Abstract

The increase in population and the reduction of agricultural land are major concerns in Indonesia. The country's population rose from 244,016,173 in 2010 to 277,534,122 in 2023, raising food needs. Population growth promotes the use of pesticides to protect agriculture;ntegration of hydroponic automation technology in households with limited land, such as for salad and sawmills, is expected to meet increasing food needs, reduce environmental impact, and improve well-being, in line with the SDGs.  however,excessive use can lead to environmental damage, water pollution, and health risks for humans. In addressing this problem, hydroponic planting media became a potential solution. Hydroponics is the cultivation of plants without soil, using a nutrient solution. This technology supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with clean and sustainable crop growth. Integration of hydroponic automation technology for households with limited land, such as for salad and sawmills, is expected to meet increasing food needs, reduce environmental impact, and improve well-being, in line with the SDGs. Thus, hydroponics can be an effective solution in addressing the agricultural challenges facing Indonesia

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui kondisi balita di desa Panyadap kecamatan Solokan Jeruk; 2) Mengkaji tingkat pengetahuan ibu-ibu mengenai stunting; 3) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan penyuluhan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan demonstrasi/pelatihan melalui tehnik PRA (Participation Rural Appraisal) dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Evaluasi dilakukan melalui: 1) melakukan pretest dan posttest serta diskusi untuk mengetahui perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap dari materi yang diberikan. 2) Mengevaluasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan penyuluhan. Peserta penyuluhan berjumlah 72 orang. Materi meliputi: pengertian stunting serta ciri-cirinya, penyebab dan dampak yang diakibatkannya. pengertian gizi seimbang, triguna makanan gizi seimbang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadi perubahan kognitif dan afeksi secara kuantitatif hasil pretest 80,4 kemudian posttest menjadi 87,4. Hasil evaluasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat menunjukkan terjadi perubahan sikap skor pretest 58 menjadi 81,2. Kesimpulan menunjukkan: 1) Kondisi balita di desa Panyadap kecamatan Solokan Jeruk cukup baik,walaupun terdapat beberapa anak beresiko stunting. 2) Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan mengenai upaya pencegahan stunting. 3) Beberapa faktor pendorong harus dijadikan motivasi untuk terus memantau kondisi balita, meminimalkan faktor penghambat melalui beberapa strategi seperti: memberikan penyuluhan berkesinambungan mengenai stunting dan berbagai menu sehat bagi balita serta melakukan praktik dengan ibu-ibu kader pada saat posyandu.

Abstract

The rapid development of the world of work accelerated by digitalization and globalization requires Generation Z to have relevant competencies and high adaptability skills. Psychological pressure, career uncertainty, and the need for new skills are major challenges for Gen Z workers in Malang City. These conditions emphasize the importance of knowledge, skills, and career adaptability in shaping career well-being. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge and skills on career well-being with career adaptability as a mediating variable among Generation Z employees. The study uses a quantitative approach through surveys, with data analysis using PLS-SEM to test direct and indirect relationships between concepts. The results show that knowledge and skills have a positive and significant effect on career well-being, and career adaptability is proven to mediate this relationship, so that individual competencies become more effective in improving career well-being when supported by the ability to adapt to the dynamics of the modern world of work.

Abstract

This study investigates how digital media construct news narratives surrounding the East Java MUI Fatwa on Sound Horeg using Robert N. Entman’s (1993) framing analysis model. It offers a novel contribution by examining how various online media platforms frame a religious issue with substantial social implications, and how these frames potentially shape public opinion in the digital era. The research analyzes ten national and local online news outlets that reported on the fatwa between July and August 2025, including MUI.or.id, Detik.com, Beritajatim.com, Kontan.co.id, BBC Indonesia, CNBC Indonesia, Kompas.com, Hidayatullah.com, iNews Surabaya, and Kompas.id. Findings reveal three dominant framing patterns: (1) normative-religious, which emphasizes moral and sharia-based legitimacy; (2) policy-technical, focusing on regulatory aspects such as volume and time restrictions; and (3) dialogical-critical, which encourages public debate and negotiation. By integrating framing theory with agenda-setting and social construction of reality perspectives, the study demonstrates how media narratives can influence issue salience and diversify public perspectives. These insights enrich mass communication research, especially by helping to understand the role of media in framing religious topics in contemporary digital discourse.
