjadi tahu tengtang berbagai persoalan yang dihadapi dan berupaya memberikan solusi untuk sistem pengelolaan Bank Sampah di Bank Sampah “Penuh Berkah”.

Abstract

Transportation is one of the primary needs of human beings that cannot be avoided, with the increasing vehicle can lead to a congested road situation which can lead to less safe road safety. An Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) can be used to increase road safety. This system uses a Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC) protocol for network access due to its low latency transmission time. Unfortunately, there is research shows that DSRC has a performance issue in a dense area or increased network load. This problem is mostly solved with a heterogeneous network DSRC-LTE but utilizes mobile phone networks that dynamically change can lead to inconsistent and unpredictable network performance. There is some research about ZigBee for ITS shows that it is decent enough for non-critical applications.  Thus, the authors try to utilize Zigbee to create the DSRC-Zigbee heterogeneous network so that the network is independent for the ITS application. The proposed heterogeneous network is a fixed model due to its simple architecture. OMNeT++ and Simulation of Urban Mobility (SUMO) are used to evaluate the performance of the network in an urban area with various scenarios. The simulation result shows that the proposed heterogeneous network is capable to improve the messages dissemination rate by 15.78% and 1.22% in a certain scenario compared to the homogeneous network DSRC only.
