Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip dalam suatu isntansi, lembaga, organisasi maupun perorangan menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat penting dalam proses pemeliharaannya. Arsip merupakan sumber informasi yang sangat penting dalam sebuah administrasi, namun pengelolaan arsip sering terabaikan dan belum efisien, hal ini dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah dari kerusakan arsip sampai hilangnya data arsip. Pemeliharaan arsip yang baik sangat menentukan proses pencarian arsip yang sudah tersimpan. Arsip harus dikelola dengan baik, hal ini karena arsip |merupakan catatan rekaman kegiatan atau sumber informasi dengan berbagai macam bentuk yang dibuat oleh instansi, lembaga, organisasi maupun perseorangan dalam rangka pelaksanaan kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan pada pengelolaan arsip di SMK Tri Karya meliputi pencatatan surat masuk dan surat keluar dilakukan dengan cara manual, penyimpanan dan pemeliharaan arsip yang kurang baik, tempat penyimpanan arsip yang tidak terawat dan sulit untuk pencarian arsip. Sehingga perlu adanya sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan arsip, sistem informasi arsip dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan My Sql berbasis web. Hasil dari perancangan ini berupa sistem informasi arsip berbasis web yang dapat mengelola pencatatan surat masuk, surat keluar, pencarian surat, dan penyimpanan arsip secara digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the level of utilization of the village fund budget in Dolok Maraja Village, Simalungun Regency. Descriptive quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis was used to achieve the objective. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the independent variable (village fund budget) and the dependent variable (the utilization rate of the village fund budget). The factors that most influence the utilization rate of the village fund budget are population, area, and poverty level. Implication of The implication of this study is that the government should consider these factors in the process of allocating village fund budgets. Villages with larger populations, larger areas, and higher poverty rates require larger budget allocations to ensure effective and efficient village development. In addition, the importance of good governance of village fund budgets and active community participation in the process of planning and implementing village development is also highlighted in this study. Specifically, this study shows that every year, the utilization rate of the village fund budget increases by an average of 6.5632. Meanwhile, each increase in the number of poor people and the Village Fund Ceiling decreases and increases the utilization rate of the village fund budget by an average of 2.6104 and 3.7433, respectively. Village area did not have a significant effect. Although this regression model has low explanatory power, it is statistically valid and fits the observed data. This research highlights the importance for the government to consider the factors of population, area, and Village Fund Ceiling in allocating the village fund budget, as well as improving governance and community participation in village development.

Abstract

Di era digital ini, adopsi teknologi menjadi kunci keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Namun, banyak UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Kota yang masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam operasional mereka, termasuk penggunaan aplikasi Point of Sales (POS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi aplikasi POS pada Kelompok UMKM Karang Taruna Kecamatan Medan Kota sebagai upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi digital. Pada penerapan aplikasi point of sales akan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu system development life cycle (SDLC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi POS memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi operasional UMKM hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil kuisioner yang menghasilkan nilai rata rata cukup baik dari sisi kinerja aplikasi, kemudahaan penggunaan, fitur yang tersedua dan kepuasaan secara keseluruha kemudian pelaku UMKM juga terbantu dalam hal pengelolaan transaksi, pengelolaan barang. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa hambatan, seperti keterbatasan literasi digital dan resistensi terhadap perubahan teknologi. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, disarankan adanya pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan bagi UMKM. Penerapan aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui pemberdayaan digital. Dengan implementasi yang tepat, aplikasi POS dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mempercepat transformasi digital UMKM, memperluas akses pasar, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an automatic palm fruit ripeness detection system using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. The dataset used consists of thousands of images of ripe and unripe palm fruits with varying lighting conditions and shooting angles. The CNN model used is MobileNetV2 which has been adapted for binary classification tasks. The training process is performed using data augmentation techniques to improve the generalization of the model. The evaluation results show that the developed CNN model is able to classify the ripeness of palm fruits with an accuracy of 84%. Comparison with conventional methods that rely on visual assessment shows that the CNN model provides more consistent and objective results. The implementation of this model has the potential to increase the efficiency of the harvesting and processing of palm fruits and reduce production costs.

Abstract

Desa Bandar Labuhan memiliki potensi lokal yang melimpah, seperti hasil pertanian daun kelor dan buah duku, serta destinasi wisata Tamora Waterland dan Tamora Funland. Namun, potensi tersebut belum didukung oleh pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang optimal untuk promosi dan pengembangan. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini bertujuan untuk membantu Desa Bandar Labuhan dalam meningkatkan eksistensi digital melalui pengembangan website dan strategi digital marketing. Kegiatan ini mencakup pembuatan website untuk desa, sekolah, dan UMKM setempat, serta pelatihan pengelolaan website kepada masyarakat desa agar dapat dikelola secara mandiri. Website yang dibangun diharapkan mampu mempromosikan potensi lokal secara lebih luas dan meningkatkan daya saing desa di era digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan website dan peningkatan eksposur potensi desa melalui media digital. Diharapkan, inisiatif ini dapat berkelanjutan dan memberikan dampak ekonomi yang positif bagi masyarakat Desa Bandar Labuhan.

Abstract

Local Indonesian fruit is one example of Indonesia's natural wealth, one of which is the local Berastagi orange. Oranges are rich in vitamin C which is good for body health. Oranges tend to have a sour, fresh, and sweet taste. The vitamin C contained in oranges is 97.3 milligrams or equivalent to 163% of the nutritional adequacy rate. Not only Vitamin C, oranges also contain vitamin B6, antioxidants and fiber. Therefore, it is highly recommended to consume oranges every day because oranges can facilitate digestion, reduce the risk of diabetes, maintain healthy skin, and also maintain endurance. This study aims to apply the Classification and assessment of the quality of local oranges using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method modified with Normalized Euclidean distance to classify the quality of local Berastagi oranges based on the color of the fruit image. The research dataset was taken from 100 images of local Berastagi oranges, where the 100 images were divided into 2, namely, good oranges and bad oranges. The classification process for local Berastagi oranges uses the matlab application.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have affected various aspects of life, including efforts to monitor air quality. Clean air is a basic human need, but technological developments and increased industry and the number of motorized vehicles have caused a decline in air quality. Air pollution has various negative impacts, including health problems and global warming. To help the community and government in monitoring air quality, this study implements a data mining method with a classification technique using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. This method was chosen because of its effective ability to predict air quality based on historical data. This study uses data from the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) parameters to build a classification model that can separate air quality categories, such as Good, Moderate, Unhealthy, Very Unhealthy, and Hazardous. The results of the study are expected to provide accurate information to the public about air quality in KIM, as well as assist the government in efforts to control air pollution.

Abstract

Rewards can serve as a tool for motivating employees within a company. Typically, companies offer rewards to employees in the form of salary increases, incentives or bonuses, promotions, and other rewards, similar to those implemented by PT. Juishin. PT. Juishin is a company engaged in the production of cement and ceramics. In awarding rewards, PT. Juishin currently employs a direct selection method, which has led to instances of employee dissatisfaction. This research aims to design and develop an application for the selection of employees eligible for rewards by utilizing the ROC and EDAS methods. The application of these methods will facilitate the company's process of selecting reward recipients. The system design employs UML, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The outcome of this research is to assist HR in determining the eligibility of reward recipients. The application will display the ranking process of reward recipients, where those with the highest scores will receive the rewards. The system testing is conducted using black box testing to ensure that the application meets the functional requirements. The result of this research will assist the company in assessing employee eligibility for rewards on a daily basis.

Abstract

An artificial neural network (ANN) is a network of a group of units to be processed which is modeled based on the behavior of human neural networks. ANN has one of its tasks, namely prediction. Multilayer perceptron (MLP) is one of the ANN methods that can be prediction all of data. Where the prediction needs to be reviewed because the prediction process does not always run normally. So, it takes a good measurement accuracy in order to get an accuracy sensitivity. The accuracy technique in this paper is carried out using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) based on absolute error and detection rate. The results obtained with absolute error achieve an accuracy of 99.73% while the accuracy based on the detection rate achieves an accuracy of 99.49%. this can be seen in the case of the prediction of (Indonesian Rupiah) IDR exchange rate against United State Dollar (USD) with the MLP algorithm by testing using MAPE to achieve sensitivity with absolute error.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Microbacterium tuberculosis, which is one of the lower respiratory tract disease, which is largely in the pulmonary tissue of the lung infection and then undergoes a process known as the primary focus of Ghon. Because the disease is difficult and takes a long time to decide the patient is affected by the disease Tuberkolusis, then the detection of the patient affects Tuberkolusis by utilizing the K-NN method as a classification and HOG as feature extraction. Results of the classification of positive diagnosis with a total of 234 samples from 330 samples or successfully recognizable Sebasar 70.90%, while the classification result is a negative diagnosis with the amount of 240 samples from 330 samples or successfully identified by 72.72%. The results of the study showed the image classification of the X-ray Set Tuberculosis using the method K-NN and HOG feature with cross-validation 5 folds with 71.81% accuracy.
