Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work environment on employee performance in the roof tile production department at PT. KS Bangunan Leuwihaalang Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey with primary data collection through questionnaires filled out by respondents who are employees in the roof tile production department. The collected data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the roof tile production department. This indicates that the training provided to employees can enhance their skills in carrying out their tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, the work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. A conducive work environment, including factors such as coworker support, good communication, and adequate facilities, can provide motivation and improve employee performance. This study provides recommendations to the management of PT. KS Bangunan Leuwihaalang Tasikmalaya to enhance the effectiveness of training provided to employees in the roof tile production department. Additionally, attention should be given to efforts to improve and maintain a conducive work environment, enabling employees to work well and contribute optimally to the company's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and motivation on the performance of teachers at SMAN 6 in Tasikmalaya City. This study focuses on understanding how several aspects of leadership, such as creating a conducive work environment, implementing discipline, and recognizing teacher contributions, impact their performance and motivation. Data was collected by a structured questionnaire distributed to 49 teachers, encompassing 18 indicators for leadership style, 8 indicators for work motivation, and 10 indicators for performance measured using a Likert scale. This research design is quantitative in nature, aiming to gather empirical evidence on the variables under investigation. Structured questionnaires are utilized to gather data from a sample of teachers at SMAN 6 Tasikmalaya. The research sample consisted of 49 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS. The research findings indicate that the leadership style of the school principal has a significant positive impact on teacher performance. Key aspects such as maintaining physical facilities, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment, and facilitating effective communication contribute to higher levels of teacher satisfaction and performance. Furthermore, the work motivation of teachers, driven by recognition of their efforts and consistent implementation of discipline, also significantly affects their performance. This finding indicates that both leadership style and work motivation are crucial in enhancing teachers' performance. Effective leadership that supports a positive and disciplined work environment, coupled with enough recognition and appreciation for teachers' contributions, leads to improved teacher performance. This research emphasizes the significance of strategic leadership and motivation in the educational environment, and suggests that school administrators prioritize these factors to achieve better educational outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on turnover intention among CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim. This research uses quantitative methods. The type of data used is primary data, with a research sample of 76 respondents from CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim and uses the Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique. The data analysis tool used in this research is SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Turnover Intention. The Work Environment partially has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Job Satisfaction partially has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention.Keywords: Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Improving Reading Comprehension Learning Outcomes by Implementing the Quizizz Application for Class VII Students of SMP Negeri 3 Bantaeng The aim of this research is that Quizizz can improve reading comprehension learning outcomes by implementing the Quizizz application for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Bantaeng. The research design used is a classroom action research design. The implementation procedure in this research goes through stages which include: Preliminary study, planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. This research data is in the form of data on the process and results of learning to read comprehension for class VII SMP Negeri 3 Bantaeng. This research aims to improve the reading comprehension skills of Class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Bantaeng through the use of actions obtained from observations, interviews, field notes, documentation. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in student learning activities from cycle I to cycle II, namely an increase in the number of students listening to the teacher's explanation, asking questions, answering questions, collaborating in groups and submitting responses. Student learning outcomes also increased, namely the average score obtained in cycle I was 67% and in cycle II was 91.37%. So that the application of the Quizizz application can increase the frequency of liveliness and activity in the teaching and learning process in accordance with student observations during the implementation of classroom action research in just two cycles.

Abstract

Anime is a typical Japanese animation, usually characterized by colorful images featuring characters in diverse locations and stories, aimed at various types of audiences. One of the famous anime in Japan is Chainsaw Man. Makima is one of the most beautiful and strongest characters from the Chainsaw Man animation, whose appearance is ordinary, has long pink hair tied back, and also has a characteristic orange eyeball. Behind her beautiful and calm face, Makima is known as a very cunning and manipulative figure in the Chainsaw Man animation. Character makeup is applied to change a person's appearance in terms of age, character, face, tribe, and nation to suit the character being played. The purpose of this research is to apply the basics of makeup to create character makeup by adapting the character Makima, thereby developing the knowledge and skills obtained during college, particularly in the concentration of makeup.

Abstract

In Mranggen District, especially in Ngemplak and RA Miftahul Ulum Districts, RA teachers do not yet have the ability to develop independent curriculum teaching tools. Teachers' knowledge regarding the preparation of learning tools is very important to provide and drill into. Preparing learning curriculum tools is important, where almost all schools under the Ministry of Education and Culture have socialized the independent curriculum and implemented the independent curriculu m in learning at PAUD. The solution offered is training and assistance in preparing independent curriculum tools starting from teaching modules, projects to strengthen the Pancasila profile (P5) and learning assessments. It is hoped that the implementation of the independent curriculum training will make it easier for teachers in RA Mranggen District to prepare open tools. The results of the service in Mranggen District show that RA teachers are very enthusiastic in studying the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum to be put into practice in their respective schools.

Abstract

Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh beban keja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK As-Saabiq Singaparna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan sensus. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 44 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner dengan pembagian angket. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam enelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja dan Kompensasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Beban kerja secara pasial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kompensasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan deskriptif, Sedangkan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sensus terhadap pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 66 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumen. Alat analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi. 25, korelasi berganda, uji F, uji T, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawaii pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja , Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Somethink Coffe. Pengaruh brand image dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian Somethink Coffe. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian 100 orang konsumen Somethink Coffe di Kota Tasikmalaya. Penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian brand image berklasifikasi baik, kualitas pelayanan berklasifikasi sangat baik dan keputusan pembelian berklasifikasi baik. Hasil uji menunjukan bahwa brand image dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand image secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Brand Image, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian
