Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Persepsi Harga Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Minat Beli Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek Crystalin (Survei Pada Konsumen Toko Distributor Dion Putra Tasikmalaya). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantiatif, data diperoleh langsung melalui kuesioner yang disebar pada 100 responden yang merupakan Konsumen Toko Distributor Dion Putra Tasikmalaya yang membeli Air Minum dalam Kemasan merek Crystalin. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Persepsi Harga Dan Citra Merek secara simultan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Toko Distributor Dion Putra Tasikmalaya. Persepsi Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Toko Distributor Dion Putra Tasikmalaya, dan Citra Merek secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Toko Distributor Dion Putra Tasikmalaya. Abstract

Hard skill membantu pegawai dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas teknis yang terkait langsung dengan pekerjaan. Soft skill lebih sulit diukur secara langsung tetapi sangat penting dalam membangun hubungan kerja yang baik dan menjaga produktivitas seperti komunikasi, kerja sama, kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu, dan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi. Keseimbangan antara hard skill dan soft skill sangat berpengaruh pada kinerja, karena keduanya saling melengkapi dalam membentuk kemampuan pegawai untuk menyelesaikan tugas secara profesional dan bekerja secara efektif dalam tim. Penelitian ini memilliki responden 50 bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hard skill terhadap kinerja pegawai dan mengetahui soft skill terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis linear berganda, uji determinan R square dan uji T parsial. Hasil tabel yang menyatakan bahwa variabel hard skill memperoleh t hitung sebesar 1.173 Lebih kecil daripada t tabel 1,678, maka dari itu dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel hard skill mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai dan hasil tabel yang menyatakan bahwa variabel soft skill memperoleh t hitung sebesar 358 lebih besar daripada t tebel 1,678, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel soft skill mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hard skill dan soft skill secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kantor Dinas Pertanian, Kelautan dan Perikanan Kota Parepare

Abstract

The Industry 4.0 era has brought significant changes to various sectors, including the hospitality industry. This study analyzes the impact of digital technology on hotel operations and marketing, focusing on the implementation of digital tools such as online reservation systems, data analytics, and digital marketing. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data obtained from literature studies and interviews with hotel managers. The results of the study show that digital technology improves operational efficiency, expands marketing reach, and strengthens customer relationships. However, the implementation of technology also faces challenges such as high costs and the need for human resource training. These findings provide important insights for hotel industry players in utilizing technology to stay competitive in the digital era.

Abstract

This type of research is pre-experimental research involving one class. The aim of this research is to determine learning outcomes by applying the Choose Number playing method in mathematics learning in class IV at SD Negeri 7 Tarowang. The experimental units in this research were 28 class IV students. The research was carried out over 3 meetings. The research results showed that from 28 students learning using conventional methods, there were 24 students in the incomplete category with a percentage of 85%, and 4 students in the complete category with a percentage of 15%. Classically it has not been fulfilled because the average score obtained was 52.10, whereas in learning using teaching aids there were 7 students who were in the incomplete category with a percentage of 25%, and 21 students who were in the completed category with a percentage of 75%. This means that classical learning completeness is fulfilled with an average score of 82.07 which has achieved the expected KKM of 70. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Choose Number playing method in class IV mathematics learning at SD Negeri 7 Tarowang is effectively implemented.

Abstract

Personality Development Training aims to improve the interpersonal and professional competence of lecturers and educational staff in the Midwifery Department of the Ministry of Health Polytechnic at the Siliwangi Tourism Academy. In the world of education, a good personality is an important factor in creating a conducive learning environment. This training covers various aspects of self-development, such as communication, emotional management, and professional ethics. This community service method uses a participatory approach with a combination of lectures, group discussions and practical simulations. The evaluation results show that the training had a positive impact on increasing awareness of the importance of personality development in supporting academic and administrative tasks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline simultaneously or partially on the performance of Bantarsari Puskesmas employees. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 45 people as respondents to the Bantarsari Puskesmas based on 45 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. Simultaneously compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance, as well as the work discipline variable, which partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee discipline in the Motorized Vehicle Testing Division of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this research were employees of the Motor Vehicle Testing Section of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. Sampling in this research used a saturated sample of 43 respondents. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that compensation and work motivation simultaneously had an effect on employee discipline. Partially, compensation variables affect employee discipline. Partially, work motivation variables affect employee discipline

Abstract

Rapor Digital Madrasah (RDM) merupakan salahsatu inovasi yang di kembangkan oleh tim Kementrian Agama untuk mempermudah tugas guru dalam proses penilaian hasil belajar peserta didik. Tujuan utama dikembangkannya RDM untuk kemajuan sekolah madrasah dan pengelolaan nilai hasil belajar peserta didik menjadi cepat. tepat, akurat , efisien dan efektif. Namun, penerapan RDM ini masih banyak masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru. Oleh karena itu, peneliti akan melakukan penelitian terkait dengan penerimaan guru terhadap aplikasi Rapor Digital Madrasah (RDM). Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi usability website RDM dari sudut pandang pengguna, metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur usability RDM adalah website usability evaluation (WEBUSE). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Kuesioner akan disebarkan kepada seluruh guru aktif di MTs. Muawanah dengan jumlah 22 responden. Hasil penelitian ini website Rapor Digital Madrasah mendapatkan point usability sebesar 0,84 dengan level usability excellent. Maka website RDM dapat dikatakan bahwa website RDM sudah sesuai dan selaras apa yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna khususnya oleh guru MTs. Muawanah.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of motivation and communication on the development of human resources in the field of the Electronoc Sports Industry (Survey on the Division of Mobile Legends Bang Bang Se-Priangan Timur). The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents who are members of the Mobile Legends Division Bang Bang Se-Priangan Timur. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that motivation and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on the development of human resources in the electronic sports industry. Motivation partially has a significant effect on the Development of Human Resources in the Electronoc Sports Industry, and Communication partially has a significant effect on the Development of Human Resources in the Electronoc Sports Industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the production section of UMKM Mukena Mahkota 786. In this study, an associative research method was used using a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 49 respondents from production employees at UMKM Mukena Mahkota 786, and using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used was SPSS version 25. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study show that the Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance.
