Abstract

In this paper presented the prototype of robotic leg has been designed, constructed and controlled. These prototype are designed from a geometric of human leg model with three joints moving in 2D plane. Robot has three degree of freedom using DC servo motor as a joint actuators: hip, knee and ankle. The mechanical leg constructed using aluminum alloy and acrylic material. The control movement of this system is based on motion capture data stored on a personal computer. The motions are recorded with a camera by use of a marker-based to track movement of human leg. Propose of this paper is design of robotic leg to present the analysis of motion of the human leg swing and to testing the system ability to create the movement from motion capture. The results of this study show that the design of robotic leg was capable for practical use of the human leg motion analysis. The accuracy of orientation angles of joints shows the average error on hip is 1.46º, knee is 1.66º, and ankle is 0.46º. In this research suggesting that the construction of mechanic is an important role in the stabilization of the movement sequence.

Abstract

Power losses and voltage drop are existing problems in radial distribution networks. This power losses and voltage drop affect the voltage stability level. Reconfiguring the network is a form of approach to improve the quality of electrical power. The network reconfiguration aims to minimize power losses and voltage drop as well as decreasing the Voltage Stability Index (VSI). In this research, network reconfiguration uses binary particle swarm optimization algorithm and Bus Injection to Branch Current-Branch Current to Bus Voltage (BIBC-BCBV) method to analyze the radial system power flow. This scheme was tested on the 33-bus IEEE radial distribution system 12.66 kV. The simulation results show that before reconfiguration, the active power loss is 202.7126 kW and the VSI is 0.20012. After reconfiguration, the active power loss and VSI decreased to 139.5697 kW and 0.14662, respectively. It has decreased the power loss for 31.3136% significantly while the VSI value is closer to zero.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many aspects of normal social life. The community is required not to leave the house too much if it is not necessary. Often during times of independent isolation or in personal cases, people are afraid to leave the house. They are faced with boredom so this is an opportunity for the digital entertainment industry to develop. On the other hand, many violations of COVID-19 health protocols still occur in society and people are still reluctant to stay-at-home. The question is what medium is good for persuasion as well as giving pleasure to people to entertain themselves during independent isolation and with low levels of boredom. Video games are a growing industry during the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately, this media has not been widely used as a means of persuading people to obey health protocols and stay-at-home. This study shows a correlation between gaming activity and the tendency not to leave the house. Besides, what types of games have the potential to keep someone from leaving the house are also discussed in this paper.

Abstract

The welfare of the community on all fronts is one of Indonesia's national ideals. The village, as the smallest community in the state society, is often the forgotten part of the effort to achieve this. Therefore, legislation that regulates village problems is made in the hope that the welfare of the village community can be achieved. One of the things regulated in the law on villages is the BUMDes. BUMDes itself is an agency that plays an important role in improving the village economy. In this article, we will discuss the role of BUMDes as an economic driver using the Banjarworo Village case study. The research method used in this article is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, field observations, and literature studies through books, journals, and related websites. After the data was collected, data triangulation from the three data collection techniques was carried out to obtain the validity of the data used in this paper. The results obtained are that BUMDes can play an effective role in improving the economy in Banjarworo Village because they can develop MSMEs in the village by increasing branding and expanding the marketing reach of the products produced.

Abstract

A home state monitoring is important for homeowners. Because in Indonesia, theft and fire are common occurrences. This is caused by the negligence of homeowners. Therefore, home security monitoring systems are made to minimize theft and house fires. In this study, home security monitoring systems were made using human motion detection sensors or PIR (Passive Infrared Receiver) sensors, temperature sensors, flame detectors, buzzers, and pumps. The PIR sensor is used to detect thieves so buzzer can sound. The Temperature sensor and flame detector are used to detect fires then the pump will extinguish the fire. The system is then integrated with android HP devices, so homeowners can monitor the home wherever and whenever. From the test results, PIR sensor can detect human movement with a distance of 3.4 meters and the angle is 90o. The Temperature sensors and flame detectors detect temperatures and hotspots with a maximum distance of 25 cm, respectively

Abstract

Kesejahteraan masyarakat di segala lini adalah salah satu cita-cita nasional Indonesia. Desa, sebagai lingkup masyarakat terkecil dalam masyarakat bernegara, seringkali menjadi bagian yang terlupakan dalam upaya mencapai hal tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah perundang-undangan yang mengatur masalah desa dengan harapan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dapat dicapai. Salah satu hal yang diatur dalam undang-undang tentang desa adalah mengenai BUMDes. BUMDes sendiri merupakan badan yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan perekonomian desa. Dalam artikel ini, akan dibahas mengenai peran BUMDes sebagai penggerak ekonomi dengan menggunakan studi kasus Desa Banjarworo . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan studi literatur melalui buku, jurnal, dan website terkait. Setelah data dikumpulkan, triangulasi data dari ketiga teknik pengumpulan data tersebut dilakukan untuk mendapatkan validitas data yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah BUMDes dapat berperan secara efektif untuk meningkatkan perekonomian di Desa Banjarworo  karena dapat mengembangkan UMKM yang terdapat di desa tersebut dengan cara meningkatkan branding dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dari produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Sistem kelistrikan harus mampu menyediakan tenaga listrik untuk pelanggan dengan frekuensi yang harus konstan. Frekuensi sistem dipengaruhi oleh kebutuhan dari daya aktif pelanggan yang mengakibatkan terjadi perubahan pada frekuensi sistem. Penyediaan daya reaktif harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk mempertahankan frekuensi agar tidak melebihi nominal toleransi yang diperbolehkan. Pengaturan penyediaan daya aktif dilakukan dengan mengatur besarnya kopel mekanis yang diperlukan untuk memutar generator, yakni dengan mengatur pemberian bahan bakar pada gas turbin. Governor pada tiap unit generator berfungsi sebagai pengatur utama bahan bakar pada unit pembangkit berdasarkan perubahan beban yang terjadi. Karena perubahan beban, dibutuhkan suatu kontroler yang mempunyai respon cepat dan stabil. Dalam sistem ini menggunakan kontroler PID (Proportional-Integrator-Differential). PID merupakan sebuah kontroler yang digunakan untuk mengontrol governor agar mempunyai respon cepat, dan stabil, serta frekuensi yang dihasilkan tidak melebihi batas toleransi yang ± 5 %.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya sumber energi terbarukan adalah dengan memanfaatkan energi angin sehingga dapat menghasilkan tegangan listrik adalah dengan menggunakan turbin angin. Namun kincir angin menggunakan sumbu horizontal dalam penerapannya, kincir angin horizontal sendiri hanya menghadap satu arah. Angin itu sendiri bergerak ke arah yang berubah tergantung pada cuaca, waktu dan musim. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah turbin angin sumbu vertikal dan dipantau untuk mendapatkan daya yang maksimal. Penelitian ini dapat menampilkan data keluaran dari masing-masing sensor dan mendapatkan daya yang sama dengan perkalian antara pembacaan arus dan tegangan untuk penggunaan beban lampu LED dan persentase kesalahan sensor INA219 terkecil pada pembacaan arus adalah 5,1% dengan jarak antara kincir angin 40cm dan terbesar adalah 16,6% dengan jarak 50cm yang menunjukkan bahwa pada jarak tersebut sensor kurang mampu membaca nilai secara akurat. Kemudian untuk tegangan memiliki nilai prosentase error paling kecil yaitu 1,7%. Untuk persentase error sensor kecepatan LM393 terbesar adalah 4% yang artinya sangat akurat.

Abstract

The optimal performance of solar panels is very important to produce maximum electrical energy. Solar panels can work optimally when equipped with a solar tracker. The solar panel tracker works by following the sun's movement. A Proportional, Integral, Derivative (PID) based control is used to optimize the performance of the solar tracker. An optimal tuning is needed to get the PID parameter. The Firefly method is an intelligent method that can be used to optimize PID parameters. Three Firefly Algorithm (FA) parameters are used in the program: Beta is used to determine firefly speed, Alpha is used for flexibility of movement, and Gamma is used for more complex constraints or problems. This Dual Axis photovoltaic tracking study uses the beta value determination, changing the Bêta value from 0.1 to 0.9. From the results of 10 models, it was found that the PID constant values were varied. On the horizontal Axis, the best results are if the Beta is given at 0.4, and the worst result is if the Beta is given at 0.8. On the vertical Axis, the best results are if the Beta is given at 0.3, and the worst result is if the Beta is given at 0.8.

Abstract

Literasi merupakan seperangkat kemampuan dan keterampilan individu dalam membaca, menulis, berbicara, menghitung, dan memecahkan masalah pada tingkat keahlian tertentu. Terdapat enam literasi yang harus dikuasai peserta didik, orang tua, dan seluruh warga masyarakat menurut World Economic Forum yaitu baca tulis, literasi numerasi, literasi finansial, literasi sains, literasi budaya dan kewarganegaraan, serta literasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi atau digital. Namun kemampuan ini tidak hanya berupa literasi secara umum, tetapi juga literasi dalam berbagai bidang keilmuan seperti literasi keuangan, literasi kesehatan, literasi sosial, dan literasi saintifik serta pengaruh antar bidang ilmu pengetahuan yang lain. Oleh karena itu, kuisioner tentang pengaruh literasi diberbagai bidang ilmu pengetahuan diperlukan. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan mahasiswa UNAIR semester 2 tahun angkatan 2021 sudah memiliki pemahaman mengenai kemampuan literasi dan pentingnya peran membaca dalam kemampuan literasi. Namun, kemampuan literasi mahasiswa semester 2 Universitas Airlangga terbilang masih kurang karena 62% responden masih melakukan kegiatan literasi hanya tergantung dari bacaannya saja, serta 86% responden masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami informasi yang dibaca.
