Abstract

PT Phillips Seafoods Indonesia Lampung Plant merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perikanan yaitu pengolahan produk daging rajungan menjadi Frozen Food berupa Crab Cake. PT Phillips Seafoods Indonesia Lampung Plant melakukan pengendalian bahan baku menurut metode perusahaan. Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang optimal tentu akan berdampak pada besarnya persediaan bahan baku maupun efisiensi biaya persediaan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisasi biaya persediaan bahan baku yaitu dengan metode EOQ. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jumlah pemesanan bahan baku, safety stock, reorder point, frekuensi pemesanan, total inventory cost, dan peramalan. Penerapan metode EOQ tahun 2018 menghasilkan kuantitas pemesanan 49.883,04 lbs, frekuensi 23 kali, safety stock 13.123,89 lbs, reorder point 50.793,57 lbs, dan penghematan total inventory cost Rp 11.220.026,48. Tahun 2019 menghasilkan kuantitas pemesanan 47.874,72 lbs, frekuensi 23 kali, safety stock 15.468,84 lbs, reorder point 52.745,05 lbs, dan penghematan total inventory cost Rp 12.751.243,93. Tahun 2020 menghasilkan kuantitas pemesanan 51.475,51 lbs, frekuensi 20 kali, safety stock 15.814,53, reorder point 50.253,20, dan penghematan total inventory cost Rp 6.437.959,97. Tahun 2021 dan 2022 dilakukan peramalan permintaan menggunakan metode single exponential smoothing yaitu sebesar 67.415,20 lbs. Tahun 2021 menghasilkan peramalan kuantitas pemesanan 13.178,45 lbs, safety stock 17.493,10 lbs, reorder point sebesar 50.723,60 lbs, dan total inventory cost Rp 37.267.713,80. Tahun 2022 menghasilkan peramalan kuantitas pemesanan 13.268,69 lbs, safety stock 18.838,40 lbs, reorder point 50.453,40 lbs, dan total inventory cost Rp 37.307.425,76.

Abstract

Introduction: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) was the primary cause of death in lung cancer. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) were one of the management options for NSCLC. Meanwhile, serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) plays a crucial role in the diagnosis and prognosis of NSCLC patients. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-TKI based on progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) in NSCLC patients with common EGFR mutations. Methods: This retrospective cohort study used a total sampling method. The serum CEA level was measured before the initial treatment. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors therapy was monitored with PFS and OS. Statistical analysis for comparing prognosis in NSCLC among TKI groups used Kruskal-Wallis, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Mann-Whitney, and Spearman’s rho tests. A significant analysis referred to a p-value of <0.05. Results: The participants were 189 patients, consisting of 106 on gefitinib, 43 on erlotinib, and 40 on afatinib. The average PFS values in the gefitinib, erlotinib, and afatinib groups were 9.9±5.25, 8.77±4.53, and 12.83±7.02 months, respectively (p=0.016). Furthermore, there were no significant OS among the gefitinib (14.91±7.61 months), erlotinib (14.54±7.64 months), and afatinib group (15.51±8.13 months, p=0.867). There was a significant correlation between CEA levels and PFS (r=0.146; p=0.046) and between CEA levels and OS (r=0.223; p=0.004). Conclusion: Although afatinib may prolong PFS compared with gefitinib and erlotinib, it did not significantly impact OS. Increased serum CEA levels before treatment significantly improved PFS and OS. However, elevated CEA levels are usually associated with a poor prognosis in NSCLC.

Abstract

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Poultry Breeding Division Hatchery Unit Sukajawa is a company that really pays attention to its human resources, but developing human resources to improve employee performance is not optimal yet, and a strategy is needed to solve these problems. This study aims to identify internal and external factors regarding human resource development in improving employee performance and to formulate human resource development strategies in improving employee performance. The research method used SWOT analysis. This study obtained the results of internal factors, which became the main strength are training for new employees and strong support from top leaders to conduct training and development (0.47), and the biggest weakness was employee discipline (0.36). The external factor that became the main opportunity was a lot of collaboration with various agencies (0.73), and the biggest threat was advances in more sophisticated technology with limited employee capabilities (0.70). Human resource development strategy in improving employee performance is appropriate with aggressive strategies such as collaborating in training new employees with field offices and various agencies, increasing training and human resource development, and recruiting competent employees. The existence of this strategy is expected to increase employee performance.

Abstract

Kus Mushrooms is a business that produces oyster mushrooms. This study aims to analyze internal and external factors that influence the marketing strategy of Kus Mushroom oyster mushrooms, formulate alternatives, and determine marketing strategy priorities for Kus Mushroom oyster mushrooms. The study uses QSPM analysis from the IFE, EFE, and SWOT matrixes. Based on the results of research using the IFE and EFE matrices, it can be seen that Kus Mushroom oyster mushrooms are in a strong position with a total IF matrix score of 3.06 and 2.74 and produce seven alternative strategies in the SWOT analysis. The priority strategy for Kus Mushroom oyster mushrooms is Utilizing quality products by diversifying products to increase added value and selling prices and expanding marketing reach through online promotion and marketing, with a total value of 6.96.

Abstract

Kampung Kopi is a company that runs in processing various types of coffee products, with the name of the product is Kopi Rigis. Kopi Rigis is a ground coffee product that is still developing with product distribution still limited to certain areas. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine consumer attitude towards the attributes of Kopi Rigis to be used as a consideration for product development strategy. This research was conducted using the Fishbein Multiattribute method to determine the level of consumer belief and evaluation, also the importance performance analysis method to determine the level of importance and performance level of consumers on the attributes of Kopi Rigis products. The results of the attitude scores for each attribute are; 16.20 for the taste, 17.34 for the aroma, 12.84 for the variant, 15.38 for the price, and 14.83 for the packaging. While the results of the importance performance analysis shows the attributes of Kopi Rigis obtained a total value of 20.57 for the importance level and 15.58 for the performance level. Consumer attitudes as a whole attribute of Kopi Rigis is neutral with a total attitude value of 76.59. The taste and aroma attributes were assessed positively with an attitude value of 16.20 for the taste attribute and 17.34 for the aroma attribute. Meanwhile, the variant, price, and packaging attributes showed a neutral attitude with an attitude value of 12.84 for the variant attribute, 15.38 for the price attribute, and 14.83 for the packaging attribute. Attributes of Kopi Rigis that included in Quadrant I are the price, because these attribute are considered important in influencing consumers to buy the products and it is requiring an adjustment. The taste and aroma are included in Quadrant II, while the variant and packaging are included in Quadrant III.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode peramalan terbaik, kuantitas pembelian optimal, safety stock, reorder point, maximum inventory, dan total inventory cost bahan baku UD Citra Tradia Food untuk tahun 2024 menggunakan metode EOQ. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan analisis sebab akibat dan deret waktu untuk peramalan permintaan, serta model EOQ untuk persediaan bahan baku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode regresi linier sederhana efektif untuk peramalan permintaan ikan giling mutu I sebesar 3.166,67 kg, sementara metode single moving average cocok untuk ikan giling mutu II sebesar 13.929 kg, tepung tapioka sebesar 240.250 kg, dan minyak goreng sebesar 131.245 L. Kuantitas pembelian optimal untuk tahun 2024 adalah 259 kg ikan giling mutu I, 1.140 kg ikan giling mutu II, 32.869 kg tepung tapioka, dan 17.956 L minyak goreng. Safety stock ikan giling mutu I sebesar 42,38 kg, ikan giling mutu II sebesar 26,16 kg, tepung tapioka 535,85 kg, dan minyak goreng 609,36 L. Reorder point untuk ikan giling mutu I sebesar 52,80 kg, ikan giling mutu II sebesar 74,18 kg, tepung tapioka sebesar 2.192,10 kg, dan minyak goreng sebesar 1.053,45 L. Maximum inventory ikan giling mutu I sebesar 360,51 kg, ikan giling mutu II sebesar 1.469,49 kg, tepung tapioka sebesar 33.404,86 kg, dan minyak goreng sebesar 18.565,21 L. Total inventory cost yang dihasilkan adalah Rp718.967,87 untuk ikan giling mutu I, Rp718.967,87 ikan giling mutu II, Rp1.041.577,74 untuk tepung tapioka, dan Rp1.041.577,74 untuk minyak goreng.Kata kunci: Economic Order Quantity, Peramalan, Safety stock, Reorder point, Maximum inventory, Total inventory cost

Abstract

BUMDes Kampung Kopi is an agro-industry business that produces ground coffee under the Kopi Rigis brand. However, there are problems faced, namely the number of competitors between similar industries and the lack of promotion so that a marketing strategy is needed. The purpose of this research is to identify internal and external factors, formulate and determine the priority of Rigis Coffee marketing strategy. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data analysis in this study uses the IFAS and EFAS matrix, the grand strategy matrix, the SWOT matrix, and the QSPM matrix. Based on the IFAS matrix analysis, it produces 5 strengths and 5 weaknesses with a total score difference of 0.43. Based on the EFAS matrix analysis, it produces 5 opportunity factors and 5 threat factors with a difference in the total score of 0.61, so based on the difference in the total scores of IFAS and EFAS it can be seen that the position of BUMDes Kampung Kopi is in quadrant I. The strategy that can be applied in this condition namely supporting an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy). Based on the results of the formulation of the SWOT matrix, it produces 7 alternative strategies which will then be prioritized using the QSPM matrix. The QSPM matrix shows that the priority of marketing strategy is improving product quality by maximizing technological development, availability of raw materials, and market potential with a total TAS value of 6.09.Keywords: Coffee powder, marketing strategy, QSPM, SWOT

Abstract

Pelaku usaha pengolahan pangan memiliki kewajiban untuk menjamin mutu dan keamanan produk pangan yang dihasilkannya melalui penerapan Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) adalah pedoman yang menjelaskan cara memproduksi atau mengolahan pangan olahan agar aman, bermutu dan layak untuk dikonsumsi Observasi awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di UD XYZ menemukan adanya permasalahan pada higienitas pekerja, kebersihan alat dan lingkungan dan penyimpanan bahan yang digunakan sehingga diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui penerapan GMP di UD XYZ dan memberikan usulan perbaikan GMP yang dapat dilakukan pada UD XYZ untuk memperbaiki ketidaksesuaian serius dan kritis yang terjadi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan gap analysis untuk mengolah data hasil penilaian lembar checklist penerapan GMP yang telah dibuat sehingga menghasilkan hasil berupa 62,75% parameter yang pelaksanaannya di lapangan telah sesuai dan 31,37% parameter yang pelaksanaannya di lapangan tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan GMP yang terbagi menjadi ketidaksesuaian minor sebanyak 8 parameter, kategori serius sebanyak 34 parameter dan kategori kritis sebanyak 6 parameter. Analisis akar masalah dengan diagram fishbone yang menghasilkan faktor-faktor penyebab dijadikan acuan dalam pemberian rekomendasi perbaikan dan mendapatkan hasil sebanyak 53 rekomendasi perbaikan dan 6 prioritas rekomendasi perbaikan.

Abstract

Ketersediaan ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) yang berlimpah di Provinsi Lampung menjadi suatu permasalahan yang memerlukan upaya pemanfaatan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dari ikan nila. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan ialah mengolah ikan nila menjadi abon ikan. Sebagai produk pengembangan, abon ikan nila memiliki potensi yang baik jika dikembangkan menjadi usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kesukaan konsumen terhadap produk abon ikan nila jika ditambahkan berbagai kaldu bubuk, mengetahui kelayakan usaha secara finansial dan analisis sensitivitas dari produk abon ikan nila. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen yang disusun dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) non faktorial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kaldu bubuk pada abon ikan nila tidak berbeda nyata terhadap tingkat kesukaan panelis pada parameter warna, aroma, dan tekstur, namun berbeda nyata pada parameter rasa dan penerimaan keseluruhan dimana F hitung ˃ F tabel pada α = 1%. Dari hasil analisis finansial, usaha abon ikan nila ini dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan karena NPV yang diperoleh bernilai positif yaitu Rp.128.608.553, IRR 38%>tingkat suku bunga, Net B/C 1,315>1, dan Payback Period selama 5,13 tahun kurang dari proyeksi umur usaha yang direncanakan yaitu 10 tahun. Analisis sensitivitas dari usaha abon ikan nila juga menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini akan cenderung sensitive jika terjadi penurunan harga jual sebesar 6%, kenaikan harga ikan nila sebesar 11% serta perubahan biaya variabel sebesar 7% dan 8%.
