Abstract Technical assistance in developing a cadre post in early childhood Pudak Payung Banyumanik Semarang is an activity undertaken in order to provide insight into the implementation of early childhood in every RW Pos in order to realize the City/County Eligible Children. City/County deserve a child is the implementation of child rights in three areas, namely: profisi (meeting the needs of children of love), protection (children's rights in obtaining protection), and participation (involvement of children's rights in decision making). Third child rights will not be fulfilled properly, without a beginning and involving parents, teachers or early childhood educators. This activity aims to provide assistance for citizens in the realization of decent child starts from the family environment. The solutions offered are: (1) provide training and mentoring for teachers/teacher/early childhood in a cadre post bintek to achieve professionalism in the field of early childhood, (2) provide the skills for early childhood cadre post about active learning and creative developmentally appropriate early childhood, (3) provide training and skills in the construction of educational games based waste/scrap materials as a source of learning for AUD; (4) provide assistance in conducting the evaluation of early childhood education at the post, and (5) monitoring the implementation of sustainable results. Therefore, with this activity, is expected to citizens, parents, and children receive the same rights in accordance with the ideals that the realization of decent kids program. Key Words: Guidance, Lecturer, and Educator Quality ?é?áAbstrak Bimbingan Teknis dalam mengembangkan Kader Pos Paud di Pudak Payung Banyumanik Semarang adalah sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan pemahaman tentang pelaksanaan Pos PAUD di setiap RW dalam rangka mewujudkan Kota/ Kabupaten Layak Anak. Kota/Kabupaten layak anak merupakan implementasi hak-hak anak dalam tiga bidang, yakni: profisi (pemenuhan kebutuhan anak yang berupa kasih sayang), proteksi (hak anak dalam mendapatkan perlindungan), dan partisipasi (hak anak dalam keterlibatan pengambilan keputusan). Ketiga hak anak tersebut, tidak akan terpenuhi dengan baik, tanpa dimulai dan melibatkan orang tua, guru ataupun pendidik PAUD. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan bagi warga masyarakat dalam merealisasikan kota layak anak dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga. Solusi yang ditawarkan ini adalah: (1) memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi tenaga pengajar/guru/kader Pos PAUD dalam bintek untuk mewujudkan profesionalisme di bidang PAUD; (2) memberikan keterampilan bagi kader Pos PAUD tentang pembelajaran aktif dan kreatif yang sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan AUD; (3) memberikan pelatihan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan alat permainan edukatif berbasis limbah/bahan bekas sebagai sumber belajar bagi AUD; (4) memberikan pendampingan dalam melakukan evaluasi pendidikan di Pos PAUD; dan (5) monitoring hasil pelaksanaan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan kegiatan ini, diharapkan warga masyarakat, orang tua, dan anak memperoleh hak yang sama sesuai dengan cita-cita agar terealisasinya program kota layak anak. Problem based learning (PBL) learning model has a role in improving the quality of students. This study aims to re-analyze the PBL learning model in Biology learning on cognitive aspects or student learning outcomes. This study uses a meta-analysis method with a sample of 15 national and international journals. Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the PBL learning model is able to improve biology learning outcomes starting from the lowest 15.03% to the highest 61.76% with an average of 29.34%. By obtaining a strong effect size of 0.97. The most significant increase in the PBL model research was 28.13 in the PBL model learning with LKS and by applying problem solving based learning on certain materials. This shows that the application of the PBL learning model can improve learning outcomes in biology learning

Inequalities in the quality of education still occur in several regions in Indonesia, where there is still a clear gap in the quality of education. One effort to improve and evenly distribute the quality of education in Indonesia is by applying the zoning system to the process of accepting new students. The provisions of the zoning system are contained in Permendikbud No. 14 of 2018. This study aims to analyze educational policies relating to the zoning system in the acceptance of new students. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with the type of descriptive research approach to the study of documents / texts.

Learning is a core activity in an educational process. Learning can be carried out in class ordistance if necessary if there are obstacles to meet in a class due to situations and conditions that do not allow. This study aims to determine (1) the distance learning system that is applied, (2) the impact of the distance learning system on student achievement, (3) the constraints in implementing the distance learning system. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a type of descriptive qualitative research approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of distance learning still has many obstacles such as inadequate equipment and poor internet connections, besides that the increase in learning success is still small and ineffective.

Dengan berbagai keterbatasan dalam situasi pandemi Covid 19 menjadi tantangan seorang guru untuk terus mau belajar dan berlatih pembelajaran secara daring. Proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan multimedia video tutorial dapat menjadi lebih menarik dan interaktif, selain itu juga dapat menstimulus semangat belajar peserta didik serta keseriusan peserta didik sehingga kualitas belajar peserta didik dapat lebih meningkat. Salah satu mata kuliah pada Prodi Pendidikan Tata Busana yang disampaikan secara teori dan praktik yaitu mata kuliah Seni Sulaman dipelajari berbagai macam sulaman salah satunya yaitu smock jepang. Implementasi multimedia video tutorial teknik smock Jepang pada perkuliahan daring Seni Sulaman, paparan materi teori pembuatan teknik smock Jepang pada multimedia video tutorial pada umumnya lebih dari setengahnya menyatakan bahwa paparan materi tentang teknik pembuatan pola, alat dan bahan untuk pembuatan smock Jepang, disajikan dengan sangat jelas, sangat sistematis, menarik dengan tulisan yang dapat terbaca dengan sangat jelas.. Adapun dampak yang diperoleh mahasiswa dari diterapkannya multimedia video tutorial yaitu mahasiswa terlihat berminat, lebih termotivasi untuk belajar dan mengembangkan kreativitas serta lebih percaya diri dalam mempersentasikan hasil pekerjaannya. Dengan demikian implementasi multimedia video tutorial dalam pembelajaran smock Jepang ini pada mata kuliah Seni Sulaman, dapat mengoptimalkan pembelajaran serta meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar peserta didik.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the description of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. The effect of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. The effect of emotional intelligence partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. Partial influence of organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. This research includes quantitative research in the sense that in this study it uses numbers, starting from data collection to interpreting data with statistical tests. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that emotional intelligence was in the very good category, organizational commitment was in the good category, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees was in the good category. There is a significant simultaneous influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees. There is a partial significant effect of emotional intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees. There is a partial significant effect of organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees.

Pandemi covid - 19 merupakan pandemi global yang telah terjadi mulai akhir tahun 2019 dan telah merubah kehidupan manusia. Berdasarkan pra penelitian di beberapa sekolah di Kota Semarang menunjukan bahwa banyak anak-anak yang mengalami stress akibat pembelajaran yang dilakukan saat pandemi dengan menggunakan daring. Anak-anak TK/PAUD selama hampir 2 tahun melakukan pembelajaran secara daring, ketika anak kembali ke sekolah untuk luring membuat kemampuan resiliensi anak menjadi rendah. Metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek adalah salah satu cara pembelajaran dengan memberikan kesempatan pada siswa atau anak untuk mencari solusi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari baik secara perseorangan maupun secara berkelompok. Penelitian ini mengunakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk meningkatkan resiliensi anak usia dini. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran proyek terhadap peningkatan resiliensi anak. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa TK Harapan Bunda Semarang berjumlah 44 anak. Analisis data menggunakan repeated measured anova menunjukkan peningkatan resiliensi anak. Dengan demikian project based learning efektif untuk meningkatkan resiliensi anak.

This research aims to analyze the competitiveness of the Tasikmalaya Regency tourism sector and to find out the factors that determine and influence competitiveness as well as strategies that can be taken to increase the competitiveness of the tourism sector. The data used is secondary and primary data, namely GRDP data for Tasikmalaya Regency in 2017-2021 and supporting tourism-related data as well as in-depth interviews with the Tasikmalaya Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Department (DISPARPORA). In this research, the Porter's Diamond model approach was carried out which was calculated using a composite index and quadrant analysis. The results of the shift share analysis show that in 2017-2021 the tourism sector experienced rapid growth and was able to compete with the same sector at the national level. In line with the shift share results, the results of analysis using the Porter's diamond model approach show that the Tasikmalaya Regency tourism sector has quite good competitiveness compared to its comparison provinces. Factors that have advantages in determining competitiveness are related supporting industry factors and factor conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical work environment on employee work discipline at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Sukapura Kab. Tasikmalaya, to determine the effect of career development on employee work discipline at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Sukapura Kab. Tasikmalaya and to determine the effect of physical work environment and career development on employee work discipline at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Sukapura Kab. Tasikmalaya. The sample in this research is employees Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Sukapura Kab. Tasikmalaya in all sections, totaling 77 people. This research was conducted by collecting data using a questionnaire, and testing the data used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: (1) The application of physical work environment and career development is very good and encourages the level of employee discipline; (2) Physical Work Environment and Career Development simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Discipline; (3) Physical Work Environment partially does not affect Employee Work Discipline; (4) Career Development partially has a significant effect on Employee Work Discipline.

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work environment on employee performance in the roof tile production department at PT. KS Bangunan Leuwihaalang Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey with primary data collection through questionnaires filled out by respondents who are employees in the roof tile production department. The collected data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the roof tile production department. This indicates that the training provided to employees can enhance their skills in carrying out their tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, the work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. A conducive work environment, including factors such as coworker support, good communication, and adequate facilities, can provide motivation and improve employee performance. This study provides recommendations to the management of PT. KS Bangunan Leuwihaalang Tasikmalaya to enhance the effectiveness of training provided to employees in the roof tile production department. Additionally, attention should be given to efforts to improve and maintain a conducive work environment, enabling employees to work well and contribute optimally to the company's performance.
