Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Ex-post facto dengan metode survey yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi belajar, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan literasi sains serta hasil belajar peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. Sampel penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng yang berjumlah 49 orang yang dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket motivasi belajar dengan 32 butir pernyataan, tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan 8 nomor soal essay, tes kemampuan literasi sains dengan 6 nomor soal essay dan tes hasil belajar dengan 20 nomor soal pilihan ganda. Analisis data penelitian berupa analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng memiliki motivasi belajar pada kategori sedang, kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada kategori sedang, literasi sains pada kategori sedang dan hasil belajar kognitif pada kategori sedang. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar, kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah, Kemampuan Literasi Sains, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of problem-solving ability of high school students in Soppeng Regency. The type of research used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The study population includes all public schools in Soppeng Regency, with a sampling technique using Cluster Random Sampling. The total sample taken was 134 students. The instrument used was a problem-solving ability test that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data collection technique was carried out by providing test instruments to students/respondents who had been appointed. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the average score of students' problem-solving ability was 74.41, which was included in the high category. Frequency distribution data also indicated that 84% of students were in the high category. Abstract

This research is an innovation in biology learning that aims to develop student worksheets based on science process skills, especially on the Human Digestive System material for class XI Senior High School. This research is a type of research and development (R&D) that uses the ADDIE model ((Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, & Evaluate). The products that have been developed are assessed by two expert validators and then practical trials are carried out based on the responses of teachers and students The implementation of the Student Worksheet that has been developed was carried out by means of a limited trial at SMAN 3 Makassar, SMAN 11 Makassar and SMAN 16 Makassar. The data collection technique was carried out through filling out questionnaires for teacher and student responses. The results showed that the student worksheets based on science process skills that have been developed from the validation test results are in the valid category and the practicality test results from the teacher's responses are in the practical category and the student responses are in the very practical category. Therefore research on developing student worksheets based on science process skills this is innovation in Biology learning. The conclusion of this research is that the student worksheets based on high school science process skills that have been developed are declared valid and very practical, and are innovations in Biology learning. Keywords: Student Worksheets, Science Process Skills, Valid, Practical

Abstract

Student Worksheet (LKPD) Based on High order thinking skills (HOTS) with the aim of producing LKPD that is valid, practical and effective. This type of research is Research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which has five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This student worksheet based on high-level thinking skills aims to foster the creative spirit of students and improve higher-order thinking skills in accordance with the competence of applying HOTS in learning activities. This study aims to determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed worksheets. The population of this study amounted to 22 students and 2 biology teachers as respondents. Data on validity and practicality were obtained using the questionnaire response method. The research data were analyzed using an assessment rubric. The results of the analysis of the validity and practicality of LKPD with a total average of 80% for the teacher's response is 92% and for the student response is 85.76%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the development of LKPD is in the very practical category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the cooperative learning model of the team games tournament type to increase the activity and learning outcomes in the body's defense system material for class XI students at MAN 1 Makassar. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were 40 students of class XI MIPA 4 MAN 1 Makassar. Methods of data collection using observation, tests and documentation. The data instruments used were observation sheets and test sheets. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive data analysis with proportions. The results showed that there was an increase in the proportion of the average score of learning activeness of 25.64%, from the first cycle of 61.94% to 87.58% in the second cycle. The results of the second cycle of data analysis show that the score has reached the specified minimum criteria of 75%. There are 7 active indicators in this study and the seven indicators have reached the specified minimum criteria of 75%. Improving learning outcomes with the application of the teams games tournament learning model in cycle I, the proportion of student learning outcomes was only 8% who completed, while as many as 92% of students had not completed from 38 students. In cycle II it can be seen that students' abilities have increased with a proportion of 100% or all students are successful in their learning outcomes. The results of the second cycle of data analysis show that the score has reached the minimum completeness criterion of 75%. The conclusions of this study indicate that the application of the cooperative learning model of the team games tournament type can increase the activity and learning outcomes of the body's defense system material for class XI MIPA 4 MAN 1 Makassar. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa SMA Negeri 2 Makassar pada mata pelajaran biologi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA yang terdiri dari 2 kelas dan diwakili oleh 62 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan soal tes keterampilan pemecahan masalah berbentuk esai dan wawancara terstruktur kepada guru mata pelajaran biologi yang dimaksudkan sebagai tambahan informasi hasil penelitian. Hasil tes esai dianalisis menggunakan rubrik penilaian pemecahan masalah. Berdasarkan hasil tes, kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase pemahaman masalah 54,03, rencana penyelesaian 83,20%, penyelesaian masalah 37,89%, review proses dan hasil 38,67%. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Makassar masih kurang sehingga perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Canva adalah platform desain grafis yang digunakan untuk membuat grafis media sosial, presentasi, poster, dokumen dan konten visual lainnya. Aplikasi ini juga menyediakan beragam contoh desain untuk digunakan.. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan selama ini kurang menarik dan kurang variatif  serta menggunakan media konvensional. Solusi yang diberikan adalah Memberikan pelatihan tentang  tentang pembuatan bahan ajar dengan mengoptimalkan aplikasi desain grafis canva, sehingga guru-guru dapat menghasilkan bahan ajar yang lebih menarik dan beragam yang dapat memberikan impact bagi minat belajar dan minat baca peserta didik. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah Peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam mengambangkan bahan ajar dengan mengoptimalkan canva sebagai platform yang mendukung. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaan pelatihan ini terdiri dari Tahap persiapan, Tahap pelaksanaan yang meliputi pemberian materi pengenalan canva, pelatihan dan praktik, penugasan mandiri dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan adalah adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam membuat dan memanfaatkan canva dalam membuat bahan ajar. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan Respon peserta menunjukkan skor rata-rata 3,64 (kriteria sangat baik).

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah yang benar sangat mempengaruhi kualitas lingkungan. Lingkungan yang bersih dan asri sangat ditentukan dari kemampuan pengelolaan sampah oleh masyarakat. Partisipasi masyarakat sangat berperan penting dalam konsep pengelolaan sampah yang benar.Pelatihan Pengenalan Tempat Sampah Optimal sebagai komposter Skala Rumah Tangga di Kota Makassar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, mengispirasi, mempopulerkan, dan menggugah masyarakat di Kota Makassardalam memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan TSO sebagai komposter skala rumah tangga dalam penerapannya di kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang telah dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini secara bertahap meliputi ceramah untukpemaparan materi dengan pengenalan mengenai bahan, alat, perakitan danprinsip kerja,demostrasi serta praktik langsung, dan diskusi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan respons positif dari peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sudah mengetahuipemanfaatan TSO sebagai komposterserta manfaat lainnya. Selain pemanfaatan TSO sebagai komposter, secara mandiri masyarakat dapat memanfaatkannya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan penerapannya. Seluruh peserta telah memiliki keterampilan dan pengetahuan sehingga peluang untuk pemanfaatan TSOsebagai kompostersemakin terbuka lebar. Selama kegiatanberlangsung seluruh peserta menunjukkan antusiasme sangat tinggi terhadap kegiatan pelatihan ini.

Abstract

 Picking the wrong learning model can obstruct the growth of students' competencies. This research seeks to evaluate the efficacy of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model when integrated with the STEAM approach to boost science process skills, creative thinking, and critical thinking among high school students during biology lessons. Employing a quasi experiment with a quantitative method, the study included 65 tenth-grade students from SMA Negeri 9 Makassar, separated into an experimental group (PjBL-STEAM) and a control group (PjBL). Data collection utilized observation forms and written assessments, followed by analysis through N-Gain tests and inferential statistics. Findings indicated that the STEAM-combined PjBL model managed to enhance creative thinking abilities (N-Gain 0.52) and critical thinking (N-Gain 0.50) at a moderate level, although it fell short in sufficiently promoting science process skills, which remained in the good range.
