Abstract

The phenomenon of the Open Unemployment Rate (OUR) data released at the national, provincial, and district levels remains a significant concern. One contributing factor is the low quality of the workforce required by the Business and Industrial World (DUDIKA). Therefore, there is a pressing need for Job Training Institutions (LPK) capable of producing high-quality graduates. The achievement of student quality in training institutions is largely determined by the institution's mastery of learning management. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze learning management in improving the quality of graduates at LPK CTI Ciamis District and LPK CBI Kawali District, which can contribute to reducing the unemployment rate in Ciamis Regency. This study utilizes a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process employs an interactive model analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The framework relies on the management principles of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. The results indicate that: (1) Learning management at LPK CTI Ciamis District is functioning well. This is evidenced by learning plans based on the SKKNI Curriculum, Lesson Plans/Syllabi, and Session Plans (RPP); organized structures based on established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); conducive learning implementation aligned with initial planning; and continuous supervision and evaluation until students are declared competent. (2) The graduate quality at LPK CTI Ciamis District has increased year by year, as seen from the number of high-achieving graduates successfully entering DUDIKA. In conclusion, efforts to produce quality graduates have been successful due to the implementation of excellent learning management.

Abstract

Digitization of education management is an effort to utilize digital technology in the management process of educational institutions to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and quality of educational services. This article aims to explain the concept of digitization of education management, its benefits, challenges, and implementation in school and college administration activities. The method used in writing this article is a literature study by examining various relevant scientific sources, journals, and books. The results of the study show that the digitization of education management is able to facilitate the management of academic data, student administration, school information systems, communication between schools and parents, and data-based decision-making. In addition, the use of digital technology also supports the creation of learning that is more innovative and adaptive to the times. However, the implementation of digitalization still faces several obstacles, such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and lack of human resource readiness. Therefore, policy support, training, and the development of technological facilities are needed so that the digitization of education management can run optimally and sustainably. Abstract

Plans or planning are needed in various forms of organization, because this planning is a basic management process in making decisions and taking actions. Planning is needed in all types of activities, be it organizational activities, companies or activities in the community, and planning exists in every management function, because these functions can only carry out decisions that have been determined in planning. This article aims to reveal the importance of planning in the education management system. The research method used is a literature study. The results of this study reveal that planning is the process of defining organizational goals, producing management art to achieve goals, and planning organizational work activities. Planning is also the most important process in the principle of all management functions, because without planning other functions of organizing, directing, and controlling. Good planning will form good management. We recommend that in reaching decisions and actions in various forms of organization use the basic management process in the form of planning. In a plan, it is necessary to pay attention to the nature of good planning to achieve the desired results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat negatif siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) melalui pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). Model penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuntitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen semu (Quasi Experiment) the purposive Control Gourp Pretest – Posttest Design. Instrumen pada penelitian ini berupa soal pretest dan posttest dalam bentuk soal uraian sebanyak lima soal yang diberikan pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen serta lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data dengan melakukan uji statistik berbantuan aplikasi Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil yang diperoleh berdasakan perhitungan didapat nilai Asymp sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,002 sehingga dapat dikatakan nilai ini lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05 artinya hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan terdapat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diterima. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat negatif siswa SD melalui pendekatan RME lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an integrative model of quality management in Islamic education through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The study was conducted to synthesize previous research on Total Quality Management, Islamic values, leadership, organizational culture, human resource development, curriculum relevance, digital quality management, quality assurance, stakeholder participation, and continuous improvement in Islamic educational institutions. This study employed a library research approach with an SLR design guided by the PRISMA framework. The reviewed literature was obtained from academic databases and indexing platforms, including Scopus, Google Scholar, Crossref, DOAJ, Garuda, Sinta, and MDPI, with a publication range from 2019 to 2026. The data were analyzed using thematic synthesis to identify research trends, key components, research gaps, and future directions. The findings show that Islamic education quality management is moving toward an integrative paradigm that combines modern managerial principles with Islamic ethical-spiritual values. The main components of the model include Total Quality Management, Islamic values, transformational and prophetic leadership, quality culture, human resource development, curriculum integration, digital transformation, quality assurance, stakeholder involvement, and continuous improvement. This study also identifies several research gaps, including the lack of empirical testing of integrative models, limited operationalization of Islamic values into measurable quality indicators, and the need for stronger digital quality management in Islamic educational institutions. The study implies that Islamic education quality management should not be limited to administrative compliance or accreditation achievement, but should become a holistic, value-based, and sustainable system for improving institutional effectiveness, learning quality, moral formation, and graduate competitiveness.

Abstract

The integration of technology in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has become increasingly important in developing students’ digital literacy and supporting Islamic character formation in higher education. This study investigates how technology integration in the PAI Study Program at Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang contributes to students’ digital competence, learning engagement, and ethical awareness in Islamic education learning. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with lecturers and students, classroom observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns related to technology use, digital literacy development, and learning interaction. The findings reveal that the use of digital technologies, including laptops, presentation applications, online learning platforms, and educational game-based media, enhances students’ communication skills, creativity, collaboration, and critical engagement in learning. Technology integration also supports the development of responsible and ethical digital behavior aligned with Islamic educational values. However, limitations in infrastructure, internet access, and technological facilities remain significant challenges in optimizing learning effectiveness. This study contributes to the discourse on technology-integrated Islamic education by demonstrating that digital literacy in PAI learning is not limited to technical competence but also includes ethical and character dimensions relevant to the digital era. The findings highlight the importance of balanced technology integration that supports both academic and spiritual development in Islamic higher education.
