Today, technology has entered into all business fields where the digital era is very helpfuland facilitates business both in terms of marketing, sales and distribution. The utilizationof these technologies will directly increase sales volume and the potential for anincreasingly large market. This will be very beneficial for medium and small businesses,where they still use a lot of conventional methods and have not used the technology sideand have not yet entered e-commerce. Expansion of the market or market is the mostimportant thing in the business world so that through E-Commerce, market coverage isno longer only in the area where the MSMEs are located but is widespread throughoutthe world wherever it can be accessed. In addition to the wider market, it can also accessreal-time payments that will facilitate the payment process directly by consumers andcan make the flow of cash out of the business more controlled which is no longer anobstacle. This online payment system is not always related to e-Commerce, but also withdirect transaction activities at the place of business can also be done so that cashless andalso in the online payment there will be a sales transaction report that will make therecording directly available in the payment system online. This benefit is very helpful forsmall and medium businesses that are expected to increase their sales growth and theirfinancial management will be helped.

Being older is an advanced stage of the life journey marked by a decrease in the body's ability to adapt to psychosocial problems and environmental stressors. The ability of the elderly to adapt to their conditions can affect their quality of life. Quality of life (QoL) is an individual's perception that is influenced by the cultural context and value system in which they live and in relation to goals, expectations, standards, and concerns. The study aims to describe the QoL of the elderly indwelling-community. The study applied a cross-sectional approach. Total sampling technique was used with inclusion criteria: the elderly who are registered as residents of Bugangan Village, aged >60 years old, and the elderly who are willing to be respondents. The Indonesian version of the WHOQOL-OLD questionnaire was used to assess respondents’ QoL. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis (mean and standard deviation). There are 151 elderlies participated in the study. The results showed that 52% respondents have a good quality of life. This may be related to the environmental-recognized and social activities that the elderly can still perform. Community nurses are recommended to provide more activities for elderly through POSYANDU LANSIA.

Dunia pendidikan sedang mengalami perubahan yang luar biasa. Yang semula pembelajaran di sekolah dasar dan menengah dilaksanakan secara tatap muka kemudian semenjak Covid-19 terjadi penyesuaian. Saat ini pelaksanaan PTM dilaksanakan sesuai Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) oleh pemerintah pusat dan capaian vaksinasi guru serta tenaga kependidikan (PTK), dan juga warga yang lanjut usia. Ditemukan permasalahan yaitu kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah yang mengharuskan peserta didik untuk belajar secara daring membuat banyak anak kurang memahami materi pembelajaran matematika yang diberikan oleh guru dan ketika sudah diizinkan melaksanakan pembelajaran secara luring terdapat beberapa guru yang tidak rutin mengajar sesuai jadwal serta terdapat beberapa materi dalam suatu bab yang diberikan tidak sampai tuntas tetapi sudah masuk ke bab selanjutnya. Hal tersebut membuat kami merasa perlu untuk melakukan bimbingan belajar di Panti Asuhan Imanuel. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar membantu kesulitan anak-anak dalam memahami materi pembelajaran matematika. Kegiatan bimbingan belajar dilaksanakan pada bulan 21 April–3 Juni 2022 dengan jumlah peserta 26 anak. Kegiatan bimbingan belajar dibagi dalam tiga tahap yaitu: 1) Persiapan: perizinan dan observasi tempat, 2) Perencanaan: rencana kegiatan dan penanggung jawabnya, 3) Pelaksanaan: melakukan kegiatan bimbingan belajar kepada anak-anak panti asuhan. Hasil kegiatan bimbingan belajar ini adalah membuat anak-anak lebih semangat dan antusias untuk belajar bersama untuk mengatasi kesulitan-kesulitan belajar matematika yang mereka temukan di sekolah. The world of education is undergoing tremendous changes. Initially, learning in primary and secondary schools was conducted face-to-face, but since Covid-19, there have been adjustments. Currently, the implementation of PTM is carried out by the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) by the central government and the achievement of vaccinations for teachers and education personnel (PTK) and elderly citizens. Problems were found, namely learning activities in schools that require students to study online, making many children less understanding of the mathematics learning material provided by the teacher and when they are allowed to carry out offline learning, some teachers do not routinely teach according to schedule, and there is some material in a class. The chapter given is not complete but has entered the next chapter. This made us feel the need to conduct tutoring at the Immanuel Orphanage. This activity aims to help children's difficulties in understanding mathematics learning material. Tutoring activities are carried out on April 21–June 3, 2022, with 26 children participating. Tutoring activities are divided into three stages: 1) Preparation: licensing and place observation, 2) Planning: activity plans and the person in charge, 3) Implementation: conducting tutoring activities for children -in an orphanage. The result of this tutoring activity is to make children more enthusiastic and passionate about learning together to overcome the difficulties in learning mathematics they find at school.

Hypertension is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal risk factors such as: age, gender and family history While external risk factors are risk factors caused by unhealthy behavior of people with hypertension and can be changed such as: smoking, low fiber diet, excessive salt consumption, obesity, drinking alcohol, dyslipidemia and stress. Therefore, this study aims to analyze whether there is a relationship between several internal and external factors with hypertension in patients aged 45-59 years at the Tawangsari Health Center, Mojokerto Regency in August 2021. Where the independent variables in this study were gender, family history, smoking and obesity while the dependent variable is hypertension. The design in this study is cross sectional and the population is all elderly who seek treatment at the Tawangsari Health Center, Mojokerto Regency in August 2021 as many as 44 elderly with a total sample of 40 patients. The data from the study were then processed using the Chi-square statistical test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that family history (genetic), smoking and obesity had a significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension at the age of 45-59 years. While the gender factor is known to have no relationship with the incidence of hypertension at the age of 45-59 years at the Tawangsari Health Center, Mojokerto Regency

FIFA organisasi sepakbola internasional mengembangkan program latihan untuk mengurangi resiko cedera olahraga, serta membantu anak-anak meningkatkan fungsi fisiologis dan kinerja tubuhnya yang disebut dengan latihan pemanasan FIFA 11+. Kejadian cedera dilapangan tanpa penanganan yang tepat sering terjadi. Untuk itu diperlukannya sosialasi latihan pencegahan cedera olahraga pemanasan FIFA11+ ke pelatih dan pemain olahraga khususnya sepakbola untuk mengurangi resiko cedera pada saat latihan dan meningkatkan performa serta kebugaran. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk mensosialisasi dan meng-edukasi konsep program latihan pemanasan FIFA 11+. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peserta webinar via zoom meeting tentang pencegahan dan penanganan cedera olahraga, latihan untuk pencegahan cedera dan program latihan pemanasan FIFA 11+. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mensosialisasi program pemanasan FIFA11+ diikuti oleh 320 peserta, yang terdiri dari 81% laki-laki dan 19 % perempuan. Latar belakang pekerjaan didapatkan 44 orang pelatih, hanya 11 orang perempuan. Hasil peningkatkan pengetahuan pencegahan dan pencegahan cedera sebanyak 41%, latihan untuk mengurangi cedera 43% dan program FIFA 11+ meningkat sebanyak 50%. Simpulan sosialiasi latihan olahraga untuk mengurangi cedera dan meningkatkan performa menunjukkan 50% peningkatkan pemahaman program FIFA 11+. Sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai model pencegahan cedera olahraga khususnya pada sepak bola.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of quality products and promotions on consumer decisions in using services rental of heavy equipment products at PT. Surya Trias Gemilang Surabaya. Study this is implemented at PT. Surya Trias Gemilang Surabaya in April Until June 2021. The research population is consumers who have used the service rental of heavy equipment products. Samples were taken as many as 35 people with random sampling technique. Data was collected using valid questionnaire. The dependent variable in this study is the decision consumers (Y), while the independent variables are product quality (X1) and promotion (X2). Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant effect of product quality (X1) on consumer decisions (Y) in using tenant services heavy equipment products at PT. Surya Trias Gemilang Surabaya; (2) there is an effect significant promotion (X2) on consumer decisions (Y) in using heavy equipment product rental services at PT. Surya Trias Gemilang Surabaya; and (3) there is a significant effect of product quality and promotion on decisions consumers in using heavy equipment product rental services at PT. Sun Trias Gemilang Surabaya. Product quality factor (X1) and promotion (X2) has an influence of 68.9% on consumer decisions (Y) in use the services of renting heavy equipment products at PT. Surya Trias Gemilang Surabaya, while the remaining 31.1% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.

This research aims to: (1) determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of competency and career development on employee performance at PT. , (3) To find out and analyze which variables have a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. In this research, the type of research uses a quantitative approach, the sample is 31 people, data collection uses questionnaires and data documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis to determine the high or low levels of the observed variables with the help of data processing using the SPSS program and inferential analysis using multiple linearity regression statistics. The research results show that: (1) Competency and career development variables simultaneously influence employee performance, because the Fcount = 24.089 > Ftable = 3.34; (2) Competency variable value tcount= 2.683 > ttable = 2.048 in sig. =0.12. there is a significant influence between competency on employee performance, (3) Career development variable value t = 2.578 > ttable = 2.048 on sig. = 0.15, there is a significant influence between career development on employee performance, (4) the competency variable has a dominant influence on employee performance, because the standard value of the competency beta coefficient = 0.440 > the standard beta coefficient of career development = 0.422.

The contribution of MSMEs to economic growth means that MSME performance needs to be improved. In this case, there are many factors that must be considered in improving the performance of MSMEs, such as entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation, so this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on business performance in MSMEs. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The samples taken were 50 MSME business people assisted by the Surabaya City Trade Office. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation have a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on business performance in MSMEs.

This study aims to see the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at McDonald Darmo Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative with information described in the form of numbers as a tool to obtain information regarding what is known. The population used is McDonald Darmo Surabaya consumers with a sample of 100 people determined through the use of purpsove sampling. The results obtained show that service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction at McDonald Darmo Surabaya, through the t test obtained a sig value of 0.000 (<0.05) which indicates the hypothesis for service quality at McDonald Darmo Surabaya has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at McDonald Darmo Surabaya is accepted. Then through the coefficient of determination test, a value of 0.720 or 72.0% is obtained which reflects the dimensions of service quality in influencing consumer satisfaction, namely 28%, while the rest is influenced by external variables.
