Abstract

Mental disorders are the way of thinking (cognitive), will (volition), emotions (affective), actions (psychomotor). This can cause changes in the quality of life of a person with mental disorders (ODGJ). ODGJ patients can be said to be independent if they are able to carry out daily activities without family assistance and are able to take the initiative and do things on their own. One of the treatments to assist in the recovery of ODGJ patients is occupational therapy. Occupational therapy can be done by making crafts. which is related to a product produced through hand skills. the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of making handicrafts in helping to improve the skills of patients with mental disorders. This study used an experimental design method with a sample of 19 ODGJ patients. This activity consists of 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this activity show that making handicrafts can increase the effectiveness and skills of patients with mental disorders ODGJ in work.

Abstract

Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) di SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci memiliki peran dalam menyalurkan lulusan ke dunia kerja. Namun, proses pendaftaran dan seleksi calon pekerja yang masih dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan keterlambatan, risiko kehilangan data, serta kurangnya efisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pendaftaran dan seleksi online berbasis web untuk mendukung kegiatan BKK. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Tools yang digunakan untuk pemodelan adalah UML. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MySQL. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing untuk memastikan fungsionalitas sistem, serta kuesioner pengguna untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna akhir terhadap kemudahan penggunaan dan efektivitas sistem. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan dan mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari pengguna, dengan lebih dari 85% responden menyatakan puas terhadap kinerja dan tampilan sistem. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pengelolaan pendaftaran dan seleksi calon pekerja di BKK menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the type and function of ecosystems of mangrove forests, in Sinjai district and calculate the total economic value of mangrove ecosystems. The analytical method used is economic valuation and willingness to pay community. The results showed that species dominating Rhyzopora sp, Avicennia sp Sonneratia sp and Bruguera sp. The direct benefits to the community from mangrove forest in the area of research are firewood, nipa roof, fish and crabs and bats with economic value of Rp 8,598,020,500 with average value per ha 11,343,117. Indirect value consists of wave breaks of Rp 4,480,000,000 or Rp 448,000,000 / year with an estimated life of the building for 10 years and a carbon sequestration benefit of Rp 153,495,000 a year. Benefit value of Rp203, 250 per ha. The result is multiplied by the total area of the existing mangrove forest ecosystem of 758 Ha, with a total value of biodiversity benefits of Rp 154,063,500 per year. The value of the existence benefit of RP 446,260 ha / yr. With a total area of 758 mangroves, the total benefit of the existence of mangrove ecosystems in Kabupatem Sinjai amounted to Rp 338,265,080 / year. The economic benefit value of Total mangrove sinjai is Rp 13,723,844,080 while the total benefit value per ha is Rp 22,816,656 per year.Keywords: Bennefit economic, Mangrove ecosystem, economic valuaition, Sinjai

Abstract

This study aims to describe the composition of the species and the frequency of occurrence of fix-liftnet based on the combination of white-yellow-blue and white-yellow Light Emitting Diode (LED). The research was carried out in July – October 2020, by following the operation of capturing 1 unit of fix-liftnet with 442 watts of light power each. Data collection includes the type and number of catches based on trips and grouped into main, by-catch and discarded catches. The results showed that the composition of the type of catch consisted of 26 species dominated by common ponyfish, Indonesian oil-sardine, squid, anchovies, crabs, yellow snakehead and fringesscale sardinella. The total catch of the combination of white-yellow-blue lights was 359.8 kg with main catch 74.4%, by-catch 19.8% and waste 5.9%. While the white-yellow color combination is 343.8 kg with 75.8% main catch, 15.5% by-catch and 8.3% waste. Fish species with 100% occurrence frequency were common ponyfish (Leiognathus equulus), flower crab (Portunus pelagicus), squid (Loligo sp), Indonesian oil-sardine (Sardinella gibbosa), and smooth pufferfish (Lagocephalus sceleratus).

Abstract

Improving the quality of traditional farmers on a technical, social and economic scale, is strongly influenced and determined by the capacity to carry out pond business activities related to managerial patterns and work relationships that are formed.  This research was conducted in October – December 2021. Milkfish (Chanos-chanos) aquaculture business in Bonto Manai Village was chosen as the case, because the aquaculture system managed by the community is dominated the traditional aquaculture system. The purpose of this research is to analyze the knowledge of traditional aquaculture as a technical practice in managing aquaculture businesses, as well as to analyze the work relations of traditional aquaculture businesses which are internalized in the local culture of the community. The methodology used is a case research method with a descriptive qualitative data analysis approach described in the life history of the informants. The results showed that traditional farmers in milkfish (Chanos-chanos) aquaculture in Bonto Manai Village have acquired knowledge gained through experience passed down from generation to generation, starting from the construction and management of pond subgrade, seed stocking, rearing, harvest and post-harvest. Accompanied by rituals based on belief as a traditional value. The managerial pattern and work relations in the management of traditional pond business have three types of management, namely; aquaculture business which is self managed by the owner of the aquaculture land with involving two to three workers, aquaculture business which is managed based on a leasing system, and aquaculture business which is managed by a rapture system. Abstract

Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) mengalami penurunan fungsi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik yang berdampak pada ketidakmampuan menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari secara mandiri. Observasi di Yayasan Panti Kesehatan Jiwa As Shifa menunjukkan masih rendahnya tingkat kemandirian ADL pasien ODGJ, serta terbatasnya petugas dalam membina aktivitas pasien. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ADL melalui terapi okupasi. Kegiatan diawali dengan tahap persiapan berupa identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan materi edukasi dan terapi okupasi, serta koordinasi dengan pihak yayasan. Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui edukasi dan praktik terapi okupasi kepada 16 pasien, dengan pendekatan bertahap sesuai kemampuan pasien, mencakup kebersihan diri, berpakaian, makan, dan aktivitas sederhana lainnya. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi partisipasi pasien dan pengukuran tingkat ADL sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah pasien dengan ADL kategori "baik" setelah dilaksanakan terapi okupasi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi okupasi dapat menjadi salah satu metode intervensi dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien ODGJ.

Abstract

The most important activity carried out by companies is to make a profit. Very subjective decision making can lead to errors in supplier selection. In supplier selection, the purchasing department often experiences difficulties in determining the selection of suppliers to be given orders because of the large number of suppliers and the criteria used in the assessment. Therefore, a supplier selection decision support system is needed so that the purchasing department can determine the best supplier. This decision support system uses the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method where this method can be used to overcome existing problems, because there are many alternatives and criteria that must be considered in selecting suppliers such as: price, quality, availability of goods and others. This research will raise a case that is looking for the best alternative based on predetermined criteria. In order to find the weight of each attribute, then a ranking process is carried out which will determine the optimal alternative, namely the best supplier.

Abstract

Kesehatan jiwa merupakan kesehatan mental dimana keadaan seseorang dalam kesehatan fisik dan emosional yang baik, kemampuan mereka untuk menghadapi rintangan hidup dan menerima orang lain apa adanya, dan pandangan positif mereka terhadap diri mereka sendiri dan orang lain. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan di Panti Kesehatan Jiwa As Shifa melalui observasi kepada pasien ODGJ didapatkan bahwa masih ada pasien ODGJ yang memiliki harga diri dengan kategori rendah. Kegiatan pasien ODGJ di Yayasan Panti Kesehatan Jiwa As Shifa ini sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan harga diri pasien ODGJ sebelum dan setelah diberikan terapi okupasi kerajinan tangan. Desain penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitis dengan melalui observasi tingkat harga diri. Populasi yang digunakan yakni Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) di Yayasan Panti Kesehatan Jiwa As Shifa jumlah sampel 3 dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Variabel independent adalah terapi okupasi dan variabel dependent adalah harga diri pasien ODGJ. Sumber data dikumpulkan melalui observasi tingkat harga diri sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Data yang diperoleh ditelaah melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan analisis deskriptif, dengan membandingkan kondisi harga diri pasien sebelum dan setelah terapi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan terdapat peningkatan harga diri pasien ODGJ sebelum dan setelah diberikan terapi okupasi sebesar 83% menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan harga diri pada pasien ODGJ sebelum dan setelah diberikan terapi okupasi.

Abstract

The lack of effective communication between health workers and patients is one of the low causes of patient satisfaction in a number of regional hospitals. The success of health workers in providing services, both physical and psychological, determining the recovery and satisfaction of patients. This study aims to examine relationships between therapeutic health workers and patient satisfaction rates. This study used a cross sectional analytic method, Data were collected using the Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Chi-Square test at a significance level of 0.05. The population of this research all patients who undergo treatment at RSUD dr. H. Slamet Martodirdjo which is taken based on average, a month of 414 people with a total of 207 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires. The results showed that 79.2% of respondents considered therapeutic health workers communication, and 75.8% were satisfied with the service received. From the analysis of the Chi-Square test showed p-valure 0.000 <0.05 which means H1 is accepted and Ho was denied, so it can be concluded that this outcome emphasizes the importance of therapeutic communication to improve the quality of patient services and satisfaction at DR. H. Slamet Martodirdjo hospital.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stroke pada lansia merupakan permasalahan yang komplek, dimana lansia dengan stroke akan mengalami perubahan dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Dampak yang dialami oleh lansia yaitu lansia memiliki ketergantungan pada keluarga dalam melakukan aktivitas, begitu juga dengan keluarga dimana keluarga juga tentu mengalami dampak dalam merawat lansia. Ketergantungan lansia dengan stroke akan memicu tekanan bagi keluarga, terlebih jika ketergantungan yang terjadi berlangsung lama tanpa ada batasan waktu yang jelas. Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat stress keluarga dalam merawat lansia dengan stroke di Desa Pegantenan Pamekasan. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memaparkan tingkat stres keluarga dalam merawat lansia dengan stroke di Desa Pegantenan Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian diuji menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar dari responden mempunyai tingkat stres sedang (56%), stres ringan (36%) dan tidak stres (8%). Data penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukan responden yang mengalami stress berat saat merawat lansia yang mengalami stroke di Desa Pagentenan Kabupaten Pamekasan. Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian tingkat stres keluarga dalam merawat lansia dengan stroke sebagian besar dengan tingkat stres sedang. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan , dan keluarga. Selain itu juga dipengaruhi oleh kasih sayang, kesadaran, ketulusan dan tanggung jawab dan kebiasaan merawat lansia dengan stroke.
