Abstract

Waste is the result of human activities or natural processes. One of the largest sources of waste in urban areas is market waste which can cause public health problems and city aesthetics. The generation of market waste is quite large so that good management is needed so that market waste does not cause problems for city residents. The research method used is descriptive with an observational approach. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling, with a sample size of 230 traders. Data collection was carried out using an observation sheet in the form of a checklist. The results showed that out of 230 traders, 5.2% of traders had containers that met the requirements and 94.8% of traders were in the category of not meeting the requirements. Meanwhile, for storage, 18.7% met the requirements and 81.3% did not meet the requirements. For collection, 31.3% met the requirements and 68.7% did not meet the requirements, while for transportation, 91.7% met the requirements and 8.3% did not meet the requirements. Therefore, traders should replace damaged containers and related agencies should optimize waste management at the Pinrang Central Market

Abstract

This research is the relevance of determining the quantity of dowry in Bugis weddings in the Mendahara sub-district from the perspective of Maslahah and Urf. The purpose of this study is first, to provide the results of a study of how the quantity of dowry is in the Bugis community in Mendahara District. Second, to examine how the relevance of dowry is to the social strata of the Bugis community in Mendahara District. Third, to analyze how Islamic law relates to the phenomenon of the quantity of dowry in the Bugis community in Mendahara District. This method is used to research on natural object conditions where the researcher is the key instrument. The results of this study indicate that the Bugis community in Mendahara District and in several other Bugis areas cannot differentiate the values ​​between dui' menre and sompa. This may be due to the hedonistic modern social lifestyle, where people only see lively weddings in the area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar matematika siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Palibelo kelas VIII setelah diterapkan pembelajaran  RME. Jenis penelitian adalah PTK dengan empat tahapan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Palibelo di semester gasal tahun 2023/2024. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Palibelo yang berjumlah 22 orang. Instrumen Penelitian berupa lembar pengamtan kegiatan guru dan siswa serta Tes Hasil Belajar untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Analisis data hasil belajar dengan menggunakan rumus ketuntasan klasikal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  persentase ketuntasan klasikal siklus I sebesar 75% dan siklus II sebesar 87,5% disiklus II. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran  Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) dapat memaksimalkan hasil belajarmatematika  siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Palibelo.

Abstract

The complexity of the digital age has changed the business landscape and demanded organizations to transform profoundly. A modern leadership approach known as digital leadership is essential to managing this dynamic. Digital leadership refers to the ability of leaders to leverage digital technology to create innovation, drive organizational change, and maintain competitiveness in the global market. This approach involves a combination of technical competence, adaptability, and managerial skills to manage human resources, technology, and a dynamic business environment. This study reveals that digital leadership plays a key role in driving innovation, accelerating digital transformation, and creating resilient and sustainable organizations. The study also highlights the importance of integrating digital leadership in organizational strategies to create an adaptive, inclusive, and customer-oriented work culture. This study recommends the development of training and development programs to equip leaders with relevant competencies, the adoption of agile work methodologies, and the application of data analytics as the basis for strategic decision-making. Digital leadership is not only a solution to the challenges of the digital era, but also a catalyst for transformation to create an organization that is ready to face the future.
