Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality, price, and location on consumer purchasing decisions of Alle'Chantre Tasikmalaya outlets. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Alle'Chantre. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that product quality, price, and location have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the purchasing decisions of consumers of Alle'Chantre Tasikmalaya outlets.

Abstract

Peer Health development can function optimally if it is supported by community empowerment and as a form of community empowerment is the presence of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres and mothers of toddlers who bring their toddlers to Integrated Healthcare Center. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the participation of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres with the compliance of toddlers' visits to the Integrated Healthcare Center at the Sejahtera Integrated Healthcare Center. This study uses a correlational analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 32 respondents with a total sample of 35 respondents. sampling in this study using simple random sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires and MCH handbooks. Data analysis to see the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable using the chi square statistical test with a significant level of = 0.05. The results showed that from 32 respondents, most of the roles of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres were good, as many as 18 respondents (56.2%), and most of the respondents at the Sejahtera Integrated Healthcare Center, obediently visited the Integrated Healthcare Center, as many as 22 respondents (68 ,8%). The results of data analysis using Chi Square statistical test obtained P value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) which means that there is a relationship between Integrated Healthcare Center cadre partk[icipation and compliance with toddler visits in Integrated Healthcare Center Sejahtera. The Integrated Healthcare Center activities can take place and there is an increase in visits by mothers of children under five to the Integrated Healthcare Center every month.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline and Competence on Work Productivity of employees in the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research population was employees of the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency and used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled, namely 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline (X1) and Competence (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Work Productivity (Y). Work Discipline (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). Competence (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity (Y).

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membentuk usaha sablon di lingkungan pesantren sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan santri serta mendukung kemandirian ekonomi pesantren. Program ini melibatkan beberapa tahap, dimulai dari survei kebutuhan, pelatihan keterampilan sablon manual, hingga pendirian unit usaha sablon yang dikelola oleh santri. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 10 orang santri yang terdiri dari 5 orang santriwan dan 5 orang santriwati, lalu dibentuk menjadi 2 kelompok usaha. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam bentuk sesi teori dan praktik, yang mencakup teknik sablon dasar, manajemen usaha, dan pemasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para santri berhasil menguasai keterampilan sablon dan memanfaatkan media sosial untuk memasarkan produk sablon baik di lingkungan internal maupun lingkungan eksternal pesantren sehingga menghasilkan pendapatan tambahan bagi pesantren Sabilul Huda Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and work motivation in CV. Sollu Muslim Image and Its Influence on Turnover Intention. This research model uses a survey method with a causality research design. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim as many as 63 people. Data analysis technique using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the study it is known that work stress and work motivation have a negative and not significant direct effect on turnover intention. Both Work Stress and Work Motivation have a negative and not significant direct effect on Turnover Intention. Therefore it is suggested that companies can increase back Work Stress, Work Motivation and Turnover Intention so that they can have a positive impact and achieve company goals in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difference in students' reading comprehension ability between innovative and conventional teaching methods. The research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The sample consists of 30 students, divided into two groups: the experimental group using innovative learning and the control group using conventional learning. Data was collected through a reading comprehension test and analyzed using an independent t-test. The results showed a significant difference between the two groups, with a t-value of 2.419 and a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.022, indicating that innovative learning is more effective in improving students' reading comprehension ability compared to conventional learning. These findings suggest that a more interactive and technology-based learning approach can enhance students' understanding. Therefore, innovative learning can be considered more effective in developing students' cognitive abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the marketing strategies implemented in an effort to increase and maintain the number of guests visiting hotels in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is descriptive method with 80 guests from 10 (ten) hotels in Tasikmalaya as respondents. Based on the results of the analysis test, it was found that the value of the marketing strategy had a significant influence on the number of guests at the Tasikmalaya Hotel

Abstract

This study aimed to determine students’ ability to write narrative essays and to examine the significant effect of the conferencing approach assisted by audiovisual media for grade V students at SD Negeri 26 Arungkeke, Kabupaten Jeneponto. This research was a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group design. The results showed that the average pretest and posttest scores in the control class were 63.90 and 74.52, respectively, while in the experimental class they were 59.48 and 80.24. The N-Gain score in the control class averaged 0.24152, indicating low learning outcomes, whereas the experimental class averaged 0.4640, indicating moderate learning outcomes. The T-test results showed tcount = 2.283 > ttable = 0.021, and the two-tailed significance value was 0.030 < 0.05, indicating that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Therefore, the conferencing approach assisted by audiovisual media had a significant effect on students’ narrative writing ability at grade V.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh proses pembelajaran Geografi di kelas XI D SMAN 4 Jayapura dimana guru masih berfokus pada penguasaan materi dan jarang menggunakan model pembelajaran yang menuntut siswa untuk terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar lembar soal tes dan lembar observasi sikap diskusi kelompok. Berdasarkan analisis dan pengamatan hasil dari penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test serta penilaian sikap diskusi kelompok. Pada hasil pre-test, hanya 19 dari 43 siswa atau sekitar 44,19% yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 75. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa belum memahami materi secara mendalam, yang menjadi indikasi perlunya penerapan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efektif. Setelah penerapan PBL, hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana ketuntasan belajar mencapai 33 dari 43 siswa atau 76,74%. Peningkatan ini, sebesar 32,55%. Hasil Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu referensi dalam mengembangkan penelitian selanjutnya dan penelitian ini yaitu model PBL bisa digunakan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang inovatif sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik bagi pembelajaran.
