Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the contribution of social support, self-esteem, and resilience to the academic stress of high school students with path analysis methods with a sample of 307 students taken by cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument was developed by authors with item validity> 0.30 and reliability> 0.70. The results showed a direct contribution of social support and self-esteem to the resilience of 0.242 and 0.453 sig (0.000). The direct contribution of social support, self-esteem, and resilience to academic stress were -0.153, -0.118, and -0.583 sig (0.000). Indirect contribution of social support and self-esteem to academic stress through the resilience of -0.141 and -0.264.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi dukungan sosial, self-esteem dan resiliensi terhadap stres akademik siswa SMA dengan metode analisis jalur dengan sampel 307 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian dikembangkan penulis dengan validitas butir >0.30 dan reliabilitas >0,70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi langsung dukungan sosial dan self-esteem terhadap resiliensi sebesar 0.242 dan 0,453 sig (0.000)., kontribusi langsung dukungan sosial, self-esteem, dan resiliensi terhadap stres akademik sebesar -0.153, -0.118, dan -0.583 sig (0.000). Kontribusi tidak langsung dukungan sosial dan self-esteem terhadap stres akademik melalui resiliensi sebesar -0.141 dan -0.264.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of science-based natural materials center is able to improve the development of children's learning that includes aspects of language, physical-motor and cognitive children aged 5—6 years. The method used in this research is classroom action research. Subjects in this study were 18 children in the age group of 5—6 years. Based on the results of the application of science-based natural materials center applied to children aged 5—6 years in learning activities in kindergarten, able to improve the development of children's learning that includes aspects of language, physical-motor, and cognitive.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sentra bahan alam berbasis sains mampu untuk meningkatkan perkembangan belajar anak yang meliputi aspek bahasa, fisik-motorik, dan kognitif anak usia 5—6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah 18 anak pada kelompok usia 5—6 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penerapan sentra bahan alam berbasis sains yang diterapkan pada anak usia 5—6 tahun dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di taman kanak-kanak, mampu meningkatkan perkembangan belajar anak yang meliputi aspek bahasa, fisik-motorik, dan kognitif.

Abstract

Abstract: This Study aimed to describe of the Adiwiyata program in spporting the formation of enviromental care characters in SDN Dinoyo 2. This is descriptive qualitative  research type of case study. The results showed that, SDN Dinoyo 2 in implementing Adiwiyata Program refers to four Adiwiyata standards. First, environmentaly sound policies are implemented by making a vision, mission and RKAS on environmental education. The second, implementation of the environment-based curriclum is implemented by making silabs, RPP, and teaching materials. The third participatory-based environmental activities are implemented throgh collaboration with various parties, extracurricular activities and creative and innovation activities. The fourth management of environmentally friendly supporting facillities and infrasstructure is implemented by providing supporting facillities and infrastrctre such as green school, composter, and cleaning eqipment. The formation of environmental care characters is done through spontaneous actions, examplary, school cultre, punishment and respect. Environmental care characters that appear as the impact of adiwiyata program implementation such as student responsibility are able to take responsibility for given tasks, student discipline always comes on time, student cooperation is able to work in teams, and creative students are able to process waste into valuable items.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata dalam mendukung pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan di SDN Dinoyo 2. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif jenis studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN Dinoyo 2 dalam melaksanakan program adiwiyata mengacu pada empat standar Adiwiyata. Pertama, kebijakan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan diimplementasikan dengan membuat visi, misi dan RKAS tentang pendidikan lingkunagn hidup. Kedua, pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan di implementasikan dengan membuat Silbus, RPP, dan bahan ajar. Ketiga, kegiatan lingkungan berbasis partisipatif diimplemtasikan melalui kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan kegiatan kreasi dan inovasi. Keempat, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendukung ramah lingkungan diimplemtasikan dengan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana pendukung, seperti green school, komposter, perlengkapan kebersihan. Pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan dilakukan melalui tindakan sepontan, keteladanan, budaya sekolah, hukuman dan penghargaan. Karakter peduli lingkungan yang tampak sebagai dampak pelaksanaan program adiwiyata seperti tanggung jawab siswa mampu bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas-tgas yang diberikan, disiplin siswa selalu datang tepat waktu, kerjasama siswa mampu bekerjasama dalam  tim, dan kreatif siswa mampu mengolah sampah menjadi barang berharga.

Abstract

Abstract: Motivation to learn is the driving or moving of someone to learn. Motivation to learn can come from within from the stimulation of the surrounding environment. Master’s actions are one of the forms of learning that comes from environmental stimuli. This study aims to determine the relationship of learning with learning achievement, teacher learning with learning achievement, and learning with teachers and learning achievement at SDN 029 Tarakan. This type of research is a quantitative research. The result showed there was a very strong relationship between learning motivation and teacher action with learning achievement. Abstrak: Motivasi belajar merupakan suatu pendorong atau penggerak seseorang untuk belajar. Motivasi belajar bisa berasal dari dalam diri ataupun dari rangsangan lingkungan sekitar. Tindakan guru adalah bentuk motivasi yang diberikan dari lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar, tindakan guru dengan prestasi belajar, serta motivasi belajar dan tindakan guru dengan prestasi belajar di SDN 029 Tarakan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat kuat antara motivasi belajar dan tindakan guru dengan prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed at improving the achievement motivation of high school students using cognitive behaviour counselling with self-instruction and self-monitoring techniques; and to knowing the difference of effectiveness between the two techniques given. The experimental research with the pretest-posttest two treatment designs was used as a research design. Data were collected using the treatment materials and the achievement motivation scale. Data were analysed by the descriptively and statistically (Wilcoxon test and The Mann-Whitney U test). The results of this study showed that there was an increasing in achievement motivation of high school students after being given counselling with self-instruction and self-monitoring techniques; and there was no significant difference between the two techniques to increase the achievement motivation of high school students. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa SMA melalui cognitive behavior counseling teknik self-instruction dan self-monitoring; untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas kedua teknik yang diberikan. Experimental research dengan the pretest-posttest two treatment designs digunakan sebagai rancangan penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan bahan perlakuan dan skala motivasi berprestasi. Data dianalisis secara deskripstif dan statistik (uji Wilcoxon dan uji The Mann-Whitney U test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat peningkatan motivasi berprestasi siswa secara signifikan setelah diberi konseling teknik self-intruction dan self-monitoring; tidak terdapat perbedaan dari kedua teknik terhadap peningkatan motivasi berprestasi siswa SMA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara relasi guru dan siswa dengan motivasi siswa disekolah, Sampel penelitian sebanyak 300 siswa SMP Negeri 1 Pamekasan yang diambil secara acak dengan rumus slovin dari populasi 992 siswa. Skala pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala motivasi siswa yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti dan skala relasi guru-siswa yang mengadaptasi dari Pianta (2001). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara relasi guru dan siswa dengan motivasi berprestasi, hal ini juga berarti semakin tinggi relasi guru dan siswa maka motivasi berprestasi juga akan semakin tinggi. Maka hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan ada hubungan antara dengan motivasi berprestasi diterima. Relasi siswa yang positif dengan guru dapat menjadi motivator yang kuat dan sangat berarti bagi siswa, selain itu relasi positif guru-siswa menyediakan sumber daya tambahan dan bantuan untuk siswa untuk dapat mengatasi hambatan bagi motivasi berprestasi dan keberhasilan akademis siswa disekolah

Abstract

Abstract: This study used a quantitative research with descriptive and correlation method. The subject of this research were 57 teenagers who was 16-18 years, who smokes and still undergoing school education in the city of Blitar. The subject is selected used purposive incidental sampling technique. The instruments of this study were the scale of peer support, group conformity scale, and the scale of smoking behavior. The test of hypothesis is used product moment correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) adolescense smokers have high peer support, (2) adolescense smokers have high group conformity, (3) the smoking behavior in adolescense in the city of Blitar is included in the category of high, (4) there is a positive correlation between the peers support and smoking behavior, (5) there is a positive correlation between group conformity and smoking behavior, (6) there is a correlation between peers support and group conformity toward adolescence smoking behavior in city of Blitar. Keywords: peers support, group conformity, smoking behavior. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif dan korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian berjumlah 57 remaja pada usia 16-18 tahun yang merokok dan masih dalam masa pendidikan di Kota Blitar. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive incidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala dukungan teman sebaya, skala konformitas kelompok, dan skala perilaku merokok. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment, dan analisis korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) remaja perokok memiliki dukungan teman sebaya yang tinggi, (2) remaja perokok memiliki konformitas kelompok yang tinggi, (3) perilaku merokok pada remaja di Kota Blitar termasuk kategori tinggi, (4) terdapat hubungan positif antara dukungan teman sebaya dan perilaku merokok,(5) terdapat hubungan positif antara konformitas kelompok dan perilaku merokok, (6) terdapat hubungan antara dukungan teman sebaya dan konformitas kelompok dengan perilaku merokok pada remaja di Kota Blitar Kata kunci dukungan teman sebaya, konformitas kelompok, perilaku merokok

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing a multilayer model in lesson plan (LP) to increase the vocabulary knowledge of deaf students. This study is single-subject research with an A-B-A design (baseline-intervention-maintenance). The intervention instrument used was a LP that consisted of four units, each containing four words taught using multilayers. The instrument was validated and scored 4.6 on a scale of 1-5. The subjects who participated in the study were two students with severe deafness. Two teachers and two observers were involved in this study. The data were analyzed by inspecting the graph, intracondition, and intercondition. The percentage of non-overlapping data (PND) from the inter-condition was used to indicate the effectiveness of the intervention. It was found that the mean value of PND B/A for all LP from subject-1 was 96.25%, and from subject-2 was 100%. Thus, the multilayer model is very effective in improving vocabulary knowledge. The mean of PND A/B was 93.75%, and subject-2 achieved 89.87%, which means that the subject's vocabulary knowledge is maintained even without intervention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, learning motivation, and peers on student learning independence in elementary schools. The research method used was a survey and data analysis using regression techniques. The research sample consisted of fourth-grade students in two elementary schools, totaling 65 people. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured the level of self-efficacy, learning motivation, peers, and learning independence. The results showed that self-efficacy is positively and significantly related to the level of students' learning independence. The higher the level of students' self-efficacy, the higher the level of learning independence they show. In addition, learning motivation also has a positive influence on learning independence. Students who have high learning motivation tend to be more independent in overcoming their learning challenges. In addition to self-efficacy and learning motivation, peers also play an important role in students' learning independence. The results showed that supportive and positive peer relationships were associated with higher levels of learning independence. Based on these findings, efforts to improve students' learning independence can focus on strengthening self-efficacy and learning motivation, as well as creating an environment that supports positive relationships with peers.

Abstract

Bullying and radicalism share common ground as forms of antisocial behavior characterized by violence. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the PROGRES intervention, designed to enhance prosocial and respectful attitudes and increase knowledge about bullying and radicalism among fifth-grade students. Employing a pre-posttest control group design with 150 students from urban elementary schools, this research utilized hypothesis testing through Independent Sample T-test and Paired Sample T-test. Results indicated that the PROGRES intervention significantly increased prosocial attitudes by 92.53%, respectful attitudes by 94.15%, and knowledge about bullying and radicalism by 98.12% and 97.01%, respectively (p 0.05 for all). These findings suggest that the PROGRES intervention could play a crucial role in educational strategies to combat bullying and radicalism, emphasizing its potential incorporation into school curricula nationwide.
