Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of fundamental variables of Islamic banks in Indonesia and Indonesian macroeconomic variables on the dynamics of Islamic bank stock prices in Indonesia in the period 2020 to 2023. This study uses a quantitative method with secondary data in the form of Islamic bank financial reports and publication data from Bank Indonesia. The analysis techniques used include descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as panel data regression techniques. The results of the study show that EPS has a positive but insignificant effect on stock prices, NPM has a negative but insignificant impact on stock prices, inflation has a negative but insignificant effect on stock prices, and interest rates have a positive but insignificant impact on stock prices. While together, all independent variables have a positive but insignificant impact on stock prices.

Abstract

Meningkatkan aplikasi pembelajaran menjadi lebih sulit akibat dari kemajuan teknologi, kesulitan yang paling utama terjadi karena banyaknya kendala distraksi digital yang membuat orang sulit untuk fokus dan berkomitmen dalam belajar. Tiap aplikasi pembelajaran mempunyai pendekatan tersendiri untuk memperkenalkan aplikasi serta mempertahankan penggunanya, salah satu contohnya adalah Aplikasi Duolingo yang memakai metode gamifikasi serta antropomorfisme merek untuk mempertahankan retensi penggunanya. Tujuan dari riset ini mempelajari metode gamifikasi serta antropomorfisme merek mempengaruhi retensi pengguna Generasi Z di Kota Bandar Lampung pada Aplikasi Duolingo. Sebanyak 100 responden diseleksi secara terencana serta disurvei memakai metodologi kuantitatif serta rumus Slovin. Penemuan riset menampilkan bahwa strategi gamifikasi (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif pada retensi pengguna, tetapi antropomorfisme merek (X1) mempunyai pengaruh negatif. Penemuan riset ini dapat menjadi referensi pengembang aplikasi pembelajaran untuk menghasilkan metode pemasaran yang kreatif serta relevan pada masa digital, dan menawarkan perspektif baru tentang seberapa efisien taktik ini bekerja terhadap tingkatkan retensi pengguna

Abstract

Emisi karbon gas rumah kaca (GRK) bukanlah masalah baru yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat internasional. WRI (World Resource Institute) pada tahun 2014 menempatkan Indonesia pada posisi enam besar dunia sebagai negara penghasil emisi karbon terbesar dengan tingkat emisi sebesar 1,981 miliar ton per tahun. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh nilai tambah sektor industri manufaktur, keterbukaan perdagangan (TO) dan konsumsi energi terbarukan terhadap emisi karbon di Indonesia periode 2004-2023 dengan menggunakan model VECM (Vector Error Correctin Model). Hasil uji kausalitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai tambah manufaktur, keterbukaan perdagangan dan konsumsi energi terbarukan tidak berpengaruh terhadap emisi karbon. Hasil uji VECM menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterbukaan perdagangan dan emisi karbon dalam jangka panjang, namun tidak demikian, lain halnya dengan nilai tambah manufaktur dan konsumsi energi terbarukan. Hasil estimasi VECM jangka pendek menunjukkan bahwa variabel nilai tambah industri manufaktur dan konsumsi energi terbarukan memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel emisi karbon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh nilai tukar dan inflasi terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) negara anggota OKI periode 2008–2023 dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan data sekunder dari Bank Dunia dan IMF, analisis dilakukan dengan regresi data panel menggunakan Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap PDB, sementara inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDB. Dalam ekonomi Islam, stabilitas nilai tukar dan inflasi penting untuk keadilan (al-adl) dan kesejahteraan (maslahah). Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur makroekonomi di negara berkembang dan penerapan prinsip ekonomi Islam, serta diharapkan membantu pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pertumbuhan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of TPAK, education, and inflation on economic growth in the poorest provinces in Indonesia using a sample of 10 provinces during the period 2015 to 2023 and is analyzed from an Islamic economic perspective. The purpose of this study is to examine how economic factors that affect the rate of economic growth based on Islamic values can be applied to achieve fairer and more equitable economic growth in the 10 poorest provinces in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative, with a panel data regression analysis approach to test hypotheses about the relationship between the variables mentioned. The data was obtained from official sources such as Indonesia's Central Statistics Agency (BPS), covering the level of labor force participation, education level, regional inflation, and GDP. The results of the analysis show that the level of labor force participation and education level have a negative effect on the rate of economic growth in the 10 poorest provinces in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the inflation rate has a positive influence on the rate of economic growth in the 10 poorest provinces in Indonesia. Simultaneously, labor force participation rates, education levels, and regional inflation together have a positive effect on the rate of economic growth in the 10 poorest provinces in Indonesia. This study highlights to consider the factors that have been analyzed as a design to increase the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. With a deeper understanding of these factors, it is hoped that it can provide a better picture for the future economic growth rate.

Abstract

The Impact of Urbanization on Major Cities in Developing ASEAN CountriesThe influx of urbanization in developing ASEAN nations has significantly transformed major cities into hubs for commerce, technology, and education, consequently fostering national economic growth. However, unchecked rates of urbanization also present substantial challenges for urban populations. These include densely populated settlements, environmental degradation, and the diminishing availability of public services and infrastructure. This research aims to analyze the determinants contributing to the increasing rate of urbanization in several developing ASEAN countries. Specifically, it investigates the influence of economic growth and minimum wage levels on the escalating number of individuals migrating to urban areas within the ASEAN region, examined through the lens of Islamic economics. The study seeks to provide insights into the key economic factors driving urbanization in this context, while also considering principles and perspectives from Islamic economic thought. This research employs a quantitative method utilizing secondary data, which will be processed using the EViews software. Panel data regression analysis will be conducted to examine the relationships between the variables under investigation. The panel data regression analysis revealed that economic growth did not have a statistically significant impact on the increase in urbanization levels across the ASEAN countries examined. In contrast, the minimum wage demonstrated a statistically significant positive influence on the rise of urbanization within the region. Furthermore, the findings indicated that economic growth and minimum wage, when considered together, The rapid increase in urbanization in the ASEAN countries studied is strongly influenced by significant interactions between these factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Desain Post Instagram, Food Vlogger, dan Store Atmosphere terhadap Purchase Intention pada konsumen Restaurant D,Bakule Pringsewu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran yakni skala likert. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling Jumlah sample sebanyak 100 responden. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada hubungan Desain Post Instagram terhadap Purchase Intention, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada hubungan Food Vlogger terhadap Purchase Intention, dan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada hubungan Store Atmosphere terhadap Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract: Halal food decisions by Muslim consumers illustrate complex interactions. In urban and suburban areas, generation Z faces a multicultural and pluralistic environment which influences their perspective, including regarding food consumption. Halal food purchasing decisions by Muslim consumers around the world reflect a complex mix of Halal Food Awareness and Halal Certification. The aim of this research is to look at aspects of halal food awareness and halal certificates in making decisions to purchase halal food for Generation Z Muslim consumers in urban and sub-urban areas. The research methodology used in this research is quantitative using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Primary data collection was carried out by taking a sample of respondents, namely generation Z Muslim consumers in Urban and Sub-Urban areas in Lampung Province using a purposive sampling method. A total of 300 samples were used for this research. Data was obtained through the use of Google Form, with indicator assessment carried out using a Likert Scale. The research results show that awareness of halal food and halal certificates influence the decision to purchase halal food among Generation Z Muslim consumers in urban areas in Lampung Province. Awareness of halal food influences the decision to purchase halal food among Generation Z Muslim consumers in Sub-Urban Areas in Lampung Province. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), promosi, dan keamanan aplikasi terhadap minat penggunaan bank digital SeaBank di kalangan mahasiswa Generasi Z di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin berkembangnya layanan perbankan digital serta pentingnya memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat generasi muda terhadap bank digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner daring yang disebarkan kepada 96 responden, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS melalui uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keamanan aplikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan bank digital, sementara E-WOM dan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, keamanan dan kejujuran dalam promosi menjadi aspek penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam layanan keuangan digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan sesuai prinsip syariah dalam industri perbankan digital.
