Abstract

This study conducted to analyze the effect of variable Economic Value Added (EVA), Profitability, Dividend Policy, and Sales Growth to the Stock Prices on manufactur industies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2011 - 2013. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and number of samples used is 100 from manufactur industries. Variables used in this study are variable Economic Value Added (EVA), Profitability (ROE), Dividend Policy (DPR), and Sales Growth as an independent variable; Stock Prices as an dependent variable; and Firm Size as an control variable. The analysis technique used are multiple linier regression. The result showed that Economic Value Added (EVA) has positive and not significantly impacted the stock prices. Profitability (ROE) has positive and significant impact to the stock prices. Dividend Policy (LnDPR) has negative and significant impact to the stock prices. Sales Growth has negative and not significantly impacted the stock prices Meanwhile Firm Size (LnAsset) has positive and significant impact to the stock prices.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze the impact of intellectual capital on firm performance(ROA,ROE,RG,EP). This research to analyze the impact of HCE,SCE,CEE on firm performance(ROA,ROE,RG,EP) and VAIC on firm performance (ROA,ROE,RG,EP).This research used banking company data that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2009-2011. The model that used to measure intellectual capital was Pulic model agregatly-using Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) or separately-using Human Capital Efficiency (HCE), Structural Capital Efficiency (SCE), dan Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE). The result show: (1) SCE an impact on ROA. (2) SCE an impact on ROE. (3) VAIC an impact on ROE.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of corporate governance structure and financial indicators on financial distress. The corporate governance structure in this study using the indicator size of the board of directors, the board size, independent commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the size of the audit committee. While financial indicators use liquidity, leverage, profitability, and operating capacity. The population in this study are all of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and is continously published financial statements in the year 2009-2011. Based on purposive sampling method, samples obtained is 45 companies in the period 2009-2011 so obtain 135 observations. The criteria of financial distress in this study was measured by using interest coverage ratio. This study used logistic regression as a data analysis tool. The result of this research showed that director size, manajerial ownership, institutional ownership, leverage and operating capacity have significant impact on the financial distress condition. This research failed to prove effect of commissioners size, independent commissioners, size of the audit committee, liquidity and profitability with probability of experiencing financial distress.

Abstract

Every company wants a high profit. This will increase sales growth. However, growth is not always profitable. If too fast the growth can put enormous pressure on the resources of the company. Whereas if the growth is too slow, the company considered less take the financial potential of existing firms. Therefore, the concept of sustainable growth rate can be sized for a maximum level of sales could rise without the company running out of financial resources. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of performance (ROA and price-to-book ratio), liquidity (current ratio and acid ratio) and stock returns to the deviation of actual growth rate of sustainable growth rate. This study uses multiple regression analysis with a sample of 49 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of the years 2009-2011. The results indicate that some determinants such as ROA, current ratio and acid ratio affect of the deviation of actual growth rate of sustainable growth rate. However, other factors, such as price to book ratio and stock return do not explain market value influence to the deviation of actual growth rate of sustainable growth rate because it represents fluctuations in the demand-supply company's stock price rather than the performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to analyze the influence of organization size, accounting regulation, and environmental management on environmental accounting practices. The samples used here are primary data from badan lingkungan hidup (BLH)/kantor lingkungan hidup (KLH), dinas kebersihan (Dinkeb), and perusahaan daerah air minum (PDAM) level regency. Data was collected by sent questionnaire directly to every responden. The sample collected were 17 KLH/BLH, 3 Dinkeb, and 13 PDAM.This research uses linear regression analysis to examine the hypothesis. Hypotheses examined by F test and t test. The results showed that organization size is not significant to influence environmental accounting practices, accounting regulation is significant positively to influence environmental accounting practices, and environmental management is not significant to influence environmental accounting practices.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the amount of Candida albicans in vaginal secretion of Vaginal Candidiasis patients administered with Zn-enriched virgin coconut oil. Thirty respondents were selected based on several criteria as follows: the number of C. albicans colonies in the vaginal secretion was more than 105 cfu.ml-1, voluntary, healthy, willing to sign the informed consent and resided in Purwokerto. In Group A, 10 women were administered 2 tablespoons per day of Zn-enriched virgin coconut oil. In Group B, 10 women were administered 1 tablespoon per day of Zn-enriched virgin coconut oil; and in Group C, 10 women served as control group. Vaginal secretions were taken 3 times, before intervention (at baseline time), at 1 month and 2 months after intervention. Samples were taken by collecting vaginal secretions from the vaginal proximal region using a sterile cotton bud, which was then put into a tube containing sterile carrier media. The vaginal secretions were tested for the number of total C. albicans using Pour Plate Method. Two months after treatment, the number of colonies decreased from 4.4x106 to 2.5x106 cfu ml-1 (p=0.03) in Group A. There was no significant difference in the number of colonies between Group A and Group B, the number of C. albicans colonies was still above the normal range. Therefore, the recommended dosage of intervention with Zn-enriched virgin coconut oil is one tablespoon a day.

Kami perlihatkan skema teleportasi terkontrol dua kubit sembarang via kanal lima kubit yang merupakan kombinasi dari keadaan GHZ dan keadaan Bell. Dari 32 kombinasi pengukuran oleh Alice dan Charlie terdapat dua kelompok pengukuran dengan hasil sama.

Abstract

Pembelajaran saat ini sudah memasuki era digital, dimana masyarakat luas khususnya pengguna Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) cenderung mengakses informasi melalui media TIK. Bahasa Indonesia merupakan Bahasa ibu yang keberadaannya harus tetap dipertahankan dan dipelajari khusunya para mahasiswa, karena salah satu kecakapan dalam dunia kerja tidak hanya kemampuan teknis saja, melainkan juga komunikasi yang didalamnya ada unsur Bahasa. Dengan berubahnya perilaku masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa dalam melakukan pembelajaran, maka peneliti membuat suatu media pembelajaran berbasis animasi untuk level mahasiswa yang disesuaikan dengan SAP Program Studi Sistem Komputer STIKOM Bali. Teknologi untuk mengembangkan aplikasi ini diantaranya adalah Adobe Potoshop, Macromedia Flash, dan Lectora. Dan pembuatan storyboard untuk mendukung alur analisis dari multimedia pembelajaran yang dibuat. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah sebuah aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dengan animasi berupa tampilan dari konten dan diiringi dengan latar suara.

Abstract

Target dari Program IbK  ini adalah: (1) mengembangkan jiwa wirausaha di mahasiswa melalui (a) memberikan bekal pengetahuan konseptual dan kemampuan manajerial tentang wirausaha, (b) melatih mahasiswa tentang peluang usaha dan memilihnya sesuai dengan kemampuan SDM, dana, dan proyek pengembangan usahanya sesuai tuntutan pasar, (c) melatih keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menyusun Business Plan, (d) melakukan analisis SWOT untuk mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki Business Plan berdasarkan hasil survey kelayakan usaha dan informasi aktual yang relevan untuk mendukung perkembangan usaha, dan (e) Menciptakan wirausaha baru yang mandiri. (2) Meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen usaha bagi masyarakat industri, dan (3) Menciptakan metode pelatihan kewirausahaan yang cocok bagi mahasiswa.  Proses seleksi calon peserta program kewirausahaan (recruitment tenant) dilakukan: (1) melakukan sosialisasi kepada mahasiswa tentang program kewirausahaan, (2) penawaran program kewirausahaan kepada mahasiswa, (3) membuka pendaftaran bagi mahasiswa untuk memprogram kewirausahaan (entrepreneur). Mahasiswa dapat  mengikuti program entrepreneurship capacity building, yaitu (1) diklat kewirausahaan, (2) wirausaha, dan (3) inkubator kewirausahaan. Metode pendekatan IbK menggunakan metode PALS (Participatory Action Learning System).  Metode PALS menitikberatkan pada transformasi kegiatan yang telah  ada untuk diusahakan dibawa pada perubahan-perubahan ke arah perbaikan kondisi entrepreneurship melalui: fase penyadaran kewirausahaan (awareness), fase pengkapasitasan (capaciting) dan pendampingan (scaffolding) kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship capacity building), dan fase pelembagaan (institutionalization) usaha baru sebagai wirausana baru.Keywords: tenant,  PALS, wirausaha.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Studi mengenai struktur kristal suatu material sangat penting dalam mengetahui baik tidaknya material, terutama untuk aplikasi teknologi penyimpanan energi listrik seperti baterai ion litium. Semakin murni dan baik suatu struktur kristal material, maka semakin baik efisiensinya dalam menjadi bahan baku material katoda baterai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sintesis dan analisis karakteristik struktur kristal prekursor NMC811 oksalat (Ni0,8Mn0,1Co0,1C2O4) dari senyawa Mixed hydroxide precipitate atau MHP dengan presipitan asam oksalat. Sintesis prekursor NMC811 dilakukan dengan mereaksikan MHP (Ni 51,43% wt) dengan asam asetat agar diperoleh larutan nikel asetat. Sejumlah garam kobalt dan mangan ditambahkan kedalam larutan sehingga komposisi nikel:kobalt:mangan senilai 8:1:1. Endapan prekursor diperoleh dengan penambahan presipitan larutan asam oksalat. Endapan prekursor yang berhasil diisolasi dianalisis dengan X-ray diffractometer (XRD) untuk evaluasi struktur kristalnya. Berdasarkan analisis XRD MHP memiliki puncak difraksi yang kurang tajam dengan lebar pita yang relative besar sehingga menandakan bahwa MHP memiliki sifat kristal yang buruk. Sementara itu, Prekursor NMC811 oksalat memiliki puncak difraksi yang tajam. Hal ini membuktikan prekursor memiliki sifat kristal yang baik dengan kemurnian yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, Prekursor NMC811 oksalat dengan bahan baku MHP dapat digunakan untuk bahan baku material katoda baterai ion litium tipe NMC811. ABSTRACT. The study of the crystal structure of a material is very important in knowing whether or not the material is good, especially for the application of electrical energy storage technology such as lithium ion batteries. The purer and better the crystal structure of a material, the better its efficiency in becoming a battery cathode raw material. The purpose of this study was to synthesize and analyze the characteristics of the crystal structure of the precursor NMC811 oxalate (Ni0,8Mn0,1Co0,1C2O4) from Mixed hydroxide precipitate or MHP with oxalic acid as a precipitate. NMC811 precursor was synthesized by reacting MHP (Ni 51.43% wt) with acetic acid to obtain a nickel acetate solution. A number of cobalt and manganese salts are added to the solution so that the nickel:cobalt:manganese composition is 8:1:1. The precursor precipitate was obtained by adding oxalic acid solution as a precipitate. The isolated precursor precipitate was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) to evaluate its crystal structure. Based on XRD analysis, MHP has a diffraction peak that is less sharp with a relatively large bandwidth, indicating that MHP has poor crystalline properties. Meanwhile, NMC811 oxalate precursor has a sharp diffraction peak. This proves the precursor has good crystalline properties with high purity. Therefore, the NMC811 oxalate precursor with MHP raw material can be used as the cathode material for the lithium ion battery type NMC811.
