The 3x3 Majorana neutrino mass matrix is evaluated. The mass eigenvalues depend on the diagonal entries and three mixing angles. Two spesific cases such as conserving the global lepton number and mu-tau interchange symmetry are considered. In the case of conserving global lepton number, inverted mass hierarchy for bimaximal mixing is obtained. The mixing matrix, namely PMNS matrix, doesnt valid for all cases. The shape of mass matrix satisfying mu-tau interchange symmetry is proposed and the eigenvalues that lead to neutrino mass hierarcy are also obtained after applying a new PMNS matrix.

Telah dikaji secara analitis hamburan Compton dalam elektrodinamika kuantum pada orde terendah. Hubungan komutasi waktu bebas memberikan propagator bagi partikel bersangkutan. Hubungan komutasi dimungkinkan setelah solusi persamaan gerak terkait diekspresikan Fourier dengan koefisienn berupa operator kreasi dan anihilasi. Ekspansi ini lebih lanjut memungkinkan representasi diagram feynman bagi interaksi elektron, positron dan foton. Dalam representasi diagram ini diperlihatkan bahwa hamburan Compton secara mikroskopik mempunyai dua proses kreasi-anihilasi yang berlainan meskipun secara makroskopik tampak sama.Kata Kunci : elektrodinamika kuantum, matrik S, diagram Feynman

Dalam situasi persaingan pasar global yang sangat ketat sekarang ini, dimana pasar menetapkan harga serta konsumen hanya membeli produk pada saat dibutuhkan, sehingga perusahaan harus membuat produk mengikuti keinginan konsumen, oleh karena itu perusahaan harus memperhatikan hal-hal yang akan terjadi. Misalnya pemborosan yang timbul karena adanya keterlambatan. Logam Bima merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri logam.Perusahaan mempunyai komitmen untuk memperhatikan ketepatan waktu dalampenyerahan produk kepada konsumen, sehingga dapat menjaga kepercayaan dan mengantisipasi persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat. Jadwal produksi ideal menurut PT. Logam Bima adalah semua pekerjaan selesai tepat pada batas akhir waktu penyerahan (due-date). Penyelesaian pekerjaan yang terlalu cepat atau terlalu lambat akan mengakibatkan biaya tambahan bagi perusahaan. Selain itu tidak terkendalinya proses yang terjadi dilantai pabrik menyebabkan penyelesaian pekerjaan menjadi tidak tepat waktu, sehingga akan berakibat pada menurunnya tingkat kepercayaan konsumen kepada perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan berusaha merencanakan dan menjadwalkan produksi dengan baik untuk meminimasi total biaya produksi.

The Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact, especially in the economic sector throughout the world, including in Indonesia, and in this activity is the RT community. 001/008 Bulakrejo Sukoharjo Regency. The purpose of this community service is to empower the community in RT 001/008, Bulakrejo Village, Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this service was the lecture and mentoring method. The material presented was the manufacture of ecoenzyme with raw materials in the form of fruit and vegetable waste. Initial observations of partners' conditions showed that the community in RT 001/008, Bulakrejo Village, Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency has not been able to make environmentally friendly ecoenzyme that can be economically useful, for example, can be used as plant biological fertilizer or fish feed. For this reason, further assistance was needed so that in making this ecoenzyme more acceptable to the community so that it can make more production and a wider market. The results of community service activities carried out three times showed that partner communities can practice making and harvesting ecoenzymes. Thus, it can be said that this activity succeeded in meeting its target.

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) Enriched with Zn as Immunostimulator for Vaginal Candidiasis Patient HERY WINARSI; HERNAYANTI HERNAYANTI; AGUS PURWANTO

Disturbance on the immune system and deficiency of Zn is two factors which often trigger vaginal candidiasis patient. The aim of the research was to study the effect of virgin coconut oil (VCO) enriched with Zn to the amount of neutrophil and lymphocyte subset cells, and the level of IL-2 and IgG in vaginal candidiasis patient. Thirty women were grouped into three (ten women in each group): A, B and C, and intervened for two months. Women in A group were intervened with two tablespoon/day; those in B group were intervened with one tablespoon/day; while those in C group served as control (placebo). Blood was sampled at baseline time, one and two months after intervention. Hematological test by Micros-OT was done on a part of blood, and the plasma was used for IL-2 and IgG level tests using ELISA. The virgin coconut oil enriched with Zn maintained the number of neutrophil and NK cells, but increased Tc cells from 521 to 649 cells/mm3, increased Th cells from 1.090 to 1.380 cells/mm3. The enriched VCO also increase level of IL-2 from 0.25313 to 0.27337 pg/ml, while the IgG level changed from equivocal to negative. The recommended dosage was one tablespoon each day. Effect of Zn Supplemented to Immune Status Premenopausal Women Intervented with Isoflavoned Drinking HERY WINARSI; DEDDY MUCHTADI; FRANSISKA RUNGKAT ZAKARIA; AGUS PURWANTO

The research was conducted to find out the effect of Zn supplement to immune status of premenopausal women intervented with isoflavoned drinking. Respondents were 22 women, more than 40 year of age. They were divided into two groups, i.e. 11 women intervented with isoflavone, and other 11 women intervented with isoflavone and 8 mg Zn. The activities of SOD, catalase and GPX were determined by spectrophotometer, thymulin levels by ELISA, whereas Zn levels by AAS. Result showed that Zn had significantly increased SOD lymphocyte activities (p=0.002) and thymulin plasma (p=0.011). Zn had increased catalase (p=0.103) and GPX (p=0.322) as well, but Zn plasma had decreased (0.163). It was indicated that Zn had improved the immune status by increasing lymphocyte and thymus cells activities.

The research was conducted to determine the effect of soy germ protein extract supplementation on the IL-1beta level of type-2 diabetic women. Research subjects were 32 type-2 diabetic women, outpatients of Diabetic Clinics of Margono Soekarjo General Hospital-Purwokerto. These women had blood glucose level above normal, BMI > 23 kg/m2, over 40 years old, lived in Purwokerto, and signed the informed consent. Group A (n=8) was given milk containing soy germ protein extract plus Zinc, Group B (n=8) was given milk containing soy germ protein extract without Zinc, Group C (n=8) was given placebo, and Group D (n=8) was given glibenclamide for 8 weeks. Blood samples ware taken 3 times: 0, 4 and 8 weeks after intervention. The plasma IL-1beta level was analyzed using Elisa. After 8 weeks, the IL-1beta level decreased from 6.01 pg/mL to 2.63 pg/mL (p=0.022) in group A. However, the IL-1beta level in Group A was not different from the Group B (p=0.51). Soy germ protein extract decreased cytokine inflammatory production of type-2 dibetic. Soy germ protein extract with or without Zn had similar effects to glibenclamide in reducing the IL-1beta level (p=0.76).

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning) pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Sugihan 03 Sukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV semester II SD Negeri Sugihan 03 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 20 siswa, terdiri dari 11 siswa laki-laki dan 9 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Setiap siswa dikatakan tuntas belajarnya (ketuntasan individu) jika proporsi jawaban benar siswa ≥ 65%, dan suatu kelas dikatakan tuntas belajarnya (ketuntasan klasikal) jika dalam kelas tersebutterdapat ≥ 85% siswa yang telah tuntas belajarnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas IV yang semula pada prasiklus adalah 25% yang mencapai KKM kemudian pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 60%, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 75% dan pada siklus IIImencapai 95% sehingga penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dinyatakan berhasil dan sudah teruji.Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar tematik, model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning).

This study aims to determine (1) Implementation of the Urban Poverty Project (P2KP) and the level of social welfare Klaten district (2) Impact of Urban Poverty Project (P2KP) to the betterment of society, the increase in revenue, to the creation of employment opportunities in the district of Klaten. This research was conducted in Klaten district to take an object or area of â€‹â€‹the District who receive assistance P2KP. In Klaten district area that receives no aid P2KP 7 subdistricts of 26 districts. Data analysis tool used is by using the t test. The results of the study concluded that the general implementation of the Urban Poverty Project (P2KP) in the district of Klaten went well. It was based on the descriptive statistical analysis showed that the program objectives P2KP in the right category. The target precision show proper category. The accuracy of the use of funds in the category of right show, refunds showed in the category of very precise. And training effort shows in the right category. Program P2KP significantly affect the income and employment of the population in seven Districts get help P2KP. It can be known from the results of t-test each of which gained value sig (significant) 0,000 smaller than Î± = 5%.
