Abstract

This community service program was carried out through KKN-PPM at MI Mabniyatul Ihsan, Mojokerto, focusing on the introduction of digital attendance technology to elementary school students. The issue addressed in this program was the limited digital literacy among students and the lack of knowledge regarding digital attendance systems in schools. The purpose of the program was to improve students’ understanding of digital technology and provide practical experience in using an attendance system. The method applied included interactive lectures, demonstration of a prototype device, hands-on practice, and evaluation through pretest and posttest. The results indicated an increase in students’ comprehension of the concept of digital attendance technology, with the average score rising from 35.16% in the pretest to 45.18% in the posttest. This activity not only enhanced students’ knowledge but also stimulated their interest in technology and provided teachers with insights into the potential application of digital attendance for school administration.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas layanan dan persepsi harga terhadap kunjungan kembali pasien melalui kepuasan di Puskesmas Umum Ngimbang. Lokasi penelitian ini di Jl. Pendidikan No. 2, Tapas, Sendangrejo, Kecamatan Ngimbang, Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur 62273. Variabel yang ada dalam penelitian ini diantaranya kualitas layanan, persepsi harga, kepuasan, minat kunjungan kembali. Kualitas layanan dan persepsi Harga sebagai variabel eksogen, kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening, minat kunjungan kembali sebagai variabel endogen. Data yang digunakan adalah dari pernyataan responden pada kuesioner. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan alat uji menggunakan SmartPLS 0.3. Hasil penelitian membuktikan kualitas pelayanan secara positif berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, kualitas layanan secara tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat kunjungan kembali, persepsi harga secara positif berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, persepsi harga secara positif berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan kembali, kepuasan secara positif berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan kembali, kualitas layanan secara positif berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan kembali melalui kepuasan, kualitas layanan secara positif berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan kembali melalui kepuasan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Membaca Al-Qur’an adalah suatu pekerjaan yang mulia, bernilai ibadah dan siapa yang membacanya akan mendapat pahala kebaikan dari setiap hurufnya. Hal ini disandarkan pada sebuah hadis. Namun daripada itu terdapat sebuah aturan dalam tata cara membaca al-qur’an dengan baik dan benar dalam rangka memuliakan Al-Qur’an. Aturan yang dimaksud adalah ilmu tajwid. Fenomena yang sekarang terjadi di masyarakat adalah terdapat Sebagian orang yang membaca Al-Qur’an namun kurang dalam menerapkan kaidah tajwid. Hal ini didasari kurangnya pengetahuan tentang ilmu tajwid serta praktiknya dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Sehingga tujuan dari program kemitraan masyarakat adalah untuk mengenalkan dan mengajarkan ilmu tajwid kepada masyarakat khususnya santri TPQ yang menjadi mitra. Untuk mencapai kegiatan yang direncanakan ini dilakukan melalui tahapan sebagai berikut : 1. koordinasi bersama mitra, 2, penyusunan materi, 3. Pelaksanaan kegiatan, 4. Pembelajaran dan praktek. Hasil yang didapat dari program kemitraan ini menghasilkan produk buku saku tajwid ringkas berisi materi dasar ilmu tajwid. Dengan desain yang sederhana para santri lebih mudah dalam mempelajari ilmu tajwid. Sehingga pemahaman santri mengenai ilmu tajwid dasar semakin meningkat. ABSTRACT Reading the Qur'an is a noble pursuit, seen as a form of worship, and those who engage in it stand to receive blessings for every letter they read. This belief is rooted in a hadith. However, a prevalent issue in society is that some individuals read the Qur'an without adhering to the principles of tajweed, a set of rules designed to honor the sacred text. This discrepancy often arises from a lack of knowledge about tajweed and its practical application in Qur'an recitation. Hence, the aim of this community partnership program was to acquaint and educate the community, particularly the students of Al-Quran Education Center who were studying about the science of tajweed (how to recite the Qur’an). To achieve this, our team followed a structured approach: 1. Coordinating with our partners, 2. Developing instructional materials, 3. Executing the learning activities, and 4. Facilitating learning and practical exercises. The outcomes that we achieved involve creating a concise tajweed pocketbook containing fundamental principles, designed in a straightforward manner to make it easier for students to grasp the intricacies of tajweed. This design ultimately enhances their understanding of the basic tenets.

Abstract

This project focuses on the development of flood detectors and disaster awareness education programs as a disaster mitigation effort in flood-prone areas. The main objective of this project is to create a reliable and effective flood detection system to provide early warning to the community in Bakalanrayung village, thereby reducing the potential for material damage and loss of life caused by flooding. The approach used in this project combines modern sensor technology with narrative methods in disaster awareness education. Ultrasonic sensors are installed at strategic locations to monitor water levels in real time, and the system is directly connected to the Telegram application to automatically send alerts when water levels reach critical thresholds. In addition, the education program is carried out through interactive sessions designed to increase community awareness and preparedness for flood disasters. This education uses strong narratives and visual materials to help communities understand the risks associated with flooding and the steps they should take to protect themselves and their families. The results of this project show a significant increase in the level of community awareness of flood risks and their response time to flood warnings, which ultimately contributes to reducing the negative impacts of flood events in the area. Integration of flood detection technology with community education programs has proven effective in improving disaster preparedness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work stress on the job satisfaction of XYZ Jombang High School teachers. The population in this study was 31 teachers, while the sample was 31 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The data was collected using a questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of the research showed that partially work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while the work stress variable had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of work motivation and work stress influence the job satisfaction of XYZ Jombang High School teachers. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis obtained 0.166 or 16.6%, which means that the contribution of work motivation and work stress variables to job satisfaction is 16.6%, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Department of PUPR Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 159 employees while the sample amounted to 60 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data were collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that partially the Leadership Style variable had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while the Organizational Culture variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Employees of the Jombang PUPR Service. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.467 or 46.7%, which means that the contribution of the variables of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture to employee performance is 53.3%. While the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other variables not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KPP Pratama Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees, while the sample amounted to 70 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that part of the motivation variable had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of KPP Pratama Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.538, or 53.8%, which means that the contribution of motivation and work discipline variables to employee performance is 53.8%, while the remaining 46.2% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other variables not examined

Abstract

In a research work has a purpose, where this study aims to determine. To determine the effect of compensation and leadership style on the performance of the employees of the Department of Trade and Industry in Jombang, this research was carried out at the Department of Trade and Industry of Jombang Regency, with a population and sample of 65 employees of the Department of Trade and Industry. industry in Jombang Regency, the research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirements test is carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests as well as the classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique at a significance level of = 0.05. In partial hypothesis testing, it has been proven that there is an influence between leadership style on employee performance with a significant value level of 0.025 <0.05, thus Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, then in partial hypothesis testing has proven that there is an influence between compensation on employee performance with a significant value level. of 0.001 < 0.05, thus Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, then the F test proves that the two independent variables have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which is declared to have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Department of Trade and Industry of Jombang Regency from May to August. The purpose of this final project is to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The sample used in this study is as many as 65 respondents who have been determined using the saturated sampling technique. Measurement of employee performance using a questionnaire containing indicators of discipline and work motivation. Methods of extracting data by interview and observation, the data were analyzed descriptively to determine employee performance based on the variables of discipline and work motivation. Meanwhile, to find out the effect of the discipline variable and work motivation on employee performance using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the performance of employees is included in the category of strongly agree. The results of multiple linear regression analysis can be seen that discipline and work motivation simultaneously (together), have a significant effect (Sig≤0.05) on employee performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect (Sig≤0.05) on employee performance, while work motivation has no significant effect (Sig>0.05) on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance in public service institutions plays a strategic role in determining the quality of services delivered to the community. In the context of the PPKB PPPA Office of Jombang Regency, employee performance is influenced by dynamic workloads and relatively fixed compensation structures. While workload and compensation are often regarded as direct determinants of performance, previous research has produced inconsistent findings, indicating the need to incorporate psychological variables. Work motivation is positioned as a mediating factor in this relationship. A quantitative approach was employed involving 55 non-civil servant staff and family planning field officers, who completed a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that workload has a significant positive effect on work motivation, whereas compensation shows no meaningful influence. Work motivation emerges as the only variable with a direct and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation fully mediates the relationship between workload and performance, but does not mediate the relationship between compensation and performance. These results indicate that employee performance within the institution is driven more by intrinsic motivation rooted in responsibility and professional commitment than by financial rewards. Practical implications highlight the need for sustainable non-financial motivation strategies, including recognition systems, opportunities for competency development, and supportive collaborative work environments.
