Abstract

The rapid development of the world of work accelerated by digitalization and globalization requires Generation Z to have relevant competencies and high adaptability skills. Psychological pressure, career uncertainty, and the need for new skills are major challenges for Gen Z workers in Malang City. These conditions emphasize the importance of knowledge, skills, and career adaptability in shaping career well-being. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge and skills on career well-being with career adaptability as a mediating variable among Generation Z employees. The study uses a quantitative approach through surveys, with data analysis using PLS-SEM to test direct and indirect relationships between concepts. The results show that knowledge and skills have a positive and significant effect on career well-being, and career adaptability is proven to mediate this relationship, so that individual competencies become more effective in improving career well-being when supported by the ability to adapt to the dynamics of the modern world of work.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the Los Cimaung Cooperative Service Center (TPK) in Margamukti Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency. The purpose of the study was to study the personal and entrepreneurial characteristics of advanced dairy farmers and the success of their dairy businesses. The study was conducted using a descriptive approach. The selection of informants was carried out purposively, totaling 12 people. The results showed that the profile of advanced dairy farmers in terms of their personal characteristics, were of productive age, had sufficient experience of over 15 years, and participated in extension and training activities. From their entrepreneurial characteristics, the informant dairy farmers showed a high orientation in achieving success from their dairy businesses and their courage in taking risks. The success of the informant's dairy business was evident in the increase in assets such as the continued increase in dairy cattle ownership and the utilization of the results to improve the quality of their welfare. Factors that need to be considered to develop advanced dairy farmers need to be done through a process of behavioral change through non-formal educational activities in the form of extension and training as well as the provision of support for affordable production inputs and milk price incentives.

Abstract

New Public Service is a paradigm of governance that prioritizes public services in a democratic, fair and equitable manner. Bandung City Government should provide good public services along with the development of the current digital era. Smart City is one way for the Bandung City Government to organize its government. The results of this study indicate that the public services of the city of Bandung are carried out in various ways such as providing services to the community easily through applications, wifi parks, online complaint services, official websites, e-budgeting, and so on.

Abstract

Background: Problems still occur regarding pharmaceutical supplies management in overcoming natural disasters, such as excess stock, slow distribution, staff knowledge about emergency response, logistics systems, inappropriate pharmaceuticals for the disaster type, and cross-sector coordination.Objectives: This is a systematic review of natural disasters. The results are hoped to provide recommendations to improve pharmacy management responses.Methods: Research on pharmaceutical management at natural disaster sites, covering all phases of the management process from pharmaceutical selection to disposal, original research that is fully accessible, and those published in English within 2019-2024, are the conditions for inclusion. Duplication of publications is the exclusion criteria. Databases were searched for information about pharmaceutical management for natural disasters, such as Crossref, Science Direct, PubMed, Research Gate, and Google Scholar. This study'squality assessment applied the JBI CAT checklist, and was thematically synthesized.Results: Six studies were included in the total of59.794 identified studies. The relevant characteristics of the studies are related to pharmaceutical management scope, specifically the Drug Management Cycle.Conclusion: This study concludes that pharmaceutical management in dealing with natural disasters focuses more on aspects of planning, distribution, and management support when disasters occur.  The limitation of this review is the lack of research on the scope of storage, recording and reporting, evaluation, and disposal of pharmaceuticals.

Abstract

Pulau Gili iyang memiliki kekhasan alam dan budaya yang berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata kesehatan dan budaya, namun keterbatasan literasi digital masyarakat menghambat penyebaran informasi dan pemasaran yang efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di Desa Banraas (29–31 Oktober 2025) menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis riset untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital, melatih produksi konten, serta membangun kanal branding digital. Hasil awal menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan media sosial, terbentuknya website dan akun promosi desa, serta tersusunnya arsip digital potensi lokal. Temuan ini mendukung gagasan bahwa pemberdayaan komunitas lewat literasi digital dan strategi komunikasi digital dapat memperkuat branding destinasi berbasis masyarakat dan meningkatkan visibilitas pariwisata pesisir.

Abstract

This research explores the response of Indonesian national poll organizations to the mediatization of public opinion polls within evolving political communication. Using a qualitative with phenomenological approach, interviews with senior researchers from four leading polling institutions consider how media interactions and the communication of survey results influence professional practices. The results find that polling organizations have a high degree of interdependence with news media. Pollsters adapt to media logic: they distill survey results into concise, news-friendly formats, while news organisations use polling data as reliable political information and for drawing public attention. Fear of misuse or manipulation of data may cause pollsters to withhold disclosure. And political elites respond more strongly to media exposure of polls than local-level voters, with survey results influencing party agendas and strategies rather than directly shaping voter preferences. In this regard, mediatization is a tool which can either bolster or erode democratic processes. News coverage of politicians in the media can amplify public discourse, but sensationalist coverage risks eroding public trust. The study stresses how better ethical norms need to be defined and that media literacy should be intensified, such that public opinion polls can contribute to ensuring sustainable democracy in Indonesia.

Abstract

In Indonesia, rising dual-income families increase potential marital conflicts, yet few studies explore how Islamic psychological perspectives (happiness and gratitude) explain marital resilience. This highlights the urgency of examining wives’ perceptions of husbands’ support and its impact on gratitude. This study aims to examine the influence of wives’ happiness and husbands’ social support on gratitude among working Muslim wives. Employing a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, this study specifically involved married, moslem, working women with children as the study's population. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling technique where the number of samples in the study was 225 married Muslim working women with children. The instrument in this study uses the adoption of the Gratitude Questionnaire (GQ-6, α = 0.82), Husband’s Social Support Scale (32 items, α = 0.91), and Islamic Happiness Scale (18 items, α = 0.88) and analysis with multiple linear regression (SPSS 22). All instruments were validated through expert judgment and pilot testing. Regression analysis confirmed that both happiness (β = 0.128, p = 0.004) and husband’s social support (β = 0.743, p = 0.000) significantly predicted gratitude (R² = 0.648). These findings support the study hypotheses and demonstrate the role of emotional and relational factors as social capital in sustaining marital harmony within an Islamic framework. Good interpersonal relations, as shown through the attitude of gratitude of husband, and wife, are social capital in achieving happiness.
