Abstract

The Development of Indonesian Language Teaching Materials Based on Know-ledge Integration in Islamic Higher Education. This study aims at describing: (1) the reality and the needs for materials oriented towards knowledge integration, (2) the prototype and evaluation of the developed teaching materials. This is a Research and Development undertaken in UIN Alauddin Makassar involving 138 students, five lecturers, and two expert validators. The results show the currently used materials is not based on knowledge integration. Integration have been undertaken in the developed materials by including related verses or hadith, raising Islamic themes as reading materials and examples. The developed materials were evaluated by expert validators both content and design with the average score of 3.91 and 3.93 respectively and categorized as very good. The gain index for small and large groups is 0.71 and 0.72 respectively and categorized as high.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed at analyzing the 1) existence of the Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso as a traditional Islamic educational institution; 2) the dynamic policy of national education in the period of 1989-2018; 3) various national education policy accommodating by the Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso; and 4) varied obstacles and experienced by the pesantren in accommodating national education policy and the solutions. The results of this research show that the Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso is still kept existing as a traditional Islamic educational institution by preserving five roles: a place transforming classical Islamic sciences, Da’wah institution, Islamic tradition conservationists, Islamic scholar generating center, and community service and empowerment. The position change of pesantren in the national educational policy during 1989 – 2018 implicates dynamiclally to the Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso. The accommodation forms of national education policy conducting by the Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso are classical system, national education curriculum implementation, and standardizing the learning process and educators. Some obstacles facing in accommodating these forms are like culture and organizational structure wrestling, limited resource, and lack of community participation. This research has implications for the importance of the accumulation of cultural values, religious values, and modern values in pesantren so that it can compete amid the progress of educational institutions in general Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) eksistensi Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso sebagai representasi lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisonal; 2) dinamika kebijakan pendidikan nasional kurun waktu 1989-2018; 3) ragam kebijakan pendidikan nasional yang diakomodasi oleh Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso; dan 4) ragam hambatan Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso dalam mengakomodasi kebijakan pendidikan nasional beserta solusinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan feno­menologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso tetap eksis sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional meski melakukan pengembangan yang sifatnya modern dengan mempertahankan lima peran, yaitu: Tempat transmisi ilmu-ilmu Islam klasik, lembaga dakwah, peles­tari tradisi Islam, pusat reproduksi ulama, serta tempat pengab­dian dan pengem­bangan masyarakat. Perubahan posisi pesantren dalam kebijakan pendidikan nasional kurun waktu 1989-2018 berimplikasi terhadap kebijakan pendidikan Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso yang dinami­kanya dibagi ke dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: transformasi kelembagaan, pemaduan kurikulum, dan penerapan paradigma inklusif berbasis budaya. Berbagai hambatan dalam akomodasi tersebut adalah pergumulan kultur dan struktur organisasi, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan minimnya partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada perlunya akumulasi nilai tradisional, nilai agama, dan nilai modern oleh pesantren agar mampu bersaing bahkan menjadi inspirasi di tengah kemajuan lembaga pendidikan pada umumnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaturan Hak Angket Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan implikasi Hak Angket Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Bahwa pengaturan Hak Angket DPRD diatur dalam Pasal 106 UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Implikasi Hak Angket DPRD Sulawesi Selatan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal yaitu manajemen pengengkatan PNS yang tidak professional, dugaan adanya praktik KKN yang dilakukan oleh Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan dalam penempatan jabatan tertentu dan minimnya serapapan anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Tahun 2019. The research objective is to analyze the regulation of the Inquiry Rights of the Regional House of Representatives of South Sulawesi Province and the implications of the Inquiry rights of the Regional House of Representatives of South Sulawesi Province. The research uses empirical methods. The results of the study indicate that the regulation of DPRD's Inquiry Right is regulated in Article 106 of Law no. 23 of 2014 concerning the Regional Government. The implications of the South Sulawesi DPRD's Inquiry Rights are influenced by several things, namely unprofessional management of civil servant appointments, allegations of KKN practices carried out by the Governor of South Sulawesi in certain position placements and the lack of absorption of the 2019 South Sulawesi Provincial Revenue and Expenditure budget

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the dynamics of Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso in accommodating national education policies. The method of this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach whose data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research indicate that the status of Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso as a traditional Islamic education institution still existed despite carrying out modern developments by maintaining five roles, namely: the place of transmission of classical Islamic sciences, da’wah institutions, preserving Islamic traditions, the center of reproduction of scholars, and place of community service and development. Changes in the position of pesantren in national education policy during the period 1989-2018 have implications for the education policy of Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso whose dynamics are divided into three stages, namely: institutional transformation, integration of curriculum, and application of a culture-based  inclusive paradigm. The form of accommodation for the national education policy by Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso is the opening of formal education institutions at all levels of education. Various obstacles in the accommodation are the struggle of organizational culture and structure, limited resources, and lack of community participation.

تحدث هذا البحث عن الكتاب الدراسي العربية بين يديك المجلد الثاني (دراسة تحليلية وصفية تقويمية). وأهدافه: ۱- معرفة محتويات الكتاب العربية بين يديك المجلد الثاني كالكتاب الدراسي، ٢- معرفة وفاء/توافق الكتاب العربية بين يديك المجلد الثاني بمعايير الكتاب الدراسي نوع البحث المستخدم في هذا البحث هو بحث نوعي. توصل البحث إلى أن هذا الكتاب قد احتوى على عناصر الكتاب الدراسيى في تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها.فلذلك أصبح هذا الكتاب يحسُن تعليمه بالنظر إلى معايير عرض محتوى الكتاب وكان وافيًا كالكتاب الدارسي في تدريس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها.والمستفاد من هذا البحث أنه يكون أساسا و مادة و مرجعية لفهم الكتاب الدراسي الجيد في تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها.

Abstract

The paper talks about how violence and conflict in every form of life will get anybody nowhere and how the call for peace and tranquility should be implemented by each mankind, wherever he lives and wherever they as a group may reside. Hence, peaceful values in global perspective are of great significance. The questions which may be raised are what do we need to have and what do we need to know prior to talking about peace and tranquility? The other questions which may spur are how to implement peace and what makes peace fail and tranquility never becomes a reality. The answer to those questions will become an elaboration of the gist of this article. Historically and spiritually speaking, peace will not be realized if the reason of failure to achieve peace has not been made aware and known to mankind. Albeit various advices and directions have been given, peace shall not be realized. This is due to the fact that the advice and directions given have not met the substance of the cause and have not been able to provide a comprehensive solution to peace itself. Some of the substances of this article, therefore, will try to prove how the need to recognizing and understanding the “voice of the heart” as “inner-soul” and “inner capacity” themselves will become an essential thing to be realized by every individual, so that they can thereafter be known by all mankind globally wherever they may be.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the implementation of character education values at SMA Negeri 3 Takalar. This research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Data sources were obtained through islamic spiritual development teachers, scout leaders, paskibraka leaders, arts and culture coaches, school principals and vice principals of curriculum, as well as students as the main subject. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and observation. Data validity techniques use triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this research show that the character education values applied at SMA Negeri 3 Takalar in learning are religious values, nationalist values, independence values, mutual cooperation values and integrity values. The application of character values in islamic learning is reflected in extracurricular activities, such as islamic spiritual activities (rohis), paskibaraka, scouts, and art studios. From this activity, it can be seen that students have an increasing attitude of discipline, cooperation, perseverance, responsibility, and religious attitudes. Character formation is carried out through habituation shown by extracurricular coaches together with staff and the Head of SMA Negeri 3 Takalar. The habits in question are discipline, cooperation, perseverance, responsibility and religious values, so that students have good morals, both in the school environment, family environment and community environment.

Abstract

Tujuan utama teknologi pembelajaran untuk mempermudah proses pembelajaran dari segi desain, model dan pengaplikasiannya. Ada beberapa pengembangan model teknologi pembejaran yang dikembangkan oleh para ahli, yaitu; yang berorientasi ruang kelas, produk dan sistem. Model ruang kelas mengarahkan untuk teknologi yang sudah ada dalam kelas, lalu orientasi produk dikembangkan berdasarkan kebutuhan dalam proses pembelajaran, sedanngkan model orientasi sistem mengarahkan pada desain sistem pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada sistem dimulai dari tahap pengumpulan data hingga pada implementasi solusi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pustaka. Sumber data dipeloleh dari jurnal dan buku, data tersebut kemudian dikaji dan ditulis dalam makalah ini. Data yang diperoleh di analisis kemudian menarik sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan model desain yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran dan kebutuhan siswa merupakan langkah krusial dalam memastikan efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran.

Abstract

As we know that higher education institutions (HEIs) have three main mandates—teaching, research, and extension. The first refers to the transmission and transaction of knowledge, skills and competencies to learners so as to equip them for their role in the employment market and society. The second refers to the critical role of advancing knowledge through research in different domains. The third refers to the institution reaching out to the community in which it is located, providing the community with a valuable contribution to social development. Outreach and engagement at the higher-education Institution is that aspect of teaching that enables learning beyond the campus walls. That aspect of research that makes what we discover useful beyond the academic community. That aspect of service that directly benefits the public. When the Islamic discourse comes under discussion, the concept should be applicable to the cultural discourse, the literary discourse, the artistic discourse and the information discourse, though the latter can be of more comprehensive nature and encompass all other levels of discourse, in such a way as to become for example the religious information discourse, the philosophical information discourse, the political information discourse, etc. In terms of using ICT or media, the content, again as mentioned before using all media forms, should seek to promote dialogue, understanding, co- existence and co-operation.

Abstract

This research aims at revealing the existence of Islamic school education in preventing terrorism in Islamic boarding school of Al-Mukmin Ngruki Solo. This qualitative research involved the Director of PPIM, Head of PPIM, Educators, Education Personnel, Head of Dormitory, Santri (students), and Santri’s Parents. The data collection method in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. The research instruments were the researchers themselves. The results revealed that the curriculum used was KTSP 2013 and the system was a modern Islamic boarding school, but the reason why the Islamic boarding school was labeled as the place of terrorism cadres due to the alumni who became suspects in the Bali bombings and its founder became a suspect as well. The supporting factor is from the alumni association that is needed by the community and the inhibiting factor did not exist at all. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap keberadaan pendidikan pesantren dalam pencegahan terorisme di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mukmin Ngruki Solo. Penelitian kualitatif ini melibatkan Direktur PPIM, Kepala PPIM, Pendidik, Tenaga Kependidikan, Kepala Asrama, Santri, dan Orang Tua Santri. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum yang digunakan adalah KTSP 2013 dan sistemnya adalah pesantren modern, namun alasan pesantren dicap sebagai tempat kader terorisme karena alumni yang menjadi tersangka bom Bali dan pendirinya. juga menjadi tersangka. Faktor pendukungnya adalah dari ikatan alumni yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dan faktor penghambatnya tidak ada sama sekali.
